Claims

1. Aqueous extract obtained from a plant of the species Aster alpinus and / or Aster tataricus, characterized in that it is an extract obtained from the aerial parts of the plant.

2. Extract according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the aerial parts are the leaves.

3. Extract according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the extract is obtained by aqueous maceration at room temperature.

4. Extract according to one of the preceding claims, obtainable by the extraction process comprising the following steps: a. drying and grinding of the aerial parts of the plant, b. aqueous maceration of the aerial parts obtained in step a) at room temperature in the absence of organic solvent, c. filtration of the extract obtained in step b) and d. concentration of the extract obtained in step c).

5. Extract according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the extraction is carried out in the absence of alcoholic or hydroalcoholic solvent.

6. Extract according to one of the preceding claims for its use as a medicament.

7. Extract for its use according to the preceding claim, as an antibiotic and / or anti-inflammatory.

8. Extract for use according to one of claims 6 or 7, in the prevention and / or treatment of diseases associated with infection by C. acnes and / or S. aureus.

9. Extract for use according to one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the diseases associated with an infection by C. acneset / or S.aureus are chosen from skin infections by C. acneset / or S.aureus and prosthesis infections by C. acneset / or S.aureus.

10. Extract for its use according to one of claims 6 to 9, in the prevention and / or treatment of a disease chosen from acne, psoriasis, vitiligo, acne vulgaris, seborrheic dermatitis and atopic dermatitis.

11. An aqueous extract obtained from a plant of the genus Aster for use in the prevention and / or treatment of diseases associated with an infection with C. acnes and / or S. aureus.

Extract for its use according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the aqueous extract is obtained from a species chosen from Aster alpinus, Aster tataricus, Aster nova-angliae, Aster umbellatus, Aster tongolensis, Aster radula, Aster novi-belgii, Aster macrophyllus, Aster laevis, Aster ericoides, Aster dumosus, Aster ageratoides, Aster frikantii, Aster cordifolius, Aster linosyris, Aster sedifolius, Aster late-rifloris, Aster divaricatus, Aster amethystinus, Aster pyraneus, Aster pringlei, Aster sibiricus, Aster radula, Aster amellus and mixtures thereof.

13. Composition comprising the extract according to one of claims 1 to 5 and glycerol and alcohol and water.

14. Composition according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the concentration of the extract is at least 0.1 mg / ml.
