Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention mainly relates to a supplying device that supplies a bobbin around which a yarn produced by a spinning machine is wound, to a yarn winding machine. [Background technology]
[0002] A plurality of yarn supplying bobbins are loaded into the yarn supplying bobbin supply device of Patent Document 1. The loaded plurality of yarn supplying bobbins are guided to the singulating section via a guide section. The guide section has a bottom surface that slopes downward toward the singulating section. The singulating section picks up the plurality of yarn supplying bobbins one by one, places them on a bobbin plate, and transports them upward. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-184074 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the yarn supplying bobbin supplying device of Patent Document 1, one axial end of the yarn supplying bobbin (bobbin) may be lifted by the bobbin plate (support base), causing the yarn supplying bobbin to stand up. In this case, the bobbin plate rises, causing one axial end of the yarn supplying bobbin to come off the support base, causing the yarn supplying bobbin to fall down. If one axial end of the bobbin 91 is subsequently lifted upward by the support base 25, the bobbin 91 will alternate between being upright and being fallen down, reducing the efficiency of supplying the yarn supplying bobbins to the individualizing section.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a main object of the present invention is to provide a supplying device which prevents the bobbin from repeatedly being in an upright state and a fallen state, and which has high efficiency in supplying the yarn supplying bobbins to the individualizing section.
[0006] The problem to be solved by the present invention has been described above. Next, the means for solving this problem and the effects thereof will be described.
[0007] According to an aspect of the present invention, a supplying device having the following configuration is provided. That is, the supplying device supplies a bobbin wound with a yarn produced by a spinning machine to a yarn winding machine. The supplying device includes a receiving section and an individualizing section. A plurality of the bobbins are input to the receiving section. The individualizing section separates the plurality of bobbins supplied from the receiving section into individual bobbins and transports them upward. The receiving section has a retention section and an inclined section. The retention section temporarily retains the input bobbins. The inclined section is disposed downstream of the retention section in the moving direction of the bobbins, and supplies the bobbins to the individualizing section by their own weight. In a plan view, a direction in which the bobbins are supplied from the inclined section to the individualizing section is defined as a first direction, and a direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction. The inclined section has a guide surface and an auxiliary surface. The guide surface is disposed downstream of the auxiliary surface, and is inclined so as to become lower as it approaches the individualizing section. The auxiliary surface is provided over the entire second direction and includes a surface continuous with the guide surface, and a separation distance in the first direction, which is a distance from the downstream end of the auxiliary surface to the individualizing portion, changes continuously over the entire second direction.
[0008] As a result, the distance from the downstream end of the auxiliary surface to the singulation section changes continuously over the entire second direction, so the posture of the standing bobbin is not stable. Therefore, the standing bobbin can be easily toppled over in a short time. As a result, the bobbin can be supplied to the singulation section in an appropriate posture, so that the efficiency of supplying the bobbin to the singulation section can be increased.
[0009] In the above supply device, it is preferable that the angle that the auxiliary surface makes with respect to a horizontal plane is larger than the angle that the guide surface makes with respect to the horizontal plane.
[0010] As a result, the angle of the auxiliary surface is steep, so that the bobbin that comes into contact with the auxiliary surface is more likely to fall over, and therefore the upright bobbin can be more likely to fall over in a shorter period of time.
[0011] In the supply device, it is preferable that the separation distance has a portion that increases as it approaches from a first end in the second direction to a center in the second direction, and a portion that increases as it approaches from the second end in the second direction to the center in the second direction.
[0012] As a result, when tracing from the first end to the second end in the second direction, there are parts where the separation distance increases and parts where it decreases, making the bobbin unstable and prone to falling over. Therefore, it is possible to more easily fall over a standing bobbin with a higher probability in a shorter time.
[0013] In the supply device, it is preferable that the portion of the inclined portion where the separation distance is longest is located in a central region when the inclined portion is divided into three equal parts in the second direction.
[0014] As a result, the posture of the bobbin becomes unstable and it becomes easier for it to fall over, compared to when the separation distance is the longest at the end in the second direction. Therefore, it is possible to more easily fall over the upright bobbin in a short period of time with a higher probability.
[0015] In the above supply device, the separation distance is preferably 40 mm or more and 260 mm or less, and more preferably 100 mm or more and 180 mm or less.
[0016] This makes it possible to realize an appropriate range of separation distance taking into consideration the axial length of a standard bobbin and the space of the device.
[0017] The supply device is preferably configured as follows. That is, the auxiliary surface has a first auxiliary surface and a second auxiliary surface. The first auxiliary surface is provided in an area including a first end side from the center in the second direction. The second auxiliary surface is provided in an area including a second end side from the center in the second direction. A first boundary line indicating the boundary between the downstream end of the first auxiliary surface and the guide surface and a second boundary line indicating the boundary between the downstream end of the second auxiliary surface and the guide surface are discontinuous.
[0018] This makes the bobbin unstable and prone to tipping over. Therefore, it is possible to tip over an upright bobbin with a higher probability in a shorter time.
[0019] The supply device is preferably configured as follows. That is, the auxiliary surface has a first auxiliary surface and a second auxiliary surface. The first auxiliary surface is provided in a region including a first end side from the center in the second direction, and includes a portion that slopes downward toward the center in the second direction. The second auxiliary surface is provided in a region including a second end side from the center in the second direction, and includes a portion that slopes downward toward the center in the second direction.
[0020] This makes it easier for the bobbins to move toward the center in the second direction. As a result, the bobbins come into contact with each other, making them unstable and more likely to fall over. Therefore, it is possible to more easily knock down a standing bobbin in a shorter time with a higher probability.
[0021] In the above-mentioned supply device, it is preferable that a limiting section is provided between the retention section and the inclined section, and moves vertically to switch between an elevated state that prevents movement of the bobbin and a descending state that allows movement of the bobbin.
[0022] This can prevent a large number of bobbins from being present on the inclined portion.
[0023] The supply device is preferably configured as follows. That is, the limiting portion has a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion. The first limiting portion moves in a vertical direction. The second limiting portion is provided between the first limiting portion and the inclined portion and moves in a vertical direction.
[0024] By having two limiting parts, various operations can be realized.
[0025] The supplying device preferably further comprises a suction section that is provided between the first limiting section and the second limiting section and that sucks the yarn.
[0026] This allows unnecessary threads to be sucked and removed.
[0027] In the above-mentioned supplying device, it is preferable that the suction portion includes a hook portion on which the thread of the bobbin is hooked.
[0028] This allows, if there is a thread extending from the bobbin, to be caught and dealt with by suction or the like.
[0029] In the above-mentioned supplying device, it is preferable that the second limiting portion is provided at a tip end in the up-down direction and has a cutter that cuts the yarn.
[0030] This allows the thread extending from the bobbin to be removed, thereby preventing the thread from becoming entangled.
[0031] In the supply device, it is preferable that the limiting portion is controlled so that both the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion are not in the lowered state during operation.
[0032] This can prevent a large number of bobbins from being sent to the inclined portion all at once. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 4] Cross-sectional view of the individualization section. [Diagram 5] Schematic diagram of a restriction portion. [Figure 6] FIG. [Figure 7] FIG. [Figure 8] FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0034] Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0035] First, an overview of the supplying device 1 will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. In the following description, the upstream and downstream in the direction in which the bobbin 91 is transported will simply be referred to as upstream and downstream.
[0036] The supplying device 1 supplies a bobbin 91 to a yarn winding machine such as an automatic winder. The bobbin 91 is a yarn supplying bobbin formed by winding yarn produced by a spinning machine around a core tube. The yarn winding machine winds the yarn wound around the bobbin 91 to form a package. As shown in FIG. 1, the supplying device 1 includes a receiving unit 10, an individualizing unit 20, a setting unit 30, and a control device 40.
[0037] 1 accommodates a plurality of bobbins 91 formed by a spinning machine. The accommodation body 90 is a box-shaped member with an opening formed on the upper side. The accommodation body 90 is tilted by an operator or an unillustrated loading device so that the opening faces downward, whereby the plurality of bobbins 91 accommodated in the accommodation body 90 are loaded into the receiving section 10.
[0038] The receiving section 10 has a retention section 11, a limiting section 12, and an inclined section 13. The bobbins 91 inserted from the container 90 are temporarily retained in the retention section 11. The retention section 11 has an inclined surface that decreases in height toward the downstream side, and the bobbins 91 can be transported by their own weight. Note that the bobbins 91 may be transported by a conveyor instead of the inclined surface.
[0039] The limiting section 12 is provided between the retention section 11 and the inclined section 13 in the transport direction of the bobbin 91. The limiting section 12 can be raised and lowered by a mechanism described later. The limiting section 12 changes its position between an elevated state and a lowered state as the limiting section 12 is raised and lowered. While the limiting section 12 is in the elevated state, the movement of the bobbin 91 is prevented. While the limiting section 12 is in the lowered state, the movement of the bobbin 91 is permitted. In addition, the limiting section 12 switches between the elevated state and the lowered state at a predetermined timing, thereby adjusting the amount of bobbin 91 supplied from the retention section 11 to the inclined section 13. The detailed configuration of the limiting section 12 will be described later.
[0040] The inclined section 13 has an inclined surface that decreases in height toward the downstream side. The inclined section 13 transports the bobbin 91 by its own weight. The bobbin 91 moves by rolling or sliding down the inclined section 13 in a fallen state and is supplied to the individualizing section 20. The state in which the bobbin 91 is in a fallen state means that the bobbin 91 is not standing up from the transport surface (inclined surface, etc.) and the axial direction of the bobbin 91 is parallel or approximately parallel to the transport surface. The detailed configuration of the inclined section 13 will be described later.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 2, in a plan view, the direction in which the retention section 11 transports the bobbin 91 and the direction in which the inclined section 13 transports the bobbin 91 are perpendicular to each other. However, these directions may intersect at an angle other than 90 degrees, or may be the same. In the following description, the direction in which the inclined section 13 transports the bobbin 91 (particularly, the direction in which the inclined section 13 supplies the bobbin 91 to the individualizing section 20) in a plan view is referred to as a first direction. In addition, a direction perpendicular to the first direction in a plan view is referred to as a second direction. In this embodiment, the direction in which the retention section 11 transports the bobbin 91 and the second direction are the same, but they may be different.
[0042] The individualizing unit 20 separates the multiple bobbins 91 supplied from the inclined portion 13 of the receiving unit 10 into individual bobbins 91, transports the individual bobbins 91, and supplies them to the setting unit 30. In detail, the individualizing unit 20 separates and transports the bobbins 91 using a conveyor disposed in the vertical direction.
[0043] Specifically, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the individualizing unit 20 has a belt 21. The belt 21 is a band-like (sheet-like) member suspended in a loop shape between two rotating rollers 22 arranged in the vertical direction. The upper rotating roller 22 is driven to rotate by a driving source 23. In this embodiment, the driving source 23 is a stepping motor. The rotation of the output shaft of the stepping motor is transmitted to the upper rotating roller 22 via a drive transmission belt or the like. This causes the belt 21 to be driven in a circular motion.
[0044] The belt 21 is provided on an outer surface thereof with a support base 25. The support bases 25 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the belt 21. The support bases 25 move integrally with the belt 21. The bobbins 91 are placed on the support bases 25. The support bases 25 support the bobbins 91 placed thereon while transporting them. The support bases 25 have a rectangular surface so that the bobbins 91 in a fallen state can be placed on the support bases 25. The rectangular support bases 25 are attached to the belt 21 so that their longitudinal direction is aligned with the width direction of the belt 21. The length of the support bases 25 in the depth direction (first direction) is set to such an extent that two bobbins 91 cannot be placed side by side. The individualizing unit 20 drives the belt 21 in a circulating manner to place the bobbins 91 on the support bases 25 one by one and transport them vertically upward. In this manner, the bobbins 91 inserted into the receiving unit 10 can be separated (individualized) one by one. Since the singulating unit 20 is configured to transport the bobbin 91 in a fallen state by placing it on the support stand 25, when supplying the bobbin 91 to the singulating unit 20, it is preferable to supply the bobbin 91 in a fallen state.
[0045] Furthermore, when two or more bobbins 91 are placed on one support table 25 in a vertically overlapping state, the bobbins 91 are separated by the following configuration. That is, the separating unit 20 includes a separating member 27. The separating member 27 is a member capable of contacting the bobbins 91 transported by the support table 25. The separating member 27 is provided along the transport direction in which the support table 25 transports the bobbins 91, and separates one or more bobbins 91 by dropping them from the support table 25 so that one bobbin 91 is placed on the support table 25. The separating member 27 in this embodiment is a metal wire. However, the separating member 27 is not limited to a metal wire as long as it is capable of contacting the bobbins 91 and dropping them from the support table 25.
[0046] 3, a slit 26 is formed in the support base 25 in a direction along the depth direction (first direction). The separating member 27 is disposed so as to pass through the slit 26. A plurality of slits 26 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the support base 25, and a plurality of separating members 27 are disposed corresponding to each slit 26. With this configuration, the separating member 27 can come into contact with the bobbin 91 placed on the support base 25 from the belt 21 side.
[0047] A protruding portion 27a is formed on the separating member 27, protruding toward the tip side of the support base 25 (the side of the inclined portion 13 in the first direction in a plan view). As a result, when the bobbin 91 transported on the support base 25 approaches the position of the protruding portion 27a, the bobbin 91 is pushed toward the tip side of the support base 25 by the protruding portion 27a.
[0048] 4, when two bobbins 91 are stacked on one support base 25, when the support base 25 approaches the position of the protruding portion 27a, the two bobbins 91 are pushed by the protruding portion 27a, causing a shaking action, and the bobbin 91 stacked on top is dropped downward from the tip side of the support base 25. In other words, the number of bobbins 91 placed on the support base 25 can be limited to one by the separating member 27, so that the bobbins 91 can be reliably separated into individual pieces.
[0049] The setting unit 30 sets the bobbins 91 supplied from the individualizing unit 20 on a tray 92. The tray 92 is movable along a transport path 93 formed by a conveyor or the like. The bobbins 91, while being set on the tray 92, move along the transport path 93 and are supplied to the yarn winding machine.
[0050] The control device 40 includes a calculation device such as a CPU, a RAM, and a storage. The storage is an HDD, an SSD, a flash memory, or the like. The storage stores a program related to the supply device 1 and data such as conditions required for executing the program. The calculation device reads the program stored in the storage into the RAM and executes it. In this way, the control device 40 performs various controls related to the restriction unit 12, the individualization unit 20, and the setting unit 30.
[0051] Next, the limiting section 12 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 6, the limiting section 12 has a first limiting section 50 and a second limiting section 60. The first limiting section 50 and the second limiting section 60 are arranged side by side in the second direction. The first limiting section 50 is provided between the retention section 11 and the second limiting section 60 in the second direction. The second limiting section 60 is provided between the first limiting section 50 and the inclined section 13 in the second direction. As shown in FIG. 5, the first limiting section 50 and the second limiting section 60 can move independently in the up-down direction. Note that the movement direction of the first limiting section 50 and the second limiting section 60 may include a component in the up-down direction (vertical direction). For example, the first limiting section 50 or the second limiting section 60 may move in a direction perpendicular to the inclined surface of the retention section 11.
[0053] In the following, for each of the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60, a state in which they are located at or near the upper end of the movable range is referred to as an ascending state, and a state in which they are located at or near the lower end of the movable range is referred to as a descending state. FIG. 5 shows an example of the operation of the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60. As shown in FIG. 5, when the first limiting unit 50 is in the ascending state, the second limiting unit 60 is controlled by the control device 40 to be in the descending state, and when the first limiting unit 50 is in the descending state, the second limiting unit 60 is controlled to be in the ascending state. Therefore, for example, in the left diagram of FIG. 5, since the first limiting unit 50 is in the descending state, multiple bobbins 91 that have moved from the upstream side are located on the upper surface of the first limiting unit 50. Also, since the second limiting unit 60 is in the ascending state, the movement of the bobbins 91 located on the upper surface of the first limiting unit 50 is restricted. Therefore, in the left diagram of FIG. 5, multiple bobbins 91 are retained on the upper surface of the first limiting unit 50.
[0054] 5, the first limiting section 50 switches to the raised state, and the second limiting section 60 switches to the lowered state. As a result, the multiple bobbins 91 that had been staying on the upper surface of the first limiting section 50 are supplied to the inclined section 13 beyond the second limiting section 60. Note that, since the first limiting section 50 is in the raised state, the bobbins 91 upstream of the first limiting section 50 are not supplied to the inclined section 13. As a result, a not too large number of bobbins 91 can be supplied to the inclined section 13 all at once.
[0055] The operation shown in Fig. 5 is an example and can be changed. For example, in the example shown in Fig. 5, when the first limiting section 50 is in the raised state, the second limiting section 60 is in the lowered state. Alternatively, when the first limiting section 50 is in the raised state, the second limiting section 60 may be in a state between the raised state and the lowered state. However, when the first limiting section 50 and the second limiting section 60 are both in the lowered state, there is a possibility that a large number of bobbins 91 are supplied to the inclined section 13 at once, so it is preferable to control so that this state is not realized.
[0056] The control device 40 may switch the raised state and the lowered state of the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60 at a predetermined timing. Alternatively, the control device 40 may switch the raised state and the lowered state of the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60 according to a detection result of a sensor that detects the amount of bobbins 91 present on the inclined portion 13.
[0057] Fig. 6 shows a specific configuration of the first limiting section 50. As shown in Fig. 6, the first limiting section 50 includes a first limiting plate 51, a mounting plate 52, a first lifting cylinder 53, and a first cutter unit 54. In Fig. 6, the mounting plate 52 is shown by a chain line in order to easily show the configuration of the first cutter unit 54.
[0058] The first limiting plate 51 is a plate-shaped member and is provided so as to extend in the vertical direction. Specifically, the first limiting plate 51 is provided so that the thickness direction coincides with the second direction (i.e., the direction in which the bobbin 91 moves). The first limiting plate 51 has a recess 51a formed therein corresponding to an area in which a first cutter 55, which will be described later, is provided. The placement plate 52 is a portion on which the bobbin 91 is placed when the first limiting unit 50 is in a lowered state. Therefore, the placement plate 52 includes a portion whose thickness direction coincides with the vertical direction. The placement plate 52 also covers the first cutter unit 54. The first lifting cylinder 53 has a main body portion and a rod portion. The first lifting cylinder 53 is capable of sliding the rod portion relative to the main body portion in response to a command from the control device 40. The main body portion of the first lifting cylinder 53 is fixed to the first limiting plate 51. The rod portion of the first lifting cylinder 53 is fixed to the base portion 14 of the receiving portion 10. As described above, by sliding the rod portion relative to the main body portion of the first lifting cylinder 53, the first limiting portion 50 can be lifted and lowered in the vertical direction.
[0059] In addition, since the bobbin 91 may move in a rolling manner due to its own weight, if the thread extends outward from the bobbin 91 (if there is stringing), the thread is likely to become tangled. If the thread of the bobbin 91 becomes tangled, a situation may arise in which the singulation unit 20 is unable to properly singulate the threads. The first cutter unit 54 is provided to cut the thread extending outward from the bobbin 91.
[0060] The first cutter unit 54 includes a first cutter 55, a swing cylinder 56, and a transmission unit 57. The first cutter 55 has a fixed blade and a movable blade, and the movable blade can be moved relative to the fixed blade. The swing cylinder 56 has a main body and a rod. The swing cylinder 56 can slide the rod relative to the main body in response to a command from the control device 40. The main body of the swing cylinder 56 is fixed to the first limiting plate 51. The rod of the swing cylinder 56 is fixed to the transmission unit 57. The transmission unit 57 is in contact with the base portion of the movable blade of the first cutter 55, and the movable blade of the first cutter 55 can be moved relative to the fixed blade by swinging the transmission unit 57. As described above, the first cutter 55 can be operated by sliding the rod relative to the main body of the swing cylinder 56.
[0061] As described above, the first limiting plate 51 is formed with the recess 51a. The yarn extending outward from the bobbin 91 easily enters the recess 51a of the first limiting plate 51 when the first limiting plate 51 is raised. Also, as described above, the first cutter 55 is provided at a position corresponding to the recess 51a of the first limiting plate 51. Therefore, when the first limiting plate 51 is raised, the control device 40 controls the swing cylinder 56 to operate the first cutter 55, thereby cutting the yarn extending outward from the bobbin 91. Note that the operation timing of the first cutter 55 is not limited to the above example.
[0062] In addition, in the second direction, a suction section 59 is provided between the first limiting section 50 and the second limiting section 60 (specifically, between the first limiting plate 51 and the second limiting plate 61 described later). A suction port 59a is provided at the upper part of the suction section 59. The suction section 59 is connected to a suction source (not shown) and can generate a suction flow at the suction port 59a. This allows the suction section 59 to suck and remove the yarn or other lint cut by the first cutter 55. In addition, a hook portion 59b is formed on the edge of the suction port 59a. The hook portion 59b is comb-shaped, and the yarn that touches the edge of the suction port 59a is likely to be caught by the hook portion 59b. This increases the probability that unnecessary yarn can be sucked and removed.
[0063] Fig. 7 shows a specific configuration of the second limiting portion 60. As shown in Fig. 7, the second limiting portion 60 includes a second limiting plate 61, a second lifting cylinder 63, and a second cutter unit 64.
[0064] The second limiting plate 61 is a plate-shaped member and is provided so as to extend in the vertical direction. Specifically, the second limiting plate 61 is provided so that the thickness direction coincides with the second direction. The second limiting plate 61 has a recess 61a formed therein, similar to the first limiting plate 51. The second lifting cylinder 63 has a main body and a rod. The second lifting cylinder 63 is capable of sliding the rod with respect to the main body in response to a command from the control device 40. The main body of the second lifting cylinder 63 is fixed to the base 14 of the receiving part 10. The rod of the second lifting cylinder 63 is fixed to the second limiting plate 61 via the link member 65. As described above, the second limiting part 60 can be raised and lowered up and down by sliding the rod with respect to the main body of the second lifting cylinder 63.
[0065] The second cutter unit 64 has a similar configuration to the first cutter unit 54, and therefore the description will be simplified. That is, the second cutter unit 64 includes a second cutter, a swing cylinder, and a transmission unit, and the second cutter can be operated by operating the swing cylinder.
[0066] In this embodiment, the limiting unit 12 includes the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60, but the first limiting unit 50 or the second limiting unit 60 may be omitted. In this embodiment, both the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60 are provided with cutters, but either or both of the cutters may be omitted. In addition, for the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60, another actuator (e.g., an electromagnetic solenoid or an electric motor) may be used instead of a cylinder. Either or both of the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60 may be omitted. In addition, the suction unit 59 may be omitted.
[0067] Next, the inclined portion 13 will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 8. As shown in Fig. 8, the inclined portion 13 has a guide surface 71 and an auxiliary surface 72.
[0068] The guide surface 71 is an inclined surface so that the height decreases toward the downstream side. The guide surface 71 is not inclined in the second direction. In other words, if the position of the guide surface 71 in the first direction is the same, the height of the guide surface 71 is constant even if the position in the second direction changes. The guide surface 71 may be inclined in the second direction. The guide surface 71 is provided downstream of the auxiliary surface 72. The individualizing unit 20 is provided further downstream of the guide surface 71. The guide surface 71 is provided over the entire second direction of the inclined portion 13. Therefore, the bobbin 91 supplied to the inclined portion 13 is basically transported by the guide surface 71 and supplied to the individualizing unit 20 at the end. The guide surface 71 may be a single flat plate, or may be formed by performing processing such as bending on a part of the flat plate.
[0069] The auxiliary surface 72 is provided on the upstream side of the guide surface 71 and over the entire inclined portion 13 in the second direction. In this embodiment, a part of the auxiliary surface 72 is provided so as to overlap the upper surface of the guide surface 71. Note that the guide surface 71 and the auxiliary surface 72 do not have to overlap. The auxiliary surface 72 may be formed by bending the guide surface 71.
[0070] The auxiliary surface 72 has a first auxiliary surface 73 and a second auxiliary surface 74. The first auxiliary surface 73 is provided in a region including the first end side from the center in the second direction, and a part of the first auxiliary surface 73 may be located outside the region. The first auxiliary surface 73 includes a surface that is inclined so that the height decreases as it approaches the center side in the second direction. The second auxiliary surface 74 is provided in a region including the second end side from the center in the second direction, and a part of the second auxiliary surface 74 may be located outside the region. The second auxiliary surface 74 includes a surface that is inclined so that the height decreases as it approaches the center side in the second direction. This makes it possible to suppress a situation in which the bobbin 91 becomes difficult to be guided to the individualizing unit 20 due to being close to the first end or the second end in the second direction.
[0071] Here, in order to improve the efficiency of the supply device 1, it is necessary for the inclined portion 13 to supply the bobbin 91 to the individualizing portion 20 in an appropriate posture. Ideally, it is preferable that the inclined portion 13 supplies the bobbin 91 to the individualizing portion 20 so that the longitudinal direction of the support table 25 and the longitudinal direction of the bobbin 91 are nearly parallel to each other. However, depending on the posture of the bobbin 91 supplied to the individualizing portion 20, one axial end of the bobbin 91 may be lifted upward by the support table 25, causing the bobbin 91 to stand up. In this case, the support table 25 rises, causing one axial end of the bobbin 91 to come off the support table 25, causing the bobbin 91 to fall down. If the axial end of the bobbin 91 is then lifted upward again by the support table 25, the bobbin 91 will alternate between a standing state and a fallen state, and the efficiency of supplying the bobbin 91 from the inclined portion 13 to the individualizing portion 20 will be reduced. As a result, the efficiency of supplying the bobbins 91 to the setting section 30 and the yarn winding machine decreases.
[0072] In this regard, the auxiliary surface 72 of the present embodiment has various shapes so that the upright bobbin 91 can easily fall over in a short time. If the bobbin 91 falls over in a short time, the bobbin 91 is likely to be supplied to the individualizing unit 20 in an appropriate posture (a state in which the longitudinal direction of the support table 25 and the longitudinal direction of the bobbin 91 are nearly parallel) before being lifted again. This makes it difficult for one end of the bobbin 91 in the axial direction to be lifted by the support table 25, so that the individualizing unit 20 can properly transport the bobbin 91. The auxiliary surface 72 will be specifically described below. In the following description, the boundary between the guide surface 71 and the first auxiliary surface 73 is referred to as the first boundary line 73a, and the boundary between the guide surface 71 and the second auxiliary surface 74 is referred to as the second boundary line 74a. The distance from the downstream end of the auxiliary surface 72 to the individualizing unit 20 in the first direction is referred to as the separation distance L. Moreover, the distance from the downstream end of the inclined portion 13 to the first auxiliary surface 73 is referred to as the first separation distance L1, and the distance from the downstream end of the inclined portion 13 to the second auxiliary surface 74 is referred to as the second separation distance L2. Note that in this embodiment, since the individualizing portion 20 is provided adjacent to the downstream end of the guide surface 71, the separation distance L can also be rephrased as the distance from the downstream end of the auxiliary surface 72 to the downstream end of the guide surface 71 (the same applies to the first separation distance L1 and the second separation distance L2).
[0073] First, in this embodiment, the auxiliary surface 72 is formed over the entire second direction, and the separation distance L changes continuously over the entire second direction. In other words, there is almost no region where the separation distance L is constant. That is, the first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a are not parallel to the downstream end of the guide surface 71, but are angled or curved with respect to the downstream end of the guide surface 71. This makes it difficult for the posture of the bobbin 91 to be stabilized, and the upright bobbin 91 is likely to fall over in a short time.
[0074] More specifically, the first separation distance L1 is smallest at the first end and gradually increases toward the center in the second direction. The first separation distance L1 is largest at the other end of the first auxiliary surface 73. In this embodiment, the first separation distance L1 increases in all regions in the second direction, but the first separation distance L1 may increase in some regions. The second separation distance L2 is smallest at the second end and gradually increases toward the center in the second direction. The second separation distance L2 is largest at the other end of the second auxiliary surface 74. In this embodiment, the second separation distance L2 increases in all regions in the second direction, but the second separation distance L2 may increase in some regions. Thus, in this embodiment, the separation distance L is small at the end in the second direction and large at the center in the second direction. Specifically, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 8, when the inclined portion 13 is divided into three equal parts in the second direction, the separation distance L is largest in the central region. By forming the inclined portion 13 in the above-described shape, the posture of the bobbin 91 is difficult to stabilize, and the upright bobbin 91 is likely to fall over in a short period of time.
[0075] In particular, in this embodiment, the first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a are discontinuous. That is, in the second direction, there is a portion where the first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a overlap. That is, the sum of the length of the first boundary line 73a and the length of the second boundary line 74a is greater than the length of the downstream end of the guide surface 71. If the first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a were continuous, the influence of the first auxiliary surface 73 and the influence of the second auxiliary surface 74 would cancel each other out, making it difficult for the bobbin 91 to move in the second direction and difficult for the posture of the bobbin 91 to change. As a result, the bobbin 91 is likely to alternate between an upright state and a fallen state. In this regard, by making the first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a discontinuous as in this embodiment, in the range where the first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a overlap in the second direction, a layout in which the separation distance L is long is likely to be obtained. As a result, after one end of the bobbin 91 is first lifted and falls, the bobbin 91 moves further downstream and one end of the bobbin 91 is lifted. Specifically, for example, it is assumed that one end of the bobbin 91 is lifted in the axial direction when the other end of the bobbin 91 is in contact with the second boundary line 74a. In this case, when the one end of the bobbin 91 is lifted or when the bobbin 91 is lifted and falls, the bobbin 91 moves further downstream. As a result, the other end of the bobbin 91 in the axial direction comes in contact with the first boundary line 73a, and the bobbin 91 is more likely to assume an appropriate posture. In this way, the posture of the bobbin 91 becomes less stable, so that the bobbin 91 is more likely to assume an appropriate posture when the bobbin 91 next falls.
[0076] Furthermore, the guide surface 71 and the auxiliary surface 72 have different inclination angles with respect to the horizontal plane. Specifically, the angle (inclination angle) that the auxiliary surface 72 makes with respect to the horizontal plane is larger than the angle (inclination angle) that the guide surface 71 makes with respect to the horizontal plane. Due to the different inclination angles of the guide surface 71 and the auxiliary surface 72, the bobbin 91 is likely to tip over, and therefore the bobbin 91 is likely to tip over. In particular, because the inclination angle of the auxiliary surface is larger than the inclination angle of the guide surface 71, the bobbin 91 supplied to the inclined section 13 is likely to tip over due to the auxiliary surface 72, and the bobbin 91 is supplied to the individualizing section 20 while the behavior of the bobbin 91 guided by the guide surface 71 is suppressed.
[0077] Moreover, the separation distance L is preferably 40 mm or more and 260 mm or less, and more preferably 100 mm or more and 180 mm or less. This is because, if the separation distance L is too small, the bobbin 91 transported along the transport path 93 is less susceptible to the influence of the guide surface 71, and the function of inducing the bobbin 91 to fall is less likely to be exerted. On the other hand, if the separation distance L is too large, the device size becomes too large. Therefore, taking into consideration the size of a typical bobbin 91, it is preferable that the separation distance L is in the above range.
[0078] The shape of the inclined portion 13 described above is an example, and can be modified as follows. For example, only one auxiliary surface 72 may be provided instead of two. Also, the separation distance L may become smaller toward the center in the second direction. The first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a may be continuous. The first boundary line 73a and the second boundary line 74a may not be straight, but may include at least a partial curve.
[0079] As described above, the supplying device 1 of the present embodiment supplies the bobbins 91 wound with the yarn produced by the spinning machine to the yarn winding machine. The supplying device 1 includes a receiving section 10 and an individualizing section 20. A plurality of bobbins 91 are input to the receiving section 10. The individualizing section 20 separates the plurality of bobbins 91 supplied from the receiving section 10 into individual bobbins 91 and transports them upward. The receiving section 10 includes a retention section 11 and an inclined section 13. The retention section 11 temporarily retains the input bobbins. The inclined section 13 is disposed downstream of the retention section 11 in the moving direction of the bobbins 91, and supplies the bobbins 91 to the individualizing section 20 by their own weight. In a plan view, the direction in which the bobbins 91 are supplied from the inclined section 13 to the individualizing section 20 is defined as a first direction, and the direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction. The inclined portion 13 has a guide surface 71 and an auxiliary surface 72. The guide surface 71 is disposed on the downstream side of the auxiliary surface 72 and is inclined so as to become lower as it approaches the individualizing unit 20. The auxiliary surface 72 is provided over the entire second direction and includes a surface continuous with the guide surface 71. The separation distance L, which is the distance in the first direction from the downstream end of the auxiliary surface 72 to the individualizing unit 20, changes continuously over the entire second direction.
[0080] As a result, the distance from the downstream end of the auxiliary surface 72 to the singulation unit 20 changes continuously over the entire second direction, so the posture of the standing bobbin 91 is not stable. Therefore, the standing bobbin 91 can be easily toppled over in a short time. As a result, the bobbin 91 can be supplied to the singulation unit 20 in an appropriate posture, so that the efficiency of supplying the bobbin 91 to the singulation unit 20 can be increased.
[0081] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the angle that the auxiliary surface 72 makes with respect to the horizontal plane is larger than the angle that the guide surface 71 makes with respect to the horizontal plane.
[0082] As a result, since the angle of the auxiliary surface 72 is steep, the bobbin 91 that comes into contact with the auxiliary surface 72 is likely to fall over. Therefore, the upright bobbin 91 can be fallen over in a short period of time with a high probability.
[0083] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the separation distance L has a portion where it increases as it approaches from the first end in the second direction to the center in the second direction, and also has a portion where it increases as it approaches from the second end in the second direction to the center in the second direction.
[0084] As a result, when tracing from the first end to the second end in the second direction, there are parts where the separation distance L increases and parts where it decreases, so the posture of the bobbin 91 becomes unstable and it becomes easy for it to fall over. Therefore, the standing bobbin 91 can be fallen over in a short time with a high probability.
[0085] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the portion of the inclined portion 13 where the separation distance L is the greatest is located in a central region when the inclined portion 13 is divided into three equal parts in the second direction.
[0086] As a result, the posture of the bobbin 91 becomes unstable and it becomes easier for it to fall over, compared to when the separation distance L is the longest at the end in the second direction. Therefore, the upright bobbin 91 can be fallen over in a short period of time with a higher probability.
[0087] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the separation distance L is preferably 40 mm or more and 260 mm or less, and more preferably 100 mm or more and 180 mm or less.
[0088] This makes it possible to realize an appropriate range of separation distance L taking into consideration the axial length of a standard bobbin 91 and the device space.
[0089] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the auxiliary surface 72 has a first auxiliary surface 73 and a second auxiliary surface 74. The first auxiliary surface 73 is provided in an area including the first end side from the center in the second direction. The second auxiliary surface 74 is provided in an area including the second end side from the center in the second direction. A first boundary line 73a indicating the boundary between the downstream end of the first auxiliary surface 73 and the guide surface 71, and a second boundary line 74a indicating the boundary between the downstream end of the second auxiliary surface 74 and the guide surface 71 are the second boundary line 74a.
[0090] This causes the posture of the bobbin 91 to become unstable and the bobbin 91 to easily fall over. Therefore, the upright bobbin 91 can be fallen over with a higher probability in a shorter period of time.
[0091] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the auxiliary surface 72 has a first auxiliary surface 73 and a second auxiliary surface 74. The first auxiliary surface 73 is provided in an area including the first end side from the center in the second direction, and includes a portion that slopes downward toward the center in the second direction. The second auxiliary surface 74 is provided in an area including the second end side from the center in the second direction, and includes a portion that slopes downward toward the center in the second direction.
[0092] This makes it easier for the bobbins 91 to move toward the center in the second direction. As a result, the bobbins 91 come into contact with each other, making the posture of the bobbins 91 unstable and easier to tip over. Therefore, it is possible to tip over the upright bobbins 91 with a higher probability in a shorter time.
[0093] The supply device 1 of this embodiment is provided between the retention section 11 and the inclined section 13, and is equipped with a restriction section 12 that moves vertically to switch between an elevated state that prevents the bobbin 91 from moving and a descending state that allows the bobbin 91 to move.
[0094] This can prevent a large number of bobbins 91 from being present on the inclined portion 13.
[0095] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the limiting portion 12 has a first limiting portion 50 and a second limiting portion 60. The first limiting portion 50 moves in the vertical direction. The second limiting portion 60 is provided between the first limiting portion 50 and the inclined portion 13 (in the second direction or the transport direction of the bobbin 91) and moves in the vertical direction.
[0096] By having two limiting portions (the first limiting portion 50 and the second limiting portion 60), various operations can be realized.
[0097] The supplying device 1 of the present embodiment includes a suction section 59 that is provided between the first limiting section 50 and the second limiting section 60 (in the second direction or the transport direction of the bobbin 91) and that sucks in the yarn.
[0098] This allows unnecessary threads to be sucked and removed.
[0099] In the supplying device 1 of this embodiment, the suction part 59 includes a hook part 59b on which the yarn of the bobbin 91 is hooked.
[0100] This allows, if there is a thread extending from the bobbin 91, to be caught and dealt with by suction or the like.
[0101] In the supply device 1 of the present embodiment, the second limiting portion 60 is provided at the tip in the up-down direction and has a cutter that cuts the yarn.
[0102] This allows the thread extending from the bobbin 91 to be removed, thereby preventing the thread from becoming entangled.
[0103] In the supply device 1 of this embodiment, the limiting unit 12 controls so that both the first limiting unit 50 and the second limiting unit 60 do not become the second limiting unit 60 during operation.
[0104] This can prevent a large number of bobbins 91 from being sent to the inclined portion 13 all at once. [Explanation of symbols]
