The insulating system 10 comprises a structure 100 fixed to the surface of the wall. This structure 100, also called a framework, comprises a plurality of structural elements 101 such as beams or profiles. These structural elements 101 are made of wood, metal, or plastic. A method for lining a wall according to claim 8, said method comprising the following steps: - Obtaining structural elements and fixing them to the wall to form a structure comprising at least one opening; - Obtaining at least one retaining device and fixing it to a structural element; - Obtaining at least one panel of insulating material and placing it in said opening; - Acting on the movable mounted plate of the retaining device so that said plate opposes the tilting of the panel out of the opening.

A method for assembling a partition according to claims 9 or 10, said method comprising the following steps: - Obtaining structural elements and assembling them to form a structure comprising at least one opening; - Obtaining at least one mounting plate and fixing it to a second face of a structural element; - Obtaining at least one retaining device and fixing it to a first face of a structural element; - Obtaining at least one panel of insulating material and placing it in said opening against the mounting plate arranged on the second face; - Actuating the movable mounting plate of the retaining device so that said plate prevents the panel from tilting out of the opening; - Obtaining two layers of lining and mounting them so that they are aligned with the first and second faces of the structure.
