TITLE OF THE INVENTION: TEMPORARY TELESCOPIC REAL ESTATE STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING SUCH A STRUCTURE. A temporary telescopic real estate structure (100) comprising: - a first surface (105), defining a first plane (110), - a pivot joint (125) connecting the first surface (105) to a telescopic mast (115), - the deployable telescopic mast (115) extending along an axis (121) configured to intersect the first plane (110) in the deployed position, - a fixed primary reinforcement (135) configured to at least partially surround a lower end of the mast (115), and - at least one movable secondary reinforcement (140) configured to be attached to an upper end of the mast.
