Tool and strain body to be used for tool

Abstract

To make a digital tool more compact than a conventional digital tool.SOLUTION: A tool 100 includes: a strain gauge 41; and a strain body 42 in which the strain gauge 41 is mounted. The tool can measure torque using the strain gauge 41. The strain body 42 has a tip section 421 positioned on a fastening object side during work, a base end section 422 positioned on an opposite side of the tip section 421, a strain generation section 423 which is positioned between the tip section 421 and the base end section 422 and in which the strain gauge 41 is mounted, and a flat surface S1 which is provided on the base end section 422 side of the strain generation section 423.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
