Power outlet cover

Abstract

The present article relates to an outlet cover for covering and protecting an outlet installed on the outer wall of a building or the like. Referring to the reference figures 1 and 2 of the usage state, the present article comprises a base and a lid rotatably assembled to the base. By fixing a waterproof outlet to the fixing portion of the base, the waterproof outlet is fixed to the outer wall of the building via the base, and the lid can be closed to protect the waterproof outlet. Further, the fixing portion is formed detachably with respect to the base, and by removing the fixing portion, a slit communicating from the opening to the outside of the base is formed. When a cable is previously wired at the attachment location of the present article, etc., the cable can be inserted into the opening even from the middle of the longitudinal direction other than the end portion by the slit.
