[0001] The present invention relates to a kit, preferably for the treatment of keratinous materials. The present invention also relates to a non-therapeutic method for the treatment of keratinous materials. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Among all the compositions for the care of keratinous materials, in particular of the skin, masks are known to have a high penetration efficiency on keratinous materials.
[0003] On the market, gel-type masks are popular because of their moisturizing effect and their affinity with the skin.
[0004] However, gel-type masks generally face production difficulties because it is difficult to pour the gels into sachets due to the high viscosity of the gels.
[0005] Efforts have been made to produce gel-type masks containing low-viscosity gels. However, it has been observed that a dripping problem exists with gel-type masks containing low-viscosity gel. When such masks are removed from the sachets, the gel drips very quickly from the mask substrate, which is unpleasant.
[0006] It will therefore be desirable to offer gel-type masks without production difficulties and without dripping problems. Summary of the invention

[0009] Thus, according to a first aspect, the present invention proposes a kit, preferably for the care of keratinous materials, comprising: A. a first container comprising a substrate and an aqueous composition comprising at least one carboxyvinyl polymer; and B. a second container comprising an oily composition including at least one ion activator.
[0010] The inventors have discovered that the kit according to the present invention can be easily prepared, a gel-type mask without dripping problems can be formed from the kit according to the present invention.

Demands
1. Kit, preferably for the care of keratinous materials, comprising: A) a first container comprising a substrate and an aqueous composition comprising at least one carboxyvinyl polymer; and B) a second container comprising an oily composition comprising at least one ion activator.
2. Kit according to claim 1, wherein the carboxyvinyl polymer is selected from i) copolymers resulting from the polymerization of at least one monomer (a) selected from α,[3-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids or their esters, with at least one monomer (b) ethylenically unsaturated comprising a hydrophobic group; ii) homopolymers resulting from the polymerization of a monomer selected from α,[3-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids and their esters, and mixtures thereof, preferably, the carboxyvinyl polymer is selected from crosslinked (meth)acrylic acid homopolymers, their esters and mixtures thereof.
3. Kit according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the carboxyvinyl polymer is present in the aqueous composition in an amount from 0.05% by weight to 10% by weight, preferably from 0.05% by weight to 5% by weight, more preferably from 0.08% by weight to 2% by weight, even more preferably from 0.1% by weight to 1% by weight, most preferably from 0.12% by weight to 0.5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the aqueous composition.
4. Kit according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the ion activator is selected from organic alkalis, inorganic alkalis, and combinations thereof, preferably selected from alkanolamines, more preferably selected from monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, monopropanolamine, dipropanolamine, tripropanolamine, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol and 2-amino-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol, or a mixture thereof.

Kit according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the ion activator is present in the oily composition in a quantity ranging from 0.01% by weight to 10% by weight, preferably from 0.3% by weight to 8% by weight, more preferably from 0.5% by weight to 5% by weight, even more preferably from 0.8% by weight to 4% by weight, relative to the total weight of the oily composition.

Kit according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the oily composition further comprises at least one amphiphilic organic solvent, preferably selected from polypropylene glycol (PPG), polypropylene glycol alkyl esters, PPG alkyl ethers, and mixtures thereof, more preferably selected from dipropylene glycol, PPG-23 oleyl ether, PPG-36 oleate, and mixtures thereof, even more preferably the oily composition comprises dipropylene glycol.

Kit according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the oily composition further comprises at least one non-ionic surfactant, preferably the non-ionic surfactant is selected from sorbitol esters, more preferably selected from C12-C22 fatty acid esters of sorbitol, even more preferably selected from sorbitan isostearate, sorbitan laurate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan trioleate, and mixtures thereof.

Kit according to claim 1, comprising A) a first container comprising a water-insoluble mask substrate and an aqueous composition comprising from 0.1% by weight to 0.5% by weight of at least one carboxyvinyl polymer selected from crosslinked (meth)acrylic acid homopolymers, their esters and mixtures thereof, relative to the total weight of the aqueous composition, B) a second container comprising at least one oily composition, comprising from 0.5% by weight to 5% by weight of triethanolamine, relative to the total weight of the oily composition.
9. Kit according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the weight ratio of the oily composition to the aqueous composition is from 1:1 to 1:20, preferably from 1:3 to 1:

A non-therapeutic method for treating keratinous materials with the kit according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising a) mixing the oily composition and the aqueous composition to form a mixed system on a substrate; and b) the application of the substrate with the mixed system onto the keratinous materials.
