Marking gauge

Abstract

This product relates to a marking gauge used to mark the position where a void pipe or the like will be placed on a formwork or the like for pouring the concrete skeleton of a building. Referring to Reference Diagrams 1 and 2 for use, this product comprises a central marking groove for marking the center position of a void pipe and a circular marking section formed with multiple circumferential marking grooves for marking a circle indicating the outer diameter of the void pipe, the circular marking section being foldable via a pivotal attachment. Furthermore, as shown in Reference Diagram 2 for use, the large-diameter marking section that constitutes the circular marking section can be folded independently of the small-diameter marking section that also constitutes the circular marking section. When the product is used in a position where it will come into contact with a formwork other than the marking surface, only the large-diameter marking section can be folded for use.
