Description

Title of the invention: Production assembly comprising a functional base and a feeding module

[0001] The invention relates to a production assembly comprising a functional base and a feeding module.

[0002] A production set is known comprising: - a functional base comprising a machine support frame suitable for supporting an automated manufacturing machine, including a screwing machine, a fluid dispensing machine, a marking machine, a crimping machine, a part pick-and-place machine, a cleaning machine, a heat treatment machine, a surface preparation machine or a welding machine, - a feeding module attached to the functional base and comprising a feeding frame and a mobile trolley that translates along a first axis on the frame, the mobile trolley comprising a carrying area, the carrying area being capable of carrying and moving a workpiece support, - a second protective assembly (11) suitable for protecting the operator during the operation of the feeding module (3), the second protective assembly (11) comprising a second set of walls (12) and a second opening (13), the functional base and the feeding module comprising a single protective assembly suitable for protecting an operator during the operation of the automated manufacturing machine and the feeding module, the protective assembly comprising a set of walls suitable for surrounding the production machine and the mobile trolley during its translation.

[0003] Such a production unit has the disadvantage of not being modular. Indeed, it is necessary to dismantle the protective assembly if one wishes to associate the functional base with another feeding module, or if one wishes to associate the feeding module with another functional base, or if one wishes to associate the production unit with an additional feeding module.

[0004] The present invention aims to eliminate all or part of these drawbacks.

[0005] The invention relates to a production unit (1) comprising: - a functional base (2) comprising a machine support frame (4) suitable for supporting an automated manufacturing machine, in particular a screwing machine, a fluid dispensing machine, a marking machine, a crimping machine, a part pick-and-place machine, a cleaning machine, a heat treatment machine, a surface preparation machine or a welding machine, the functional base comprising a first set of protection suitable for protecting an operator during the operation of the automated manufacturing machine, the first set of protection comprising a first set of walls and a first opening, - a feeding module attached to the functional base and comprising a feeding chassis and a mobile trolley moving along a first axis on the chassis, the mobile trolley comprising a carrying area, the carrying area being suitable for carrying and moving a workpiece support, the feeding module comprising a second set of protection suitable for protecting the operator during the operation of the feeding module, the second set of protection comprising a second set of walls and a second opening, - a protective panel, the protective panel being able to close the first opening while leaving the second opening open and the protective panel being able to close the second opening while leaving the first opening open.

[0006] Such a production assembly improves the flexibility of a production line, i.e., it makes it easier to change the feeding module and / or the functional base. Indeed, such a production assembly allows a protective panel to be attached to a functional base. When a feeding module is attached to this functional base, the protective panel is removed from the functional base and mounted on the feeding module. The initial opening of the functional base, left without a protective panel, creates a passage between the feeding module and the functional base, allowing the movement of a part between the feeding module and the functional base and / or the passage of a part of the automated production machine to perform a manufacturing operation on the part carried by the feeding module. In parallel, the protective panel can be mounted in the second opening of the feed module to ensure the protection of the operators.

[0007] According to a further feature of the invention, the protective panel includes a door, in particular a hinged door.

[0008] According to an additional feature of the invention, the protective panel is fixed in the first opening or is fixed in the second opening by means of a fixing means in particular a fixing means comprising a screw.

[0009] According to a further feature of the invention, the first opening and the second opening comprise a base having a freeing shape, in particular an inclined shape or a curved shape, so that the protective panel remains in the first or second opening only if it is fixed by means of the fixing means.

[0010] The use of such an opening comprising a base with a freeing shape This improves operator safety. The design prevents the protective panel from being mounted without using the fixing device.

[0011] According to a further feature of the invention, the feeding frame comprises a first lateral fixing zone and a first attachment device fixed to the first lateral fixing zone and in which the functional base comprises a second attachment device, the first attachment device and the second attachment device being joined together so as to join the feeding module and the functional base.

[0012] According to a further feature of the invention, one of the first fastening device and the second fastening device comprises at least one first male fastening element and the other of the first fastening device and the second fastening device comprises at least one first female fastening element, the at least one first male fastening element being inserted into the at least one first female fastening element.

[0013] According to a further feature of the invention, that of the first fastening device and of the second fastening device which includes at least one first female fastening element further includes at least one first locking element, the at least one first locking element blocking the first male fastening element in the first female fastening element.

[0014] Such first attachment device and second attachment device make it possible to reduce the time required for the securing and relative positioning between the feed chassis and the functional base.

[0015] According to a further feature of the invention, the at least first male fastening element is inserted into the at least first female fastening element in a first insertion direction, and in which the at least first locking element is inserted into the at least first female fastening element in a second insertion direction different from the first insertion direction.

[0016] According to an additional feature of the invention, the first insertion direction is perpendicular to the second insertion direction.

[0017] According to a further feature of the invention, the first insertion direction is vertical and in which the second insertion direction is horizontal, the second insertion direction being in particular parallel to the first lateral fixing zone.
