[0027] In addition, various other features of the invention become apparent from the attached description made with reference to the drawings which illustrate non-limiting embodiments of the invention and where:

[0028] [Fig-1] is a schematic and partial perspective view of a system of facing according to the invention;

[0029] [Fig.2] is a partial view of the facing system according to [Fig.1], according to a side view oriented perpendicular to the joists;

[0030] [Fig.3] is a partial view of the facing system according to [Fig.1], according to a side view oriented perpendicular to the facing blades;

[0031] [Fig.4] is a partial and enlarged view of [Fig.3], illustrating in more detail the section of a facing blade and its interface element;

[0032] [Fig.5] is yet another partial view of the facing system according to [Fig.1], according to a cutting plane oriented perpendicular to the joists, in which said joist is arranged according to another orientation adapted to receive here two interface elements juxtaposed within two parallel longitudinal grooves.

[0033] It should be noted that, in these figures, the structural and / or functional elements common to the different variants may have the same references.

[0034] The facing system 1 according to the invention is intended to be attached to a support S.

[0035] For example, this facing system 1 consists of:

[0036] - a facing system 1 for covering a support S formed by a wall (usually vertical), or

[0037] - a facing system 1 for covering a support S formed by a floor (generally horizontal), for example a terrace, as illustrated in [Fig.1] in particular.

[0038] In general, such a facing system 1 comprises:

[0039] - joists 2, intended to be secured to the support S, parallel to the compared to each other,

[0040] - facing blades 3, intended to be joined together in parallel compared to the others, with at least two joists 2 placed side by side and oriented perpendicularly to these joists 2, and

[0041] - interface members 4, intended to be interposed between the joists 2 and the 3. facing boards.

[0042] Generally, according to the invention, the facing blades 3 and the interface members 4 comprise elastic deformation assembly means 5 (also called "elastic deformation interlocking means" or "elastic interlocking means").

[0043] As developed below, such a technical solution is particularly interesting for facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the facing blades 3 in relation to the interface members 4. Joists

[0044] Generally speaking, the joists 2 advantageously consist of profiles.

[0045] The joists 2 are preferably made of metallic material, for example aluminium.

[0046] In general terms, the joists 2 advantageously include at least one longitudinal groove 21 (at the level of their outer surface) for the positioning of a base 41 of the interface members 4.

[0047] This longitudinal groove 21 is advantageously adapted to receive a plurality of interface elements 4, in series along the length of said longitudinal groove 21 ([Fig.3] in particular).

[0048] Such a longitudinal groove 21 advantageously extends continuously along the length of the joist 2.

[0049] According to the illustrated embodiment, the joists 2 have a rectangular section comprising four sides 2a each provided with at least one longitudinal groove 21 for the positioning of the base 41 of the interface members 4 ([Fig.2]).

[0050] Each side 2a is here formed by a peripheral wall 2b.

[0051] In this case, the joists 2 have two small sides 2al and two large sides 2a2.

[0052] And at least one of the large sides 2a2 has two parallel longitudinal grooves 21.

[0053] These two longitudinal grooves 21 are advantageously juxtaposed on the width of said at least one large side 2a2.

[0054] Preferably, a first large side 2a2 has two longitudinal grooves 21. And a second large side 2a2 has a single longitudinal groove 21, advantageously centered on its width.

[0055] Preferably, the short sides 2al have a longitudinal groove 21, centered on their width.

[0056] For example, the dimensions of a joist 2 are as follows:

[0057] - a length ranging from 2 to 5 m,

[0058] - a width dimension of a short side 2al ranging from 30 to 50 mm,

[0059] - a width dimension of a long side 2a2 ranging from 50 to 100 mm.

[0060] For example, the dimensions of a longitudinal groove 21 are as follows:

[0061] - a width dimension ranging from 20 to 40 mm,

[0062] - a depth dimension ranging from 1 to 5 mm. The facing boards

[0063] Generally speaking, the facing blades 3 advantageously consist of profiles.

[0064] The facing blades 3 are preferably made of metallic material, for example aluminum. According to another embodiment, the facing blades 3 could be made of wood or composite material.

[0065] The facing blades 3 advantageously form:

[0066] - wall panels, for cladding a wall, or

[0067] - floor slats, for example decking slats.

[0068] More generally, as illustrated in [Fig. 4], the facing boards 3 advantageously comprise:

[0069] - a longitudinal member 31, front, forming the facing itself, and

[0070] - an assembly structure 32, for its assembly with a location of reception 42 of an interface device 4.

[0071] Preferably, the longitudinal member 31 has a first rear face 311, which carries the assembly structure 32.

[0072] The assembly structure 32 advantageously includes a part of the elastic deformation assembly means 5, developed subsequently.

[0073] Preferably, the first front face 311 also includes support legs 37, bearing on an opposite structure, in particular on the joists 2 and / or the interface members 4. Interface component

[0074] Generally, the interface elements 4 advantageously consist of profiles.

[0075] The interface members 4 are advantageously made of a plastic material, advantageously a reinforced polymer, for example chosen from polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, etc.

[0076] More generally, the interface members 4 comprise:

[0077] - a base 41, intended to be secured to a joist 2, and

[0078] - at least one receiving location 42 adapted to receive a facing blade 3.

[0079] Preferably, a base 41 is in the form of a rectangular plate, of which:

[0080] - a first front face 411, front, bears said at least one location of reception 42, and

[0081] - a second rear front face 412 is intended to bear against a joist 2.

[0082] Preferably, the first front face 411 is adapted to serve as a support surface for the associated facing blade 3.

[0083] Preferably, this first front face 411 is offset, projecting, from the associated side 2a. In other words, the thickness of the base 41 is greater than the depth of the longitudinal groove 21.

[0084] This configuration has the advantage of avoiding contact between the facing blade 3 and the joist 2, which eliminates any possible friction noises between the latter (in particular metal / metal).

[0085] Generally, preferably, the width dimension of the base 41 corresponds, within play, to the width of a longitudinal groove 21 made on the joists 2.

[0086] The joining of a base 41, with a joist 2, is for example obtained by a screw element attached through this base 41 (through its first front face 411 and its second front face 412) and implanted in the joist 2.

[0087] As developed below, said at least one receiving location 42 of the interface members 4 comprise a part of the elastic deformation assembly means 5. Assembly methods using elastic deformation

[0088] According to the invention, the facing blades 3 and said at least one receiving location 42 of the interface members 4 comprise the means of assembly by elastic deformation 5 (also called "means of assembly by clipping").

[0089] In this case, these elastic deformation assembly means 5 are formed by:

[0090] - the assembly structure 32 of the facing blades 3, and

[0091] - said at least one receiving location 42 of the interface organs 4.

[0092] Preferably, the means for elastic deformation assembly 5 consist of two pairs of flaps 35, 45, male and female, which are distributed on the facing blades 3 and said at least one receiving location 42 for the interface members 4.

[0093] In other words, the facing blades 3 comprise a first pair of shutters 35 and said at least one receiving location 42 of the interface members 4 comprise a second pair of shutters 45.

[0094] In particular, the flaps 35 of the facing blades 3 extend longitudinally, along the length of these facing blades 3.

[0095] These flaps 35 of the facing blades 3 extend advantageously perpendicularly with respect to the first front face 311.

[0096] And the flaps 45 of the interface members 4 extend advantageously transversely, over the width of the base 41.

[0097] These flaps 45 of the interface members 4 extend advantageously perpendicularly with respect to the first front face 411 of the base 41.

[0098] In other words, the flaps 45 of the interface members 4 are intended to extend perpendicularly with respect to the joists 2.

[0099] These two pairs of flaps 35, 45 cooperate by interlocking through elastic deformation.

[0100] For this purpose, the flaps 35, 45 have straight teeth 351, 451, cooperating by interlocking by elastic deformation.

[0101] Preferably, the straight teeth 351, 451 of each flap 35, 45 have at least two teeth 351, 451.

[0102] In this case, the receiving location 42 of the interface members 4 comprises a pair of female shutters 45 and the facing blades 3 comprise a pair of male shutters 35.

[0103] In other words, during assembly, the flaps 35 of a facing blade 3 come to be housed here (are sandwiched) between the flaps 45 of the interface members 4.

[0104] Preferably, as illustrated in [Fig.4], at least one of the flaps 45, here the flaps 45 of the interface members 4, includes a tab 46 adapted to facilitate its separation and to facilitate the dissociation of the assembly means by elastic deformation 5.

[0105] This tongue 46 extends here from the free edge of the flaps 45, cantilevered. Assembly

[0106] In practice, the joists 2 are joined with a support S, parallel to each other.

[0107] The spacing between the joists 2 is for example 40 to 60 cm.

[0108] The parallelism of the joists 2 is advantageously ensured by spacers 7 (illustrated schematically on [Fig.1]).

[0109] The spacers 7 are for example made up of sections of joists 2 which are oriented at right angles.

[0110] A section of joist 2, forming a spacer 7, can be joined to a joist 2 by means of angle brackets which are joined within their adjacent longitudinal grooves 21.

[0111] At least two lateral joists 2 are provided to receive the ends of the facing boards 3. At least one intermediate joist 2 may be provided between the lateral joists 2, in particular to prevent bending of the facing boards 3.

[0112] In particular, the joists 2 are advantageously oriented according to the desired longitudinal groove(s) 21.

[0113] For example, the joists 2 are oriented so as to expose:

[0114] - a large side 2a2 having a single longitudinal groove 21 ([Fig.2] in particular), for example for the edges of the cladding system 1, or

[0115] - a large side 2a2 comprising the two longitudinal grooves 21 ([Fig.5] in particular), for example for the alignment of facing boards 3, or

[0116] - a small side 2a 1 comprising a single longitudinal groove (non-orientation represented), for example to move the facing blades 3 away from the support S.

[0117] The interface members 4 are then attached and secured to the joists 2, advantageously within the longitudinal grooves 21.

[0118] The interface members 4 are advantageously aligned in series, distributed over the length of the joists 2 ([Fig.3]).

[0119] The facing blades 3 are then attached to these interface members 4.

[0120] These facing blades 3 are attached parallel to each other with respect to the other and perpendicular to the joists 2.

[0121] This final assembly is obtained here by the elastic interlocking of the assembly means by elastic deformation 5.

[0122] In particular, the flaps 35 of the facing blades 3 are fitted here, by plastic interlocking, between the flaps 45 of the interface members 4.

[0123] Following this assembly, a support S is thus obtained, equipped with a facing system 1 according to the invention, comprising:

[0124] - the joists 2, secured to the support S, parallel to each other with respect to to the others,

[0125] - the facing blades 3, which are joined together in parallel compared to the others, with at least two joists 2 placed side by side and oriented perpendicularly to said joists 2, and

[0126] - the interface members 4, interposed between the joists 2 and the facing boards 3.

[0127] If necessary, the facing blades 3 can advantageously be removed with respect to their interface members 4.

[0128] To facilitate this removal, it is possible here to exert a force on the tab 46 aimed at inactivating the interlocking means by elastic deformation 5.

[0129] Of course, various other modifications can be made to the invention within the scope of the annexed claims.
