Abstract

To provide a system and a method capable of automatically or semi-automatically generating a white model suitable for allocation of BIM data and appropriately shaping the white model.SOLUTION: A system for generating a white model of a building includes: a communication unit which receives multiple wall objects for one or more rooms, from a portable information terminal having a three-dimensional data generation function of imaging the interior of a room of a building and generating three-dimensional data of the interior of the room, an object generation function of generating wall objects corresponding to each of walls of the room from the three-dimensional data, and a communication function; a white model generation unit which combines the received multiple wall objects to generate a white model of the building including the one or more rooms; and a white model shaping unit which shapes the white model by correcting at least one of the wall objects constituting the white model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
