Description

Title of the invention: Rechargeable device for storing cosmetic products, and associated method of use

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic product storage device of the type comprising:

[0002] - a casing comprising at least one side wall defining an internal volume,

[0003] - a closing cover reversibly closing the internal volume of the housing in a closed position of the cover, the cover being movable relative to the housing,

[0004] - a removable container inserted into the internal volume of the housing, the container removable, being able to be moved away from the case.

[0005] The invention also relates to a method of using such a device.

[0006] In order to store a cosmetic product, it is known to use containers receiving the cosmetic product, the containers being reversibly closed by a closing cap to keep the cosmetic product protected from the environment (heat, dust, etc...) and to preserve it in a durable manner.

[0007] Many cases are now designed to be refillable with cosmetic products, in particular so as not to throw away the case when all the cosmetic product initially contained in the case is exhausted.

[0008] To this end, many cosmetic product storage devices comprise a case, reversibly closed by a lid, and a removable container holding the cosmetic product. The removable container is inserted and / or secured in the case when it contains cosmetic product, and when the cosmetic product is completely used up, the user can detach the empty removable container from the case and insert and / or secure a new container filled with cosmetic product inside the case, thus reusing the storage device.

[0009] To keep the closing lid attached to the case in the closed position, and to keep the removable container attached to the case, many storage devices use magnets. Magnets provide effective and reversible retention of the closed lid on the case and of the removable container in the case, and are easy to use.

[0010] However, the use of magnets is not ideal, particularly in terms of ecology.

[0011] Indeed, magnets are generally made from metals such as iron, nickel, and cobalt. These metals undergo significant transformations in order to acquire a magnetic force. These transformations require a great deal of energy and release chemical waste into the environment.

[0012] One of the aims of the invention is therefore to propose a cosmetic product storage device that is rechargeable and eco-friendly.

[0013] To this end, the invention relates to a storage device of the aforementioned type comprising a movable part that can be actuated to lock the closing cover in the closed position and to unlock the closing cover in order to allow access to the internal volume,

[0014] the movable part being further actuable to detach the removable container from the housing.

[0015] The movable part allows both the locking of the closure cover in the closed position on the housing and the detachment of the removable container for refilling the storage device with cosmetic product; only one tool is needed to perform the main functions of the device. Thus, the number of parts required to manufacture the device is reduced.

[0016] Furthermore, the moving part alone ensures that the lid is locked onto the housing and that the removable container is detached. Therefore, magnets are not required to hold the lid in the closed position on the housing.

[0017] The device thus designed can therefore be more environmentally friendly and more durable.

[0018] According to other advantageous aspects of the invention, the storage device comprises one or more of the following features, taken individually or in all technically possible combinations:

[0019] - the closing cover is linked to the housing by a pivot joint between the closed position and an open position in which the removable container is accessible;

[0060] [Fig. 16] [Fig. 16] is a cross-sectional view of the storage device of [Fig. 15], the moving part being in the detachment position.

[0061] A first embodiment of a cosmetic product storage device 1 according to the invention is described with reference to Figures 1 to 7.

[0062] The storage device 1 is intended to contain a cosmetic product, preferably in a solid and / or viscous state. The cosmetic product is, for example, a powder, a cream, a solid perfume, a lip balm, or the like. The cosmetic product is intended to be applied to the skin, hair, nails, eyelashes, or other part of a user's body.

[0063] The storage device 1 includes a case 3 comprising at least one side wall 5 defining an internal volume 7.

[0064] In the example of Figures 1 to 7, the housing has an ovoid contour. On the other hand, as will be described in detail later, the housing can have a polygonal, ovoid, elliptical or even circular contour.

[0065] The housing 3, for example, has a transverse width between 20 mm and 60 mm.

[0066] In one embodiment, the housing 3 includes a base 9. The base 9 and the side wall then define the internal volume 7. The side wall 5 then extends outward from the edge(s) of the base 9.

[0067] The housing 3 is for example made of plastic material, for example polypropylene.

[0068] The device 1 also includes a closing cover 11 reversibly closing the internal volume 7 of the housing 3 in a closed position, visible in figures 1 to 3, of the closing cover 11. When the housing includes a base 9, the closing cover 11 extends on the other side of the side wall 5 relative to the base 9.

[0069] The closing cover 11 has an inner face 11A facing towards the housing 3 when the closing cover 11 is in the closed position on the housing 3 and an outer face 11B facing outwards.

[0070] The closing cover 11 is movable relative to the housing 3.

[0071] For example, the closing cover 11 is linked to the housing 3 by a pivot joint between the closed position and an open position, visible in figures 4 to 7, in which The user has access to internal volume 7 of case 3.

[0072] In all that follows, a plane is defined on which the housing 3 extends. This plane is, for example, a plane parallel to the bottom 9 of the housing 3. When the housing 3 is placed on a horizontal surface, the plane on which the housing 3 extends is, for example, substantially horizontal.

[0073] In the example shown in Figures 1 to 7, the closing cover 11 is fixed to the side wall 5 of the housing 3 and is rotatable about an axis lying in the plane on which the housing 3 extends. In the example shown, the housing 3 extends, for example, on a substantially horizontal plane when placed on a horizontal surface. The closing cover 11 is rotatable, for example, between the closed position, in which the closing cover 11 and the housing 3 form a zero angle with each other, and the open position, in which the closing cover 11 forms a non-zero angle with the housing 3, for example, up to 180°, or even up to 200°.

[0074] These angular values are given only as examples and are of course not limiting.

[0075] The closing cover 11 is for example made of plastic material, for example polypropylene.

[0076] The storage device 1 also includes a removable container 13 inserted into the internal volume 7 of the housing 3.

[0077] The removable container includes a base 15 and at least one side wall 17, defining a volume for receiving the cosmetic product.

[0078] The volume of the cosmetic product to be received is for example between 0.5 cm3 and 15 cm3.

[0079] These volume values are given only as an example and are of course not limiting.

[0080] The removable container 13 is movable away from the housing 3. In other words, the removable container 13 is inserted reversibly into the internal volume 7 of the housing 3. The removable container 13 is, for example, attached to the bottom 9 of the housing 3 and / or to the side wall 5 of the housing 3 by means of double-sided adhesive tape.

[0081] The double-sided adhesive tape is, for example, an adhesive label initially located on the bottom 15 of the removable container 13.

[0082] For example, the adhesive tape includes an outer face intended to extend over the bottom 15 of the removable container 13 and an inner face intended to extend over the bottom 9 of the housing 3. In some embodiments, the outer face has greater adhesiveness than the inner face, so as to simplify the detachment of the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0083] For this purpose, the base 15 of the removable container 13 extends over the base 9 of the housing 3 when it is inserted into the internal volume 7 of the housing 3 and / or the side wall 17 of the removable container is in direct contact with the side wall 5 of the housing 3.

[0084] The removable container 13 therefore has a geometry dependent on that of the housing 3. In other words, the contour of the removable container 13 is, for example, substantially complementary to that of the housing 3. In the example shown, the removable container 13 also has a cylindrical shape.

[0085] The storage device 1 also includes a movable part 20 that can be actuated to lock the closing cover 11 in the closed position and to unlock the closing cover 11 in order to allow access to the internal volume 7.

[0086] For this purpose, the movable member 20 is for example movable in translation and / or rotation relative to the closing cover 11 and / or the housing 3, in at least one locking position in which the movable member 20 prevents the movement of the closing cover 11 relative to the housing 3 and one unlocking position in which the closing cover 11 is movable relative to the housing 3, and the movable member 20 is non-detachable from the closing cover 11 and / or the housing 3.

[0087] The locking position of the moving part 20 is shown in [Fig.2], the unlocking position of the moving part 20 is shown in [Fig.3].

[0088] In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 7, the movable member 20 comprises an elongated body 22 extending along an axis of elongation A, shown in Figures 2 to 7. The elongated body 22 is, for example, a cylinder with a circular base. The body 22 includes, for example, an end nipple 24 having a transverse dimension smaller than the transverse dimension of the rest of the body 22.

[0089] The body 22 has, for example, a length, taken along the elongation axis A, of between 10 mm and 30 mm.

[0090] These lengths are given only as examples and are of course not limiting.

[0091] In order to ensure the locking of the closing cover 11 on the housing 3, one of the closing cover 11 and the housing 3 includes an insertion area 26 for the moving part 20, the moving part 20 being integral with the other of the closing cover 11 and the housing 3.

[0092] In particular, in the example shown, the closing cover 11 includes an insertion area 26 for the end nipple 24 of the moving member 20 and the moving member 20 is integral with the housing 3.

[0093] By "solid" it is understood that the moving part 20 is housed in the casing 3 at least when the moving part 20 is in the locking and unlocking position, as will be described in more detail later.

[0094] In order to ensure the locking of the closing cover 11 in the closed position on the housing 3, the movable part 20 is inserted into the insertion area 26.

[0095] In particular, the cooperation between the end nipple 24 and the insertion zone 26 prevents any relative movement of the closing cover 11 with respect to the housing 3.

[0096] The insertion area 26 of the moving part 20 is for example a through hole of at least a part of the moving part 20 and / or a protrusion provided with a through hole of at least a part of the moving part 20 and / or an insertion groove of at least a part of the moving part 20.

[0097] In the example shown in figures 1 to 7, the insertion area 26 is a protrusion 28 extending outward from the inner face 1 IA of the closing cover 11 towards the housing 3, the protrusion 28 being provided with a passage hole 30 for the end nipple 24 of the moving member 20.

[0098] The closing cover 11 and / or the housing 3 includes, for example, a receiving housing 35 for the moving part 20.

[0099] In the example shown, the housing 3 includes a receiving housing 35 for the moving member 20. The receiving housing 35 extends along an extension axis E, visible in figures 2 to 4.

[0100] The receiving housing 35 extends, for example, within the thickness of the housing 3 and has, for example, a cylindrical shape. The extension axis E extends, for example, in a plane on which the housing 3 extends, for example, substantially horizontally when the housing is placed on a horizontal surface.

[0101] Alternatively, as will be described in more detail later, the extension axis E forms a non-zero angle with a plane on which the housing 3 extends. For example, the extension axis E is substantially perpendicular to the plane on which the housing 3 extends, for example substantially vertical.

[0102] The extension axis A of the body 22 of the moving member 20 is preferably parallel to the extension axis E in the locking position and in the unlocking position of the moving member 20.

[0103] In the locked position and in the unlocked position, the receiving housing 35 houses at least a part of the moving part 20.

[0104] The movable member 20 is movable in translation along the extension axis E and / or in rotation around the extension axis E in the receiving housing 35.

[0105] For example, the movable member 20 is movable in translation along the extension axis E in the receiving housing 35 between the locking position, in which at least a part of the movable member 20 is inserted into the insertion zone 26, and the unlocking position, in which said part of the movable member 20 is away from the insertion zone 26.

[0106] In particular, the movable member 20 is translationally movable along the extension axis E in the receiving housing 35 between the locking position, in which the end pin 24 of the movable member 20 is inserted into the insertion zone 26, and the unlocking position, in which the end pin 24 of the moving part 20 is away from the insertion area 26.

[0107] In one embodiment, the movable member 20 includes a protrusion 38 extending outward from the movable member 20 and cooperating with a groove 40 of the receiving housing 35.

[0108] The protuberance 38 is for example located on the body 22 of the mobile organ 20 in radial projection, in a direction perpendicular to the elongation axis A, of the body 22 of the mobile organ 20.

[0109] Protuberance 38, for example, has a parallelepiped shape.

[0110] The groove 40 of the receiving housing 35 advantageously has a geometry compatible for receiving the protrusion 38 in the locking position.

[0111] The cooperation of the protuberance 38 and the groove 40 allows the translation, along the extension axis E, of the movable member 20 between the locking position and the unlocking position and prevents the movable member 20 from being translated totally out of the receiving housing 35.

[0112] In other words, when the user wishes to fully translate the movable part 20 along the extension axis E, into the locked or unlocked position, the protrusion 38, inserted into the groove 40 of the receiving housing 35, abuts against one end of the groove 40. Complete extraction of the movable part 20 from the housing 3 is then impossible. However, the permissible translational distance along the extension axis E is sufficient to disengage the end pin 24 from the insertion area 26 of the closing cover 11 and thus unlock the closing cover 11, which can then be moved to the open position.

[0113] In addition, the movable part 20 is actuable to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0114] For this purpose, the movable part 20 is for example configured to be movable in translation and / or rotation relative to the closing hood 11 and / or the housing 3, in an extraction position, different from the locking and unlocking positions, in which the movable part 20 is detachable from the closing hood 11 and the housing 3 in order to allow its use to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0115] The extraction position of the mobile organ 20 is shown for example in Figures 4 and 5.

[0116] For example, the movable member 20 is rotationally movable about the extension axis E in the receiving housing 35 between at least the unlocked position, in which the movable member 20 is blocked in translation inside the receiving housing 35 so that the movable member 20 cannot be completely extracted from the receiving housing 35, and the extraction position, in which the movable member 20 is translationally movable in the receiving housing 35 so that to allow complete extraction of the moving part 20 from the receiving housing 35.

[0117] In particular, when the moving member 20 includes a protrusion 38 projecting from the moving member 20 cooperating with a groove 40 of the receiving housing 35, the cooperation of the protrusion 38 and the groove 40 allows the rotation of the moving member 20 between the unlocking position, in which the cooperation of the protrusion 38 and the groove 40 prevents the moving member 20 from being totally translated out of the receiving housing 35, as explained previously, and the extraction position in which the cooperation of the protrusion 38 and the groove 40 allows the extraction of the moving member 20 out of the housing 3 and the closing cover 11.

[0118] For this purpose, the groove 40 includes a slot 42, visible on [Fig.6], allowing the passage of the protrusion 38 when it is in relation to the slot 42, during the translation along the extension axis E, of the movable member 20 relative to the housing 3. Advantageously, the slot 42 opens into the receiving housing 35.

[0119] A rotation around the extension axis E of the mobile member 20 until the protrusion 38 is positioned opposite the slot 42 therefore allows the future total extraction, by translation along the extension axis E, of the mobile member 20 out of the receiving housing 35.

[0120] The angle of rotation, around the extension axis E, of the movable part 20 enabling the movable part 20 to move from the unlocking position to the extraction position is for example between 45° and 135°, preferably between 70° and 100°.

[0121] These angular values are given only as examples and are by no means limiting.

[0122] Such an angle of rotation is sufficiently small to be easily implemented by a user, and sufficiently large so that it cannot be generated unintentionally, which could cause the unintentional detachment of the moving part 20 from the housing 3.

[0123] Once the movable part 20 has been detached from the housing 3 and the closing cover 11, the movable part 20 can be used as a tool for detaching the removable container 13 from the housing 3, as shown in [Fig.6].

[0124] For this purpose, the bottom 9 of the housing 3 includes, for example, a through access region 45 to the removable container 13, the access region 45, visible on [Fig.7], being accessible from outside the housing 3.

[0125] In one embodiment, shown in particular in Figures 1 to 7, the through access region 45 is a through hole. The through hole receives at least a portion of the moving part 20 when the moving part 20 is detached from the housing 3 and the closing cover 11 in order to separate the removable container 13 from the base 9 of the case 3.

[0126] In particular, the through hole receives the end nipple 24 of the movable member 20 when the movable member 20 is detached away from the housing 3 and the closing cover 11 in order to separate the removable container 13 from the bottom 9 of the housing 3.

[0127] In other words, when the removable container 13 no longer contains any cosmetic product, the moving part 20 is used to exert pressure on the bottom 15 of the removable container 13 in order to push the removable container 13 out of the internal volume 7 through the opening in the housing 3, which is released by the closing cover 11 in the open position. This allows the removable container 13 to be detached from the housing 3. The detached removable container 13 can then be completely removed from the housing 3 by a user in order to refill the housing 3 with a new removable container 13 containing cosmetic product. The refilled storage device 1 is then reusable.

[0128] Alternatively, the housing 3 does not include a base 9 and the movable member 20 is pushed against a region of the removable container 13 in order to separate the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0129] In the embodiment shown in [Fig.6], the movable member 20 is used to exert a force on the bottom 15 of the removable container 13, via the through access region 45, along a detachment axis V, substantially perpendicular to the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35.

[0130] In one variant, the axis V can be inclined relative to or parallel to the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35. More particularly, the detachment axis V is such that it facilitates the detachment of the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0131] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the housing 3 can also have a polygonal contour, for example rectangular in [Fig.8], or square in [Fig.9].

[0132] Furthermore, [Fig.9] presents a method of fixing the closing cover 11 on the housing 3 which is different from that implemented in the first embodiment.

[0133] The insertion area 26 is here an insertion groove for at least part of the moving member 20. In other words, the closing cover 11 has a geometry of the insertion area 26 compatible with the geometry of the moving member 20 so that the moving member 20 prevents the closing cover 11 from moving away from the housing 3 in the locked position and allows the closing cover 11 to move away from the housing 3 in the unlocked position.

[0134] Figure 10 represents a second embodiment of the storage device 1 according to the invention. In all that follows, only features differing from the first embodiment will be described. Thus, everything not described below is considered similar to the first embodiment. Of course, any technically acceptable combination of the embodiments may be implemented.

[0135] In the example shown in [Fig. 10], the closing cover 11 is fixed to the side wall 5 of the housing 3 and is rotatable about an axis perpendicular to the plane on which the housing 3 extends. In the example shown, the housing 3 extends, for example, on a substantially horizontal plane when the housing 3 is placed on a horizontal surface. The closing cover 11 is rotatable, for example, in a plane parallel to the plane on which the housing 3 extends between the closed position, in which the closing cover 11 and the housing 3 are superimposed, and the open position, in which the closing cover 11 is away from the housing 3. Thus, according to this embodiment, the closing cover 11 "slides" on the housing 3 between the closed and open positions.

[0136] In addition, the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35 is perpendicular to the plane on which the housing 3 extends. The closing cover 11 includes an insertion area 26 of the end stud 24 of the moving member 20 and the moving member 20 is integral with the housing 3.

[0137] In order to ensure the locking of the closing cover 11 in the closed position on the housing 3, the movable part 20 is inserted into the insertion area 26.

[0138] In particular, the cooperation between the end nipple 24 and the insertion area 26 prevents any relative movement of the closing cover 11 with respect to the housing 3.

[0139] The insertion area 26 of the moving part 20 is a through hole for the end nipple 24 of the moving part 20. Advantageously, the through hole extends over the inner face 11A of the closing cover 11 and extends into the thickness, defined between the inner face 1 IA and the outer face 1 IB, of the closing cover 11.

[0140] In the same way as before, the translation along the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35 of the moving member 20 disengages the end nipple 24 from the insertion area 26 of the closing cover 11, allowing the closing cover 11 to be moved in rotation relative to the housing 3 in order to access the internal volume 7 and / or the removable container 13.

[0141] In an alternative, not shown, the mechanism for locking / unlocking the closing cover 11 on the housing 3 is a push-push mechanism.

[0142] In other words, the movable member 20 is translationally movable along the extension axis E relative to the receiving housing 35, between at least the locking position, in which at least a part of the movable member 20 is inserted into the insertion zone 26, and the unlocking position, in which said part of the movable member 20 is away from the insertion zone 26, the movable member 20 being blocked in translation inside the receiving housing 35 so that the member The movable part 20 cannot be completely removed from the receiving housing 35. The translations of the movable part 20, allowing it to move from the locked position to the unlocked position and, similarly, from the unlocked position to the locked position, are performed in the same direction. A first press in the first direction along the extension axis E disengages the movable part 20 from the insertion zone 26 in order to release the closing cover 11 and thus allow access to the internal volume 7 and / or the removable container 13. A second press, in the same first direction along the extension axis E, re-engages the movable part 20 in the insertion zone 26 in order to lock the closing cover 11 onto the housing 3.

[0143] Figures 11 to 14 depict a third embodiment of the storage device 1 according to the invention. In all that follows, only the features differing from the first embodiment will be described. Thus, anything not described below is considered to be similar to the first embodiment. Of course, any technically acceptable combination of the embodiments may be implemented.

[0144] In this embodiment, the moving part 20 is a part attached in a removable manner to the closing cover 11 and to the housing 3. The term "part attached" means that the moving part 20 is a foreign element added to the existing housing 3 / closing cover 11 assembly.

[0145] The closing cover 11 and the housing 3 each include a closing relief 50A, 50B. For example, the closing cover 11 includes a closing relief 50A which extends the inner face 1 IA of the closing cover 11. The closing relief 50A of the closing cover 11 has, for example, a hook shape.

[0146] The housing 3 includes a closure relief 50B projecting from the side wall 5 of the housing 3. The closure relief 50B of the housing 3 has, for example, a hook shape, described in more detail later.

[0147] The movable member 20 maintains by pinching along a pinching axis P, in the closed position of the closing cover 11, shown in [Fig.1 1], the closing cover 11 closed on the housing 3 by means of the closing reliefs 50A, 50B.

[0148] According to the example shown in figures 11 to 14, the movable member 20 is rotatable around a closing axis F perpendicular to the pinching axis P, relative to the closing cover 11 and the housing 3.

[0149] In particular, the movable member 20 is rotationally movable between at least the locking position, shown in [Fig. 11], and the unlocking position, shown in [Fig. 12].

[0150] For this purpose, the movable part 20 comprises a body 22. The body 22 comprises a end nipple 24, an upper branch 53 and a lower branch 54. The upper branches 53 and lower branches 54 are separated from each other along the direction of the pinching axis P and are connected to each other by a central section 55. The upper branches 53 and lower branches 54 are, for example, partly opposed to each other along the pinching axis P.

[0151] The housing 3 includes a receiving housing 35 extending along an extension axis E, intended to receive the end pin 24 of the moving member 20. In the locking position, the end pin 24 of the moving member 20 is inserted into the receiving housing 35, and the upper arms 53 and lower arms 54 cooperate with the closing reliefs 50A, 50B in order to maintain the closing cover 11 in the closed position on the housing 3.

[0152] This means that the closure reliefs 50A, 50B are inserted between the upper branches 53 and lower branches 54, the central section 55 preventing the upper branches 53 and lower branches 54 from moving apart along the pinch axis P, the closure cover 11 therefore not being able to move away from the housing 3 along the pinch axis P.

[0153] The closing axis F is for example parallel to the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35 of the housing 3.

[0154] Furthermore, the lower branch 54 includes a stop 58 projecting towards the upper branch 53, blocking the translation along the extension axis E of the moving member 20, by cooperating with the closing relief 50B of the housing 3.

[0155] The closure relief 50B of the housing 3, by virtue of its hook shape, is fitted with the lower arm 54, so as to block, thanks to the presence of the stop 58, the relative translation of the moving member 20 and the housing 3.

[0156] Thus, in the locked position, the movable part 20 cannot be translated along the extension axis E relative to the receiving housing 35. The closing cover 11 is then kept locked onto the housing 3.

[0157] Furthermore, the movable member 20 is, for example, rotatable around the closing axis F, between at least the unlocking position in which the movable member 20 is blocked in translation relative to the closing cover 11 and / or the housing 3 so that the movable member 20 cannot be detached from the closing cover 11 and / or the housing 3, and the extraction position, in which the movable member 20 is movable in translation relative to the closing cover 11 and / or the housing 3 so as to completely detach the movable member 20 from the closing cover 11 and the housing 3.

[0158] A first rotation, in a first direction, of the movable member 20 around the closing axis F disengages the closing relief 50A from the closing cover 11 of the upper branch 53 so as to allow the movement of the closing cover 11 relative to the housing 3.

[0159] To this end, the movable part 20 has a passage opening 60 for the closing relief 50A of the protective cover 11. The passage opening 60, visible in [Fig. 14], is, for example, located between the upper arms 53 and lower arms 54. The first rotation of the movable part 20 then positions the closing relief 50A of the protective cover 11 opposite the passage opening 60, and the movable part 20 no longer holds the protective cover 11 closed on the housing 3 by pinching. The protective cover 11 can then be moved away from the housing 3 so as to access the internal volume 7 and / or the removable container 13.

[0160] The first rotation is carried out over an angular range for example between 45° and 135°, preferably between 70° and 110°, even more preferably equal to 90°.

[0161] These angular values are given only as examples and are by no means limiting.

[0162] During this first rotation, the movable part 20 remains inserted in the receiving housing 35 and is rotated inside the receiving housing 35.

[0163] In the same way as before, the closing relief 50B of the housing 3, by virtue of its hook shape, is always fitted with the lower arm 54, so as to block, thanks to the presence of the stop 58, the relative translation of the moving member 20 and the housing 3.

[0164] By "always locked in place" it is meant that after the first rotation, the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 always cooperates with the lower arm 54, so as to block, thanks to the presence of the stop 58, the relative translation of the moving member 20 and the housing 3. In the unlocked position, the moving member 20 is therefore fixed to the housing 3.

[0165] In other words, the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 and the stop 58 extend over an angular range, around the closing axis F, strictly greater than the angular range, around the closing axis F, of the first rotation necessary to place the closing relief 50A of the protective cover 11 opposite the passage opening 60.

[0166] Fig. 13 represents the movable part 20 in the extraction position, and Fig. 14 represents the movable part 20 detached from the closing cover 11 and the housing 3.

[0167] A second rotation, in the same first direction as the first rotation, disengages the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 from the stop 58 of the lower branch 54.

[0168] The second rotation is carried out over an angular range for example between 45° and 135°, preferably between 70° and 110°, even more preferably equal to 90°, with reference to an initial position taken after the first rotation.

[0169] These angular values are given only as examples and are not necessarily understood not to be exhaustive.

[0170] For example, the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 and the stop 58 extend over an angular extent, around the closing axis F, strictly greater than the angular extent, around the closing axis F, of the first rotation carried out, and strictly less than the angular extent of the first rotation added to the angular extent, around the closing axis F, of the second rotation carried out.

[0171] With the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 disengaged from the stop 58, the movable member 20 can be translated along the extension axis E, so as to remove the end pin 24 from the receiving housing 35 of the housing 3, and thus completely detach the movable member 20 from the housing 3.

[0172] Finally, as in previous embodiments, the movable part 20, in particular by means of the end nipple 24, can be used to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0173] With reference to Figures 15 and 16, a fourth embodiment of a storage device 1 according to the invention will now be described. In all that follows, only the features differing from the first embodiment will be described. Thus, anything not described below is considered to be similar to the first embodiment. Of course, any technically acceptable combination of the embodiments may be implemented.

[0174] According to this embodiment, the movable member 20 is movable by translation between a locking position, in which the movable member 20 prevents the movement of the closing cover 11 relative to the housing 3, and an unlocking position, in which the closing cover 11 is movable relative to the housing 3, the movable member 20 being further movable in rotation between the unlocking position and a detachment position, in which the movable member 20 causes the detachment of the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0175] In addition, the moving part 20 is non-detachable from the housing 3 or the closing cover 11 in each of the locking, unlocking and detachment positions.

[0176] Unlike previous embodiments, the movable part 20 does not necessarily have to be extracted from the housing 3 and the closing cover 11 to trigger the detachment of the removable container 13.

[0177] To this end, the housing 3 includes a mechanical part 65 cooperating with the movable member 20 so as to allow, in the detached position, the detachment of the removable container 13 from the housing 3. The mechanical part 65 has, for example, two arms 65A, 65B, forming a non-zero angle between them, and a junction 65C connecting the two arms 65A, 65B together. The junction 65C has, for example, a cylindrical shape.

[0178] The first branch 65A has at least one part located below the bottom 15 of the removable container 13. For example, when the housing 3 includes a bottom 9, the first branch 65A is located between the bottom 9 of the housing 3 and the bottom 15 of the removable container 13.

[0179] The second branch 65B extends for example perpendicularly to the first branch 65A.

[0180] The junction 65C is, for example, fixed to the bottom 9 of the housing 3 and / or fitted into a receiving region, not shown, located inside housing 3.

[0181] By "inside" is meant located through the side wall 5 and / or the bottom 9 of the housing 3.

[0182] The connection of junction 65C to housing 3 is advantageously configured so that junction 65C is free to rotate about its axis. In other words, branches 65A, 65B are housed in housing 3 but are free to rotate, at least over a certain angular range, about the axis of junction 65C.

[0183] In a normal position, the first branch 65A extends parallel to the bottom 15 of the removable container 13.

[0184] The movable organ 20 includes a boss 70 projecting radially from the elongated body 22.

[0185] In the locked position and in the unlocked position, the boss 70 does not interfere with the normal position of the mechanical part 65, as shown in [Fig. 15].

[0186] The rotation of the movable member 20 cooperating with the mechanical part 65 causes the removable container 13 to detach from the housing 3. During rotation around the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35, the boss 70 interferes with the mechanical part 65 as shown in [Fig. 16]. The rotational movement of the movable member 20 tilts the mechanical part 65 and lifts the first arm 65A. The first arm 65A is then no longer parallel to the bottom 15 of the removable container 13.

[0187] The first arm 65A presses on the bottom 15 of the removable container 13 so as to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3. The mechanical part 65 thus acts as a lever to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3.

[0188] The angular range of rotation, around the extension axis E of the movable member 20, necessary to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3, is for example between 5° and 85°, preferably between 20° and 60°.

[0189] In all locking, unlocking and detachment positions of the moving part 20, the moving part 20 cannot be completely extracted from the housing 3 and / or the closing cover 11.

[0190] To this end, in the same way as before, the movable member 20 includes a protrusion 38, inserted into a groove 40 of the receiving housing 35, and which abuts against one end of the groove 40 when the user wishes to perform a translation too large, along the extension axis E of the movable part 20. Only, in this embodiment, the cooperation of the protuberance 38 and the groove 40 persists even when the movable part 20 is rotated around the extension axis E until the first branch 65A tilts and the bottom 15 of the removable container 13 is lifted.

[0191] In other words, the groove 40 does not include a slot 42 suitable for allowing translation along the extension axis E of the moving member 20.

[0192] This embodiment has the advantage of having a moving part 20 that is never detached from the housing 3 (or, in a variant, from the closing cover 11). Thus, there is no risk to the user of losing the moving part 20.

[0193] According to another aspect, the invention also relates to a method of using a storage device 1 as described in the embodiments above.

[0194] The method of use comprises the following steps:

[0195] - move the moving part relative to the closing cover and / or the housing in such a way to allow the movement of the closing cover relative to the housing, the moving part being non-detachable away from the housing and / or the closing cover; and

[0196] - move the moving part relative to the closing cover and / or the housing in such a way to detach the removable container from the housing using the movable part.

[0197] With reference to the first embodiment, and to Figures 1 to 7, the process will now be described in more detail.

[0198] The first step in the method of using the device, when a user wishes to refill the storage device 1 with cosmetic product, is a translation, along the extension axis E, of the moving part 20 so as to disengage the moving part 20 from the insertion area 26 of the closing cover 11. More specifically, the user disengages the end pin 24 of the moving part 20 from the insertion area 26. The closing cover 11 is then unlocked and the user can move the closing cover 11 away from the housing 3 so as to have access to the internal volume 7 and / or the removable container 13. During this step, the translation along the extension axis E brings the protrusion 38 of the moving part 20 against one end of the groove 40 of the receiving housing 35 so as to prevent the complete extraction of the moving part 20 from the housing. 3. The moving part 20 is then advantageously attached to the housing 3.

[0199] A second step consists of rotating the movable member 20 around the extension axis E so as to shift the protrusion 38 in order to bring it into line with the slot 42 of the groove 40. The protrusion 38 no longer being in contact with one end of the groove 40 of the receiving housing 35, the movable member 20 is free to be translated along the extension axis E completely out of the housing 3.

[0200] A third step then consists of using the detached moving part 20 in order to To detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3, the user inserts a part, for example the end nipple 24, of the movable part 20 into the through access area 45 of the housing in order to exert pressure on the bottom 15 of the removable container 13 and detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3. Once the removable container 13 has been detached, the user is free to remove the removable container 13 away from the housing 3 and insert a new removable container 13 filled with cosmetic product into the internal volume 7 of the housing 3.

[0201] The method of using the storage device 1 according to the second embodiment, with reference to [Fig. 10], differs from the method described above only in the directions of the translational movements. Indeed, the extension axis E of the receiving housing 35 is no longer contained in the plane on which the housing 3 extends, i.e., for example, in a substantially horizontal plane, but extends perpendicularly to the plane on which the housing 3 extends, i.e., for example, substantially vertically. Thus, the translations of the movable part 20, which allow the closing cover 13 to be unlocked and the movable part 20 to be extracted from the housing 3, are carried out in a direction perpendicular to the plane on which the housing 3 extends, for example, in a substantially vertical direction.

[0202] With reference to the third embodiment, and to Figures 11 to 14, only the steps of the process differing from the first embodiment will be described below.

[0203] The first step in the method of using the device 1 is a rotation around the closing axis F of the movable member 20 so as to disengage the closing relief 50A of the closing cover 11 from the upper arm 53 to allow the movement of the closing cover 11 relative to the housing 3. The closing cover 11 is then unlocked and the user can move the closing cover 11 away from the housing 3 so as to have access to the internal volume 7 and / or the removable container 13. During this step, the closing relief 50A of the protective cover 11 is brought into contact with the passage opening 60, thus eliminating the cooperation between the closing relief 50A of the closing cover 11 and the upper arm 53.Furthermore, during this first stage, the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 always cooperates with the lower arm 54, so as to prevent, thanks to the presence of the stop 58, the complete extraction, along the extension axis E, of the moving member 20 from the housing 3. The moving member 20 is then advantageously attached to the housing 3. By "attached" we mean that the moving member 20 cannot be totally extracted from the housing 3 by a translation along the extension axis E.

[0204] A second step consists of performing a second rotation of the movable member 20 around the closing axis F so as to offset the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 from the stop 58 of the lower arm 54. Since the closing relief 50B of the housing 3 is no longer blocked by the stop 58 of the lower arm 54, the movable member 20 is free to be translated along the extension axis E totally out of the housing 3.

[0205] The third step is similar to the third step of the process implemented with the storage device 1 according to the first embodiment.

[0206] The closure relief 50B of the housing 3 advantageously has two functions: that of locking the closure cover 11 on the housing 3 by cooperation with the moving member 20, and that of maintaining the moving member 20 in the receiving housing 35 in the locking and unlocking positions.

[0207] With reference to the fourth embodiment, and to Figures 15 and 16, only the steps differing from the first embodiment will be described below.

[0208] The first step is similar to the first step of the process implemented with the storage device 1 according to the first embodiment.

[0209] Once the closing cover 11 is unlocked, the user rotates the movable member 20 around the extension axis E. The rotation of the movable member 20, cooperating with the mechanical part 65, causes the removable container 13 to detach from the housing 3. During the rotation around the extension axis E, the boss 70 interferes with the mechanical part 65 and the rotational movement of the movable member 20 tilts the mechanical part 65, which lifts the first branch 65A. The first branch 65A then pushes on the bottom 15 of the removable container 13 so as to detach the removable container 13 from the housing 3. Once the removable container 13 is detached, the user is free to take the removable container 13 away from the housing 3 and insert a new removable container 13 filled with cosmetic product into the internal volume 7 of the housing 3.During this stage, the cooperation of the protrusion 38 and the groove 40 persists so as to block the total extraction, along the extension axis E, of the mobile organ 20 out of the housing 3.

[0210] Finally, in each of the methods implementing the embodiments described above, the user can perform the first and second steps in reverse so as to reposition the moving part 20 on the housing 3 (or in a variant, on the closing cover 11), and to lock the closing cover 11 in the closed position on the housing 3, once the storage device 1 has been recharged.

[0211] The storage device 1 according to the invention has many advantages.

[0212] Initially, using a single tool to both lock and unlock the closure cover in the closed position on the housing and to detach the removable container for refilling the storage device 1 minimizes the number of spare parts available to the user. A single tool performs two distinct functions, thus saving time and production costs.

[0213] Furthermore, the storage device implementing mechanical mechanisms, through geometric cooperation, and / or adhesive mechanisms, in order to maintain a By having the closing cover in the closed position, and the removable container in the internal volume of the case, the device does not require magnets and can therefore benefit from a more eco-responsible design.

[0214] Following the same logic, the device according to the invention is rechargeable, therefore it helps to limit waste.

[0215] Since the moving part is insertable into the housing and / or the closing cover, the risk of losing the moving part once detached is minimized. Its position inside (or on) the housing and / or closing cover is intuitive for the user who seeks to store the moving part quickly and securely so as not to lose it.
