Description

Title of the invention: HOOK FOR HANGING A BAG CONTAINING SHELLFISH FROM A SUPPORT TABLE Technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to a hook for hanging a bag containing shellfish, such as oysters, from a support table, as well as a bag containing shellfish and equipped with such a hook. STATE OF PRIOR ART

[0002] Currently, the farming of certain shellfish, in particular oysters, is carried out in bags, generally made of plastic, which are suspended.

[0003] [Fig.2] shows a support table 200 which comprises two inverted U-shaped frames 202a-b, each having two feet 204a-b for resting on the ground.

[0004] The support table 200 also comprises two bars 208a-b which are horizontal and for each bar 208a-b, one of the ends is fixed to a frame 202a and the other end is fixed to the other frame 202b.

[0005] At each bar 208a-b, a pocket 50 is suspended using fixing means 52 such as for example flexible ties.

[0006] Working in an often cold and humid environment makes the installation of these flexible links often difficult, and it is therefore necessary to find a fixing system which makes the work easier. Statement of the invention

[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a hook for hanging a bag containing shellfish, such as oysters, from a support table, where this hook does not have the drawbacks of the prior art and which in particular facilitates the placement of the bag on the support table.

[0008] For this purpose, a hook is proposed for fixing a pocket containing shellfish to a horizontal bar, said hook comprising:

[0009] - a rod intended to be housed in the pocket, and

[0010] - at each end of the rod, a profile having a U of which one of the branches is integral with said end, where each profile is outside the pocket and where the bottom of the U is intended to overlap the bar.

[0011] Such a hook therefore allows easy placement of the pocket on a support table.

[0012] Advantageously, each profile has a V, and the other branch of each U is secured to one of the Vs whose axis is oriented at 90° relative to the axis of the U.

[0013] Advantageously, the rod is offset relative to the axis of the U.

[0014] Advantageously, each U comprises parallel branches which extend from the bottom of the U, and each U has a narrowing at the ends of the branches which are on the side opposite the bottom of the U.

[0015] The invention also proposes a pocket made of a mesh and equipped with a hook according to one of the preceding variants, where the rod is housed in the pocket, where each profile exits the pocket through one of the meshes.

[0016] Advantageously, the rod is located near the middle of a thickness of the pocket. Brief description of the drawings

[0017] The above-mentioned features of the invention, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being made in relation to the attached drawings, among which:

[0018] [fig. 1] is a perspective view of a pocket equipped with a hook according to the invention, and

[0019] [fig.2] is a perspective view of a support table with a pocket of shells suspended using state-of-the-art fixing means.

[0020] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

[0021] [Fig. 1] shows a pocket 50 intended to receive shellfish, in particular oysters, which is equipped with a hook 150 according to the invention. The pocket 50 is made of mesh.

[0022] Such a hook 150 can be implemented with a support table 200 like that described on the basis of [fig.2] and which comprises among other things at least one bar 208 extending horizontally.

[0023] The hook 150 comprises a rod 152 which is housed in the pocket 50 and, at each end of the rod 152, a profile 154 which is integral with the rod 152 and which is outside the pocket 50.

[0024] The profile 154 exits the pocket 50 through a free space in the pocket 50 and in the case of the invention presented here, through one of the meshes of the pocket 50.

[0025] Each profile 154 has a U 156 in which the bar 208 is positioned, which is materialized here by its imprint. In the final position, the bar 208 is positioned in the U 156 when the pocket 50 is in place on the support table 200. The pocket 50 is then free to rotate relative to the bar 208 due to the bottoms of the U 156 which overlap the bar 208. The U 156 is open towards the pocket 50, the direction towards the ground is materialized by the arrow 52 and the bar 208 is positioned in the bottom of the U 156.

[0026] For each U 156, one of the branches of said U 156 is secured to one end of the rod 152.

[0027] The U 156 allow easy placement of the pocket 50 on the bar 208.

[0028] Each profile 154 also has a V 158. The other branch of each U 156 is integral with a V 158 whose axis is oriented at 90° relative to the axis of the U 156 and the V 158 is also open towards the pocket 50.

[0029] Each V 158 allows a temporary positioning on the bar 208 (materialized by its imprint). This position corresponds to a position at 90° relative to the final position and the direction towards the ground is materialized by the arrow 54.

[0030] Thus, when the pocket 50 is to be placed on the bar 208, the rod 152 is introduced into the pocket 50 with the profiles 154 which are outside the pocket 50. Then the V 158 are placed on the tube 150 by overlapping, which ensures a temporary position during which the operator is relieved of the weight of the pocket 50 and the pocket 50 hangs under the bar 208. Finally, the profiles 154 are moved to bring the U 156 into overlapping on the bar 208.

[0031] The pocket 50 generally comprises a length parallel to which the rod 152 is positioned, and a thickness in the vicinity of the middle of which the profiles 154 exit the pocket 50. The rod 152 is preferably located in the vicinity of the middle of the thickness.

[0032] When the pocket 50 is suspended, each U 156 is positioned in a vertically offset manner relative to the pocket 50. That is to say, the rod 152 is offset relative to the axis of the U 156.

[0033] The position of the tip of each V 158 relative to the width of the pocket 50 depends on the size and load of the pocket 50 in order to ensure a relatively stable intermediate position.

[0034] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, each U 156 comprises parallel branches which extend from the bottom of the U 156 and between which the bar 208 is positioned.

[0035] In order to prevent the U 156 from coming loose from the bar 208, each U 156 has a constriction 160 at the ends of the branches which are on the opposite side to the bottom of the U 156. Thus, when the diameter of the bar 208 is equal to the distance between the branches, the installation and removal of the hook 150 first require the branches to be spread apart to release the bar 208. The constriction here takes the form of a fold from one of the branches towards the other branch at the junction between the U 156 and the V 158.
