Childcare facility interior

Abstract

The claimed design is the interior design of a childcare facility, such as a nursery school or kindergarten. The passageway between the entrance and the childcare space is configured as a restroom space. The restroom space and childcare space are located along the traffic flow between the entrance and the childcare facility's space for childcare workers, teachers, principals, facility directors, and other staff (hereinafter referred to as "caregivers"). The restroom space is equipped with multiple toilet booths that are fixed to the walls and floor. This interior design allows the toilets to be kept clean by the foot traffic, particularly by adults such as caregivers, and ensures that the toilet space is adequately monitored, preventing inappropriate childcare practices and creating a childcare facility where children can spend their time in peace. Furthermore, the design requires that all visitors must pass through the restroom space when entering or exiting the childcare space, making it easy to guide children to the restroom and facilitating childcare activities. Furthermore, by locking door D between the entrance and the childcare worker space, there can be no other route between the entrance and the childcare worker space other than the route in question, allowing childcare workers to keep a close eye on the childcare space and toilet space.
