Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a cleansing agent-containing sheet capable of easily wiping off dirt, sebum, sweat, dead skin cells, etc., from the face, hands, etc. [Background technology]
[0002] Wet tissues have been widely used as daily necessities for wiping off dirt on the face and hands and keeping them clean. Wet tissues are generally made of nonwoven fabric, which is impregnated with a liquid such as alcohol or a disinfectant, and are commercialized in a bag or container made of plastic sheet to prevent the impregnated liquid from escaping. The following Patent Document 1 describes wet tissues made by impregnating a sheet-shaped nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fibers such as rayon or polyester with a liquid agent having a disinfecting effect, the main components of which are alcohol, water, etc.
[0003] Also, the following Patent Document 2 describes a sheet product that is impregnated with a liquid composition containing a nonionic surfactant and a specific anionic surfactant in a specific ratio, and that lifts makeup and other stains from the skin while suppressing the re-adhesion of the stains.Furthermore, the following Patent Document 3 describes a wiping sheet that is impregnated with a cleaning liquid that contains inorganic powder such as bentonite, a lower alcohol such as ethyl alcohol, an anti-inflammatory agent such as dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and a cooling agent such as menthol in a nonwoven fabric that contains cellulosic fibers as at least a part of its constituent fibers.
[0004] Also, as a sheet for removing dirt, etc. from the face, instead of a wipe-off type, a stick-on type is known in which a sheet body is stuck to the face, left for a predetermined time, and then peeled off to remove dirt, etc. For example, the following Patent Document 4 describes a face-washing pack in which a pack agent made of a viscous liquid containing chitin mixed with far-infrared emitting ceramic powder is applied to a sheet body that can cover the face. [0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2020-11755 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2021-181436 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2005-218525 A [Patent Document 4] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2-169513 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] In the wet tissue described in Patent Document 1, the liquid agent impregnated into the nonwoven fabric is alcohol, a disinfectant, etc., so it has poor cleaning action and cannot fully remove dirt and sebum from the face and hands, or cosmetics attached to the face. In addition, wet tissues are generally stored in bags made of plastic sheets or plastic containers, but the lid of the bag or container must be opened every time it is used, and this repeated opening and closing operation causes the liquid agent impregnated into the nonwoven fabric (alcohol, disinfectant, etc.) to gradually volatilize or disappear, resulting in a loss of moisture. Thus, wet tissues have the disadvantage that the ability to wipe off dirt, etc. decreases due to the volatilization and evaporation of the liquid agent over time.
[0007] The sheet product described in Patent Document 2 is for wiping off dirt on the skin caused by makeup, etc., but since the sheet is impregnated with a liquid composition, it is necessary to package it in an aluminum pouch or the like with good sealing properties to prevent the components in the liquid composition from volatilizing, and there is a drawback that the increase in product cost due to the sealed packaging cannot be avoided. In addition, the wiping sheet described in Patent Document 3 is described in the same document as being free from the problem of residual surfactants, unlike detergents mainly made of surfactants, and using cellulose-based fibers as part of the fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric makes it feel good when wiping the skin. However, since this sheet body is also impregnated with a cleaning liquid, it is necessary to store it in a moisture-impermeable and liquid-impermeable bag-shaped package to prevent it from drying, and the manufacturing cost of the bag is high, which is a drawback that leads to the increase in product cost as described above.
[0008] On the other hand, the face wash pack described in Patent Document 4 is intended to adsorb and remove waste products on the surface and inside of the skin by placing it on the face, leaving it there, and peeling it off, but the pack agent applied to the sheet body is merely a viscous liquid containing chitin mixed with far-infrared emitting ceramic powder, and does not contain any detergent components, so it has a poor cleansing effect like the wet tissue in Patent Document 1 and is not able to fully remove dirt and sebum from the face and hands or cosmetics attached to the face.Facial wash packs also have the disadvantage that the moisture in the pack agent gradually evaporates during storage, reducing the ability to adsorb and remove waste products.
[0009] The present invention has been made in consideration of the problems of the conventional technology, and has an object to provide a detergent-containing sheet capable of sufficiently removing dirt and sebum from the face, hands and other parts of the body, as well as cosmetics and the like attached to the face, and capable of keeping the face, hands and other parts of the body clean. Another object of the present invention is to provide a detergent-containing sheet that is not likely to lose its cleaning ability during storage. [Means for solving the problem]

(2) The detergent-containing sheet according to (1), wherein the solid detergent is a particulate detergent. (3) The detergent-containing sheet according to (1) above, wherein the bag of the detergent package has voids and is made of a material that is water permeable. (4) The detergent-containing sheet according to (3) above, wherein the material having voids and water permeability in the bag of the detergent package is a nonwoven fabric sheet. (5) The detergent-containing sheet according to (4), wherein the nonwoven fabric sheet forming the bag of the detergent package is a composite nonwoven fabric sheet formed by laminating a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets. (6) The detergent-containing sheet according to (4) or (5), wherein the material of the nonwoven fabric sheet forming the bag of the detergent package is one or a mixture of two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal bond nonwoven fabric. (7) The detergent-containing sheet according to (1), wherein the bag of the detergent package is made of a water-soluble material. (8) The detergent-containing sheet according to (7), wherein the water-soluble material forming the bag of the detergent package is a polyvinyl alcohol resin. (9) The detergent-containing sheet according to (7), wherein the water-soluble material forming the bag of the detergent package is starch. (10) The detergent-containing sheet according to (1) above, wherein the material having voids and water permeability in the outer bag is a nonwoven fabric sheet. (11) The detergent-containing sheet according to (10), wherein the nonwoven fabric sheet forming the outer bag is a composite nonwoven fabric sheet formed by laminating a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets. (12) Provided is a detergent-containing sheet according to (10) or (11) above, wherein the material of the nonwoven fabric sheet forming the outer bag is one or a mixture of two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal bond nonwoven fabric. Effect of the Invention
[0011] The detergent-containing sheet of the present invention can easily perform cleaning function by simply pouring water on it and rubbing it, and can easily remove dirt, sebum, etc. by the cleaning action caused by foaming, and has excellent cleaning ability. In addition, according to the present invention, since it is used by pouring water on it, there is no problem of water evaporating during storage of the detergent-containing sheet, and therefore there is no problem of deterioration of cleaning ability due to water evaporation, as in conventional wet tissues and cleaning sheets. Therefore, since the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention is suitable for long-term storage, it is suitable to keep it as a regular item in hospitals, hotels, etc. and provide it to patients and guests. In addition, as described above, according to the present invention, there is no problem of deterioration of cleaning ability due to water evaporation, so there is no need to package it in a highly sealed packaging bag such as an aluminum pouch, and the product cost is low, which is economically advantageous. Furthermore, the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention has the advantage of being portable and easy to use. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the embodiment of the present invention, the "upper side" and the "lower side" refer to the surface side of the detergent package and the outer bag when the front and back sides of the detergent package and the outer bag are positioned vertically relative to each other, and the "upper side" refers to the back side of the detergent package and the outer bag when the front and back sides of the detergent package and the outer bag are positioned vertically relative to each other. An embodiment of the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention is shown in FIG. 3. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line aa in FIG. 3.
[0014] Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention, in which the detergent-containing sheet 1 comprises a detergent package 2 filled with a detergent, and an outer bag 3 for enclosing and storing the detergent package 2. As shown in Fig. 1, the detergent package 2 has an upper sheet 2a and a lower sheet 2b, and detergent 4 is filled and sealed between the upper sheet 2a and the lower sheet 2b.
[0015] The detergent 4 has a function of removing dirt, sebum, etc., adhering to the skin of the human body such as the face and hands. In the embodiment of the present invention, the detergent 4 dissolves when it comes into contact with water that penetrates the detergent package 2 while it is filled therein, and the detergent 4 is configured as a solid detergent. The solid form is preferably powder or granular. The detergent 4 may have the same composition as known detergents such as conventionally used body detergents and face detergents. The pH of the detergent 4 when dissolved in water may be weakly alkaline or neutral. The detergent 4 may be any one having a predetermined detergency, and the type is not particularly limited, but soap is generally preferably used. Hereinafter, the powder or granular detergent will be referred to as a "particulate detergent". If the average particle diameter of the particulate detergent 4 is smaller than the size of the pores of the nonwoven fabric that forms the detergent package 2, the detergent 4 will pass through the pores of the nonwoven fabric and leak out of the detergent package 2. To prevent this, the average particle diameter of the detergent 4 is preferably 0.2 mm or more and 0.4 mm or less, and more preferably 0.25 mm or more and 0.35 mm or less.
[0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described taking as an example a case where a particulate detergent is used as a solid detergent. When soap is used as the particulate detergent 4, the components of the soap include the following well-known components. Component A: Surfactant Ingredient B: Cleansing aid Component C: Sequestering agent Component D: Additives Examples of the surfactant of component A include sodium stearate, sodium laurate, and sodium myristate. Examples of the cleaning aid of component B include sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, sodium phosphate, and zeolite. Examples of the sequestering agent of component C include chelating compounds. Examples of the additive of component D include fragrances, dyes, glycerin, preservatives (dibutylhydroxytoluene, etc.), enzymes, skin conditioning agents, and moisturizing agents.
[0017] As shown in Fig. 1, the detergent package 2 is formed by filling a detergent 4 inside a bag consisting of an upper sheet 2a and a lower sheet 2b and sealing it. The material of the upper sheet 2a and the lower sheet 2b constituting the bag of the detergent package 2 is preferably a material having a void structure and water permeability. Examples of such materials include nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, etc. that have a water affinity and a void structure, but nonwoven fabrics are preferred because they have a fine void structure. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described taking as an example a case where nonwoven fabric is used as the material of the bag of the detergent package 2.
[0018] In an embodiment in which the bag of the cleaning agent package 2 is formed from a nonwoven fabric sheet, the material of the nonwoven fabric sheet can be, for example, one or a mixture of two or more selected from spunbonded nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, thermal-bonded nonwoven fabric, melt-blown nonwoven fabric, airlaid nonwoven fabric, chemical-bonded nonwoven fabric, and needle-punched nonwoven fabric. Of these, it is preferable to use a mixture of one or two or more selected from spunbonded nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal-bonded nonwoven fabric.
[0019] Examples of fiber substrates for nonwoven fabrics include chemical fiber substrates and natural fiber substrates. Examples of chemical fiber substrates include one or a mixture of two or more selected from polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyvinyl chloride fiber, polyimide fiber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polycarbonate fiber, and polystyrene fiber. Examples of natural fiber substrates include one or a mixture of two or more selected from rayon fiber, cotton fiber, seaweed fiber, and lyocell fiber. These fiber substrates are appropriately selected and used depending on the type of nonwoven fabric.
[0020] The nonwoven fabric sheet used as the material for the bag of the detergent package 2 is preferably one that can prevent the detergent 4 filled inside from leaking out of the package through gaps between the fibers, and that can easily allow water supplied to dissolve the detergent 4 to permeate through. For this reason, a nonwoven fabric sheet having the following structure is preferred. - Nonwoven sheet basis weight (g / m 2 ): The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric sheet is 20.0 g / m 2 More than 100.0g / m 2 The following is preferred: · Fiber thickness of nonwoven fabric sheet (dtex): The fiber thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 0.5 dtex or more and 10 dtex or less. ·Thickness of nonwoven fabric sheet (mm): The thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 0.03 mm or more and 0.50 mm or less. · Size (diameter) of voids in nonwoven fabric sheet (mm): The size (diameter) of voids in the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 0.2 mm or less. Permeability coefficient of nonwoven fabric sheet: Permeability coefficient of nonwoven fabric sheet (JIS A1218:2009) is 1×10 -2 cm / sec or more, 1×10 -1 Preferably, cm / sec or less.
[0021] An embodiment of the detergent package 2 is shown in Fig. 1. Here, when a nonwoven fabric is used as the upper sheet 2a in the bag of the detergent package 2, the upper sheet is referred to as the "upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a", and when a nonwoven fabric is used as the lower sheet 2b in the bag of the detergent package 2, the lower sheet is referred to as the "lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b". As shown in Fig. 1, the detergent 4 is filled between the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b, and the four peripheral edges of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b are joined to each other by a joining means such as ultrasonic sealing or heat sealing, and the detergent 4 is sealed between the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b. In Fig. 1, 5 indicates a seal portion by ultrasonic sealing, heat sealing, or the like.
[0022] The present invention is not limited to the embodiment in which the detergent 4 is filled and packaged using two nonwoven fabric sheets 12a and 12b, and may be configured to fill and package the detergent 4 using one nonwoven fabric sheet. That is, although not shown in the figure, one nonwoven fabric sheet is prepared, the nonwoven fabric sheet is folded in half from the center, the detergent 4 is filled between the upper and lower folded parts, and the overlapping ends on the three sides other than the folded parts are joined by a joining means such as ultrasonic sealing or heat sealing, so that the detergent 4 can be packaged and sealed with the nonwoven fabric sheet. The bag structure of the detergent package 2 is not limited to the above bag structure as long as it can package and seal the detergent 4, and for example, a bag structure by pillow packaging is also possible. The amount of detergent 4 filled in the bag of the detergent package 2 is preferably 0.4 g or more and 2.0 g or less. As the cleanser 4, for example, a cleanser manufactured by Sunpalco Co., Ltd. (product name: Enzyme Facial Cleansing Powder) or a cleanser manufactured by Hanashima Seaman Co., Ltd. (product name: Powder Wash) can be used.
[0023] Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described in which the bag structure of the detergent package 2 is formed as a bag structure in which two nonwoven fabric sheets 12a and 12b are stacked and the four peripheral edges are joined to each other. The nonwoven fabric sheets 12a and 12b may each be made of a single layer of nonwoven fabric sheet or a multi-layer nonwoven fabric sheet. In the latter case, it is formed as a composite nonwoven fabric sheet in which multiple nonwoven fabric sheets are stacked. When the bag of the detergent package 2 is made of a single layer of nonwoven fabric sheet, it is preferable to use one or a mixture of two or more types of nonwoven fabric selected from the spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal bond nonwoven fabric exemplified above as the material of the nonwoven fabric. When the bag of the detergent package 2 is made of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet in which multiple nonwoven fabric sheets are stacked, it is preferable to use one or a mixture of two or more types of nonwoven fabric selected from the spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal bond nonwoven fabric as the material of the nonwoven fabric, as described above. In the case of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet, the same type of nonwoven fabric sheets may be combined, or different types of nonwoven fabric sheets may be combined. The number of layers in the composite nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 2 to 3. Since the composite nonwoven fabric sheet has a greater layer thickness than a single-layer nonwoven fabric sheet, even if the detergent 4 leaks out from the gaps in the inner nonwoven fabric sheet (nonwoven fabric sheets 17 and 18 in FIG. 5), the detergent 4 is prevented from leaking out of the bag by the outer nonwoven fabric sheets (nonwoven fabric sheets 16 and 19 in FIG. 5).
[0024] 5 shows an embodiment in which the bag of the cleaning agent package 2 is formed from a composite nonwoven fabric sheet. In the figure, 6a and 6b denote composite nonwoven fabric sheets. In this embodiment, the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b are formed from composite nonwoven fabric sheets 6a and 6b each composed of two layers of nonwoven fabric sheets. That is, the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a is formed from a composite nonwoven fabric sheet 6a composed of a nonwoven fabric sheet 16 and a nonwoven fabric sheet 17, and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b is formed from a composite nonwoven fabric sheet 6b composed of a nonwoven fabric sheet 18 and a nonwoven fabric sheet 19. The nonwoven fabric sheets 16 and 17 and the nonwoven fabric sheets 18 and 19 may be partially joined to the extent that the voids in the nonwoven fabrics are not blocked. The material of the upper composite nonwoven fabric sheet 6a and the material of the lower composite nonwoven fabric sheet 6b may be the same or different from each other.
[0025] 5, the detergent 4 is filled and sealed inside the bag of the detergent package 2 which is formed from an upper composite nonwoven fabric sheet 6a and a lower composite nonwoven fabric sheet 6b. Even if the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b are each composed of a single layer of nonwoven fabric sheet rather than a composite nonwoven fabric sheet, the material of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 12a and the material of the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 12b may be the same as or different from each other.
[0026] The detergent package 2 filled with the detergent 4 is housed inside an outer bag 3 made of a material having a porous structure and water permeability. Examples of the material for the outer bag 3, i.e., the material having a porous structure and water permeability, include nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric, etc., but nonwoven fabric is preferred in order to satisfactorily foam the detergent 4 dissolved in water. An example in which nonwoven fabric is used as the material for the outer bag 3 will be described below.
[0027] In an embodiment in which the outer bag 3 is formed from a nonwoven fabric sheet, the material of the nonwoven fabric sheet may be, for example, one or a mixture of two or more selected from spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, thermal bond nonwoven fabric, meltblown nonwoven fabric, airlaid nonwoven fabric, chemical bond nonwoven fabric, and needle punched nonwoven fabric, and among these, it is preferable to use one or a mixture of two or more selected from spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal bond nonwoven fabric. As the fiber base material of the nonwoven fabric, the same fiber base material as the nonwoven fabric fiber base material as described above for the bag of the detergent package 2 can be used.
[0028] The nonwoven fabric used as the material for the outer bag 3 is preferably one that can easily permeate the water supplied to dissolve the detergent 4, can easily foam the detergent solution by kneading with hands, and has appropriate strength. For this reason, a nonwoven fabric sheet having the following structure is preferred. - Nonwoven sheet basis weight (g / m 2 ): The basis weight of the nonwoven fabric sheet is 20.0 g / m 2 More than 100.0g / m 2 The following is preferred: · Fiber thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet (dtex): The fiber thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 1.0 dtex or more and 10.0 dtex or less. ·Thickness of nonwoven fabric sheet (mm): The thickness of the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 1.0 mm or less. Size (diameter) of voids in nonwoven fabric sheet (mm): The size (diameter) of voids in the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 0.2 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less. Permeability coefficient of nonwoven fabric sheet: Permeability coefficient of nonwoven fabric sheet (JIS A1218:2009) is 1×10 -4 cm / sec or more, 1×10 -2 Preferably, cm / sec or less.
[0029] By making the nonwoven fabric sheet forming the outer bag 3 have the above-mentioned structure, it is possible to sufficiently permeate water into the outer bag 3, thereby increasing the dissolution rate of the detergent 4, and also to sufficiently foam the detergent solution and cause the foamed detergent solution to quickly seep out onto the surface of the outer bag 3, thereby enabling dirt and the like to be wiped off quickly with the detergent-containing sheet 1.
[0030] As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the outer bag 3 is composed of an upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and a lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b, and the detergent package 2 is stored inside the outer bag 3. The detergent package 2 stored in the outer bag 3 may be one or more, and the number is determined according to the cleaning capacity. The upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b are stacked vertically, and their four peripheral edges are joined together by a joining means such as ultrasonic sealing or heat sealing, and the detergent package 2 is stored and sealed inside the outer bag 3 formed into a bag-shaped body. In Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, 7 indicates a seal part by ultrasonic sealing, heat sealing, etc. The detergent package 2 may or may not be fixed to the inner surface of the outer bag 3. When the detergent package 2 is fixed to the inner surface of the outer bag 3, the fixing means may be bonding with an adhesive or ultrasonic sealing.
[0031] As in the case of the above-mentioned detergent package 2, the outer bag 3 can also be formed using one nonwoven fabric sheet instead of the two nonwoven fabric sheets 3a and 3b. That is, one nonwoven fabric sheet can be folded in half from the center, the detergent package 2 can be stored between the upper and lower folds, and the overlapping ends on the three sides other than the folded parts can be joined by a joining means such as ultrasonic sealing or heat sealing to form the outer bag 3 containing the detergent package 2. The bag structure of the outer bag 3 is not limited to the above bag structure as long as it can store and seal the detergent package 2, and for example, a bag structure using pillow packaging can be used.
[0032] Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described in which the outer bag 3 is formed as a bag-shaped body by stacking two nonwoven fabric sheets 3a, 3b and joining the four peripheral edges of the sheet together. Each of the nonwoven fabric sheets 3a, 3b may be made of a single layer of nonwoven fabric sheet or a multi-layered nonwoven fabric sheet. In the latter case, the sheet is formed as a composite nonwoven fabric sheet in which a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets are laminated. When the outer bag 3 is made of a single layer of nonwoven fabric sheet, it is preferable to use one or a mixture of two or more nonwoven fabrics selected from the spunbonded nonwoven fabric, spunlaced nonwoven fabric, and thermal bonded nonwoven fabric exemplified above.
[0033] When the outer bag 3 is made of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet formed by laminating multiple nonwoven fabric sheets, it is preferable to use one or a mixture of two or more nonwoven fabrics selected from spunbond nonwoven fabric, spunlace nonwoven fabric, and thermal bond nonwoven fabric as the material of the nonwoven fabric, as described above. In the case of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet, the same type of nonwoven fabric sheets may be combined, or different types of nonwoven fabric sheets may be combined. The number of layers in the composite nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably 2 to 3.
[0034] Examples of the composite nonwoven fabric sheet in the outer bag 3 include a two-layer laminated sheet formed by laminating two layers of thermal bonded nonwoven fabric, and a two-layer laminated sheet formed by laminating one layer each of spunbonded nonwoven fabric and spunlace nonwoven fabric. When the nonwoven fabric sheet forming the outer bag 3 is formed as a composite nonwoven fabric sheet formed by laminating a plurality of nonwoven fabric sheets, the overlapping of the nonwoven fabric sheets results in overlapping of void structures in the layer thickness direction, resulting in a dense void structure, which has the advantage of producing fine foaming of the detergent solution.
[0035] FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which the outer bag 3 is formed of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet. In the figure, 8a and 8b denote composite nonwoven fabric sheets. In this embodiment, the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b are formed of composite nonwoven fabric sheets 8a and 8b each composed of two layers of nonwoven fabric sheets. That is, the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a is formed of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet 8a composed of a nonwoven fabric sheet 20 and a nonwoven fabric sheet 21, and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b is formed of a composite nonwoven fabric sheet 8b composed of a nonwoven fabric sheet 22 and a nonwoven fabric sheet 23. The nonwoven fabric sheet 20 and the nonwoven fabric sheet 21 and the nonwoven fabric sheet 22 and the nonwoven fabric sheet 23 may be partially joined to the extent that the voids of the nonwoven fabric are not blocked. The material of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the material of the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b may be the same or different from each other.
[0036] 6, the cleaning agent package 2 is housed and sealed inside an outer bag 3 formed of an upper composite nonwoven fabric sheet 8a and a lower composite nonwoven fabric sheet 8b. Whether the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b of the outer bag 3 each consist of a single layer of nonwoven fabric sheet or consist of the composite nonwoven fabric sheets 8a, 8b, the material of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the material of the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b may be the same or different.
[0037] The action of the embodiment of the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention configured as described above will be described below. Water (tap water may be used) is poured onto the detergent-containing sheet 1 to allow the detergent-containing sheet 1 to permeate. Since the outer bag 3 is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a porous structure and water permeability, the water easily permeates into the inside of the outer bag 3. The water that has permeated into the inside of the outer bag 3 wets the entire outer bag 3 and permeates into the detergent package 2 stored in the outer bag 3. Since the bag of the detergent package 2 is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet having a porous structure and water permeability, the water easily permeates into the detergent package 2. The water that has permeated into the inside of the detergent package 2 comes into contact with the detergent 4 filled in the bag of the detergent package 2 and dissolves the detergent 4. Since the detergent 4 is in the form of particles, it has a high solubility in water and is easily dissolved in water at room temperature.
[0038] As described above, when water is poured onto the detergent-containing sheet 1, the water penetrates into the outer bag 3, and further penetrates into the detergent package 2 contained within the outer bag 3, whereby the detergent 4 filled in the bag of the detergent package 2 comes into contact with the water and dissolves. The detergent 4 dissolves to generate a detergent solution, and at this point, when the detergent-containing sheet 1 is rubbed with the hands, the detergent solution foams and becomes foamy. This foamed detergent solution permeates the entire outer bag 3 and seeps out onto the outer surface of the outer bag 3 through the fiber voids in the nonwoven fabric sheet that forms the outer bag 3. Here, since the outer bag 3 is made of a nonwoven fabric sheet, a sufficient amount of foam can be generated when the detergent-containing sheet 1 is rubbed with the hands to foam the detergent solution. Furthermore, when the outer bag 3 is formed from composite nonwoven fabric sheets 8a, 8b in which multiple nonwoven fabric sheets are laminated, the multiple nonwoven fabric sheets are laminated together, so that the void structure overlaps in the layer thickness direction as described above, making the void structure dense. As a result, when the detergent solution is foamed, fine bubbles can be produced.
[0039] As described above, the foamed detergent solution seeps out onto the outer surface of the outer bag 3 of the detergent-containing sheet 1, and by wiping the face or hands with the detergent-containing sheet 1 in this state, dirt, sebum, etc. on the face or hands can be wiped off, and cosmetics attached to the face can also be wiped off. In addition, the detergent-containing sheet 1 can remove dirt, sebum, etc. from other parts of the body, not just the face or hands. The detergent-containing sheet 1 in the embodiment of the present invention removes dirt, sebum, etc. by the action of the detergent 4 having a surfactant action, so it has excellent cleaning ability and can reliably and sufficiently remove dirt, sebum, etc. In this way, the detergent-containing sheet 1 has the effect of removing dirt, sebum, etc. from the face, hands, etc., and keeping them clean. In addition, since the detergent-containing sheet 1 is structured to be used by pouring water on it to dissolve the detergent 4 when used, there is no problem that the cleaning ability of the detergent-containing sheet 1 decreases due to evaporation of water during storage before use.
[0040] The shape of the outer bag 3 is not limited to the above-mentioned rectangular shape, and various shapes are possible. For example, the shape of the outer bag 3 may be any shape, such as a circle, an ellipse, a polygon, a circle with a wavy edge, an animal or plant shape, a character shape, etc. The shape of the outer bag 3 may also be a shape that covers the face, such as a face pack.
[0041] FIG. 7 shows an embodiment in which the outer bag 3 is shaped to cover the face. In this embodiment, the outer bag 3 is shaped and sized to cover the face, and has holes 9 corresponding to the eyes, holes 10 corresponding to the nose, and holes 11 corresponding to the mouth. These holes 9, 10, and 11 are provided as through holes penetrating the front surface (surface on the side of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a) and the back surface (surface on the side of the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b) of the outer bag 3, and the edges of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b at these through holes are joined together by ultrasonic sealing, heat sealing, or the like. The detergent package 2 is stored inside the outer bag 3 having such a shape. Reference numeral 13 denotes a seal portion formed by joining the peripheral ends of the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a and the lower nonwoven fabric sheet 3b together by a joining means such as ultrasonic sealing or heat sealing.
[0042] The action of the detergent-containing sheet 1 in which the outer bag 3 is formed into a shape covering the face as described above is as follows. That is, water is poured onto the detergent-containing sheet 1 to penetrate into the inside of the outer bag 3, and the water that penetrated into the inside of the outer bag 3 penetrates into the inside of the detergent package 2 inside the outer bag 3, dissolving the detergent 4 filled in the bag of the detergent package 2 in the water. The detergent-containing sheet 1 is then kneaded by hand to foam the detergent solution produced by dissolving in water. The foamed detergent solution seeps out onto the outer surface of the outer bag 3, i.e., the surface on the nonwoven fabric sheet 3a side and the surface on the nonwoven fabric sheet 3b side of the outer bag 3. Here, a case where the detergent-containing sheet 1 is placed on the face so that the nonwoven fabric sheet 3b side of the detergent-containing sheet 1 contacts the face will be described. When the cleanser-containing sheet 1 is placed on the face and left to stand with the face covered, dirt, sebum, etc. on the face can be removed by the foamy cleanser solution exuded onto the nonwoven fabric sheet 3b side of the cleanser-containing sheet 1, and cosmetics adhering to the face can also be removed. Furthermore, when the cleanser-containing sheet 1 is turned over and the nonwoven fabric sheet 3a side is brought into contact with the face, dirt, sebum, etc. on the face can be removed by the foamy cleanser solution exuded onto the nonwoven fabric sheet 3a side of the cleanser-containing sheet 1, and the foamy cleanser solution exuded onto both the front and back sides of the outer bag 3 can be used effectively without waste.
[0043] As another embodiment of the detergent-containing sheet 1 that covers the face, the foamy detergent solution may be configured not to seep out to one surface of the detergent-containing sheet 1. Here, an embodiment in which the nonwoven fabric sheet 3b side of the detergent-containing sheet 1 contacts the face will be described. FIG. 8 shows an embodiment in which the foamy detergent solution is not seen to seep out to the nonwoven fabric sheet 3a side, i.e., the surface opposite to the side that contacts the face, in an example in which the outer bag 3 is formed of composite nonwoven fabric sheets 8a and 8b. The structure shown in FIG. 8 is formed by laminating a hydrophobic film layer 15 on the outer surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet 20 constituting the composite nonwoven fabric sheet 8a in the upper nonwoven fabric sheet 3a, i.e., the outermost surface opposite to the side that contacts the face. The hydrophobic film layer 15 is formed of a film made of a material that does not dissolve in water. Examples of such materials include polyethylene resin, acrylic resin, polystyrene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polypropylene resin, etc., but polyethylene resin is preferable from the viewpoint of manufacturing.
[0044] In this way, by providing the hydrophobic film layer 15 on the outermost surface opposite to the side that contacts the face, the seepage of the foamy detergent solution is prevented by the hydrophobic film layer 15, and the detergent solution can be prevented from seeping out to the surface opposite to the side that contacts the face. As a result, the detergent solution can be seeped out only to the side of the detergent-containing sheet 1 that contacts the face, and the action of the detergent solution can be concentrated on the face-contact side of the detergent-containing sheet 1, and facial dirt, sebum, etc. can be efficiently removed. In addition, the outermost nonwoven fabric sheet 20 may be formed as a water-repellent nonwoven fabric without providing the hydrophobic film layer 15, which similarly prevents the detergent solution from seeping out to the surface opposite to the side that contacts the face. As a method for forming the nonwoven fabric sheet 20 as a water-repellent nonwoven fabric, for example, there is a method in which a fluorine-based or silicone-based processing agent is coated on the fabric surface as a post-processing in the manufacturing process of the nonwoven fabric, and this can impart water repellency to the nonwoven fabric.
[0045] In this embodiment, the time for which the cleanser-containing sheet 1 is placed on the face and left to stand while covering the face is preferably 3 minutes or more and 15 minutes or less. In the cleanser-containing sheet 1, the cleanser solution dissolved in water comes into contact with the face with good foaming, so dirt, sebum, etc. can be removed even when the face is covered with the cleanser-containing sheet 1 and left to stand, but after a certain amount of time has passed, the cleanser-containing sheet 1 may be peeled off from the face and the face may be wiped with the cleanser-containing sheet 1. In this way, the efficiency of removing dirt, etc. can be further improved.
[0046] In the above-described embodiment, the bag of the detergent package is formed from a material having a void structure and water permeability, such as a nonwoven fabric, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The bag of the detergent package may be formed from a water-soluble material. Examples of the water-soluble material include synthetic water-soluble materials and natural water-soluble materials. Synthetic water-soluble materials can be synthetic water-soluble resins, and examples of the synthetic water-soluble resins include polyvinyl alcohol resins and resol-type phenolic resins, with polyvinyl alcohol resin being preferred. Examples of natural water-soluble materials include starch and gelatin, with starch being preferred. The bag of the detergent package made of a water-soluble material can be formed into the bag shape of the detergent package 2 as shown in FIG. 1, but can also be formed into a shell-shaped body that is three-dimensionally raised and bulky. FIG. 2 shows a detergent package 24 formed by filling a bag formed as a shell-shaped body with detergent. The shape of the shell-shaped body is arbitrary, and it can also be formed into a spherical shell-shaped body, for example.
[0047] The detergent package 24, which is a bag made of a water-soluble material filled with detergent 4, is stored inside the outer bag 3. The number of detergent packages 24 stored in the outer bag 3 is arbitrary, and may be one or more, and the number is determined according to the cleaning capacity. When water is poured onto the detergent-containing sheet 1, the water that permeates through the outer bag 3 comes into contact with the detergent package 24, and the bag of the detergent package 24 made of a water-soluble material is easily dissolved by the water. As a result, the detergent 4 inside the bag comes into contact with water and dissolves, and then, by rubbing the detergent-containing sheet 1 with hands, a foamy detergent solution is generated, and the foamy detergent solution seeps out onto the outer surface of the outer bag 3, allowing dirt and the like to be wiped off.
[0048] The detergent-containing sheet of the present invention can easily wipe off dirt (dirt due to adhesion of dust, pollen, etc.), cosmetics, sebum, sweat, dead skin cells, etc. from the face, hands, arms, etc., and other parts of the body, as well as from other parts of the body. The detergent-containing sheet of the present invention can easily exert its cleaning function by simply pouring water on it and rubbing it with hands, and has excellent cleaning ability and can easily remove dirt, etc. Moreover, it can achieve good foaming, which was not possible with conventional wet tissues or cleaning sheets, and this good foaming can improve cleaning efficiency.
[0049] In addition, since the detergent in the present invention is solid, there is no problem of water evaporating during storage of the detergent-containing sheet, and therefore there is no problem of the deterioration of cleaning ability due to water evaporation, as in conventional wet tissues and cleaning sheets. As described above, the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention is suitable for long-term storage, so it is suitable for being kept as a regular item in hospitals, hotels, etc. and provided to patients and guests, and can be easily used when necessary. As described above, according to the present invention, there is no problem of the deterioration of cleaning ability due to water evaporation, so there is no need to package it in a highly sealed packaging bag such as an aluminum pouch, and the product cost is low, which is economically advantageous. Furthermore, the detergent-containing sheet of the present invention has the advantage of being portable and easy to use. [Explanation of symbols]
