This building is a complex building with various facilities, stores, offices, shared spaces, etc. In this building, the retaining walls that form the underground seismic isolation pit provided in the building main body are raised higher than the ground, and a waterproof wall is formed to surround the building main body. Therefore, the building main body has a flood prevention function together with the seismic isolation structure. In addition, by providing the loading and unloading entrances for goods on the upper floors of the building main body, it is not necessary to form wide entrances for loading and unloading vehicles in the waterproof wall, and the flood prevention function of the building main body is further enhanced.
