Abstract

This tool is a crawler belt removal / attachment jig used to disengage the tension roller from the protrusions on the core metal near the rear end of the crawler belt to be attached or detached when attaching or detaching a crawler belt attached to a work machine such as a combine harvester. The tool includes a rear abutment portion that includes a removable, approximately arch-shaped accessory and abuts against the inside of the crawler belt near the rear end of the crawler belt to be attached or detached, a pusher portion that, in conjunction with an external power source, pushes the rear abutment portion toward the rear end of the crawler belt to be attached or detached, and a front abutment portion with multiple recesses for fitting onto the drive roller body or drive roller rotation shaft near the front end of the crawler belt to be attached or detached.
