Abstract

The product in question is the body of an immersion heater. The product is intended to be inserted into a container containing a liquid or fluid to transfer the heat of the product to the liquid or fluid. The design features are the shape of the portion sought to be registered that is not covered by the red translucent layer. The back view of Design 2 is omitted as it is symmetrical with the front view in (2.2). The right side view of Design 2 is omitted as it is symmetrical with the left side view in (2.3).
