Description

Title of the invention: Formwork device for creating a staircase, assembly comprising the device, staircase, construction comprising the staircase and method for creating a staircase Disclosure area

[0001] The disclosure relates to the field of masonry, in particular masonry for making a swimming pool. The disclosure relates to a shuttering device for making a staircase and an assembly comprising the device. The disclosure further relates to a staircase and a construction comprising the staircase. Finally, the disclosure relates to a method for making a staircase. State of the art

[0002] Document EP 1 707 706 A1 discloses a shuttering device comprising parts attached to each other and resting on piles, the parts each having a casting volume intended to form stair steps.

[0003] The present disclosure aims to provide a more robust, simpler and less expensive device. Disclosure Statement

[0004] For this purpose, in accordance with the disclosure, the shuttering device for making a staircase comprises:

[0005] at least one first pillar formwork each delimiting a first pillar cavity having a first upper opening,

[0006] a first lower wall and a first front wall delimiting a first step cavity, the first front wall being substantially perpendicular to the first lower wall, the first lower wall has a first lower passage arranged opposite the first upper opening of each first pillar formwork, each first pillar cavity communicating with the first step cavity via the first upper opening and the first lower passage,

[0007] at least one second pillar formwork each delimiting a second pillar cavity having a second upper opening,

[0008] a second lower wall and a second front wall, the second lower wall being parallel to the first lower wall, the second lower wall, the first front wall and the second front wall delimit a second step cavity, the second lower wall has a second lower passage arranged opposite the second upper opening of each second pillar formwork, each second pillar cavity communicating with the second step cavity via the second upper opening and the second lower passage.

[0009] Thus, it is not necessary to make the piles, to rest the device on the piles, then to make the steps, since according to the present disclosure, the pillars and the steps are made at the same time. The device to be transported to be put in place on the construction site to formwork the staircase is also lighter and less bulky. Finally, the staircase is more solid, since the pillars and the steps are made at the same time or, with equal resistance, the staircase allows less concrete to be used to make it.

[0010] According to another characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, preferably the first lower wall has a first front edge, the first front wall bears against the first front edge, the second lower wall has a second front edge and a second rear edge, the first front wall bears against the second rear edge and the second front wall bears against the second front edge.

[0011] Thus, the device is easy to produce, therefore inexpensive and robust.

[0012] According to an additional characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, the first front wall preferably has a (first) rear face comprising a groove in which the first front edge is received.

[0013] Thus, the relative positioning of the first lower wall with respect to the front wall is improved.

[0014] According to a further additional characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, preferably the (first) rear face comprises a succession of (first) grooves, the (first) grooves are disjointed, and the first front edge comprises a succession of ribs received in the (first) grooves creating an interlocking of the first lower wall and the first front wall.

[0015] Thus, the relative positioning of the first lower wall with respect to the front wall is further improved.

[0016] According to another characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, the first front wall is preferably fixed to the first lower wall, more preferably by screwing.

[0017] According to another characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, the second lower wall is preferably fixed to the first front wall, more preferably by screwing.

[0019] Thus, the robustness of the staircase is further improved.

[0020] According to an additional characteristic, preferably each first pillar formwork comprises a flat front face, resting on the second front wall.

[0021] Thus, communication between each first pillar cavity and the second step cavity via the first front opening and the first front passage is facilitated, preventing concrete from flowing between each first pillar and the first front wall.

[0022] According to an additional characteristic, each first pillar formwork preferably has a triangular cross-section.

[0023] Thus, each first pillar formwork has good mechanical resistance and can be easily produced, in particular by folding a sheet of plastic material.

[0024] According to another characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, each first pillar formwork is preferably engaged and tightly held in the first underpass.

[0025] Thus, the positioning of each first pillar formwork and in particular the first upper opening, relative to each first lower passage of the first lower wall is improved.

[0026] According to another characteristic in accordance with the disclosure, the second front wall is preferably parallel to the first front wall.

[0027] The disclosure further relates to an assembly comprising the aforementioned device and a reinforcement. The reinforcement extends into the first step cavity, the first pillar cavity and the second step cavity by passing through the first lower passage, the first upper opening, the second lower passage and the second upper opening.

[0028] Thus, the robustness of the staircase obtained is improved.

[0029] According to an additional characteristic, preferably the reinforcement also extends through the first frontal passage.

[0030] The disclosure also relates to a staircase. According to the disclosure, the staircase comprises:

[0031] at least one first pillar, each first pillar is surrounded by a first pillar formwork and has a first upper end,

[0032] a first step, a first lower wall and a first front wall, the first step has a first lower step face and a first front step face, the first lower step face is in contact with the first lower wall, the first lower wall has a first lower passage through which the first upper end of each first pillar is connected to the first step (the first step and each first pillar forming a first single-piece assembly obtained from material and passing through the first wall in- lower), the first front step face is in contact with the first front wall,

The fold lines 63, 65, 67 are preferably each formed by a groove having a triangular section, advantageously with an angle of 120 degrees. The first front opening 12a is produced by cutting in the second portion 64.

[0100] Then, the sheet 60 is folded at 120 degrees along each fold line 63, 65, 67, the flap portion 68 is folded against the first portion 62 and the flap portion 68 is fixed against the first portion 62 by screwing, gluing or the like.

[0101] As illustrated in [Fig.5], the first pillar formwork 10 is thus produced, the second portion 64 forming the front face 10a, the third portion 66 forming the lateral face 10 and the first portion 62 forming the lateral face 10d.
