Description of the embodiments
[0042] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments deduced by the person skilled in the art without creative work should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
[0043] Furthermore, the present application could reuse reference numbers and / or reference letters in different examples for the purpose of simplicity and clarity, and such reuse in no way indicates any relationship between the different embodiments and / or arrangements discussed. Furthermore, although the present application has provided different specific examples of methods and materials, those skilled in the art can readily envision the possibility of applying other methods and / or materials.
[0044] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, in an embodiment according to a first aspect of the present application, a cleaning device 100 is provided, comprising: a housing 10; a floor scrubbing member 20, and a plurality of main brushes 30. The plurality of main brushes 30 is rotatably connected to the housing 10. The floor scrubbing member 20 is connected to the housing 10 and is arranged at an interval relative to the main brushes 30.
[0045] The cleaning device 100 may be a floor mopping device, a robot vacuum cleaner, a sweeper, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0046] Since the plurality of main brushes 30 are rotatably connected to the housing 10, the plurality of main brushes 30 is more effective in removing dust and debris from the floor and hair (human hair, pet hair) is cleaned more thoroughly than a single main brush 30, thereby achieving an excellent cleaning effect. Since the floor scrubbing member 20 is connected to the housing 10 and arranged at an interval with respect to the main brushes 30, after the main brushes 30 remove debris from the floor surface, the floor scrubbing member 20 can scrub the floor to remove stubborn stains on the floor. Meanwhile, the debris can be prevented from adversely affecting the scrubbing performance of the floor scrubbing member 20, which further ensures the cleaning performance and improves the user experience.
[0047] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, in order to prevent debris from affecting the washing performance of the floor washing member 20, the main brushes 30 are positioned in front of the floor washing member 20 along the moving direction of the cleaning device 100. That is, during the movement of the cleaning device 100, the main brushes 30 will first remove debris and dust, and then the floor washing member 20 will perform washing to clean stubborn stains on the floor. The debris will not interfere with the operation of the floor washing member 20, which ensures the cleaning performance of the floor washing member 20 and further guarantees the cleaning performance.
[0048] In some embodiments, in order to more clearly describe the behaviors of the cleaning device 100, the directions are defined as follows: the cleaning device 100 can move on the ground by different combinations of movements with respect to the following three mutually perpendicular axes defined with respect to the housing 10: a transverse axis x, a front-rear axis y and a central vertical axis z. The forward driving direction along the front-rear axis y is designated as "forward" and the backward direction along the front-rear axis y is designated as "backward". The transverse axis x is substantially an extension between the right wheel and the left wheel of the cleaning device 100 along a direction of an axis center defined by a center point of a set of drive wheels. Here, the cleaning device 100 can rotate about the x-axis.We speak of “pitch-up” when the front part of the cleaning device 100 is inclined upwards and its rear part is inclined downwards; and we speak of “dive-down” when. the front part of the cleaning device 100 is inclined downwards and its rear part is inclined upwards.
[0049] In some embodiments, to further ensure the cleaning performance of the floor washing member 20, the floor washing member 20 is rotatably arranged on the housing 10. By rotating the floor washing member 20, the duration of friction between the floor washing member 20 and the floor can be increased, thereby enabling the floor washing member 20 to be in full contact with the stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor washing member 20 to remove the stubborn stains on the floor and completely remove them, thereby further ensuring the cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0050] In some embodiments, to further ensure cleaning performance, the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing member 20 is arranged at an angle relative to the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30, so that the floor scrubbing member 20 and the main brushes 30 remove dust, debris, and stubborn stains in different directions, thereby ensuring cleaning performance and improving user experience. Here, the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing member 20 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle.
[0051] In some embodiments, when the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing element 20 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 is a right angle, the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 may be parallel to the transverse axis x, and the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing element 20 may be parallel to the central vertical axis z.
[0052] In some embodiments, when the main brushes 30 rotate in a horizontal direction, the main brushes 30 can remove dust and debris on the floor in a rolling manner to clean it, thereby ensuring the cleaning performance.
[0053] In some embodiments, when the floor washing member 20 rotates in a vertical direction, the duration of friction between the floor washing member 20 and the floor is increased, thereby enabling the floor washing member 20 to be in more complete contact with stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor washing member 20 to clean stubborn stains on the floor and remove them completely, thereby further ensuring cleaning performance and improving user experience.
[0054] In some embodiments, to further ensure cleaning performance, the number of floor scrubbing elements 20 is one or more, and the floor is cleaned by the one or more floor scrubbing elements 20 to remove stubborn stains on the floor.
[0055] In some embodiments, to further ensure the cleaning performance, when the number of floor mopping members 20 is multiple, two adjacent floor mopping members 20 rotate in opposite directions, so that the stains between the two adjacent floor mopping members 20 on the floor can be removed by the floor mopping members 20 rotating in different directions. This increases the duration of friction between the floor mopping members 20 and the floor, and allows the floor mopping members 20 to be in full contact with the stubborn stains on the floor. This allows the floor mopping members 20 to clean the stubborn stains on the floor and remove them thoroughly, which further ensures the cleaning performance and improves the user experience.
[0056] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, in some embodiments, to ensure the cleaning performance of the floor washing member 20, the floor washing member 20 comprises: a driving device 202 and a floor washing part 201. The driving device 202 is disposed inside the housing 10; and the floor washing part 201 is disposed outside the housing 10 and detachably connected to the driving device 202. Here, the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 is disposed at an angle to the moving direction of the cleaning device 100. That is, the rotating shaft of the floor washing part 201 is disposed at an angle to the front-rear axis y. The floor washing part 201 may be a cleaning towel or a cleaning cloth.
[0057] In some embodiments, when cleaning is required, the driving device 202 is activated, and an operating end of the driving device 202 drives the floor washing portion 201 to rotate, which increases the duration of friction between the floor washing portion 201 and the floor and allows the floor washing portion 201 to be in full contact with the stubborn stains on the floor. This allows the floor washing portion 201 to remove the stubborn stains on the floor and completely remove them, which further ensures the cleaning performance and improves the user experience.
[0058] In some embodiments, the drive device 202 is disposed inside the housing 10 to fully utilize the space inside the housing 10, thereby improving space utilization and avoiding a raised housing 10. This reduces the space occupied by the housing 10. Meanwhile, the drive device 202 is housed in the internal cavity of the housing 10 to prevent the drive device 202 from being exposed, in order to preserve aesthetics.
[0059] In some embodiments, the floor washing portion 201 is disposed outside the housing 10 to ensure that the floor washing portion 201 can perform a complete wash, allowing the floor washing portion 201 to clean the stubborn stains on the floor and remove them completely, which further ensures cleaning performance and improves user experience.
[0060] In some embodiments, the floor washing portion 201 is detachably connected to the drive device 202, so that when the floor washing portion 201 needs to be replaced or washed, the floor washing portion 201 can be detached from the drive device 202, and then a new or washed floor washing member is installed on the operating end of the drive device 202, so as to facilitate replacement.
[0061] In some embodiments, to further ensure cleaning performance, the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing part 201 is arranged at an angle relative to the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30, so that the floor scrubbing member 201 and the main brushes 30 remove dust, debris, and stubborn stains in different directions, thereby ensuring cleaning performance and improving user experience. Here, the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing part 201 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle.
[0062] In some embodiments, when the angle between the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing portion 201 and the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 is a right angle, the rotating shaft of the main brushes 30 may be parallel to the transverse axis x, and the rotating shaft of the floor scrubbing portion 201 may be parallel to the central vertical axis z.
[0063] In some embodiments, when the rotating shaft of the floor washing portion 201 is parallel to the central vertical axis z, the duration of friction between the floor washing portion 201 and the floor is increased, and the floor washing portion 201 can be in full contact with the stubborn stains on the floor. This enables the floor washing portion 201 to clean the stubborn stains on the floor and remove them completely, which further ensures the cleaning performance and improves the user experience.
[0064] Referring to [Fig. 2], in some embodiments, in order to ensure the cleaning performance, the housing 10 is provided with a dust collection inlet 102 and an opening 101, and at least a portion of the main brushes 30 is exposed from the opening 101. This enables the main brushes 30 to remove debris and dust on the floor. During the rotation of the main brushes 30, the main brushes 30 can sweep the dust and debris into the dust collection inlet 102, so as to facilitate the removal of dust and debris via the dust collection inlet 102 and further ensure the cleaning performance.
[0065] In some embodiments, in order to ensure cleaning performance, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged sequentially along the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100. Additionally or alternatively, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged sequentially along the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100.
[0066] Referring to Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, to ensure the cleaning performance, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged along the moving direction of the cleaning device 100. That is, at least two of the main brushes 30 can be arranged along the front-rear axis y, so that the at least two main brushes 30 can remove dust and debris on the floor. This ensures that hair (human hair, animal hair) can be removed completely, so as to improve the cleaning performance.
[0067] Referring to Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, to ensure the cleaning performance, at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the cleaning device 100. In other words, at least two of the main brushes 30 may be arranged along the transverse axis x, so that the at least two of the main brushes 30 can clean the dust and debris on the floor. This ensures that the hair (human hair, animal hair) can be removed completely, so as to improve the cleaning performance.
[0068] In some embodiments, when at least two of the main brushes 30 are arranged at an angle relative to the direction of movement of the cleaning device 100, the at least two of the main brushes 30 may be arranged coaxially. After the main brushes 30 remove the debris on the floor surface, the floor scrubbing member 20 is configured to clean stubborn stains on the floor. Meanwhile, the debris can be prevented from disturbing the cleaning performance of the floor scrubbing member 20, thereby ensuring the cleaning performance and improving the user experience.
[0086] In some embodiments, in order to avoid interference in the action of the main brushes 30, the main brushes 30 are positioned between the two drive wheels 50. This ensures smooth operation of the main brushes 30, so that the main brushes 30 can sweep dust and debris into the dust collection inlet 102, thereby facilitating the removal of dust and debris through the dust collection inlet 102 by suction, thereby ensuring cleaning performance and improving user experience.
[0087] Referring to Figures 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in an embodiment according to a second aspect of the present application, a cleaning device 100 is provided, comprising: a housing 10; and a first cleaning module 70 and a second cleaning module 80 sequentially arranged on the housing 10 along a direction of movement of the housing 10. The housing 10 has an avoidance portion 103 positioned between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to reduce a spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0088] In some embodiments, since the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 are sequentially arranged on the housing 10 along the moving direction of the housing 10, the floor can be cleaned by the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80. Since the housing 10 has the avoidance portion 103 positioned between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80, the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 can be reduced. Thus, the space can be reduced by the avoidance portion 103, so as to enable the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer to produce a compact design thereof. Therefore, different components can be mounted and arranged more compactly without having to compromise on the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0089] Referring to Figures 1, 2 and 7, in some embodiments, in order to facilitate the mounting and arrangement of the second cleaning module 80, the housing 10 is provided with a receiving groove 104. The second cleaning module 80 may be disposed within the receiving groove 104. The receiving groove 104 receives the second cleaning module 80, thereby preventing the second cleaning module 80 from occupying excessive vertical space of the housing 10. Therefore, the height of the housing 10 may be reduced while keeping the thickness of the second cleaning module 80 unchanged.
[0090] Referring to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the receiving groove 104 includes the avoidance portion 103, which can reduce the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80. Thus, the overall space is reduced, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer to produce a compact design thereof. Therefore, different components can be mounted and arranged more compactly without having to compromise on the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0091] In some embodiments, to form the avoidance portion 103, the receiving groove 104 has a first edge 1041 and two second edges 1042, and the first edge 1041 is positioned between the two second edges 1042 and connected to the two second edges 1042. Here, the first edge 1041 looks like a straight line to form the avoidance portion 103.
[0092] In some embodiments, in order to ensure the cleaning performance of the second cleaning module 80, the second cleaning module 80 may be annular. In order to be adapted to the second cleaning module 80, the receiving groove 104 may also be annular. A portion of the receiving groove 104 is flattened and the flattened portion is the first straight edge 1041 to form the avoidance portion 103.
[0093] Referring to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, in order to further ensure the cleaning performance of the second cleaning module 80, the receiving groove 104 may be provided with a notch 1043, and a portion of the second cleaning module 80 may be exposed from the receiving groove 104 through the notch 1043, so as to increase the cleaning area of the second cleaning module 80 and improve the cleaning performance.
[0094] In some embodiments, in order to fully receive the second cleaning module 80, the second side 1042 may be arc-shaped, so as to facilitate mounting of the second cleaning module 80 while ensuring that the second cleaning module 80 has sufficient clearance to move and clean the floor.
[0095] Referring to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, to enable the first cleaning module 70 to perform cleaning, the first cleaning module 70 comprises: a main brush cover 90 and a plurality of main brushes 30. The main brush cover 90 is disposed on the housing 10. The plurality of main brushes 30 are rotatably disposed within the main brush cover and partially exposed from the main brush cover 90.
[0096] In some embodiments, since the main brush cover 90 is disposed on the housing 10, the housing 10 can support the main brush cover 90. Since the plurality of main brushes 30 are rotatably disposed within the main brush cover 90 and partially exposed from the main brush cover 90, the main brush cover 90 supports the plurality of main brushes 30. Since the plurality of main brushes 30 are partially exposed from the main brush cover 90, the plurality of main brushes 30 can sweep the floor. Compared with a single main brush 30, the plurality of main brushes 30 is more effective at removing dust and debris from the floor, and more effective at removing hair (human hair, pet hair), thereby improving cleaning performance.
[0097] In some embodiments, since there are a plurality of main brushes 30, in particular, when the plurality of main brushes 30 are arranged sequentially along the moving direction of the housing 10, the main brushes 30 would occupy more space along the moving direction of the housing 10. By arranging the avoidance portion 103 in the housing 10, the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 can be reduced. Therefore, the avoidance portion 103 saves space, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer to produce a compact design thereof. Thus, the various components are mounted and arranged more compactly without having to compromise on the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70, and the second cleaning module 80.
[0098] With reference to Figures 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, to further ensure that the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 can be arranged compactly, the avoidance portion 103 is flush with the edge of the main brush cover 90. Therefore, the avoidance portion 103 saves space, allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer to produce a compact design thereof. Thus, the various components are mounted and arranged more compactly without having to compromise on the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80.
[0099] Referring to Figures 1, 2 and 7, in some embodiments, in order to further ensure that the first cleaning module 80 and the second cleaning module 90 can be arranged compactly, the second cleaning module 80 comprises a floor scrubbing member 20, and the avoidance portion 103 is positioned between the floor scrubbing member 20 and a main brush cover 90. By virtue of the avoidance portion 103, the spacing between the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 is reduced.
[0100] In some embodiments, in order to further ensure that the first cleaning module 80 and the second cleaning module 90 can be arranged compactly, the floor scrubbing element 20 is tangent to an edge of the main brush cover 90, thereby allowing the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80 to be arranged closer together. Therefore, different components can be arranged closer together without compromising the dimensions of the housing 10, the first cleaning module 70 and the second cleaning module 80. Here, the floor washing element 20 can be annular and the edge of the main brush cover 90 can resemble a straight line.
[0101] In some embodiments, the main brush cover 90 may be formed as part of the housing 10. Obviously, in other embodiments, the main brush cover 90 and the housing 10 are independent components.
[0102] In an embodiment according to a third aspect of the present application, a cleaning system is provided, comprising a cleaning base and the cleaning device 100 described above.
[0103] In some embodiments, the cleaning device further comprises: a dust box and a dust suction motor. The dust box is provided with a dust collection inlet 102 and an air outlet. The dust suction motor sucks air from the dust collection inlet 102 into the dust box and then discharges it through the air outlet, so as to create a negative pressure inside the dust box. The main brushes rotate to suck the dust into the dust box for storage.
