Description
Title of the invention: Removable ramp for a vehicle and removable ramp kit for a vehicle Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a removable ramp for a vehicle. It applies, in particular, to devices making it possible to facilitate the loading and unloading of any material on rollers or wheels in a utility vehicle. Prior art
[0002] The problem, well known to many users of utility vehicles, arises when loading and unloading any object or material, whether bulky, heavy, etc. It is often necessary to ask a third party for help. Otherwise, many use a set of ramps placed on the edge of the vehicle.
[0003] Removable ramps are known that are not fixed to the vehicle, which makes implementation easier. However, this type of ramp is not reliable because it does not prevent the ramp from sliding on the edge of the vehicle during loading or unloading. It also does not prevent the load from tipping over because the ramp is not fixed. This type of removable ramp risks damaging the vehicle when positioning the ramp(s).
[0004] Other models of ramp associated and fixed to the vehicle take up space. In addition, this type of ramp removes a significant part of the utility space of the vehicle.
[0005] We know of ramp models which require significant modifications to the vehicle, in particular a lowering of the rear chassis of the vehicle which requires a significant investment for each vehicle.
[0006] The objective of the present invention is to have a removable ramp without taking up too much space in the vehicle. Presentation of the invention
[0007] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a completely innovative approach.
[0008] More specifically, the invention aims to provide a removable ramp allowing simplicity of implementation.
[0009] In particular, an objective of the invention is to provide a simple installation making it possible to do without any other complex fixing system.
[0010] Another objective of the invention is to provide such a technique which is inexpensive to implement and which does not require any particular maintenance.
[0011] An objective of the invention is to provide a ramp, which can be easily adapted to existing vehicles.
[0012] These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved, with the help of of a removable ramp for a vehicle, remarkable in that it comprises an unfolded position and a storage position and comprises: - a ramp having a length of at least 80 cm and comprising a first end and a second end, said second end being adapted to touch the ground when the unfolded position is used; - a support bracket fixed to the vehicle with a pivot-type articulation between the support bracket and the first end of the ramp, the articulation consists of a hinge comprising two parts: an eyelet and a hinge, one part of which is secured to the support bracket and the other part is secured to the first end of the ramp; - an element for locking the folded position in the vehicle, said locking element maintaining the folded position in the vehicle and to move to the unfolded position said locking element is removed.
[0013] Thanks to these provisions, the ramp makes it easier to load and unload any equipment on wheels into a utility vehicle. The ramp is removable and thus helps to conserve the volume of the vehicle.
[0014] The ramp is installed in utility vehicles with wooden floors and can be suitable for different profiles: craftsmen, delivery drivers, individuals, etc.
[0015] The ramp falls within the field of improvement and equipment of utility type vehicles.
[0016] The objective of the ramp is achieved in a practical and simple way: to facilitate and make practical the loading and unloading of material on rollers in a utility vehicle.
[0017] In addition, it makes life easier for its users in every way: avoids back pain and injuries, saves time.
[0018] The ramp in the storage position does not take up much space.
[0019] The ramp is removable, meaning it can be removed in 2 seconds to recover the volume of the vehicle.
[0020] The ramp addresses the problem of many professionals and individuals during travel and daily use.
[0021] According to one example, the ramp withstands approximately 250 kg.
[0022] The invention is advantageously implemented according to the embodiments and variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or according to any technically effective combination.
[0023] In one embodiment, the ramp is composed of two parts and comprises a hinge-type articulation substantially in the middle and adapted for folding the two parts.
[0024] Thus the length of the ramp is doubled.
[0025] According to one example the ramp measures 57.5 cm in width and 233.5 cm.
[0026] In one embodiment, the first end and the second end are beveled.
[0027] Thus, the beveled shape ensures great stability and prevents slipping.
[0028] In one embodiment, the locking element is positioned inside the vehicle at the roof.
[0029] In one embodiment, the locking element is positioned inside the vehicle at one of the sides.
[0030] In one embodiment, the locking element is positioned inside the vehicle at ground level.
[0031] In this case and according to one example, the locking element and a crutch which comes into abutment on the ground and cooperate with the ramp. The crutch is articulated with the ramp and is locked for example with a screw that can be manipulated by the hand of an operator. The crutch is then locked on one side by the stop and on the other by the screw with the ramp making the ramp locked in the vertical position, that is to say, its storage position. To unlock this position, it is sufficient to manipulate the screw, thus unlocking the crutch and allowing the ramp to move into the unfolded position.
[0032] In one embodiment, the joint comprises a removable holding element positioned in the hinge preventing removal of the first end of the ramp.
[0033] In one embodiment, the ramp comprises a stand positioned substantially in the middle of the ramp adapted to rest on the ground when the ramp is unfolded.

[0044] [Fig.l] shows a diagram consisting of a removable ramp 21 at the rear of a vehicle 20 in the unfolded position.
[0045] This figure represents a rear view of a utility vehicle 20 with a ramp 21 deployed. The ramp 21 has a first end and a second end. The first end is attached to the utility vehicle 20. The second end is configured to contact the ground.
[0046] According to one example, the ramp 21 is doubled. That is to say that the width is approximately 57 cm.
[0047] According to another example, the ramp 21 is unique and the width of the ramp 21 is of the order of 25 cm.
[0048] The first end is fixed to the vehicle 20 on a support support which is not visible in this figure, the support support is visible in figures 5 to 7.
[0049] The second end which touches the ground is beveled to avoid jolts when, for example, a trolley climbs this ramp 21.
[0050] According to one example, the ramp 21 is made of aluminum.
[0051] According to one example, the ramp 21 is composed of two parts and comprises an arti hinge type assembly substantially in the middle suitable for folding the two parts. The ramp 21 is lightweight, foldable and unfoldable and can be done with one hand.
[0052] [Fig.2] shows another view of a diagram consisting of a removable ramp 21 with the rear of a vehicle 20. This figure shows the ramp 21 in a rear view of the vehicle 20 and shows the open trunk of the vehicle 20 with the ramp 21 deployed.
[0053] [Fig. 3] shows a diagram consisting of a removable ramp 21 at the rear of a vehicle 20 in the storage position. This figure shows the ramp 21 in the storage position in the trunk of the vehicle 20. The ramp 21 is in a vertical position at the rear of the vehicle 20 so it does not take up space inside the trunk of the vehicle 20.
[0054] [Fig. 4] shows a diagram of the locking element 22 for the folded position in the vehicle 20. The locking element 22 makes it possible to maintain the vertical position of the ramp 21, i.e. in the storage position. The locking element 22 is composed of a removable part which makes it possible to exit the storage position and allow the ramp 21 to unfold.
[0055] The locking element 22 also includes a cleat which makes it possible to lock the position of the ramp 21 in the vertical position. The cleat stops the ramp 21 in the vertical position without blocking it; it is therefore the locking element 22 which makes it possible to unlock the vertical position.
[0056] The locking element 22 is composed of a removable part around an axis, for example a screw, and the removable part pivots to allow the ramp 21 to pass for its deployment. Under the effect of gravity, the removable part remains in a vertical position and allows the ramp 21 to be locked. The user of the ramp 21 adjusts to move the removable part to release the locking element 22.
[0057] During transport, there is no risk of the ramp 21 falling or of it moving during travel.
[0058] [Fig.5] shows a diagram of the support bracket 23.
[0059] According to one example, the support bracket 23 fixed to the vehicle has the following dimensions: 15 cm wide and 65 cm long.
[0060] According to one example, the support support 23 is made of stainless steel.
[0061] The support bracket is screwed inside the vehicle. Preferably, it is fixed on one of the sides of the trunk near the edge of the trunk and at the rear of the vehicle.
[0062] In the example shown, the support bracket has through holes around the circumference of the support bracket 23 for assembly, i.e. screwing the support bracket to the vehicles. Twelve through holes are shown.
[0063] On the lower part of the figure is shown a part of the hinges, that is to say the eye holder.
[0064] The eye holder 24 will cooperate with the other part of the hinge which has a hinge pin and which is integral with the first end of the ramp (visible in the following figure).
[0065] [Fig. 6] shows a diagram of a support bracket 23 in which a holding element 26 is positioned.
[0066] This figure shows the assembly of the hinge with the eye holder 24 with the hinge 25. The eye holder 24 is integral with the support and the hinge 25 is integral with the first end of the ramp. Together, they form a pivot joint.
[0067] This figure shows a hand which designates a removable part 26 called a removable holding element.
[0068] [Fig.7] shows another diagram of a support bracket 23 in which a holding element 26 is positioned.
[0069] When the removable holding element 26 is positioned in the hinge, this part prevents the ramp from being removed from the support bracket 23. List of reference signs
