Wiring box

Abstract

This article relates to a wiring box used for installing switches, outlets, modular jacks for LAN cables, etc. on a wall surface, etc. Explaining with reference to a reference diagram of a usage state, this article is formed with a connection part into which the tip of an electric conduit can be fitted from the rear side toward the article to connect. The connection part is composed of a rib erected from the side wall surface and an engagement part that protrudes from the inner surface of the rib and engages with the electric conduit, and since the engagement part is formed so as to be positioned outside the side wall surface by the rib, the electric conduit can be fitted without the tip of the electric conduit going too far inside the article.
