[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly for a photovoltaic panel, in particular in the context of the installation of such a photovoltaic panel to power a motorized drive system of a blackout such as an electric roller shutter, or of a system intended to provide shade such as an awning. PREVIOUS STATE OF THE ART

[0002] A roller shutter typically comprises a housing in which the shutter is rolled up. It is common for such a roller shutter to be electric, that is to say, it has an electric motor which winds the shutter into the housing and unwinds it below the housing to close an opening such as a door or a window.

[0003] The electric motor can be powered by the building's electrical network, but it can also be powered by a photovoltaic panel which is usually fixed to the trunk.

[0004] Currently, fixing such a photovoltaic panel to the trunk requires the use of special tools and supplies and it is desirable to find a different arrangement limiting the use of tools and supplies. Description of the invention

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a photovoltaic panel assembly which includes a receptacle and a cover between which the photovoltaic panel is placed and where the joining and disjoining of the receptacle and the cover are simple and without tools.

[0006] To this end, a photovoltaic panel assembly is proposed comprising:

[0007] - a receptacle for receiving the photovoltaic panel and having a base,

[0008] - a cover comprising a frame intended to be arranged above the panel photovoltaic, and

[0009] - at least one fastening system that secures the lid to the receptacle,

[0010] where the bottom is pierced with at least one window, where for each window, a tab is arranged in the window and has two first edges attached to the bottom, and where the tongue or each tongue is equipped, on the face opposite the frame, with a clip fastening means intended to cooperate with a support and on the face on the side of the frame, with a protruding outward projection above the bottom.

[0011] Advantageously, the base is equipped with spring blades arranged to push the photovoltaic panel towards the frame.

[0012] Advantageously, the receptacle has at least one inner longitudinal wall extending from the bottom parallel to a longitudinal direction, for each inner longitudinal wall, the lid has an outer longitudinal wall extending from the frame and arranged parallel opposite and outside the inner longitudinal wall, and for each pair of an outer longitudinal wall and an inner longitudinal wall, the fastening system or each fastening system ensures a removable fastening of said longitudinal walls to each other.

[0013] Advantageously, the fastening system or each fastening system comprises a lug integral with said inner longitudinal wall and projecting towards the outer longitudinal wall and having, parallel to the longitudinal direction, a first length, and a counter-lug integral with said outer longitudinal wall and projecting towards the inner longitudinal wall and arranged to come to the other side of the lug with respect to the frame, where on either side of said counter-lug parallel to the longitudinal direction, is arranged a recess having, parallel to the longitudinal direction, a second length greater than the first length.

[0014] Advantageously, the assembly includes means for blocking the translation of the cover relative to the receptacle parallel to the longitudinal direction.

[0015] Advantageously, the locking means comprise two stops attached to the receptacle and arranged along the longitudinal direction, for each stop, a counter-stop attached to the cover, where the two counter-stops are arranged between the two stops, and when the lug and the associated counter-lug are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the distance between each stop and the associated counter-stop is less than the first length.

[0016] Advantageously, each outer longitudinal wall has a groove in which the associated inner longitudinal wall is housed.

[0017] The invention also proposes a box for blackout or shade system comprising an assembly according to one of the previous variants, a photovoltaic panel housed in the receptacle and a panel constituting a support and having for each clip fixing means, a through hole to house the clip fixing means. [0026] DETAILED STATEMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS

[0027] Figures 1 and 2 show an assembly 100 according to the invention, designed for mounting a photovoltaic panel 102, either on a housing for a blackout blind, such as a roller shutter, or on another fixed element, such as a wall. The assembly 100 can also be used in a shading system, such as an awning. The photovoltaic panel 102 is further arranged to electrically supply a motorized drive system for the blackout blind or the shading system.

[0028] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the assembly 100 is intended to be fixed to supports 50, which are brackets designed to be fixed to a fixed element, for example, by screws or rivets. There is a support 50 at each end of the assembly 100. The support 50 may also take the form of a panel forming part of a housing for a blind or shade, such as a roller shutter, a pergola with movable louvers, etc. In this case, the support 50 is generally flat and extends over at least the length of the assembly 100.

[0029] The assembly 100 includes a receptacle 104 in which the photovoltaic panel 102 is received and which has a base 104a.

[0030] In the installation of the photovoltaic panel 102 in the receptacle 104, the front face 102a of the photovoltaic panel 102, which is the face which carries the photovoltaic cells, is oriented towards the outside of the receptacle 104, that is to say opposite the bottom 104a, while the back 102b of the photovoltaic panel 102, which is opposite the front face 102a, is facing the bottom 104a.

[0031] The assembly 100 also includes a cover 106 which has a frame 106a which is arranged above the photovoltaic panel 102, revealing the front face 102a of the photovoltaic panel 102 and, more particularly, the photovoltaic cells.

[0032] The assembly 100 includes at least one fastening system which secures the cover 106 to the receptacle 104.

[0033] As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the bottom 104a takes the form of a flat surface which is pierced by at least one through window 121.

[0034] For each window 121, a tab 120 is arranged in the window 121 and has two first edges 122 attached to the base 104a and two second edges 123 which are free, i.e., they are not fixed to any other element. In the embodiment of the invention, each tab 120 extends transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction X. Here, the first two edges 122 are parallel to the longitudinal direction X and the second two edges 123 are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The first two edges 122 extend over the width of the tab 120 and the second two edges 123 extend over the length of the tab 120.

[0035] Each tab 120 is thus flexible and can move perpendicularly to the plane of the bottom 104a.

[0036] Each tab 120 is equipped, on the face opposite the frame 106a, i.e., towards the rear of the base 104a and therefore towards the support 50, with a clip fastening means 124, of the tab clip type. The fastening means 124 cooperates with the support 50, in particular by inserting itself into a hole 52 in the support 50 provided for this purpose. The clip fastening means 124 is inserted into the hole 52 to fix the assembly 100 to the support 50. In the case where the support 50 is a panel of a box for a blackout blind, the support 50 has, for each clip fastening means 124, a through hole 52 to accommodate the clip fastening means 124.

[0037] Each tab 120 is equipped, on the face which is on the side of the frame 106a, i.e. towards the front of the base 104a, with a protrusion 126 which is projecting above the base 104a. This protrusion 126 which here takes the form of a dome is pressed in by the back 102b of the photovoltaic panel 102 which presses on it when it is in place.

[0038] By pressing on the protrusion 126, the photovoltaic panel 102 pushes in the fastening means 124, which is then inserted into the hole 52 in the support 50 to be fixed there. Fixing the assembly 100 is then quick and easy and requires no special tools or supplies.

[0039] In the embodiment of the invention shown in [Fig.2], the base 104a is equipped with spring blades 128 arranged to push the photovoltaic panel 102 towards the frame 106a, to compensate for manufacturing tolerances.

[0040] In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the receptacle 104 has at least one internal longitudinal wall 104b, here two parallel to each other. The internal longitudinal walls 104b extend from the base 104a parallel to a longitudinal direction X of the assembly 100 and corresponding here to the longest length of the photovoltaic panel 102. The internal longitudinal walls 104b are integral with the base 104a and extend on either side of the photovoltaic panel 102.

[0041] To close laterally the receptacle 104, transverse walls 104c are also provided here extending from the bottom 104a perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction X. The receptacle 104 is open between the walls 104b-c.

[0042] The two inner longitudinal walls 104b are opposite each other and in the same way, the two transverse walls 104c are opposite each other.

[0043] For each inner longitudinal wall 104b, the cover 106 has an outer longitudinal wall 106b extending from the frame 106a and arranged parallel to and outside the inner longitudinal wall 104b in question. The outer longitudinal walls 106b are integral with the frame 106a and extend from the frame 106a on either side of the photovoltaic panel 102.

[0044] Each outer longitudinal wall 106b thus covers the associated inner longitudinal wall 104b.

[0045] The photovoltaic panel 102 is thus located between the base 104a and the frame 106a.

[0046] For each pair consisting of an outer longitudinal wall 106b and an inner longitudinal wall 104b opposite each other, the fixing system or each fixing system (here three in number) ensures a removable fixing of said longitudinal walls 104b and 106b to each other.

[0047] In the embodiment of the invention presented here and as shown more precisely in Figs. 4 and 5, the or each fastening system comprises a lug 150 and a counter-lug 152. [Fig. 5] shows the receptacle 104 and the cover 106 in the disassembled, i.e. separated, position.

[0048] The lug 150 is fixed to the inner longitudinal wall 104b and projects towards the outer longitudinal wall 106b, i.e. towards the outside of the inner longitudinal wall 104b. The lug 150 has, parallel to the longitudinal direction X, a first length L0.

[0049] The counter-lug 152 is integral with the outer longitudinal wall 106b and projects towards the inner longitudinal wall 104b, that is, towards the interior of the outer longitudinal wall 106b. In the assembled position, as shown in [Fig. 4], the counter-lug 152 is on the opposite side of the lug 150 from the frame 106a. The lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 are thus engaged with each other and cannot separate from each other in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X.

[0050] On either side of the counter-lug 152 parallel to the longitudinal direction X, there is a recess 108a-b which presents parallel to the longitudinal direction X, a second length L1 which is greater than the first length L0.

[0051] Placing the cover 106 onto the receptacle 104 involves offsetting the cover 106 so that the lug 150 is aligned with a recess 108a-b perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The cover 106 is brought closer to the receptacle 104 in the direction perpendicular to the direction longitudinal X so that the counter-lug 152 extends beyond the lug 150 in this direction. The cover 106 is then moved parallel to the longitudinal direction X so as to align the lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X. The lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 are thus engaged and in the assembled position.

[0052] Disassembly is carried out in the reverse manner by moving the cover 106 parallel to the longitudinal direction X so as to misalign the lug 150 and the counter-lug 152 and so that the lug 150 is positioned opposite a recess 108a-b. The cover 106 can then be removed.

[0053] Assembly therefore requires no tools.

[0054] To ensure better guidance along the longitudinal direction X, each outer longitudinal wall 106b has a groove 106c in which the associated inner longitudinal wall 104b, and more specifically its apex, is housed. The groove 106c also provides locking along an axis transverse to the longitudinal direction X, eliminates play, and prevents disassembly of the assembly 100.

[0055] To prevent unintentional disassembly of the cover 160 and the receptacle 104, the assembly 100 includes means for blocking the translation of the cover 106 relative to the receptacle parallel to the longitudinal direction X when they are in the assembled position.

[0056] As Figs. 6 and 7 show in particular, the locking means comprise two stops 110 which are integral with the receptacle 104 and arranged along the longitudinal direction X and for each stop 110, a counter-stop 112 integral with the cover 106.

[0057] The two counter-stops 112 are arranged between the two stops 110 and the stops 110 and counter-stops 112 are all aligned along the longitudinal direction X.

[0058] When the lug 150 and the associated counter-lug 152 are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X, i.e. in the assembled position, the distance between each stop 110 and the associated counter-stop 112 is less than the first length L0, which limits the displacement of the cover 106 below the distance required for disassembly.

[0059] The stop 110 has a sloping profile 110a along the longitudinal direction X, so that when the cover 106 and the receptacle 104 are brought together with the lugs 150 and the counter-lugs 152 offset, the counter-stop 112 slides on the slope 110a, which elastically deforms the cover 106. As the cover 106 moves along the longitudinal direction X, the counter-stop 112 slides on the stop 110, until it reaches the end of the stop 110 where the cover 106 returns to its normal position by descending from the stop 110.

[0060] The deformation of the cover 106 occurs only on one side during assembly.

[0061] For disassembly, it is then sufficient to elastically deform the cover 106 to make a counter-stop 112 pass over the associated stop 110, which releases the translational movement of the cover 106.
