[0001] The field of the invention is that of sliding leaf assemblies.
[0002] These assemblies conventionally comprise rails intended to be mounted on a embrasure delimiting a rectangular opening to form a frame and leaves intended to be mounted sliding horizontally on these rails.
[0003] The invention applies more particularly to lightweight leaf assemblies with plastic panels, for example vinyl and / or including a mosquito net and configured so that these leaves are capable of being removably mounted on the rails.
[0004] This makes it possible to easily close an opening delimited by a pergola-type structure in order to protect its occupants from rain, wind and / or ultraviolet rays and / or insects, as well as to exchange the leaves according to the seasons. Dismantling the leaves is also easy due to the lightness of plastic or mosquito net-type panels.
[0005] An aim of the invention is to propose a system of sliding leaves compatible with access for people with reduced mobility (PRM) at a lower cost.
[0006] For this purpose, the invention relates to a sliding leaf assembly intended to be mounted on a door frame comprising flat faces delimiting and surrounding a substantially rectangular opening, each leaf comprising a panel of elastically deformable translucent film and / or a mosquito net panel and rollers, the assembly comprising a set of rails capable of being laid in a tunnel on the flat faces of the door frame so as to form a frame comprising a threshold formed by a lower rail of the set of rails and so that the leaves are intended to be slidably mounted in a removable manner on the frame, the lower rail having a first height less than or equal to 2.5 cm.
[0007] Advantageously, the assembly comprises at least one elastically deformable translucent film which is a shape memory vinyl film.
[0008] Advantageously, the frame comprises an upper crosspiece formed by an upper rail of the set of rails, the upper rail having a second height greater than the first height.
[0009] Advantageously, each rail of the set of rails has a bottom intended to be opposite a flat face of the support frame when the set of rails is laid in a tunnel on the opening so as to have the function of a frame.
[0010] Advantageously, each rail comprises supports parallel to the bottom, facing the bottom and by which the rail is intended to bear on the flat face when the set of rails is laid in a tunnel on the opening so as to have the function of a sleeper, the rail comprising transverse edges extending continuously from one of the supports to the bottom.
[0011] Advantageously, each rail of the set of rails comprises a set of transverse walls extending from a first side of the bottom so as to limit adjacent housings along the transverse axis and receiving the leaves when they are mounted sliding in a removable manner on the frame.
[0012] Advantageously, each leaf is configured so as to be intended to extend within a single housing of the lower rail when it is mounted on the frame.
[0013] Advantageously, the set of transverse walls comprises two end transverse walls transversely delimiting the bottom and intermediate transverse walls arranged between the end transverse walls, only one of the end transverse walls of the lower rail and each of the intermediate transverse walls of the lower rail being crossed by at least one drainage opening.
[0014] Advantageously, two rails of the set of rails each have gutters projecting from the bottom of the rail, the gutters being intended to receive screws passing through openings made in the bottoms of the other two rails so as to form a closed frame.
[0015] The invention also relates to a sliding leaf system comprising a sliding leaf assembly according to the invention, in which the leaves are slidably mounted in a removable manner on a mounting frame formed from the rail assembly of the sliding leaf assembly.

[0022] [Fig.4]: a schematic representation of a section along a plane perpendicular to [Fig.2] and to the second direction D2, of the lower and upper rails mounted on the doorway. Description of the invention
[0023] The invention relates to an assembly E with sliding V leaves as shown in [Fig.l],
[0024] The assembly E comprises leaves V and a set of rails ER intended to be mounted on a doorway EMB so that the set of rails ER forms a mounting frame CM having a fixed function and the leaves V are slidably mounted in a removable manner on the mounting frame CM.
[0025] The EMB embrasure delimits and surrounds a rectangular opening OUV referenced in [Fig.2] delimiting an interior space from an exterior space.
[0026] The embrasure EMB has a certain predetermined thickness along an axis perpendicular to the plane of the opening OUV which we will call transverse axis T in the present patent application. This axis is perpendicular to the plane of [Fig.2].
[0027] The EMB embrasure comprises an upper crosspiece TS, two uprights MT1, MT2 and a threshold of the SEMB embrasure.
[0028] By upper crosspiece TS is meant a crosspiece extending above the threshold of the SEMB embrasure.
[0029] By horizontal direction is meant a direction perpendicular to the gravitational force defined at the level of the set E. By vertical axis is meant an axis perpendicular to the horizontal direction and extending from the center of the earth towards the outside of the terrestrial globe. The terms above, below, over, under are defined with respect to the vertical direction. An element being above another element if it is at a higher angle than the other element along the vertical axis.
[0030] The embrasure EMB comprises flat faces facing the opening OUV so as to delimit the opening OUV. In other words, each of the uprights MT1, MT2, upper crosspiece TS and threshold of the embrasure SEMB has a flat face delimiting the opening OUV as visible in Figures 3 and 4. Doors
[0031] The assembly E comprises leaves V.
[0032] In the non-limiting example of figures 1 and 2, each leaf V comprises two rectangular or substantially rectangular translucent panels P.
[0033] In one embodiment, at least one panel is a film.
[0034] The film is advantageously elastically deformable.
[0035] Advantageously, the film is elastically deformable so as to be able to pass through an elastic deformation from a flat rest configuration in which it has a flat face to a deformed configuration in which it has a three-dimensional face, under the effect of a force exerted on the film having a component perpendicular to the flat face.
[0036] Advantageously, the film has shape memory so as to return to its flat resting configuration from its deformed configuration when the force ceases.
[0037] The film is, for example, made of plastic.
[0038] The film is, for example, a vinyl, for example a shape memory vinyl.
[0039] Advantageously, the film has undergone anti-ultraviolet treatment.
[0040] Advantageously, the panels are coplanar.
[0041] Advantageously at least one translucent panel is transparent.
[0042] According to a particular embodiment, at least one leaf V comprises a mosquito net panel.
[0043] Generally, the assembly E comprises at least one leaf V comprising at least one panel, for example one or more panels, in the form of a mosquito net and / or at least one shape memory vinyl panel and / or at least one plastic panel.
[0044] Each leaf V comprises a structural frame CS with a rectangular or substantially rectangular section surrounding the panel P and ensuring the mechanical strength of the leaf V.
[0045] The structural frame CS comprises two first opposite bars B1, B2 elongated along the same first direction DI and two second bars B3, B4 elongated along the same second direction D2 perpendicular to the first direction.
[0046] In the embodiment of [Fig. 1], each leaf V comprises at least one reinforcement bar BR extending from the third bar B3 to the fourth bar B4. This reinforcement bar BR provides better wind resistance for the panel of leaf V and good support for the panels P.
[0047] Each panel is delimited by the reinforcement bar BR and bars of the structural frame CS.
[0048] Advantageously, the first two bars B1, B2 are intended to be extended in a horizontal direction when the leaf V is slidably mounted on the set of rails ER forming a mounting frame CM having the function of a frame.
[0049] Advantageously, the reinforcement bar BR is parallel or substantially parallel to the first two bars.
[0050] Advantageously, the structural frame CS comprises tensioning means configured to keep each panel taut.
[0051] Each leaf V includes rollers R mounted on the structural frame CS and more particularly on the lower RI rail of the structural frame which will be described later. This ensures easy mounting of the casters.
[0052] Advantageously, the rollers R are mounted on the rail RI so that a distance between the rollers and the rail RI is adjustable.
[0053] Each leaf V also comprises one or more springs RS, for example two springs in the example of [Fig.l] as we will see later. Rail assembly
[0054] The set of rails ER comprises several rails and is intended to be mounted on the embrasure EMB, within the opening OUV, to form a frame.
[0055] Each rail R is advantageously a metal profile, for example aluminum.
[0056] Thus each rail R is advantageously a single piece.
[0057] Advantageously, the rails are mounted on the EMB embrasure so as to form a closed CM mounting frame having a fixed function.
[0058] The closed mounting frame CM advantageously has a rectangular section in the opening plane OUV.
[0059] Advantageously, the rails R of the set of rails ER are intended to be assembled by a nut-screw system and possibly via sealing strips or pads PL referenced in [Fig.l], so as to form the mounting frame CM before being mounted on the embrasure EMB.
[0060] The PL sealing strips or pads are intended to be interposed between two adjacent rails so as to ensure the sealing of the connection between these two adjacent rails.
[0061] The sealing strips are advantageously of predetermined dimensions and predetermined elasticity characteristics so as to be compressed to ensure the sealing of the connections between the rails when they are assembled so as to form the mounting frame CM.
[0062] The sealing strips are, for example, made of foam.
[0063] Alternatively, the mounting frame CM is formed by mounting on the embrasure EMB.
[0064] As visible in [Fig.l], the set of rails ER comprises an upper rail RS, a lower rail RI, and two side rails RL1, RL2 of the mounting frame CM or dormant.
[0065] As visible in [Fig.2], the upper rail RS is intended to be mounted on the upper crosspiece TS of the embrasure EMB, the lower rail RI is intended to be mounted on the threshold of the embrasure SEMB and the side rails RL1, RL2, are intended to be mounted on uprights MT1, MT2 of the embrasure EMB so as to form the frame.
[0066] The lower rail RI then forms the threshold of the frame and the upper rail forms the upper crosspiece of the frame.
[0067] Each of the uprights MT1, MT2 extends longitudinally from the lower rail RI to the upper rail RS when the set of rails RS forms the mounting frame CM.
[0068] The lower rail RI and the upper rail RS are advantageously elongated and extend rectilinearly along respective longitudinal axes parallel to a horizontal direction when the mounting frame CM is mounted on the doorway.
[0069] The side rails RL1, RL2 are advantageously elongated and extend rectilinearly along respective longitudinal axes parallel to a vertical direction when the mounting frame CM is mounted on the doorway.
[0070] According to the invention, the set of rails ER is configured so as to be able to be laid in a tunnel on the flat faces of the opening EMB so as to form the mounting frame CM having the function of a frame on which the leaves V are intended to be mounted sliding in a removable manner.
[0071] The tunnel installation is advantageously carried out solely by drilling and screwing.
[0072] In other words, in order to form the mounting frame CM having the function of a frame, the set of rails ER is configured so as to be able to be placed on the embrasure EMB so that the resultant of the forces exerted by the embrasure EMB on each of the rails of the set of rails ER is in the plane of the opening OUV, that is to say in a vertical plane.
[0073] In other words, in order to form the mounting frame CM having the function of a frame, the set of rails ER is configured so as to be able to be placed on the embrasure EMB so that each of the rails of the set of rails ER rests on a single flat face F1, F2, F3, F4 of the embrasure EMB facing the embrasure EMB.
[0074] Thus, each rail RI, RS, RL1, RL2 of the mounting frame CM is capable of projecting from only one side of a plane formed by a flat face F1, F2, F3, F4 of the embrasure EMB facing the opening OUV and delimiting the opening OUV on which it is intended to rest so as to form the frame.
[0075] Furthermore, according to the invention, the set of rails ER is configured so that, when the mounting frame CM is tunnel-mounted on the embrasure EMB, the lower rail RI is able to project on the flat face F1 of the embrasure threshold SEMB over a first height H1 less than or equal to 2.5 cm. This is the case when the lower rail RI is in direct physical contact with the flat face F1 of the threshold of the embrasure SEMB. The first height H1 is taken perpendicular to the flat face F1
[0076] In other words, the lower rail RI has a first height H1 less than or equal to 2.5 cm.
[0077] This allows easy mounting of the assembly E on the doorway EMB and is compatible with the installation of a ramp allowing a person with reduced mobility to pass through the opening delimited by the mounting frame CM.
[0078] In one example, the first height is equal to 2.23 cm.
[0079] Advantageously, the lower rail RI has a first height H1 comprised between 2 cm and 2.5 cm. This helps limit water ingress from outside.
[0080] Advantageously, the first height H1 is less than a second height H2 on which the upper rail RS extends transversely to the flat face F2 of the upper crosspiece TS on which the upper rail RS is supported. This is the case when the upper rail RS is in direct physical contact with the flat face F2 of the upper crosspiece TS of the doorway EMB. The second height H2 is taken perpendicular to the flat face F2.
[0081] In other words, the lower rail RI has a first height H1 less than or equal to a second height H2 of the upper rail RS.
[0082] This high height of the RS upper rail ensures good hold of the leaves in the CM mounting frame and thus good wind resistance.
[0083] Advantageously, the second height H2 is between 3 and 5 cm.
[0084] In one example, the second height is equal to 4.42 cm.
[0085] Advantageously, each of the rails of the assembly ER comprises a bottom FD intended to be opposite the embrasure EMB when the assembly ER is mounted on the embrasure EMB so as to have the function of a frame.
[0086] The bottom FD is substantially flat and elongated and extends rectilinearly along a longitudinal axis of the lower rail RI along which the lower rail RI is elongated.
[0087] It should be noted that the heights of each of the lower and upper rails H1 and H2 are taken perpendicular to the bottom FD of the corresponding rail.
[0088] Each of the rails also comprises transverse walls denoted PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4 for the lower rail RI; PT1', PT2', PT3', PT4' for the upper rail RS; PTL1, PTL2, PTL3, PTL4 for the side rails, adjacent along a transverse axis of the bottom FD perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rail and intended to extend along the transverse axis T when the set of rails ER has the function of a sleeper.
[0089] The longitudinal axis of each rail is perpendicular to the plane of [Fig.3], respec tively 4. The transverse axis of the rail is included in the plane of the bottom and that of [Fig.3], respectively 4. The transverse axis of each rail R is parallel to the transverse axis T when the set of rails ER is mounted on the embrasure EMB so as to present the function of a frame.
[0090] Each of the transverse walls denoted PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4; PT1', PT2', PT3', PT4'; PTL1, PTL2, PTL3, PTL4 projects from the bottom FD on only one side of the plane formed by the bottom FD of the corresponding rail.
[0091] The transverse walls PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4, ; PT1', PT2', PT3', PT4'; PTL1, PTL2, PTL3, PTL4; delimit elongated housings L extending rectilinearly along axes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the corresponding rail and adjacent along the transverse axis of the rail. Each housing is delimited by two transverse walls adjacent along the transverse axis of the corresponding rail.
[0092] The housings L are intended to receive the leaves V.
[0093] In the non-limiting example of the figures, each rail comprises four transverse walls delimiting three housings L.
[0094] This number of dwellings is in no way limiting.
[0095] Alternatively, each rail R has five transverse walls so as to delimit four housings. This makes it possible to receive a greater number of leaves, which allows greater flexibility in the arrangement of the leaves.
[0096] A greater or lesser number of transverse walls and therefore of housings can of course be envisaged.
[0097] Advantageously, each housing L has a width, that is to say a dimension along the transverse axis of the corresponding rail, of between 15 mm and 25 mm.
[0098] Advantageously, in order to allow the assembly of the mounting frame CM prior to their installation on the embrasure EMB, the transverse walls PTL1, PTL2, PTL3, PTL4 of the side rails RL1, RL2 extend along the longitudinal axis of the rail, as visible in [Fig.l], only on a central part of these rails so as to leave free the two longitudinal ends of the bottom FD of each of these rails which are pierced with holes TR spaced along the transverse axis of the corresponding rail.
[0099] Advantageously, each of the lower and upper rails RI, RS comprises gutters Gl, G2 projecting from the bottom of the second side of the bottom, spaced along the transverse axis of the rail and intended to receive and guide screws passing through respective holes TR piercing the bottoms of the side rails RL1, RL2, possibly through respective sealing pads PL, so as to form the mounting frame CM.
[0100] Advantageously, each gutter G1, G2 is elongated and extends rectilinearly along an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the corresponding rail.
[0101] Advantageously, each gutter G1, G2 has a substantially circular section in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the corresponding rail.
[0102] The gutters Gl, G2 also have a rail reinforcement function which limits the risks of deformation of the rails.
[0103] The bottom FD is delimited transversely by two of the extreme transverse walls PT1, PT2; PT1', PT2'; PTL1, PTL2 between which are arranged the other transverse wall(s), called intermediate transverse walls PT3, PT4; PT3', PT4'; PTL3, PTL4.
[0104] Advantageously, each of the rails is delimited along its transverse axis by two bases BAI, BA2 each comprising a substantially planar support SI, S2, parallel to the bottom FD and facing the bottom FD and a transverse edge PI, P2 each extending from one of the supports SI, S2 to the bottom FD.
[0105] The support SI, S2 and the wall PI, P2 of each base BAI, BA2 are elongated according to the longitudinal axis of the corresponding rail.
[0106] The two bases BAI, BA2 protrude from the other side of the plane formed by the bottom FD of the rail relative to the transverse walls PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4 of this same rail.
[0107] Advantageously, as in the non-limiting example of the figures, the wall PI, P2 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom FD.
[0108] Advantageously, as in the non-limiting example of the figures, each of the transverse edges PI, P2 extends one of the transverse walls PT1, PT2; PT1', PT2'; PTL1, PTL2 extreme.
[0109] Advantageously, the transverse walls PT1, PT2, PT3, PT4 of the transverse rail RI have a height less than the height of the transverse walls of the upper rail RS and the bases BAI, BA2 of these rails have the same height.
[0110] The height of each of the walls and base is taken perpendicular to the bottom FD of the corresponding rail.
[0111] Advantageously, each of the rails is intended to bear on one of the flat faces F1, F2, F3, F4 by means of its supports S1, S2 when it is mounted so that the set of rails ER forms the mounting frame CM having the function of a frame.
[0112] Advantageously, the rails are laid in a tunnel on the opening only by screwing and possibly prior drilling.
[0113] The rails are for example drilled by pre-drilling and milling before being screwed onto the EMB embrasure.
[0114] Alternatively, the rails include holes intended to receive the screws for screwing them onto the EMB embrasure.
[0115] Advantageously, only one of the end transverse walls, the first end transverse wall PT1 of the lower rail RI and each intermediate transverse wall PT3, PT4; being crossed by at least one drainage opening or several drainage openings spaced along the longitudinal axis of the rail. The drainage openings allow the evacuation of water from the housings to the outside space delimited by the end transverse wall PT1 without the water flowing to the inside space delimited by the second end transverse wall PT2. Furthermore, the production of these openings is easy.
[0116] In the non-limiting example of the figures, the lower rail RI comprises two drainage openings O spaced along the longitudinal axis of the rail and the drainage openings of the intermediate transverse walls are not visible.
[0117] This configuration of the rails ensures good sealing. Reinforcement
[0118] Advantageously, at least one of the rails R has a reinforcement RF projecting from the bottom FD on the same side of the bottom as the bases BAI, BA2.
[0119] Advantageously, the reinforcement RF and the bases BAI, BA2 are configured so that the rail R is intended to be supported, solely by supports SI, S2 and the possible reinforcement RF, on the corresponding flat face of the embrasure EMB to form the frame. This makes it possible to limit the risks of deformation of the rail.
[0120] Advantageously, the rail R is intended to be in direct physical contact, only by supports SI, S2 and the possible reinforcement RF, with the corresponding flat face of the embrasure EMB to form the frame. This makes it possible to limit the risks of deformation of the rail. Assembly of leaves
[0121] The V leaves are intended to be mounted slidingly in a removable manner on the CM mounting frame forming the frame.
[0122] The V leaves and the CM mounting frame on which they are mounted form a system S of sliding leaves.
[0123] This system separates the interior space from the exterior space.
[0124] Advantageously, the rails of the set of rails ER are intended to be mounted on the embrasure EMB so that the leaves V can be mounted in a removable manner on the mounting frame CM forming the frame.
[0125] For this purpose, when the rails are assembled and / or mounted on the EMB embrasure so as to form the CM mounting frame, the rails are arranged so that the transverse walls of the mounting rails which face each other, face each other so that the housings which they delimit are opposite each other over their entire length. This makes it possible to mount the leaves in a sliding manner in the housings.
[0126] Advantageously, the leaves V are intended to be mounted sliding so as to be able to slide along the longitudinal axis of the lower rail RI and the upper rail RS.
[0127] Thus, the V leaves slide horizontally.
[0128] Advantageously, when the V leaves are mounted on the CM mounting frame, each V leaf extends transversely only between two adjacent transverse walls of each of the lower and upper rails.
[0129] In other words, each of the V leaves is received within a single housing of each of the lower and upper rails.
[0130] Furthermore, each leaf is capable of extending transversely only between two adjacent transverse walls of one of the two side rails.
[0131] For this purpose, each leaf V has a thickness less than or equal to the width of each housing.
[0132] Each leaf advantageously has a thickness of between 12 mm and 24 mm.
[0133] The thickness is, for example, 18 mm.
[0134] Advantageously, the leaves V and the mounting frame CM are configured so that the leaves V are capable of closing the opening delimited by the mounting frame CM as visible in [Fig.2] when they are mounted on the mounting frame CM.
[0135] As seen previously, each leaf V advantageously comprises at least one spring RE (two springs in the non-limiting example of [Fig.l]) intended to come to bear on the upper rail RS when the leaf V is slidably mounted on the mounting frame CM.
[0136] Advantageously, the leaf V is configured so that the spring(s) RE allow an operator to mount the leaf V on the mounting frame CM when the latter is mounted on the embrasure EMB, by implementing the following steps: - place the spring(s) RE in support on a part of the bottom FD delimiting a first housing called the upper housing of the rail RS, - then lift the leaf V so as to compress the spring(s) to allow the rollers R to slide on a part of the bottom FD of the lower rail RI delimiting a second housing of the lower rail RI opposite the first housing of the upper rail RS, - replace leaf V.
[0137] Such a configuration allows easy and secure mounting and dismounting of the leaf V on the mounting frame CM.
[0138] Each spring RE is, for example, a leaf spring extending from a first end of the leaf spring to a second end of the leaf spring. The first end and the second end are fixed to the structural frame CS.
[0139] Advantageously, the dimensions of the mounting frame CM are defined so that the spring(s) RE are under stress when the leaf V is mounted on the mounting frame CM so that the spring RE exerts a force F on the mounting frame CM via the rollers. This ensures that the leaf V is properly held in the first and second housings.
