Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Object holder for cosmetic materials and central core assembly comprising the object holder Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to cosmetic product packaging technology, more particularly to a holder for lipstick products and a central core assembly comprising the holder. Prior art
[0002] The central core is the main component of a tubular container. It comprises a screw, a tubular body and a fork. The tubular body is used to contain cosmetic materials. When the nut rotates, it drives the tubular body to reciprocate along the fork, thereby allowing the cosmetic materials to be taken out and retracted. Currently, there are one-piece tubular bodies and two-piece tubular bodies. Two-piece tubular bodies generally comprise an inner tube and an outer tube. The inner tube is used to contain and fix the cosmetic materials, while the outer tube is used to connect the fork to limit the movement path of the tube. The two-piece structure of the tubular body is complex, the assembly process is tedious and the manufacturing costs are high.As for the traditional one-piece tubular body, the shape of the protruding parts and protruding ears is limited by the tubular body, and it is difficult to control the coaxial alignment of the tubular body. Presentation of the invention
[0003] In order to overcome the above-mentioned defects, the present invention provides a holder for cosmetic materials comprising a tubular body and a base plate. The tubular body is provided with protruding ears which are connected to the spiral, and the base plate is provided with protruding parts for fixing the pasty material. Thus, the holder is a one-piece tubular body, which simplifies the manufacturing and installation process, and reduces the manufacturing costs of the holder.
[0004] The technical solution adopted to solve the technical problem is as follows:
[0005] A holder for cosmetic materials comprising a tubular body and a base plate fixed to the tubular body. The side wall of the tubular body is provided with protruding ears which protrude outward in the radial direction, and the base plate is provided with protruding parts for solid cosmetic materials.
[0006] Optionally, the tubular body comprises an upper opening end and a lower opening end, the base plate is attached to the end lower opening, or the base plate is fixed inside the tubular body between the upper opening end and the lower opening end.
[0007] Optionally, the protruding pieces comprise a first end and a second end, the first end of the protruding pieces is connected to the base plate, the second end of the protruding pieces is a free end, and the second end of the protruding pieces extends toward the upper opening end and / or the lower opening end of the tubular body.
[0008] Optionally, the width of the first end of the protruding pieces is less than the width of the second end of the protruding pieces.
[0009] Optionally, the protruding parts are arranged inclined relative to the axis of the tubular body.
[0010] Optionally, the second end of the protruding parts forms a folded portion oriented towards the side wall of the tubular body or towards the axis of the tubular body.
[0011] Optionally, the protruding pieces are formed by bending and turning the stamped base plate.
[0012] Optionally, the base plate is provided with stamping holes formed by stamping cutting, and the protruding pieces are formed on the edges of the stamping holes.
[0013] Optionally, the base plate is provided with M protrusions, the distance between two adjacent protrusions is equal, where M > 1 and M is an odd number; or the base plate is provided with N pairs of protrusions, each pair of protrusions being arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the tubular body, where N > 1 and N is an integer. Optionally, the object holder is a one-piece molded metal part, and the protrusions are formed by radially stamping the side wall of the tubular body outward.
[0014] The present invention also relates to a central core assembly comprising a specimen holder, a fork and a spiral. The spiral is mounted on the fork, the fork is mounted on the specimen holder, and the inner face of the spiral is provided with a thread. The fork is provided with a guide groove open in the axial direction, and the protruding ears pass through the guide groove and engage with the thread when the spiral rotates relative to the fork, thereby moving the specimen holder in the axial direction.
[0015] The advantages of the present invention are as follows: the carrier part in this invention is an integrated part, comprising a tubular body and a base plate. The tubular body is equipped with protruding ears for spiral connection, while the base plate is equipped with protruding pieces for fixing the dough. Thus, both the protruding ears and the protruding pieces are arranged on the carrier part. Compared with traditional two-piece assemblies, the process of fa The manufacturing and installation process is simplified, reducing the production steps and manufacturing costs of the load-bearing part. In this invention, the protruding ears are arranged on the tubular body and the protruding parts are arranged on the base plate. The shape of the protruding parts and the protruding ears can be arbitrarily machined, thereby solving the problem of shape limitation of the protruding parts and the protruding ears when both are arranged on the tubular body, as well as the difficulty of controlling the coaxiality of the tubular body. [0083] The following description, in conjunction with the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, clearly and comprehensively describes the technical solutions of the present invention. It is obvious that the described examples represent only a part of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the exemplary embodiments. All other exemplary embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without exercising an inventive step, on the basis of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, fall within the protection of the present invention and the scope of the claims.
[0084] It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", etc., used in this specification and in the accompanying figures are used to distinguish like objects and are not necessarily used to describe a specific order or sequence. It should be understood that these terms may be interchangeable in appropriate situations, such that the embodiments of the present invention described herein may be implemented in a different order than illustrated or described. In addition, the terms "comprise" and "comprise" and variations thereof are intended to encompass a non-exclusive inclusion, for example, a process, method, system, product or device comprising a series of steps or elements not necessarily limited to those explicitly listed, but may include other steps or elements inherent in such processes, methods, products or devices.
[0085] For ease of description, relative spatial terms such as "above", "above- above", "on the top surface", "upper", etc., may be used to describe the spatial relationship of a device or feature relative to other devices or features, as illustrated in the figures. It should be understood that relative spatial terms are intended to include orientations different from those described in the figures, depending on the use or operation. For example, if a device shown in the figures is inverted, it will be described as being "above" or "over" other devices or structures, whereas a device described as being "above" or "over" other devices or structures in the figures will be located "below" or "under" other devices or structures. Therefore, the term "above" used by way of example may include the orientations "above" and "below".The device can also be positioned in different ways (rotated 90 degrees or other orientation), and the relative spatial descriptions used here should be interpreted accordingly.
[0086] As illustrated in Figures 1 to 52, a cosmetic material supporting member comprises a tubular body 110 and a base plate 120 fixed to the tubular body 110. The side wall of the tubular body 110 is provided with protruding ears 111 which protrude outward in the radial direction, and the base plate 120 is provided with protruding pieces 121 for solidifying the cosmetic material. The supporting member 100 is used for supporting the cosmetic material, particularly paste-shaped cosmetics such as lipstick, lip balm, lip gloss, body balm, and deodorant. When filling, the cosmetic material, i.e., the paste, is injected into the tubular body 110, the base plate 120 is used to support the cosmetic material, and the protruding pieces 121 on the base plate 120 are used to fix the paste, thereby preventing the paste from detaching from the support member and preventing movement of the paste during the makeup process. The protruding ears 111 on the tubular body 110 are combined with a fork to define the movement path of the support member 100. The support member 100 of the present invention is a one-piece piece in which the protruding ears 111 and the protruding pieces 121 are all arranged on the support member 100. Compared with the traditional two-piece structure, this simplifies the manufacturing and assembly process of the support member 100 and reduces production costs. In the present invention, the protruding ears are arranged on the tubular body 110 and the protruding pieces 121 are arranged on the base plate 120. The shape of the protruding pieces and the protruding ears can be changed as needed, which solves the problem of limiting the shape of the protruding pieces and the protruding ears in the traditional one-piece structure where they are all arranged on the tubular body, as well as the problem of controlling the coaxiality of the tubular body. The coaxiality makes . reference to the axial offset between the centers of circles in a cylindrical part.
[0087] The tubular body 110 comprises an upper opening end and a lower opening end. The tubular body 110 is a hollow cylindrical structure with upper and lower openings, and upon filling, the dough is injected into the tubular body 110 through the upper opening. In one embodiment, as illustrated in Figures 1-12, the base plate 120 is attached to the lower opening end, such that the support member is a hollow cylindrical structure with a base plate 120 at the lower end and an upper opening. In another embodiment, the base plate 120 is attached between the upper opening and the lower opening of the tubular body 110.It is not shown in the figure, but the support member has upper and lower openings, and a base plate 120 is arranged in the middle of the support member in the axial direction of the tubular body 110, the base plate 120 being close to the lower opening of the tubular body 110.
[0088] As illustrated in Figures 7-9, the protruding piece 121 comprises a first end and a second end. The first end of the protruding piece 121 is connected to the base plate 120, while the second end of the protruding piece 121 is a free end and extends toward the upper open end and / or the lower open end. The second end of the protruding piece 121 extends toward the upper open end and / or the lower open end according to at least the following configurations: first, when the base plate 120 is closed at the lower open end, the second end of the protruding piece 121 extends toward the upper open end; second, when the base plate 120 is positioned in the middle of the tubular body 110, the second end of the protruding piece 121 extends toward the upper open end;third, when the base plate 120 is positioned in the middle of the tubular body 110, the second end of the protruding piece 121 extends toward the lower open end; fourth, when the base plate 120 is positioned in the middle of the tubular body 110, some second ends of some protruding pieces 121 extend toward the upper open end, while other second ends of some protruding pieces 121 extend toward the lower open end. ;
[0089] As illustrated in [Fig. 1], the width of the first end of the protruding piece 121 is less than that of the second end. In other words, the width of the junction between the protruding piece 121 and the base plate 120 is less than the width of the free end of the protruding piece 121. Optionally, the protruding piece 121 has a structure similar to a trapezoid.
[0090] The projecting part 121 may be arranged in the axial direction of the tubular body 110 or inclined. Optionally, as illustrated in Figures 7-9, the part protrusion 121 is inclined relative to the central axis of the tubular body 110. This means that the angle between the protrusion 121 and the base plate 120 is not a right angle, but may be an acute angle.
[0091] As illustrated in [Fig.8], the second end of the protruding piece 121 forms a bent portion 122 directed toward the side wall of the tubular body 110 or toward the central axis of the tubular body 110. By tilting the protruding piece 121 on the base plate 120, with a first end width smaller than that of the second end, and adding a bent portion 122 to the second end of the protruding piece 121, the fixing strength of the adhesive paste on the protruding piece is improved.
[0092] In one embodiment, the protruding piece 121 is attached to the inner surface of the base plate 120 and protrudes therefrom. In this example, the base plate 120 closes the lower end of the tubular body 110 and comprises an inner surface and an outer surface arranged oppositely. The protruding piece 121 protrudes from the inner surface of the base plate 120 and constitutes an additional element with respect to the base plate 120. Thus, when forming the protruding piece 121, the base plate 120 is not damaged and the adhesive paste is supported on the inner surface of the base plate 120 and then fixed in the adhesive paste by inserting the protruding piece 121 therein.
[0093] To simplify the manufacturing process, the protruding part 121 is formed by deforming the base plate 120 itself. Optionally, the protruding part 121 is cut and bent after being stamped from the base plate 120. This involves cutting an area on the base plate 120, partially detaching it from the base plate along the edge connected thereto, and then bending this area toward the upper open end or the lower open end of the tubular body 110. During the cutting process, a slot may be directly cut in the base plate 120, or stamping holes 123 may be formed on the base plate 120.
[0094] Optionally, as illustrated in Figures 1-12, stamping holes 123 are formed by stamping cutting on the base plate 120, and the protruding pieces 121 are formed on the edges of the stamping holes 123. This means that different shapes of stamping holes 123 are formed on the base plate 120 during the cutting process, and the protruding pieces 121 are then bent toward the upper open end or the lower open end of the tubular body 110. Optionally, the protruding pieces 121 are generally formed on the edges of the recessed portions of the stamping holes 123.
[0095] In this description, the number of protruding parts 121 is not limited. There may be 1, 2 or more. In one embodiment, the base plate 120 has M protrusions 121, and the distance between two adjacent protrusions 121 is equal. In this case, M > 1 and M is an odd number. The distance between two adjacent protrusions 121 is measured from the center point of the connection between the protrusion 121 and the base plate 120. In this example, an odd number of protrusions 121 is uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the base plate 120 to improve the solder paste holding capacity. In another embodiment, the base plate 120 has N pairs of protrusions 121 arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the tubular body 110. In this case, N > 1 and N is an integer. In this example, at least one pair of protrusions 121 is arranged symmetrically to improve the solder paste holding capacity. The shape of the stamping holes 123 can be varied, such as patterns, letters, numbers, irregular shapes, etc. Optionally, the stamping hole 123 has the shape of a hollow concavity, a lying H-beam, a cross, a bump, a #, an S, a C, an H or a Z. .
[0096] The supporting parts 100 are integrally formed metal parts, such as aluminum, copper, iron, etc. The protruding ears 111 are formed by deforming the base plate 120 itself, for example, by stamping outwardly along the side wall of the tubular body 110 in the radial direction, as illustrated in [Fig. 12].
[0097] Embodiment 1: The supporting part 100 is made from an aluminum sheet. As shown in [Fig. 6], the base plate 120 closes the lower opening end of the tubular body 110, and two protruding ears 111 are formed by stamping on the side walls of the tubular body 110. The base plate 120 is cut and stamped to form stamping holes 123 and protruding parts 121, as shown in [Fig. 12]. Then, the protruding pieces 121 are bent upward, inclined and evenly arranged on the base plate 120. Finally, the second end of the protruding pieces 121 is bent toward the side wall of the tubular body 110 to form a bent portion 122, thereby improving the solder paste retaining force of the protruding pieces 121.
[0098] As shown in [Fig. 13], the punched hole 123 in this embodiment has the shape of a hollow lying H-beam, FIGS. 1-6 show a schematic of the supporting member after punching the hole in this embodiment, and FIGS. 7-12 show a schematic of the supporting member after the protruding pieces 121 in this embodiment. In this embodiment, the protruding pieces 121 arranged symmetrically in the axis are provided on the base plate 120, as shown in [Fig. 11].
[0099] Embodiment 2: The shape of the stamping holes 123 is different from that of Example 1. As illustrated in [Fig.26], the stamping holes 123 have a shape hollow S-shaped. Figures 14 to 19 show the supporting part after stamping the holes, and Figures 20 to 25 show the supporting part after bending the protruding parts 121. In this example, as illustrated in [Fig.24], the base plate 120 has a pair of protruding parts 121 arranged symmetrically.
[0100] Embodiment 3: The shape of the stamping holes 123 is different from that of Example 1. As illustrated in [Fig. 39], the stamping holes 123 are formed by connecting two V-shaped recessed shapes. Figures 27 to 32 show the supporting part after stamping the holes, and Figures 33 to 38 show the supporting part after bending the protruding parts 121. In this example, as illustrated in [Fig. 37], the base plate 120 has two pairs of protruding parts 121 arranged symmetrically.
[0101] Embodiment 4, the shape of the stamping holes 123 is different from that of Example 1. As illustrated in [Fig. 52], the stamping holes 123 are formed by assembling two cross shapes. Figures 40 to 45 show the carrier part after stamping the holes, and Figures 46 to 51 show the carrier part after bending the protruding parts 121. In this example, as illustrated in [Fig. 50], the base plate 120 has three pairs of protruding parts 121 arranged symmetrically.
[0102] As illustrated in Figures 53 to 55, the invention relates to a central core assembly comprising a carrier part 100, a fork 200 and a spiral 300. The spiral 300 is mounted on the fork 200, which is in turn mounted on the carrier part 100. The inner face of the spiral 300 is threaded, and the fork 200 has a guide groove 201 open in the axial direction. The projecting ears 111 pass through the guide groove 201 and engage with the thread of the spiral 300. When the spiral 300 rotates relative to the fork 200, it can cause the axial displacement of the carrier part 100, thereby allowing the extension or retraction of a cosmetic material from the central core assembly. In this central core assembly, the carrier part 100 of embodiment 1 is used to support the cosmetic material. For environmental reasons, the carrier part 100, the fork 200 and the spiral 300 are manufactured by cutting and stamping metal sheets. The metal materials include copper, iron, aluminum, etc. Optionally, the carrier part 100, the fork 200 and the spiral 300 may be manufactured from stamped aluminum sheet. When manufacturing the carrier part 100, the protruding ears 111 on the tubular body 110 are formed by deforming the tubular body itself, for example, by stamping the side wall of the tubular body 110 radially outward to form the protruding ears 111. Optionally, two axially symmetrical protruding ears 111 are provided on the side wall of the tubular body 110, and two guide grooves . 201 are provided on the fork 200, while two threads are provided on the spiral 300, in order to improve the stability of the operation of the carrier part 100. The protruding ears 111 pass through the guide grooves 201, which limit the rotation of the carrier part 100 and allow its axial displacement along the guide grooves 201, which allows the extension or retraction of the cosmetic material.
[0103] In one embodiment, the ends of the guide grooves 201 are provided with bent positioning grooves 202. When the carrier part 100 reaches its limit position during operation, the protruding ears 111 are located inside the positioning grooves 202, as shown in [Fig. 54]. The upper and lower ends of the guide grooves 201 are both provided with positioning grooves 202, which are arranged in the circumferential direction of the fork 200. When the carrier part 100 reaches its uppermost position, the protruding ears 111 fit into the upper positioning groove 202, as shown in [Fig. 53].When the carrier part 100 reaches its lowest position, the protruding ears 111 fit into the lower positioning groove 202, which allows the carrier part 100 to remain in the upper or lower position thanks to the configuration of the positioning grooves 202.
[0104] It should be noted that, for ordinary persons in the technical field, it is possible to make various modifications and improvements without departing from the basic idea of the present invention, and these are all within the scope of protection of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present patent application should be determined based on the appended claims.
