Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Heating panel for formwork hip, assembly comprising a formwork hip and such a panel and method for heating such an assembly. technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of formwork for a concrete wall, by means of a vertical formwork panel.
[0002] The invention proposes to heat a formwork panel in order to allow optimal setting of the concrete, in particular when the outside temperature is low, in particular below 5°C.
[0003] As is known, when the outside temperature is too low, it is necessary to cover the formwork, to use admixtures in the concrete or to add heated water and aggregates in order to accelerate the setting of the concrete.
[0004] Furthermore, heating formwork equipment is also relevant to promote the setting of so-called "low carbon" concrete, which is considered more environmentally friendly.
[0005] As is known, a formwork panel comprises a vertical wall defining a front formwork face configured to be in contact with concrete during formwork placement and a rear face, opposite the front face. The vertical wall is preferably metallic, for example, made of steel or stainless steel. The formwork panel includes a plurality of vertical stiffeners connected to the vertical wall and a plurality of horizontal stiffeners connecting the vertical stiffeners. Such stiffeners mechanically reinforce the vertical wall, providing it with resistance to deformation during concrete pouring. Numerous accessories are also attached to the rear face of this vertical wall to ensure the connection of the panel to other halves, as well as the passage of cross-bracing rods.
[0006] In the prior art, it has already been proposed to fix electrical resistances to the rear face of the vertical wall of the formwork panel, so as to allow heating by thermal conduction.
[0007] In practice, due to the bulkiness of the rear face (stiffeners, accessories, etc.), it is difficult to arrange the electrical resistors to cover a large area of the rear face in order to achieve homogeneous heating. In particular, some of the thermal energy generated by the electrical resistors is absorbed by the stiffeners. Furthermore, it is difficult to ensure thermal insulation to define a localized heating zone.
[0008] Furthermore, attaching the electric heating elements to the rear face of the vertical wall of the formwork panel requires a significant amount of electrical energy and a considerable amount of time to heat the entire wall. In practice, such a quantity of energy and such time are rarely available on a construction site.
[0009] The invention thus aims to eliminate at least some of these drawbacks. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0010] The invention relates to a heating panel configured to be mounted on a formwork panel during a formwork operation. The formwork panel has a front wall extending vertically from the ground and comprising a front face and a rear face. The heating panel has a main wall comprising a front face and a rear face. The front face is configured to be in contact with concrete during the formwork operation, and the rear face is configured to be opposite the front face of the front wall of the formwork panel during the formwork operation. The heating panel further comprises at least one fixing device for the formwork panel, the fixing device being integral with the main wall, a plurality of elementary stiffeners mounted on the rear face of the main wall, and a plurality of heating elements mounted on the rear face of the main wall between the elementary stiffeners so as to heat said rear face, each heating element comprising a layer comprising a plurality of heating resistors.
[0011] The heating elements of the plurality of heating elements are distributed substantially evenly along the length of the heating panel, between the elementary stiffeners, on the rear face of the main wall. The heating elements thus distributed allow for the coverage of a significant area of the rear face of the heating panel. The available surface area is greater than for a conventional formwork panel. Furthermore, the heating panel can be conveniently insulated, which increases the heating inertia and thus reduces electricity consumption. Advantageously, the elementary stiffeners have a small cross-section compared to the stiffeners of a conventional formwork panel, since a heating panel is not designed to provide formwork on its own.
[0012] The heating panel is advantageously independent of the formwork panel, which is advantageous from a logistical point of view.
[0013] Advantageously, the heating panel comprises at least one layer of thermal insulation associated with each heating element, said plurality of heating elements being interposed between the rear face of the main wall and said layer thermal insulation, preferably, said thermal insulation layer being integrated into said heating element.
[0014] The thermal insulation layer is distributed substantially homogeneously along the length of the heating panel, between the individual stiffeners, on the rear face of the heating panel. This thermal insulation layer prevents any heat dissipation and thus thermally isolates the heating element, in particular the heating resistor, from the formwork on which the heating panel is intended to be mounted. In this way, the heating panel defines a localized heating zone, corresponding to its main surface.
[0015] Advantageously, the heating panel includes at least one sealing gasket disposed around the perimeter of the main wall, said sealing gasket being configured to make the heating panel watertight during the formwork operation.
[0016] The heating panel delimits at least one chamber with its rear face and side walls. The chamber houses, in particular, the heating elements of the heating panel. The sealing gasket is configured so as, during the formwork operation, to make the heating panel watertight, that is to say, to make the chamber watertight when it is closed, i.e., when the heating panel is in contact with the formwork panel, in particular with the front face of the formwork panel.
[0017] Advantageously, the elementary stiffeners are horizontal, preferably, said elementary stiffeners being distributed on the rear face of the main wall.
[0018] The elementary stiffeners make it possible to mechanically reinforce the main wall of the heating panel, in order to provide it with resistance to deformation.
[0019] Advantageously, the heating panel further comprises at least one electrical module configured to electrically supply the plurality of heating elements, the electrical module being configured to be connected to an electrical source.
[0020] The electrical module, by electrically supplying the plurality of heating elements covering a large surface of the heating panel, allows for homogeneous heating of the heating panel.
[0021] Advantageously, the fixing device is configured to allow the heating panel to be suspended from the formwork panel.
[0022] The invention also relates to an assembly comprising at least one heating panel as previously described, and a formwork panel. The formwork panel has a front wall extending vertically from the ground, which includes a front face and a rear face. The heating panel is mounted on the formwork panel, with its rear face facing the front face of the front wall of the formwork panel during the formwork operation.
[0023] Advantageously, the heating panel fixing member cooperates with a complementary fixing member of the formwork hip so as to allow the heating panel to be mounted on the formwork hip.
[0024] The invention further relates to a formwork train comprising at least two assemblies as previously described.
[0025] Advantageously, each formwork hip of each assembly comprises a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge, the second lateral edge of one assembly being juxtaposed to the first lateral edge of the other assembly, the main walls of each heating panel of each assembly being juxtaposed.
[0026] Advantageously, the formwork train includes a watertight seal interposed between the two juxtaposed main walls, so as to form a watertight connection.
[0027] The invention further relates to a method for heating a heating panel as previously described. The method comprises a step consisting of: • to supply the plurality of heating elements of said heating panel so as to heat the rear face of the main wall by thermal conduction in order to heat the front face of the main wall of the heating panel. [0040] The invention relates to an assembly comprising at least one heating panel 2 and a formwork panel 1.
[0041] With reference to figures 1 to 4, the formwork panel 1 has a front wall 10, extending vertically from the ground on which it is placed.
[0042] The formwork panel 1 is presented in an orthogonal coordinate system (X, Y, Z) in which the X axis extends orthogonally to the front wall 10, the Y axis extends horizontally and parallel to the front wall 10 from left to right, and the Z axis extends vertically and parallel to the front wall 10 from bottom to top.
[0043] With reference to figures 2 to 4, the front wall 10 comprises a front face 10A and a rear face 10B. The rear face 10B is opposite the front face 10A.
[0044] The front wall 10 is preferably metallic, for example, made of steel or stainless steel.
[0045] As illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, the formwork panel 1 comprises a plurality vertical stiffeners 12A connected directly to the front wall 10 and a plurality of horizontal stiffeners 12B connecting the vertical stiffeners 12A, preferably at a distance from the front wall 10. Such stiffeners 12A, 12B allow the front wall 10 to be mechanically reinforced in order to provide it with resistance to deformation.
[0046] In this example, with reference to Figures 3 and 4, the plurality of vertical stiffeners 12A are distributed substantially homogeneously along the width of the formwork panel 1. Preferably, the vertical stiffeners 12A are spaced between 13 and 25 cm apart. The vertical stiffeners 12A are connected to the rear face 10B of the front wall 10, preferably by welding. The vertical stiffeners 12A are in the form of hollow longitudinal bodies extending over the entire Wall height 10. Preferably, the vertical stiffeners 12A are hollow and have a rectangular, parallelogram, or omega-shaped cross-section. Each vertical stiffener 12A preferably has a width (along Y) between 8 cm and 20 cm and a thickness (along X) between 7 cm and 17 cm. The structure of a vertical stiffener 12A is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in further detail.
[0047] In this example, with reference to Figures 3 and 4, the plurality of horizontal stiffeners 12B, in particular three, are arranged two in the upper position and one in the lower position. The horizontal stiffeners 12B are mounted in the vertical stiffeners 12A, preferably by welding, and extend over the entire width of the front wall 10.
[0048] The vertical stiffeners 12A and the horizontal stiffeners 12B are mounted orthogonally to each other, so as to form a stiffening grid. For this purpose, each vertical stiffener 12A has mounting openings through which the horizontal stiffeners 12B are inserted.
[0049] Preferably, the horizontal stiffeners 12B are hollow and extend longitudinally. In particular, the horizontal stiffeners 12B may have a rectangular cross-section. Each horizontal stiffener 12B preferably has a height (along Z) of between 5 cm and 15 cm, and a thickness (along X) of between 5 cm and 15 cm.
[0050] In this example, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the formwork panel 1 has a first lateral edge 13 (here a left edge) and a second lateral edge 14 (here a right edge) configured to be connected laterally to another lateral edge of another formwork panel 1 (see [Fig. 10]). The lateral edges 13, 14 extend perpendicularly to the front wall 10 in the vertical direction.
[0051] In this example, with reference to [Fig. 3], the formwork panel 1 also includes a rear wall 15 positioned substantially parallel to the front wall 10. The front wall 10 and the rear wall 15 are connected by edges, in particular, an upper edge, a lower edge, and the side edges 13, 14, to form a box-section structure. The box-section can have a height between 50 cm and 350 cm. Preferably, the box-section has a parallelepiped shape defining an internal cavity. It is understood that such a rear wall 15 is optional. In [Fig. 4], this rear wall 15 has been removed.
[0052] According to the example illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the front wall 10 may further include a fixing member 11, configured to allow the heating panel 2 to be suspended on the formwork panel 1. In particular, in this example, the fixing member 11 includes two fixing studs 1 IA which are spaced apart along the Y axis.
[0053] The heating panel 2 is configured to be mounted on the formwork hip 1, during a formwork operation.
[0054] With reference to figures 5 and 6, the heating panel 2 comprises a main wall 20.
[0055] The heating panel 2 is presented in the orthogonal coordinate system (X, Y, Z) shown previously. The X axis extends orthogonally to the main wall 20, the Y axis extends horizontally and parallel to the main wall 20 from left to right, and the Z axis extends vertically and parallel to the main wall 20 from bottom to top.
[0056] The main wall 20 has a front face 20A and a rear face 20B. The front face 20A is opposite the rear face 20B.
[0057] The front face 20A is configured to be in contact with concrete during the formwork operation.
[0058] The rear face 20B is configured to be opposite the front face 10A of the front wall 10 of the formwork panel 1 during the formwork operation.
[0059] With reference to Figures 5 and 6, the heating panel 2 may comprise a plurality of side walls 22, each connected to the main wall 20 and to each other. The side walls 22 form a perimeter or a band around the main wall 20.
[0060] The main wall 20 and the plurality of side walls 22 delimit a chamber 23, notably visible on [Fig.6]. This chamber 23 is closed when the heating panel 2 is mounted on the formwork panel 1, in particular when the rear face 20B is opposite the front face 10A of the formwork panel 1 during the formwork operation.
[0061] In addition, the heating panel 2 may include a sealing gasket 26 disposed around the perimeter of the main wall 20.
[0062] The sealing joint 26 is configured to, during the formwork operation, make the heating panel watertight, i.e. the chamber 23 watertight when it is closed, i.e. when the heating panel 2 is in contact with the formwork panel 1, in particular with the front face 10A of the formwork panel 1.
[0063] The heating panel 2 further includes a fixing element 25 for the formwork panel 1. The fixing element is integral with the main wall 20.
[0064] The fixing member 25 is configured to allow the heating panel 2 to be suspended from the formwork panel 1.
[0065] With reference to [Fig. 5] and 6, the fastening member 25 can be a plate having a first edge integral with the front face 20A and a second edge, opposite the first edge, protruding from the rear face 20B. The fastening member 25 extends in a plane orthogonal to the main wall 20.
[0066] In a particular embodiment of the invention, said fastening member 25 is welded to the main wall 20 and in particular to the front face 20A of the main wall 20.
[0067] In another particular embodiment of the invention, not shown, the fastening member 25 is welded, not to the front face 20A of the main wall 20, but to one of the side walls 22.
[0068] In this example, two openings 25A are provided in the plate of the fixing member 25. Each opening 25A is configured to cooperate with a fixing stud 1 IA of the fixing member 11 of the formwork hip 1.
[0069] The heating panel 2 further comprises a plurality of elementary stiffeners 21, mounted on the rear face 20B of the main wall 20.
[0070] The elementary stiffeners 21 are horizontal.
[0071] Preferably, the elementary stiffeners 21 are distributed on the rear face 20B of the main wall 20.
[0072] In particular, the elementary stiffeners 21 are distributed substantially homogeneously along the length of the heating panel 2. The elementary stiffeners 21 are connected to the rear face 20B of the main wall 20, preferably by welding. The elementary stiffeners 21 can also be connected at their ends to two opposing side walls 22, preferably by welding.
[0073] The elementary stiffeners 21 are in the form of hollow longitudinal bodies which extend over the entire width of the main wall 20.
[0074] Preferably, and with reference to Figures 7 and 8, each elementary stiffener 21 has a width (along X) of approximately 9 cm and a height (along Z) of approximately 5 cm. Furthermore, the hollow body of each elementary stiffener 21 has a thickness of approximately 0.3 cm.
[0075] With reference to figures 7 and 8, the heating panel 2 further comprises a plurality of heating elements 3 mounted on the rear face 20B of the main wall 20, between the elementary stiffeners 21, so as to heat the rear face 20B.
[0076] Preferably, the heating surface is greater than or equal to 50% of the surface area of the main wall 20, which is very advantageous. Indeed, unlike a front wall 10 of a formwork panel 1, the surface area of the main wall 20 is not rendered partially unavailable due to the presence of equipment (spacer rod passage block, etc.).
[0077] Advantageously, the heating elements 3 are distributed in a substantially homogeneous manner along the length of the heating panel 2, between the elementary stiffeners 21, on the rear face 20B, in the chamber 23.
[0078] The heating elements 3 thus distributed make it possible to cover a large surface of the heating panel 2.
[0079] Preferably, the heating elements 3 are bonded to the heating panel 2, in particular by polymerization.
[0080] As shown in [Fig.7], each heating element 3 comprises a layer having a plurality of heating resistances 30. The plurality of heating resistances 30 is housed in the chamber 23 of the heating panel 2, it is distributed substantially homogeneously along the length of the heating panel 2, between the elementary stiffeners 21, on the rear face 20B.
[0081] In particular, the plurality of heating resistors 30 can be covered with a film, in particular silicone, such as an IP67 electrical protection film for example.
[0082] As shown in [Fig.8], the heating panel 2 may further comprise at least one thermal insulation layer 31 associated with each heating element 3. The plurality of heating resistors 30 is interposed between the rear face 20B of the main wall 20 and the thermal insulation layer 31.
[0083] The thermal insulation layer 31 has a thickness (along X) of between 4 cm and 9 cm. Preferably, the thermal insulation layer 31 has a thickness of 4 cm.
[0084] In particular, the heating panel 2 may comprise a plurality of thermal insulation layers 31, each associated with a heating element. Each heating element 30 is interposed between the rear face 20B of the main wall 20 and a thermal insulation layer. The plurality of thermal insulation layers 31 are distributed substantially homogeneously along the length of the heating panel 2, between the elementary stiffeners 21, on the rear face 20B.
[0085] Preferably, the thermal insulation layer 31 is integrated into the heating element 3.
[0086] With reference to [Fig. 8], the maximum thickness of the heating element 3 corresponds to the depth of chamber 23 in which it is housed, that is to say to the width of the side walls 22 (according to X), of about 9 cm.
[0087] The heating panel 2 may further include an electrical module 24. The electrical module 24 is configured to electrically supply the plurality of heating elements 3 and to be connected to an electrical source.
[0088] The electrical module 24, by electrically supplying the plurality of heating elements 3 covering a large area of the heating panel 2, allows for homogeneous heating of the heating panel 2.
[0089] The amount of energy generated is captured by the main wall 20, which allows the electrical module 24, by means of the heating elements 3, to heat it.
[0090] In addition, the heating panel 2 may include a temperature sensor (not shown), allowing the heating temperature of the heating panel 2 to be measured and, for example, a maximum heating temperature to be set for the heating panel 2.
[0091] Furthermore, the thermal insulation layer 31 associated with each heating element 30 of each heating element 3 prevents any heat dissipation and thus thermally insulates the heating element 3, in particular the heating element 30 from the formwork hip 1 on which the heating panel 2 is intended to be mounted. Thus, the heating panel 2 defines a localized heating zone, corresponding to its main wall 20. The insulation is further enhanced when the chamber 23 is airtight.
[0092] In the embodiment shown in [Fig.6] for example, the electrical module 24 is housed in the chamber 23 of the heating panel 2.
[0093] According to an embodiment not shown, the electrical module 24 can be moved away from the heating panel 2.
[0094] The electrical box 24 can allow the heating time of the heating elements 3 to be adjusted.
[0095] According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the heating panel 2, by means of its heating elements 3, can rise in temperature by about 3°C per hour, with an uncertainty of plus or minus 1°C.
[0096] During the formwork operation, and with reference to figures 1 and 2, the heating panel 2 is mounted on the formwork panel 1. The heating panel 2 is mounted by cooperation of its fixing member 25 with the complementary fixing member 11 of the formwork panel 1.
[0097] According to a particular embodiment, not shown, the heating panel 2 further comprises an additional fixing member cooperating with an additional complementary fixing member of the formwork panel 1. For example, the additional fixing member may comprise a nut configured to cooperate with threaded fixing studs so as to allow the heating panel to be held in position on the formwork panel.
[0098] This embodiment can be independent or taken in combination with the embodiment described above comprising the fixing member 25 with the complementary fixing member 11 of the formwork panel 1.
[0099] In the case where this embodiment is taken in combination with the aforementioned embodiment described above, it would suffice to lengthen (according to Y) the fixing member 25 of the [Fig.2], to provide two openings similar to the openings 25A, so that said openings cooperate with threaded fixing studs protruding from the formwork panel 1, in the manner of the fixing studs 1 IA, and then fix the heating panel to the formwork panel with a nut.
[0100] If this embodiment were to be used independently of the embodiment described above, it would suffice to replace the fastening member 25 and the additional fixing element 11 of the formwork panel 1 by the openings, the nut and the threaded fixing studs.
[0101] Advantageously, the heating panel 2 includes an additional fixing member (not shown) on the opposite side of the fixing member 25 of the heating panel 2, allowing assistance in positioning the heating panel 2 on the formwork panel 1 and allowing better fixing.
[0102] Preferably, the formwork panel 1 can be moved in a manner analogous to the prior art when the heating panel 2 is mounted. In this example, the heating panel 2 is mounted on the formwork panel 1, and the two fixing points 1 IA of the formwork panel 1 are inserted into the two openings 25A of the fixing element 25 of the heating panel 2. The assembly is simple and quick.
[0103] Advantageously, the elementary stiffeners of the heating panel 2 are in contact with the front face 10A of the front wall 10 of the formwork panel 1 while the vertical stiffeners of the formwork panel 1 are in contact with the rear face 10B of the front wall 10. As the elementary stiffeners are orthogonal to the vertical stiffeners of the formwork panel 1, the transmission of concreting forces is optimally taken up by the structure of the formwork panel 1 which is ballasted.
[0104] When the heating panel 2 is mounted on the formwork panel 1, the rear face 20B of the heating panel 2 is opposite the front face 10A of the formwork panel 1.
[0105] As shown in [Fig.1], the side walls 22 of the heating panel 2 rest on the front face 10A of the front wall 10 of the formwork panel 1, so as to close the chamber 23 formed by the heating panel 2, during assembly.
[0106] The heating panel 2 thus allows the front wall 10 of the formwork panel 1 to be replaced for heating the concrete when temperatures are low. Advantageously, if temperatures are normal, the formwork panel 1 can be used independently without the heating panel 2.
[0107] The invention is advantageously applicable to any type of formwork, in particular, a riser or a sub-rise.
[0108] The invention also relates to a formwork train, shown in [Fig.10].
[0109] The formwork train comprises at least two assemblies as previously described. In particular, the formwork train comprises at least a first assembly 4A, on the left, and at least a second assembly 4B, on the right.
[0110] The common elements between the first set 4A and the second set 4B shall bear the same numerical references.
[0111] In particular, the first assembly 4A comprises a first formwork panel 1 and a first heating panel 2 and the second assembly 4B comprises a second formwork panel 1 and a second heating panel 2.
[0112] With reference to [Fig. 10], the first set 4A and the second set 4B are of identical sizes, but it goes without saying that the sizes could be different.
[0113] Formwork panel 1 of the first set 4A and formwork panel 1 of the second set 4B each have a first lateral edge 13, forming the left edge, and a second lateral edge 14, forming the right edge.
[0114] The second lateral bank 14 of the first assembly 4A is juxtaposed to the first lateral bank 13 of the second assembly 4B.
[0115] Furthermore, the heating panel 2 of the first assembly 4A and the heating panel 2 of the second assembly 4B are juxtaposed. In particular, the main wall 20 of the heating panel 2 of the first assembly 4A is juxtaposed with the main wall 20 of the heating panel 2 of the second assembly 4B, so as to form a flat surface onto which the concrete will be poured during the formwork operation.
[0116] The electrical modules 24 (not shown) are advantageously electrically connected to allow simultaneous or sequential heating from the same electrical energy source.
[0117] Optionally, a watertight seal can be interposed between two juxtaposed main walls 20, so as to form a watertight connection.
[0118] The invention also relates to a method for heating a heating panel 2 as described above. The method includes a step of supplying the plurality of heating elements 3 of the heating panel 2, so as to heat the rear face 20B of the main wall 20 by thermal conduction, in order to heat the front face 20A of the main wall 20 of the heating panel 2. Advantageously, the heating of the main wall 20 of the heating panel 2 is homogeneous since the heating surface is very large. The generated heat is optimally confined in the chamber 23 formed between the main wall 20 of the heating panel 2, which makes it possible to ensure heating over a long period even when the heating elements 3 are no longer activated. The heating inertia is very high, which is advantageous for limiting energy costs.
[0119] Such a heating panel 2 is suitable for use on a construction site for low outside temperatures or when the concrete is of the "low carbon" type.
[0120] Preferably, the concrete is poured prior to heating to reduce energy costs.
