Abstract

DUAL CHAMBER DISPENSING CONTAINER The present application relates to a dual chamber dispensing container for dispensing two compositions in a mixed state, said container comprising: a substantially tubular container body, made of an elastically deformable material, having a lower end which is closed, and one end having an opening, wherein the container body defines a chamber; a cap for enclosing the opening of the container body;a partitioning unit disposed within the container body between the lower end and the end having an opening, wherein the partitioning unit closes the substantially tubular container body along a peripheral edge thereof so as to partition the chamber into a first compartment remote from the lower end and a second compartment proximate to the lower end, wherein the first compartment is configured to contain a first composition, and the second compartment is configured to contain a second composition. The partitioning unit includes a partition ring and a partition plate formed integrally, and the partition plate is configured to be separated from the partition ring upon a pressure or transverse activating force on the container body. Claims

inner periphery of the substantially tubular container body, wherein the partitioning unit separates the tubular container body into a first compartment remote from the lower end and a second compartment near the lower end; - filling the first compartment (14) with a first composition; - sealing the first compartment by closing a cap on the opening of the container body; - filling the second compartment (15) with a second composition; and - sealing the lower end, so as to form a transverse seal to seal the second compartment. \|6
