Abstract

This image is, for example, an "image for displaying vehicle running information" that shows the running state and occupancy rate of a railway vehicle, and is for which design registration is sought for the symbol representing the vehicle and occupancy rate shown in the "reference image showing only the part for which design registration is sought." The symbol that changes from a rectangular shape to an arrow shape represents the vehicle, the decorative thick line shown in the vehicle symbol represents the direction of travel, the solid circle surrounding the vehicle symbol represents the capacity, and the circle shown in light ink represents the occupancy rate. In addition, when the symbol representing the vehicle and occupancy rate is selected, it switches to a screen showing detailed information about that vehicle. The "image" and "enlarged image diagrams 1 to 4 showing the changed state of the part for which design registration is sought" represent the change of a running vehicle from "within capacity: stopped → running → accelerating → running → decelerating."
