Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The invention relates to a lifting anchor for reinforced concrete walls with two spaced-apart wall shells, each with a stirrup suitable for attaching lifting devices. It has stirrup legs on both sides, which are at least partially straight and parallel to each other and can be embedded in the wall shells. A compression rod is arranged between the stirrup legs. STATE OF THE ART

[0002] Such transport anchors are known, for example, from EP 3 640 410 B1, EP 3 029 220 A1 and DE 10 2016 121 271 A1.

[0003] The lifting anchors are connecting and anchoring devices for double-wall shells. They can be embedded between two wall shells, thus enabling the spatial relocation of the wall shells. This places corresponding demands on the design of such lifting anchors, particularly with regard to stability. Typically, after the first shell has been cast in the concrete plant, the required thermal insulation is applied to the fresh concrete to enable integrated thermal insulation in the double wall. Furthermore, the reinforcement and the lifting anchor are inserted into this first shell at this stage. The first shell is connected to a second shell, also manufactured in the concrete plant, to form the double wall. The second shell is then ready for use on the construction site.

[0004] Currently, the integrated thermal insulation is up to 20 cm thick to minimize heat flow and thus energy loss through the installed wall shells. The limiting factor here is the transport anchor, which remains between the wall shells during installation and forms an undesirable thermal bridge compared to the thermal insulation material.

[0005] DE 10 2016 121 271 A1 describes a compression rod made of thin-walled steel with thermally insulating properties, which is designed as a hollow body and positioned directly between the stirrup legs. However, the disadvantage of such compression rods is a still significant heat flow and the associated energy loss, as the thermal conductivity of steel is up to 60 W / mK.

[0006] Other prior art uses wood as a compression member. While it has improved thermal conductivity (i.e., reduced thermal conductivity) compared to steel, its inferior stability requires a relatively large cross-section, such as 40-60 mm. Furthermore, wood is insufficiently resistant to moisture. The large cross-section promotes moisture penetration.

[0007] The present invention is based on the object of remedying the aforementioned deficiencies of the prior art. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

[0008] In this context, the expression that one end of the compression member is "releasably coupled" to the stirrup legs, or that a sleeve is "releasably connected" to the stirrup legs, is to be understood as meaning that an initially rigid coupling or connection is released due to correspondingly acting forces. Such forces typically arise when the double walls are repositioned. After the double wall is lifted, the hook load is distributed between the stirrup legs and the compression member. The stirrup leg can expand freely due to the steel tension.

[0009] The stirrup leg can be mounted so that it can slide along the compression rod, in other words, the stirrup leg can slide along the compression rod. This effect can also be resolved with a light tack weld between the stirrup leg and the compression rod. This tack weld breaks at a certain steel tension in the stirrup leg, allowing the stirrup leg to slide along the compression rod.

[0010] For the purposes of the invention, a direct connection between the compression rod and the stirrup legs is understood to mean that the sleeve of the connecting piece rests directly against the stirrup leg, i.e., is connected to it. This is preferably a material-to-material connection.

[0011] In contrast, an indirect connection between the compression rod and the stirrup leg means that the connecting piece has a coupling element that is connected to the stirrup leg. This connection is a force-locking connection, for example, a clamp connection.

[0012] The transport anchor for double walls comprises: a stirrup, stirrup legs adjoining the stirrup on both sides and running parallel to one another in sections, and a compression rod arranged between the stirrup legs with a first end and a second end, characterized in that the compression rod is a solid body or a hollow body, this solid body or hollow body is formed from a heat-insulating material, wherein a connecting piece is provided on at least one of the two ends of the compression rod, this connecting piece comprises at least one sleeve, this sleeve encloses the compression rod in a form-fitting manner in its longitudinal direction and in this way the compression rod can be connected directly or indirectly to at least one of the two stirrup legs.

[0013] One advantage of this transport anchor is that the compression rod, made of thermally insulating material, allows less heat flow through the installed wall, thus reducing energy loss in the installed end structure due to such heat flow. Another advantage of the transport anchor is that the sleeve encloses the compression rod in its longitudinal direction.

[0014] In a preferred embodiment, the compression rod is made of a fiber-reinforced material. This fiber-reinforced material is generally constructed such that its core is formed from unidirectional fibers, i.e., fibers running along a longitudinal axis. The sleeve, which encloses the compression rod in a form-fitting manner in its longitudinal direction, prevents these fibers from splitting off, or, in other words, from fraying.

[0015] According to one embodiment, the sleeve is pressed onto the compression rod, so that in addition to the positive connection, there is also a force-locking connection between the sleeve and compression rod.

[0016] In a preferred embodiment, at least one section of the bracket, preferably the center section, is made of stainless steel. An advantage of this embodiment is that stainless steel has a lower thermal conductivity than conventional steel (stainless steel 14-16 W / mK, steel 50 W / mK).

[0017] According to one embodiment, the at least one connecting piece further comprises a coupling element, and the coupling element engages with at least one of the two stirrup legs. An advantage of this embodiment is that the coupling, which represents a force-fitting rather than a material-fitting connection, allows sliding between the compression rod and the stirrup legs.

[0018] According to one embodiment, at least one end of the compression rod is connected by means of the sleeve directly to at least one of the two stirrup legs in a materially bonded manner, for example by welding.

[0019] According to one embodiment, the compression rod has a thermal conductivity of 0.2 W / mK - 10 W / mK, preferably 1 W / mK - 2 W / mK.

[0020] According to one embodiment, the compression rod consists of a fiber-reinforced material, with the fibers running in the longitudinal direction of the compression rod axis. These fibers are embedded in a matrix of resin, plastic, or carbon. This is referred to as a unidirectional fiber orientation. Such a material forms the core. A sheathing of this core can also be provided from a different material or differently oriented fibers. Such materials ensure high stability of the compression rod even with comparatively small cross-sections. Another advantage is the low thermal conductivity of such a material, which prevents the formation of thermal bridges.

[0021] According to one embodiment, the compression rod comprises at least one of the following materials: glass fiber plastic (GRP), basalt fiber plastic (BRP), carbon fiber plastic (CRP).

[0022] According to one embodiment, the compression rod comprises polyamide PA6 30% GRP. This material can be injection-molded, enabling cost-effective production of the compression rod. The thermal conductivity is 0.23 W / mK, which is a favorable value.

[0023] According to one embodiment, the lifting anchor is designed for installing reinforced concrete walls with two spaced-apart wall shells. The stirrup comprises a curved central section designed for attaching lifting gear. The stirrup legs can be embedded in the wall shells, and after the wall has been installed, the central section of the stirrup is severed to prevent unwanted heat flow.

[0024] According to one embodiment, the compression rod is designed as a single piece, preferably with a round cross-section. This cross-section has a diameter of 20 mm to 30 mm, preferably 25 mm to 30 mm.

[0025] According to one embodiment, a fixing rod is provided between the stirrup legs, running parallel to the compression rod. An advantage of this embodiment is that the parallel alignment of the stirrup legs can be improved.

[0026] According to one embodiment, a connecting piece is provided at at least one of the two ends of the fixing rod. This connecting piece surrounds the end of the fixing rod and preferably fits snugly against it. In this way, the fixing rod can be connected, usually by a material fit, to at least one of the two stirrup legs.

[0027] According to one embodiment, the fixing rod is made of a heat-insulating material, for example the same material as used for the compression rod.

[0028] According to one embodiment, the fixing rod has a thermal conductivity of 0.2 W / mK - 10 W / mK, preferably 1 W / mK - 2 W / mK. EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

WAYS OF IMPLEMENTING THE INVENTION

[0030] In Fig. 1 is under a.) a first embodiment of the transport anchor 1 according to the invention is shown in a front view. The transport anchor 1 comprises a bracket 2 with a central section 11 and two bracket legs 12. The central section 11 is designed to accommodate lifting means, for example a crane hook (in Fig. 1 not visible). The two parallel stirrup legs 12 are fixed in two spaced apart wall shells (in Fig. 1these wall shells are not shown). In this embodiment, the bracket 2 consists of the central section 11, comprising a central, curved part and two side parts 10, each adjoining one end of the central section 11. The bracket 2 can comprise one of the following materials: steel, stainless steel, and cast material.

[0031] The central section 11 and the two adjoining side parts 10 could easily also be designed as a single piece.

[0032] The two bracket legs 12 adjoin the bracket 2 and, in the present embodiment, are straight and parallel to each other. A compression rod 13 runs between the two bracket legs 12 at their upper end, where they meet the bracket 2. The bracket legs 12 can be made of one of the following materials: steel, stainless steel, and cast material.

[0033] The compression rod 13 can have a round, oval, rectangular, and / or square cross-section. The compression rod 13 can be designed as a solid body or as a hollow body. In the embodiment shown, it has a round cross-section. The cross-section can also be oval.

[0034] The compression rod 13 is detachably coupled to the stirrup legs 12 so that the two stirrup legs 12 can slide along the compression rod 13 under tension. A connecting piece 14a for the respective stirrup leg 12 is arranged at at least one end of the compression rod 13, which surrounds the compression rod 13 in its longitudinal direction with a sleeve 15 in a form-fitting manner. The connecting piece 14a can comprise at least one of the following materials: steel, stainless steel, and cast material.

[0035] A cross connection is provided between the stirrup legs 12 in the area of their lower free ends. Fig. 1The embodiment shown is a fixing rod 18 which runs parallel to the pressure rod 13 and which is preferably also made of a heat-insulating material and is attached, preferably welded, to the stirrup legs 12 in the region of their lower free ends by means of connecting pieces 19 comprising a sheath. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 The illustrated embodiment is a fixing rod 18 that does not extend beyond the two stirrup legs 12. This fixing rod 18 is thinner relative to its diameter than the compression rod 13.

[0036] In Fig. 1 are under b.)Individual components of the first embodiment of the transport anchor 1 are shown. Visible at the top is the compression rod 13, with a connecting piece 14a in a first embodiment comprising a sleeve 15 and a substantially U-shaped connecting element 16a. The sleeve 15 engages one end of the compression rod 13 in a form-fitting manner in the longitudinal direction. Also shown in the center is a connecting piece 14a in the described U-shaped embodiment.

[0037] In a first embodiment, the connecting piece 14a comprises, in addition to the sleeve 15, a so-called coupling element 16a, which engages with the stirrup leg 12. In the embodiment shown, the connecting piece 14a is formed in one piece and comprises the sleeve 15 and the coupling element 16a, which connects the compression rod 13 to the stirrup legs 12. The coupling element 16a forms a sliding surface F with the stirrup leg. The coupling element 16a is essentially U-shaped, comprising two legs 114 and a central piece 115 extending between these two legs 114 and at right angles to the two legs 114. The legs 114 and the central piece 115 form the sliding surface F. The distance between the two legs 114 is selected such that the stirrup legs 12 are accommodated, ie the two legs 114 touch the respective stirrup leg 12.

[0038] At the bottom left, a cross-connection comprising a fixation rod 18 and connecting pieces 19 attached to the ends of the fixation rod 18 is shown. At the bottom right, a single connecting piece 19 for the fixation rod 18 is shown.

[0039] Fig. 2 shows under a.) the transport anchor 1 according to the invention in a front view. The difference to Figure 1 is located in the coupling element 16b of the connecting piece 14b. The coupling element 16b has a slightly modified U-shape compared to the coupling element 16a.

[0040] Fig. 2 shows under b.) in front and rear view the connecting piece according to the second embodiment variant comprising the coupling element 16b in the slightly modified U-shape.

[0041] Fig. 3 shows under a.)A second embodiment of the transport anchor 1 according to the invention in a front view. Properties of the first embodiment can be transferred to the second embodiment as described above. The difference from the first embodiment lies in the connecting piece 14c, which comprises only one sleeve 15c. This sleeve 15c is directly connected to the stirrup legs 12 by a material fit. In the embodiment shown, this sleeve 15c is welded on. A further difference is that the compression rod 13 is pressed into the sleeve 15c in a force-fitting manner in addition to the positive fit. This property would also be readily conceivable for the first embodiment.

[0042] Fig. 3 shows under b.)a side view of the second embodiment of the transport anchor 1 according to the invention. Visible are the compression rod 13 welded to the stirrup legs 12 with connecting piece 14c and the fixing rod 18 welded to the stirrup legs 12 with connecting piece 19.

[0043] Fig. 4 shows a front and rear view of the connecting piece 14d according to a fourth embodiment. The difference from the previous embodiments lies in the coupling element 16d, which has a bowl-shaped or groove-shaped end wall 116. Here, too, the bowl-shaped or groove-shaped end wall 116 partially encloses the respective bracket leg 12 and a sliding surface F. An additional central wall 17 is provided between the bowl-shaped end wall 116 and the sleeve 15, which enables a stable connection between the sleeve 15 and the bowl-shaped end wall 116.

[0044] Fig. 5shows a front and rear view of a connecting piece 14e according to a fifth embodiment. The coupling element 16e is, as in the first and second embodiments, Fig. 2 U-shaped. The difference from the previous design variants lies in the sleeve 15a, which has a rectangular cross-section. Here, too, the sleeve 15a rests positively against the compression rod 13, whereby the compression rod 13, in this case, also has a rectangular cross-section. LIST OF DESCRIPTIONS
