Abstract

To finely control voltage output to a light source by using a circuit with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A lighting device 2 comprises a full-wave rectifying circuit 4, a first capacitor C1, a first conversion circuit 5, a second capacitor C2, and a second conversion circuit 6. The first conversion circuit 5 lowers pulsating voltage smoothed by the first capacitor C1. The second conversion circuit 6 converts first DC voltage output from the second capacitor C2 into second DC voltage different from the first DC voltage, and outputs the DC voltage to a pair of third output terminals 62. A first capacitance of the first capacitor C1 is 1 μF or less. A second capacitance of the second capacitor C2 is 100 or more times the first capacitance. The first DC voltage is 100 V or less. The second conversion circuit 6 has a MOSFET, and a micro-controller directly or indirectly controlling the MOSFET.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
