Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of tensioners, and specifically to a rotating mechanism and a binding belt tensioner. DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART
[0002] Goods need to be secured during transportation or storage to prevent loss and safety hazards caused by their accidental falling. Binding belts are commonly used tools for securing goods due to their small size and light weight. One end of a binding belt is connected to a tensioner. A main body of the tensioner is composed of a fastener, a pulling member, a ratchet wheel, and a ratchet shaft, all of which are sleeved outside the ratchet shaft, respectively.
[0003] During use, the other end of the binding belt is tied to goods and wound around the ratchet shaft, and the fastener catches teeth on the ratchet wheel by rotating the pulling member to lock the tensioner, so as to tighten the binding belt and secure the goods. After the tensioner is loosened, the binding belt can be released to loosen the goods.
[0004] Patent CN201110232540.9 discloses a typical ratchet-type binding belt tensioner, which is composed of a fastener, a pulling member, a ratchet wheel, and a ratchet shaft. The fastener, the pulling member, and the ratchet wheel are sleeved outside the ratchet shaft, respectively. When the tensioner is in use, rotational resistance to the ratchet shaft increases due to simultaneous forces from the fastener, the pulling member, and the ratchet wheel, so that the binding belt cannot be smoothly tensioned and rewound. Whether the binding belt in the tensioner can be smoothly tensioned and rewound affects the efficiency of securing and loosening goods. SUMMARY

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0042] To make the objectives, technical solutions, and beneficial effects of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions herein will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are some but not all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present disclosure without any creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0043] Embodiment 1
[0044] As shown in FIGs. 1-7, this embodiment provides a rotating mechanism, including a rotating shaft 1 and a ratchet wheel 4. The rotating shaft 1 is used for connecting an upper tensioner body and a lower tensioner body.
[0045] The upper tensioner body is provided with a first shaft hole 2 on each of its two side plates, the lower tensioner body is provided with a second shaft hole 3 on each of its two side plates, and the ratchet wheel 4 is provided with a third shaft hole 5. The first shaft hole 2 is arranged on an outer or inner side of the second shaft hole 3, and inner diameters of the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3 are the same and greater than that of the third shaft hole 5.
[0046] The rotating shaft runs through the first shaft hole 2, the second shaft hole 3, and the third shaft hole 5. A limit member 32 running through a cross-section of the rotating shaft 1 and clinging to the ratchet wheel 4 is arranged at each of two ends of the rotating shaft 1 to limit the upper tensioner body, the lower tensioner body, and the ratchet wheel 4, and the rotating shaft 1 rotates synchronously with the ratchet wheel 4 under a force.
[0047] Since the inner diameter of the third shaft hole 5 is less than that of the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3, there are gaps between the rotating shaft 1 and inner walls of the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3. The suspended design prevents the rotating shaft 1 from bearing any force from the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3. The rotating shaft rotates synchronously with the ratchet wheel, so the rotating shaft also does not bear a force from the ratchet wheel when rotating. According to the settings of this embodiment, the rotating shaft rotates more freely, a binding belt on the rotating shaft is tensioned and rewound more smoothly, goods can be reinforced and loosened more easily.
[0048] In a preferred solution, a side wall of the first shaft hole 2 is detachably connected to that of the second shaft hole 3, and the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3 rotate relatively under a force. Exemplarily, with reference to FIGs. 6 and 7, the upper tensioner body may be provided with a recess 6 or a protrusion 7 along an outer circumference of the first shaft hole 2, the lower tensioner body is provided with a protrusion 7 or a recess 6 cooperating with the recess or protrusion on the first shaft hole along an outer circumference of the second shaft hole 3, and the protrusion 7 is embedded into the recess 6 and can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise within the recess 6. The "integrated" setting of the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3 can keep the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3 always coaxial.
[0049] In a preferred solution, in order to assemble the ratchet wheel 4 more conveniently, the ratchet wheel 4 is provided with a plurality of teeth 8.
[0050] In a more preferred solution, with reference to FIG. 1, the rotating shaft 1 includes a first half shaft 9 and a second half shaft 10 that are symmetrical, and the ratchet wheel 4 is provided with a first hole and a second hole through which the first half shaft 9 and the second half shaft 10 pass, respectively. The setting prevents the rotating shaft 1 from rotating relative to the third shaft hole 5, thereby ensuring synchronous rotation of the rotating shaft 1 and the ratchet wheel 4 and preventing the rotating shaft 1 from bearing a force from the ratchet wheel 4. A maximum distance between the first hole and the second hole is less than the inner diameters of the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3, so that the rotating shaft 1 is suspended over the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3.
[0051] Embodiment 2
[0052] As shown in FIGs. 1-8, this embodiment provides a binding belt tensioner. The binding belt tensioner includes the rotating mechanism in Embodiment 1.
[0053] With reference to FIG. 6, an upper tensioner body 11 includes two first side plates 14, a first handle 13 is connected to one end of the first side plate 14, and a first shaft hole 2 is arranged at the other end of the first side plate 14. The first side plate 14 is provided with a first chute 31 in which a first sliding plate 17 slides, and the first sliding plate 17 is provided with a first clamping portion 18 extending from the first chute 31. The upper tensioner body 11 is provided with a first elastic member 19 connected to the first sliding plate 17, and the first clamping portion 18 is clamped in gaps between teeth of a ratchet wheel 4 by a force from the first elastic member 19.
[0054] With reference to FIG. 7, a lower tensioner body 12 includes two second side plates 15, a second handle 16 is connected to one end of the second side plate 15, and a second shaft hole 3 is arranged at the other end of the second side plate 15. The second side plate 15 is provided with a second chute 21 in which a second sliding plate 20 slides, and the second sliding plate 20 is provided with a second clamping portion 22 extending from the second chute 21. The lower tensioner body 12 is provided with a second elastic member 23 connected to the second sliding plate 20, and the second clamping portion 22 is clamped in the gaps between the teeth of the ratchet wheel 4 by a force from the second elastic member 23.
[0055] In a preferred solution, the second shaft hole 3 is arranged on an inner side of the first shaft hole 2, and the second clamping portion 22 is provided with a limit groove 24 for limiting the first side plate. In this embodiment, the first sliding plate 17 and the second sliding plate 20 not only clamp the ratchet wheel 4, but also reinforce and set the two first side plates 14 and the two second side plates 15 respectively, to prevent deformation such as warping of the first side plates 14 and the second side plates 15, and to maintain tight connections between the first side plates 14 and the second side plates 15 all the time. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 8, the first side plate 14 on a periphery of the first shaft hole 2 is always restricted from rotating within the limit groove 24, to further avoid separation of the first shaft hole 2 and the second shaft hole 3.
[0056] Exemplarily, the first elastic member 19 may include a torsion spring arranged on at least one of the first side plates 14, and one pin of the torsion spring is connected to the first sliding plate 17. Exemplarily, a bottom plate 25 is connected between the two second side plates 15, and the bottom plate 25 is connected to a fixing portion 26 for fixing one end of the second elastic member 23; and the second sliding plate 20 is provided with a connecting rod 27 connected to the second elastic member in a direction away from the ratchet wheel 4, the second elastic member 23 is sleeved outside the connecting rod 27, and the fixing portion 26 is provided with a through hole 28 through which the connecting rod 27 passes. The second elastic member 23 is a compression spring. When the second sliding plate 20 is pulled away from the ratchet wheel 4, the connecting rod 27 passes through the through hole 28 of the fixing portion 26, and the first side plate 14 disengages from the limit groove 24. In this case, a force away from the second side plate 15 can be applied to the first side plate 14 to separate the first side plate 14 from the second side plate 15.
[0057] In a preferred solution, a reinforcing rib 29 for reinforcing and setting the first side plates 14 is further connected between the two first side plates 14, and the first sliding plate 17 is provided with a pull 30.
[0058] When a binding belt is to be locked by the binding belt tensioner, the first handle of the upper tensioner body is held, the upper tensioner body is continuously pulled towards the lower tensioner body, the first clamping portion continuously pushes the ratchet wheel to rotate, and the ratchet wheel drives the rotating shaft to wind the binding belt until the binding belt is tensioned, so as to secure goods. When the goods are to be loosened, the upper tensioner body is pulled in an opposite direction, the first clamping portion disengages from the ratchet wheel along the teeth on the ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel is subjected to a force and transmits the force to the second clamping portion, and the second clamping portion squeezes the second elastic member by the force and disengages from the ratchet wheel. In this case, the ratchet wheel is in a state of free rotation, and the binding belt wound on the ratchet wheel is released.
[0059] The above embodiments are only illustrative descriptions of the present disclosure and do not limit the scope of the present disclosure. Various modifications and improvements made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the design spirit of the present disclosure shall fall into the protection scope determined by the present disclosure.
