Abstract

The article according to the present design is an 8-story apartment building with a mixed structure consisting of an RC structure part and a wooden structure part. In the apartment building according to the present design, counter beams project only above the floor slab along the outer peripheral part in the girder row direction or between the beams on each floor of the floor slab, without protruding to the floor side of the lower floor below the floor slab. Thus, since there is no beam protruding below the floor slab, the glass surface partitioning the interior and the exterior is arranged up to the vicinity of the lower surface of the floor slab of the upper floor. As a result, the apartment building according to the present design has a configuration that gives an impression that the lower surface of the eaves formed by the edge part of the floor slab of the upper floor protruding to the outdoor side is continuous with the ceiling surface of the interior.
