[0001] The present invention relates to a baker's oven door, a baker's oven equipped with such a door, as well as a module comprising such a door and adaptable to an existing baker's oven.
[0002] Generally speaking, a baker's oven is in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped block, equipped with heat generating means, comprising several superimposed chambers, open at the front on a vertical front face, which can be loaded and unloaded independently, each closed by a hatch which can be operated in opening and closing, the hatches being advantageously made of glass so that the progress of the cooking can be followed from the outside.
[0003] These ovens operate continuously, generally during the day from early morning until possibly the afternoon, depending on the operation. Thus, after the last firings, the oven is turned off until the next day, that is to say, it is left to cool, and when it is turned back on the next day, it is done from a cold start.
[0004] This therefore constitutes a significant loss of energy, which is not appropriate, especially in this period of seeking energy savings.
[0005] The present invention aims to remedy this drawback by proposing a baker's oven door, a baker's oven equipped with such a door, as well as a module comprising such a door and adaptable to an existing baker's oven, making it possible to slow down the cooling of the oven after use, so that when it is relighted it still has heat.
[0006] The baker's oven door according to the invention, where said baker's oven is in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped block, equipped with heat generating means, comprising several superimposed chambers, open at the front on a vertical front face of said block, is characterized in that it comprises one or more parts, each consisting of at least one element having insulating properties; in that it is associated with interface means which connect it to said block, and which cooperate with guide means capable of allowing its movement to make it take two positions, a first active position, in which it is deployed on said front face in line with the openings of said chambers, and closely attached to it, a second inactive position, in which it is in a waiting position outside said front face.
[0007] According to an additional feature of the baker's oven door according to the invention, each part is made up of several sections articulated two by two so that it can be folded when it is in the waiting position.
[0008] According to another additional characteristic of the baker's oven door according to the invention, each part is made up of several sections hinged two by two so that it can be rolled up when it is in the waiting position.
[0009] According to another additional characteristic of the baker's oven door according to the invention, each of the sections consists of a box containing an insulating material.
[0010] According to another additional characteristic of the baker's oven door according to the invention, the box is made of metal.
[0011] The present invention also relates to a baker's oven which is in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped block, equipped with heat generating means, comprising several superimposed chambers, open on a front vertical face of said block, and which is characterized in that it comprises a baker's oven door as defined above.
[0012] The present invention also relates to a module adaptable to a baker's oven and comprising a door as defined above, and which is characterized in that it comprises a frame, sized and shaped to be adapted to the front vertical face of said oven, comprising means for securing to said oven, as well as interface means for supporting the baker's oven door.
[0013] The advantages and characteristics of the baker's oven door according to the invention will emerge more clearly from the description which follows and which refers to the attached drawing, which represents several non-limiting embodiments thereof.
[0014] In the attached drawing:
[0015] [Fig-1] represents a schematic perspective view of a baker's oven.
[0016] [Fig.2] represents a schematic and perspective view of a first mode of rea lization of the baker's oven door according to the invention
[0017] [Fig.3] represents a schematic and perspective view of another mode of rea construction of the baker's oven door according to the invention,
[0018] [Fig.4] represents a schematic and perspective view of a first mode of rea construction of the baker's oven door according to the invention,
[0019] [Fig.5] A, B and C represent schematic and perspective views of different embodiments of a module adaptable to a baker's oven, according to the invention.
[0020] With reference to [Fig. 1], a baker's oven 1 can be seen, in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped block, comprising superimposed chambers 2, in this case not limited to four, opening at the front onto a front vertical face 10, each being equipped with doors 20, preferably made of glass. The oven 1 incorporates non-visible internal means of heat generation, making it possible to heat chambers 2 for cooking.
[0021] The oven 1 shown, comprises on its front face 10, non-limitingly, a cap 11 on the top and a transverse platform 12 on the bottom, framing the openings of the chambers 2.
[0022] Obviously, all sides of the oven 1 are internally insulated to contain the heat, with the exception of the front facade 10 since it has the openings to the chambers 2.
[0023] Consequently, the front facade 10 constitutes a heat dispersion zone, and therefore a heat loss zone when the oven 1 is switched off.
[0024] The present invention aims to limit this loss, by making it possible to isolate the front vertical face 10.
[0025] [Fig. 2] shows the same oven 1 equipped with a door 3 deployed on the front face 10, to the right of the chambers 2, not visible. This door 3 is made up of two leaves 30 and 31, each articulated by hinges respectively 32 and 33, secured to one side of the oven 1, respectively 13 and 14, and which allow the movement and guidance of the two leaves 30 and 31 between an active position and a passive position, and vice versa.
[0026] In this case, non-limitingly, each of the leaves 30 and 31 is made up of two vertical sections, respectively 34 and 35, making it possible to limit the size in the inactive waiting position, folded back against the sides respectively 13 and 14.
[0027] In [Fig. 3] we can see, according to another embodiment, the oven 1 equipped with a sectional door 4, folding accordion-style against the cap 11. This sectional door 4 is made up of four horizontal sections 40, hinged two by two around horizontal axes 41, while the upper section 40 is hinged to the cap 11 around a horizontal axis 42.
[0028] Referring now to [Fig.4], one can see, according to another embodiment, an oven 1 equipped with a sectional door 5, mounted sliding between two rails 50 and 51 secured to the side 14 of the oven 1. The door 5 is made up of a multitude of vertical sections 52 articulated two by two.
[0029] Whatever the embodiment, the elements constituting the doors, namely 34, 35, 40 and 52, are in the form of a box comprising a metal casing filled with an insulating material, for example, but not limited to, glass wool or rock wool.
[0030] The various embodiments presented are not limiting, others are conceivable, and depend on the dimensional and architectural characteristics of the oven. The various door models proposed are intended to be adaptable to existing ovens, as original equipment, however it is conceivable to equip ovens in second-hand.
[0031] Equipping retrofit ovens with doors 3, 4 and 5, or others, may require modifying certain characteristics of the oven, and if this is not possible, it is proposed to use a module added to an existing oven, as shown in Figures 5A, 5B and 5C.
[0032] In Figure 5A, we can see a module 6, equipped with a door 60, attached to an oven 1. This module 6 comprises a sleeping frame 61 in the shape of an inverted U, in this case arranged between the platform 12 and the cap 11.
[0033] The door 60 is in the form of a rolling shutter, which can be rolled up at the top. Of course, other embodiments of the door are possible; the rolling up can be carried out laterally, on one or both sides; the door can consist of leaves.
[0034] In Figure 5B, we can see a module 7, equipped with a door 70, also attached to an oven 1. It also includes a sleeping frame 71 in the shape of an inverted U, secured to the oven 1 by passing above and beside it. It will be understood that a module of this design is adaptable to any shape of oven.
[0035] It will be noted that the door 70 comprises two leaves 72 and 73, and that the fixed frame 71 comprises two lateral uprights 74 and 75 which consist of boxes, intended to house the two leaves, respectively 72 and 73, when they are in the waiting position.
[0036] Referring now to Figure 5C, we can see a module 8, equipped with a door 80, and attached to an oven 1. This module 8 is in the form of a box 81 arranged vertically, in this case attached to the side 13 of the oven 1, while the door 80 is a shutter that can be rolled up in the box 81.
[0037] Of course, whatever the embodiment considered, all the doors described above can be motorized or manually moved.
