Abstract

To provide a method and system for manufacturing a control device (106) for a control section including a control section, particularly a rack (104) of a steering system (102) of a vehicle (100).SOLUTION: In this system and this method, a measurement value for characterizing a characteristic actual value of a control section at a different operation point is provided, the control section, particularly a characteristic target value of a rack (104) is set in advance, a function for modeling deviation of the characteristic actual value from the characteristic target value at each operation point is determined for one of respective different operation points in dependence with the measurement value, at least one parameter of a control device (106), particularly a proportional amplification coefficient, an integral amplification coefficient, or a differential amplification coefficient of the control device (106) which gives an influence on a transfer characteristic actual value of the control section is determined in dependance with deviation specified to the different operation points, and consequently, the control section has the transfer characteristic target value set in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
