Electric evaporator with stand

Abstract

This article is an electric evaporator that evaporates a solvent from a solution to concentrate it. It is primarily used for concentrating sulfuric acid and is characterized by having a stand to improve heat dissipation efficiency. The article consists of an electric evaporator body and a stand. The heat dissipation effect of the stand prevents deterioration and cracking of the electric evaporator body due to metal expansion and contraction, and four protrusions on the top surface of the stand prevent the electric evaporator body from shifting. The article is fixed to the stage by inserting bolts into bolt holes on the bottom of the members that make up the stand. The part for which design registration is sought is primarily the stand.
