Description

Title of the invention: DESCRIPTIONTITLE OF THE INVENTION: PAPER CONTAINER FOR COSMETIC PRODUCTS FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention relates to containers for cosmetic products and more particularly to a container for cosmetic products made of paper.

[0002] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] In order to meet environmental protection, some manufacturers have changed the manufacturing material of cosmetic containers from plastic to paper. To close a base of the cosmetic container with its lid, magnetic parts are respectively placed at corresponding positions of the base and the lid. Due to the attraction of the magnetic parts, the lid is able to close the base. However, since the magnetic parts are glued to the base or even arranged in the base, it is difficult to remove the magnetic parts from the cosmetic container for recycling and even causes problems in sorting and classification.

[0004] Furthermore, the base has an insert containing a cosmetic product, and a through hole communicating with the insert is provided through the base. A person can insert a finger through the through hole to push the insert away from the base so as to replace the insert with a new one or recycle the insert. However, the appearance of the cosmetic product container is visually unattractive because the through hole is provided in the base.

[0005] Improvements are therefore still necessary. Summary of the invention

[0006] The invention therefore aims to provide a paper container for cosmetic products comprising a box made of paper and comprising a lid, a base, a flexible folding element connecting the lid and the base, a support arranged on an inner surface of the base, and at least one first temporary fixing element arranged on an upper surface of the support; at least one storage element comprising a second temporary fixing element on a lower face, configured to temporarily fix to the at least one first temporary fixing element such that the at least one storage element is configured to removably fix to the support, and at least one receptacle having a through hole through a bottom thereof.

[0007] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises a strap comprising a first half arranged between a front portion of the base and a front portion of the support, and a second half disposed on a front portion of the cover.

[0008] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises a groove disposed in a front portion of the interior surface of the base, the groove being configured to receive the first half of the strap.

[0009] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises two buttons disposed on an outer surface of the lid and an outer surface of the base, respectively, and a strap wrapped over the buttons.

[0010] According to one embodiment of the invention, the support is a plate.

[0011] According to one embodiment of the invention, the support comprises a bowl su upper for receiving the at least one storage element, and the at least one storage element further comprises a tab on one side.

[0012] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises at least one insert for containing a cosmetic product, the at least one insert being configured to be arranged in the at least one receptacle.

[0013] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises a mirror; and a storage arranged on an inner surface of the lid, the storage comprising a space for receiving the mirror, an end member on a first side, an opening on a second side opposite the end member, and two recesses on the end member and the opening, respectively.

[0014] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises a sheet of wrapping paper disposed on a periphery, an inner surface and a lower face of the at least one storage element.

[0015] According to one embodiment of the invention, the paper container for cosmetic products further comprises a sheet of paper disposed on an inner surface of the flexible folding element.

[0016] The invention has the following advantages and benefits compared to the conventional technique:

[0017] Due to the presence of the first temporary fixing element on the support and the second temporary fixing element on the storage element, it is easy to separate the storage element from the support. In addition, it is possible to replace the cosmetic product contained in the insert with a new one. This replacement is quick.

[0018] The mirror is movably arranged in the storage and is not fixed therein by means of an adhesive, thus reducing damage to the environment. A A person can remove the mirror from the storage by using their finger to push a portion of the exposed mirror at the recess to recycle the mirror. In addition, the box is made of paper. Thus, the paper container for cosmetics is an environmentally friendly product and can be reused.

[0019] The person can remove the storage element from the holder and insert a finger through the through hole so as to push the insert away from the receptacle in order to replace the insert with a new one. It is thus possible to reuse the box and the storage element.

[0031] Referring to Figures 1 to 6, a paper container for cosmetic products 100 according to a first preferred embodiment of the invention comprises the following elements, as detailed below.

[0032] A box 10 is made of paper and includes a lid 11; a base 13; a flexible folding member (e.g., a hinge) 12 connecting the lid 11 and the base 13; a slot 14 provided on an inner surface of the lid 11 having an end member 141 on one side, an opening 142 on the other side opposite the end member 141, a space 143 in the slot 14, and two recesses 144 at intermediate portions of the end member 141 and the opening 142, respectively; a paper sheet 15 provided on an inner surface of the flexible folding member 12 and configured to cover creases formed on an inner surface of the box 10 such that the box 10 can be visually aesthetic; a support 16 disposed on an interior surface of the base 13. In the embodiment, the support 16 is a plate. The box 10 further comprises a plurality of first temporary fixing elements 17 on an upper surface of the support 16.

[0033] A mirror 20 is movably disposed in the space 143 and includes a paper frame 21 disposed on a periphery and a bottom of the mirror 20 to prevent a person from being injured by the mirror 20 when pulling on the mirror 20.

[0034] A plurality of storage members 30 are made of paper, metal, or plastic. The storage member 30 includes a second temporary attachment member 31 on a bottom side configured to temporarily attach to the first temporary attachment member 17 such that the storage members 30 are configured to removably attach to the holder 16. In the embodiment, but not limited to, the first temporary attachment member 17 and the second temporary attachment member 31 consist of a hook and loop fastener. The storage member 30 further includes a plurality of receptacles 32 for each receiving one of a plurality of inserts 50 containing a cosmetic product. The insert 50 is made of plastic, metal, or paper. As specifically shown in [Fig. 4], a through hole 321 is formed through a bottom of the receptacle 32.

[0035] For the storage member 30 made of paper, a wrapping paper sheet 33 is provided on a periphery, an inner surface, and a bottom face, except for the through holes 321. The wrapping paper sheet 33 is used to absorb moisture in the air, since the storage member 30 may be soaked with liquid due to moisture absorption. Therefore, the storage member 30 is moisture-resistant. Otherwise, microorganisms may grow in the cosmetics contained therein.

[0036] A strap 40 comprises a first half 41 disposed between a front portion of the base 13 and a front portion of the support 16, and a second half 42 disposed on a front part of the cover 11 such that the base 13 can be closed by the cover 11.

[0037] As specifically shown in [Fig. 6], a groove 131 is provided in a front portion of the inner surface of the base 13 and configured to receive the first half 41 of the strap 40. Therefore, the fixing of the base 13 and the support 16 is secure.

[0038] As specifically shown in Figures 3 and 4, a person can remove the storage element 30 from the holder 16 and insert a finger through the through hole 321 to push the insert 50 away from the receptacle 32 so as to replace the insert 50 with a new one or to recycle the insert 50. It is thus possible to reuse the box 10 and the storage element 30.

[0039] In addition, thanks to the presence of the first temporary fixing element 17 on the support 16 and the second temporary fixing element 31 on the storage element 30, it is easy to separate the storage element 30 from the support 16 to replace the cosmetic product contained in the insert 50 with a product having a different color. This is a quick replacement.

[0040] The mirror 20 is movably arranged in the space 143 and is not fixed therein by means of an adhesive, thereby reducing damage to the environment. The person can remove the mirror 20 from the storage 14 by using his finger to push a portion of the mirror 20 exposed at the recess 144 in order to recycle the mirror 20. Furthermore, the box 10 is made of paper. The invention is therefore an environmentally friendly product and can be reused.

[0041] Referring to Figures 7-8 in conjunction with [Fig. 4], a paper cosmetic container 100 according to a second preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated. The features of the second preferred embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first preferred embodiment except that the holder 16 has a recessed top portion formed as an upper bowl 18 for receiving the storage members 30. The storage member 30 includes a tab 34 on one side. A person can pull the tab 34 to remove the storage member 30 from the upper bowl 18 and insert a finger through the through hole 321 to push the insert 50 away from the receptacle 32 so as to replace the insert 50 with a new one.

[0042] Referring to Figures 9 to 10, a paper container for cosmetic products 100 according to a third preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated. The features of the third preferred embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first preferred embodiment, except for the following points: two buttons 60 are provided on an outer surface of the cover 11 and an outer surface of the base 13, respectively. A strap 40 is wrapped over the buttons 60 to secure the cover 11 and the base 13 together.

[0043] Although the invention has been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention may be implemented with modifications, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
