[0003] Pipes are used to transport media. This can be any fluid, such as gas or oil, that needs to be supplied to a block in general, such as an engine block, a bearing block, or a combustion part, etc.

Claims
Claims 1. Method for producing an assembly (11) with a new connection between an existing block (4) and a new pipe (77), wherein a previous pipe (7) is separated from the block (4) in such a way that a stump (13) remains on the block (4), then a support connection (16) is created around and / or on the stump (13), and that the new pipe (77) is connected to the support connection (16) and / or the stump (13) by welding.
2. Method according to claim 1, wherein the previous tube (7) was connected to the block (4) by a soldered joint (10).
3. Method according to one or both of claims 1 or 2, wherein the support connection (16) is produced by an additive process, in particular by welding processes.
