Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a flow path body for use in an air conditioner, a heat pump type water heater, or the like. [Background technology]

[0002] Due to recent environmental issues, HFCs (hydrochlorofluorocarbons) have become subject to regulations to prevent global warming, and in flow passage bodies that use refrigerants, ammonia, nitrogen, hydrogen, propane, etc. will inevitably be used as refrigerants. Since the design pressure of these refrigerants is several times higher than that of conventional refrigerants, copper and aluminum, which have low pressure resistance, are being made thicker, while at the same time stainless steel, which has high pressure resistance, is being used. However, these materials have significant disadvantages not only in terms of material price but also in terms of resource conservation, making it difficult to achieve the goals of the SDGs. In particular, since the materials used for flow passage bodies are easy to braze (hereinafter referred to as brazing), expensive materials such as copper and aluminum are being used, and flow passage bodies that increase pressure resistance by expanding the brazing area are being provided as a solution to the problem of reducing thickening.

[0003] Conventionally, various flow path bodies have been provided to form fluid circuits in air conditioners, hot water heaters, and the like that use a refrigerant as a heat source, such as a two-way branch pipe in Patent Document 1, JP 09-159320, for the purpose of dividing or branching, a branch pipe in Patent Document 2, JP 2005-114214, a three-way branch body in Patent Document 3, JP 2005-337434, a roll-bonded flow path body in Patent Document 4, JP 2004-044896, for the purpose of heat exchange, a laminated flow path body in Patent Document 5, JP 09-292194, a flow path body that forms two flow paths, one parallel to the flow path plate and one flat flow path, in Patent Document 6, JP 2003-172588, and a flow path body having two layers of flow paths in Patent Document 7, JP 2019-190680.

[0004] As an example of the above-mentioned known flow passage bodies using a pipe material, Patent Document 1, JP-A-09-159320, discloses a pipe material formed into a bifurcated branch to increase the brazing area and improve pressure resistance. Next, Patent Document 2, JP 2005-114214, uses an accessory part on a branch pipe to increase the brazing area and improve pressure resistance. The two flow passage bodies shown above have limitations on the increase in brazing area due to the use of pipe materials, and are not optimal structures for brazing, so they cannot be said to be fully capable of withstanding future high pressures. Also, it is clear that there is a limit to the creation of a wide variety of flow passages. Next, the three-way branch pipe of Patent Document 3, JP 2005-337434, uses a plate material and is formed into a tubular shape to form two flow paths. A crimped part is provided on the contact surface to strengthen the pressure resistance, but other than the cost reduction, there is no big difference from the above-mentioned pipe material. As is clear from the above description, each of the above-mentioned known flow passage bodies has structural limitations in terms of expanding the brazing area, and is therefore insufficient for handling future even higher pressure refrigerants. In addition, flow path bodies are provided for each application, and standardization is not possible.

[0005] As an example of a flow path body that uses a known plate material, the flow path body of Patent Document 4, JP 2004-044896, is formed by pressing two thermally conductive metal plates together using roll bonding molding to integrate the refrigerant and water flow paths, making heat exchange more effective and forming flow paths parallel to the overlapping surfaces. There is no special solution for the high pressure resistance of the flow passage body. The laminated flow path body of Patent Document 5, JP-A-09-292194, forms flow paths perpendicular to the flow path plate and flow paths parallel to the flow path plate by stacking pressed flow path plates, and improves productivity by using a bonding material coating and not using sheet solder. Also, the main point is to improve heat transfer by using flow path grooves. The pressure resistance of the flow path body can be achieved only by increasing the number of soldered parts at limited locations, and the soldered area cannot be freely expanded. The flow path body in Patent Document 6, JP 2003-172588 A, is a two-layered flow path body in which flow path plates with multiple flow grooves formed in them are stacked and joined by brazing or welding, forming multiple flow paths parallel to the flow path plates, and flat tubes for the refrigerant flow path are provided on one side, and high pressure resistance is achieved by increasing the brazing area of the flat tubes. The flow path body in Patent Document 7, JP 2019-190680, is made compact by stacking two metal plates that form a flow path groove and joining them at a connecting part, stacking units that form flow paths parallel to the flow path plates, and connecting the units through ventilation holes at the connecting part. The four flow path bodies described above form multiple flow paths by overlapping flow path plates, but while they are effective for heat exchange, they are not capable of meeting a wide variety of flow path requirements with a single flow path body, nor are they amenable to standardization. In addition, when forming a flow path body by brazing plate-like flow path plates, sheet brazing material or bonding material is used between the flow path plates. The sheet brazing material is very thin and requires a lot of work to process and set, and the bonding material also hinders productivity. In other words, the problem is that the structure does not use a solid brazing material that is easy to use. Furthermore, in order to cope with high pressure, which is the biggest issue, the brazing area is not freely expanded and the brazing strength is not increased by forming an optimal structure for brazing. Therefore, it cannot be said that the high pressure resistance is sufficient. In the above known flow passage bodies, copper is mainly used as the base material for the flow passage body. Although copper has excellent brazing properties and workability, it is expensive. Furthermore, consumption of copper is increasing due to the expansion of global power networks and the shift to electric vehicles, raising concerns about the risk of resource competition and price fluctuations. Therefore, eliminating copper is a major challenge in terms of achieving the SDGs.

[0007] As a flow path body for solving the problems of the background art described above, three problems are focused on and solved. 1. By pressing metal plates, productivity and workability can be improved, and a wide variety of flow paths can be formed in a single flow path body, leading to standardization of the flow path body. 2. By using solid brazing material, productivity can be increased, and the brazing strength can be increased by creating an optimal structure for brazing. 3. To increase the pressure resistance of the flow passage body by creating a structure that allows the soldering area to be freely expanded. In addition, the brazing area can be flexibly adjusted to match the required pressure resistance of the flow path body. To address the above issues, we will implement the following three points. (1) By stacking high-strength metal flow passage plates and utilizing press processing to enable the interchangeability of various flow passage types, multiple flow passages and a wide variety of flow passages are formed in a single simple flow passage body. This realizes standardization of the flow passage body. (2) A mounting section for a solid solder is provided at the end of the flow path body to facilitate mounting of the solder, and a soldering clearance communicating with the mounting section is provided so that the molten solder penetrates between the flow path plates by capillary action, expanding the soldering area and increasing the soldering strength. (3) The capacity of the solder mounting portion is made variable, and solder corresponding to the required pressure resistance is mounted to form the required soldering area, thereby optimizing the amount of solder used. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The flow path body of the present invention is formed by overlapping a plurality of metal plates, and at least one of one or more parallel flow paths on the overlapping surfaces and one or more perpendicular flow paths on the overlapping surfaces is formed, thereby forming a wide variety of flow paths such as increasing and decreasing the flow path, changing the current, etc. Furthermore, by providing an attachment part for a solid brazing material at the end of the flow path body and forming a brazing clearance with a protrusion provided on the flow path plate and utilizing the capillary phenomenon, the brazing strength is increased with a structure optimal for brazing, and at the same time, the brazing area can be freely expanded, thereby solving the conventional problems.

[0009] That is, the flow path body is formed by sandwiching and stacking two flow path plates 1 made of metal plates with one or more connection parts between them and a flow path plate 2 made of a metal plate that is smaller than the flow path plates and has multiple flow path holes arranged therein, thereby forming a wide variety of flow paths in one piece and an attachment part for soldering material around the entire circumference of the end part. A protrusion is provided on at least one surface of each flow path plate, and a brazing clearance communicating with the mounting portion is formed on the overlapping surface. The protrusion may be a known type such as a rib, as long as it does not obstruct the flow of the molten brazing material. An easy-to-handle solid brazing material is attached to the attachment portion, and the attached brazing material melts in a high-temperature furnace and easily permeates the entire surface between the flow path plates due to capillary action. The brazing area of the flow path plate does not have to be the entire surface of the overlapping flow path plate as long as the flow path body has a predetermined pressure resistance. However, the airtightness of the flow path body is ensured by providing a brazing portion around the entire circumference of the flow path body. Furthermore, by stacking a plurality of the above-mentioned flow path bodies or stacking a plurality of flow path plates, a wide variety of flow paths with various flow path diameters, drift, contraction, and flow path increase and decrease can be formed. In the present invention, a perpendicular flow path includes not only completely perpendicular but also substantially perpendicular within a certain margin of error, and a parallel flow path includes not only completely parallel but also substantially parallel within a certain margin of error.

[0010] Other flow channels form a variety of parallel flow channels in the flow plate. That is, two metal flow path plates 1 and 2 each have multiple semicircular grooves that form flow paths, arranged symmetrically. Semicircular connection grooves that form connections are arranged at both ends of the flow path groove. By overlapping the two flow path plates, a circular flow path and a circular connection are formed at the flow path end, and a soldering material attachment portion is formed around the entire circumference of the end where the flow path plates of the flow path body are overlapped. A convex portion is provided on the flow path side of the two flow path plates, and a soldering clearance that communicates with the attachment portion is formed between the flow path plates when the flow path plates are overlapped. An easy-to-handle solid soldering material is attached to the attachment portion, and the soldering material melted in a high-temperature furnace permeates into the soldering clearance by capillary action, and the two flow path plates are soldered to form a flow path and flow path body that are highly airtight and pressure resistant. The solder can be prevented from falling off by crimping and fixing it to the mounting part. As is clear from the above, by optimizing the structure for brazing, the pressure resistance of the flow path body is significantly improved by two means: the strength of the brazed part and the freely expanding brazed area. In addition, a flow path body is provided that forms a wide variety of flow paths, such as a variety of flow paths, a drift flow, a contraction flow, and a closed path, by pressing, and forms a wide variety of flow paths parallel to the flow path plate.

[0011] The flow path plate can be easily formed with a variety of flow paths by press processing. In other words, the flow path forming mold of the flow path body processing mold is made into a replaceable partial mold, and by replacing various flow path forming molds, a wide variety of flow paths and closed and open paths can be freely formed.

[0012] The metal plate of the flow passage body can be freely selected from copper, aluminum, stainless steel, iron, etc., but copper plating of inexpensive iron plate, which is particularly highly processed by sheet metal processing, makes it easy to solder. Effect of the Invention

[0013] On the pressure-resistant surface of the flow path body, The brazing clearance provided on the overlapping surfaces of the flow path plates and the structure of the brazing material attachment part at the end of the flow path body allow the molten brazing material to quickly penetrate the entire surface between the flow path plates, increasing the brazing strength and reliably expanding the brazing area over the entire surface between the flow path plates, thereby significantly improving the pressure resistance. In other words, this completely solves the biggest problem with known flow path bodies, namely the problem of high-pressure refrigerants that cannot be made carbon neutral. In terms of standardization of the flow path, With a simple structure that simply involves stacking metal plates, a single flow path body can provide multiple and diverse flow paths, achieving standardization and commonality of the flow path body and eliminating design constraints in air conditioners, water heaters, etc., thereby providing a flow path body that is optimal for a variety of design needs. In terms of productivity, By utilizing a known pressing method and a detachable metal mold for the metal flow path plate, a wide variety of flow paths can be easily formed. Furthermore, by using a copper-plated steel plate for the flow path plate, it has the same solderability as copper and the material cost is significantly reduced. The flow path body of the present invention is formed by stacking multiple metal plates, thereby forming multiple inlet sections and multiple outlet sections in a single flow path body, and forming at least one of flow paths parallel to the overlapping surfaces and flow paths perpendicular to the overlapping surfaces, thereby forming multiple and diverse flow paths, and it is clear that the standardization of flow path bodies can be greatly promoted. In terms of production, Regarding standardization of flow path bodies, it is clear that the ability to provide multiple and diverse flow paths in a single flow path body will enable the standardization and commonality of flow path bodies to be promoted, eliminating design constraints in air conditioners, water heaters, etc., and providing flow path bodies that are optimal for a variety of design needs. As described above, the flow path body of the present invention is a flow path body that realizes the achievement of the SDGs.

[0014] As mentioned above, by using iron plate, which is an abundant resource and easy to recycle, for the flow path plate, it becomes inexpensive and not affected by market material price trends. By copper plating the iron plate, it is possible to select brazing with phosphorus copper brazing, which is easy to work with. In the test results for copper plating, a test piece with an iron plate of 1.6 mm and copper plating thickness of 8 μm was brazed with phosphorus copper brazing material, and an airtight test (air pressure) of 3 MPa and a pressure resistance test (water pressure) of 15 MPa were conducted. The results showed that there was no leakage from the brazed part of the flow path body and no destruction. There was also no peeling of the plating due to brazing. Therefore, it can be used with ammonia, propane, etc., which are expected to be used as refrigerants in the future. In the case of carbon dioxide, the pressure resistance test pressure is even higher, but this can be handled by increasing the plate thickness and brazing area. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THEINVENTION

[0015] Example 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 14. Example 1 is a flow path body in which flow path plates are stacked, with flow paths formed perpendicular to the flow path plates and both perpendicular and parallel to the flow path plates. Note that brazing clearance is only shown in the enlarged view. In the figures, the flow paths and the connection parts are shown together, and the connection parts are shown in parentheses. (A) As shown in Figs. 1 to 5, The flow path body 1(A) is formed in a rectangular shape, and is formed by sandwiching and stacking a metal flow path plate 2(2) smaller than the flow path plate 1a(1a) and the flow path plate 1b(1b) between two metal flow path plates 1a(1a) of the same shape. That is, the flow path plate 2(2) smaller than the flow path plate 1a(1a) is sandwiched and stacked between the flow path plates 1a(1a) and 1b(1b) to form the flow path body 1(A). In this embodiment, the flow path plate 1a(1a) is disposed on the inflow side, and the flow path plate 1b(1b) is disposed on the outflow side. When the shape of the flow path body 1(A) is other than rectangular or circular, the above-mentioned flow path plate is also made to have the same shape. Flow path plate 2(2) is made smaller than flow path plate 1a(1a) and flow path plate 1b(1b), and flow path plate 2(2) is sandwiched between flow path plate 1a(1a) and flow path plate 1b(1b) and overlapped to form a space outside flow path plate 2(2), and mounting portion 1(14) is formed around the entire end of flow path body 1(A). The mounting portion 1 (14) is provided with a solid brazing material (r) and is arranged so as to communicate with a brazing clearance (α) described later. As is clear from the above, the flow path plate 2(2) is made smaller than the outer dimensions of the flow path plate 1a(1a) and the flow path plate 1b(1b) by the size of the mounting portion 1(14). If the external shape of the flow path body 1(A) is not important, flow path plate 1a(1a) and flow path plate 1b(1b) do not have to be of the same type, but the flow path plate 2(2) must be such that when the flow path plate 2(2) is sandwiched and overlapped, it forms the mounting portion 1(14). The mounting portion 1 (14) is formed so as to accommodate a volume of brazing material suitable for brazing three flow path plates. The volume of the mounting portion 1 (14) can be changed by changing the plate thickness of the flow path plate 2 (2), by changing the dimensions of the flow path plate 1a (1a) or the flow path plate 1b (1b) and the flow path plate 2 (2), by changing the brazing clearance (α), etc. Flow path plate 1a (1a) is provided with connection portion 1 (1aa), connection portion 2 (1ab), and connection portion 3 (1ac). Lower flow path plate 1b (1b) is provided with connection portion 4 (1aaa), connection portion 5 (1aab), connection portion 6 (1aba), connection portion 7 (1abb), connection portion 8 (1abc), connection portion 9 (1aca), and connection portion 10 (1acb). The aforementioned connection portions 1 (1aa) to 10 (1acb) are provided with connection holes for brazing connection pipes 1 (n1) to 10 (n10), respectively. The diameter of the connection holes is the outer diameter of the connection pipes plus a brazing clearance (α). (b) Flow path plate 2 (2) is provided with flow path hole 1 (10) communicating with connection portion 1 (1aa) of flow path plate 1a (1a) and connection portion 4 (1aaa) and connection portion 5 (1aab) of flow path plate 1b (1b). Flow path plate 2 (2) is provided with flow path holes 11 (11) that communicate with connection portion 2 (1ab) of flow path plate 1a (1a) and connection portion 6 (1aba), connection portion 7 (1abb), and connection portion 8 (1abc) of flow path plate 1b (1b). Flow path plate 2 (2) is provided with flow path holes 3 (12) communicating with connection portion 3 (1ac) of flow path plate 1a (1a) and connection portion 9 (1aca) and connection portion 10 (1acb) of flow path plate 1b (1b). As a result of the above, the flow path is formed as follows. Flow path 1(3) flows in from connection portion 1(1aa) of flow path plate 1a(1a) and passes through flow path hole 1(10) of flow path plate 2(2) to flow out to connection portion 4(1aaa) of flow path plate 1b(1b). Flow path 2(4) flows in from connection portion 1(1aa) of flow path plate 1a(1a) and passes through flow path hole 1(10) of flow path plate 2(2) to flow out to connection portion 5(1aab) of flow path plate 1b(1b). Flow path 3 (5) flows in from connection portion 2 (1ab) of flow path plate 1a (1a) and passes through flow path hole 1 (11) of flow path plate 2 (2) to flow out to connection portion 6 (1aba) of flow path plate 1b (1b). Flow path 4(6) flows in from connection portion 2(1ab) of flow path plate 1a(1a) and passes through flow path hole 1(11) of flow path plate 2(2) to flow out to connection portion 7(1abb) of flow path plate 1b(1b). Flow path 5(7) flows in from connection portion 2(1ab) of flow path plate 1a(1a) and passes through flow path hole 1(11) of flow path plate 2(2) to flow out to connection portion 8(1abc) of flow path plate 1b(1b). Flow path 6 (8) flows in from connection portion 3 (1ac) of flow path plate 1a (1a), passes through flow path hole 1 (12) of flow path plate 2 (2), and flows out to connection portion 9 (1aca) of flow path plate 1b (1b). Flow path 7 (9) flows in from connection portion 3 (1ac) of flow path plate 1a (1a), passes through flow path hole 1 (12) of flow path plate 2 (2), and flows out to connection portion 10 (1acb) of flow path plate 1b (1b). As a result of the above, seven different types of flow paths are formed. (c) As shown in FIG. 5, when the flow path plate 1a(1a), the flow path plate 2(2), and the flow path plate 1b(1b) are overlapped, a protrusion (13) is provided to form a brazing clearance (α) between the flow path plate 1a(1a) and the flow path plate 2(2), and between the flow path plate 2(2) and the flow path plate 1b(1b). The protrusion (13) may be provided on any of the plate surfaces of the flow path plate 1a(1a), the flow path plate 2(2), and the flow path plate 1b(1b). The protrusion (13) is arranged so as not to hinder the penetration of the molten brazing material. In this embodiment, the height of the protrusion (13) is made uniform in order to make the outer dimensions of the flow path body 1(A) uniform. The brazing clearance (α) is set to 0.05 mm to 0.3 mm. Therefore, the height of the protrusion (13) is set within the range described above. As described above, the height of the protrusion (13) is the same as the brazing clearance (α). For example, when using rod-shaped solder, if the required height of the mounting part 1 (14) is h, the soldering clearance (α) is c, the diameter of the rod-shaped solder (r) is d, and the thickness of the flow path plate 2 (2) is t, then the height h of the mounting part 1 (14) is (c+t+c), and the solder (r) should be such that (d<=h). The volume per side of the flow path body 1(A) is approximately (hxLxthe length of one side of the flow path plate 2(2)), where L is the length of the mounting portion 1(14). (D) As shown in Figure 6, By providing a tapered portion (p) at each edge of the flow path plate 2 (2), the molten brazing material can easily penetrate between the flow path plates. That is, the solid brazing material attached to the attachment portion 1 (14) melts in a high-temperature furnace and permeates between the flow path plates by capillary action to braze the flow path plates. By providing a convex portion (13) that forms a uniform soldering clearance (α) over the entire surface of the overlapping flow path plates, the soldering area can be expanded to the entire overlapping area, thereby significantly improving the pressure resistance of the flow path body 1 (A). The heating method is an important factor in the penetration of the brazing material, but it is clear that by providing an optimal brazing clearance (α), the penetration of the brazing material (r) is far superior to when compared with simply stacking the flow path plates together and brazing them. In the flow path body 1 (A) of this embodiment, the entire surface between the flow path plates does not need to be brazed as long as there are no problems with pressure resistance or performance, but in terms of airtightness, it is desirable that there are no unbrazed parts around the entire circumference of the flow path body and that the brazing allowance of at least the brazed parts is 6 mm or more. By using solid brazing material (r) in rod or plate form, the inconvenience of using sheet brazing material is eliminated and productivity is increased. (E) As shown in Figure 7, The flow path body 2 (A1) is formed by stacking five flow path bodies, namely, flow path body 1a (Aa) to flow path body 1e (Ae), to provide a wide variety of flow paths. The overlapping surfaces of the flow path bodies 1a (Aa) to 1e (Ae) are joined together with an adhesive or the like to form an integrated body. If a thermally conductive adhesive is used, heat can be conducted between each of the flow path bodies. This embodiment has the advantage that the flow path body 1a (Aa) to the flow path body 1e (Ae) can be individually produced in advance, and the flow path bodies can be combined for use according to the purpose. (F) As shown in Figure 8, The flow path body 3 (A2) is formed by alternately stacking flow path plate 1m (1m) to flow path plate 1r (1r) and flow path plate 2f (2f) to flow path plate 2j (2j), so that the stacked flow path plates form mounting portion 1f (14f) to mounting portion 1j (14j). Flow path plate 1m (1m) is provided with connection portion 1b to connection portion 3b (not shown), and flow path plate 1r (1r) is provided with connection portion 4b to connection portion 10b (not shown). Connection pipe 1b (n1b) to connection pipe 10b (n10b) are brazed to the connection portions. This embodiment has the advantage that all the flow path plates can be integrated by brazing in a high-temperature furnace. (G) As shown in Figure 9, Frame plates (19) are provided on the four sides of the flow passage body 3 (A2), and the sealed housing prevents deterioration of the brazed parts due to environmental influences. (H) As shown in Figure 10, The flow paths of the flow path body 3 (A2) are provided with a connection portion 1b (1ba) to a connection portion 3b (1bc) on the flow path plate 1m (1m), and a connection portion 4b to a connection portion 10b (not shown) on the flow path plate 1r (1r). The flow paths are formed by various flow path holes provided on the flow path plate 1n (1n) to the flow path plate 1q (1q) and the flow path plate 2f (2f) to the flow path plate 2j (not shown). That is, the fluid flowing in from the connection portions forms a flow path parallel to the flow path plate or perpendicular to the flow path plate through the flow path holes of the flow path plate, forming a plurality of flow paths. (i) As shown in Figures 11 and 12, The flow path body 5 (A4) forms a flow path perpendicular to the flow path plate. The flow path plate 1s (1s), the flow path plate 2k (2k), and the flow path plate 1t (1t) are stacked together to form the mounting portion 1d (14d) and the flow paths 1d (3d) to 5d (7d) perpendicular to the flow path plate. The flow path body 5 (A4) can be used for a heat storage type heat exchanger in which the flow path plate is used as a heat dissipation plate in addition to the flow path body. In addition, the figure shows connection portion 1d (1da) to connection portion 3d (1dc), connection portion 4da (4daa) to connection portion 5ab (1dab), connection portion 6db (1dba), connection portion 7dc (1dca) to connection portion 8db (1dcb), flow path 1d (3d) to flow path 5d (7d), and connecting pipes 1d (n1d) to 8d (n8d). (K) As shown in Figures 13 and 14, The flow path body 6 (A5) is formed with a flow path body 5 (A4) in which the mounting portion 1e (14e) to the mounting portion 1g (14g) are formed by the flow path plate 1u (1u) to the flow path plate 1x (1x) and the flow path plate 21 (21) to the flow path plate 2n (2n), forming a number of vertical flow paths 1e to 11e (not shown). The flow path plate 1u (1u) is provided with a connection portion 1e (1ea) to a connection portion 11e (1ek), and the flow path plate 1x (1x) is provided with a connection portion 12ea (1eaa) and a connection portion 13ea to 22ea (not shown). As a result, the vertical flow paths of the flow paths 1e to 11e (not shown) are formed. In this embodiment, a connecting pipe 1e (n1e) is provided that penetrates a connecting portion 12ea (1eaa) of a flow passage plate 1x (1x) on the outflow side, which is connected to a connecting portion 1ea (1eaa) of a flow passage plate 1u (1u) on the inflow side. Therefore, a connecting portion is formed in all the flow passage plates that are penetrated.

[0016] Hereinafter, the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In Example 2, the flow path body is formed by stacking two flow path plates, and the flow paths are formed parallel to the flow path plates. Note that the protrusions and brazing clearances are only shown in the enlarged view. (A) As shown in Figs. 15 to 21, The flow path body 101(B) is formed by overlapping a flow path plate 101(101) made of a metal plate and a flow path plate 102(102) made of a metal plate, and has flow path grooves arranged symmetrically in the flow path plate 101(101) and the flow path plate 102(102) so as to form a flow path with a circular cross section. Flow path plate 101 (101) and flow path plate 102 (102) are overlapped to form circular flow paths 101 (103), 102 (104), 103 (105), 104 (106), 105 (107), 106 (108), and 107 (109). In the following description, the inner dimension of the flow passage will be referred to as the flow passage diameter. The flow passage grooves, connection grooves, and mounting grooves are shown in FIG. 19, FIG. 20, and FIG. The flow channel 101 (103) is provided with a flow channel groove 101a (103a) in a flow channel plate 101 (101) and a flow channel groove 101b (103b) in a flow channel plate 102 (102). The flow path 102 (104) is provided with a flow groove 102a (104a) in the flow path plate 101 (101) and a flow groove 102b (104b) in the flow path plate 102 (102). The flow path 103 (105) is provided with a flow groove 103a (105a) in the flow path plate 101 (101) and a flow groove 103b (105b) in the flow path plate 102 (102). The flow path 104 (106) is provided with a flow groove 104a (106a) in the flow path plate 101 (101) and a flow groove 104b (106b) in the flow path plate 102 (102). The flow path 105 (107) is provided with a flow path groove 105a (107a) in the flow path plate 101 (101) and a flow path groove 105b (107b) in the flow path plate 102 (102). The flow path 106 (108) is provided with a flow path groove 106a (108a) in the flow path plate 101 (101) and a flow path groove 106b (108b) in the flow path plate 102 (102). The flow path 107 (109) is provided with a flow path groove 107a (109a) in the flow path plate 101 (101) and a flow path groove 107b (109b) in the flow path plate 102 (102). The flow channel in flow channel zone 1 (Z1) is common to flow channels 101 (103) to 103 (105), and the flow channel in flow channel zone 2 (Z2) is common to flow channels 104 (106) to 107 (109). The length of the connecting groove shall be the length required for brazing the connecting pipe. As described above, the flow channel grooves formed symmetrically in the flow channel plate 101 (101) and the flow channel plate 102 (102) are integrated to form a circular flow channel by overlapping the flow channel plate 101 (101) and the flow channel plate 102 (102). It is an important point in press processing to form the flow channel grooves of the flow channel plate 101 (101) and the flow channel plate 102 (102) symmetrically. In other words, by standardizing the mold required for flow channel processing, it is possible to reduce the mold cost and processing cost, and to provide an inexpensive flow channel body with a simple structure. Incidentally, the cross-sectional shape of the flow passage is preferably circular in view of fluid resistance, but a cross-sectional shape other than circular may also be used. (b) At the end of flow channel 101 (103), connection portion 101 (1001) is provided as an inflow portion, and connection portions 103 (1003), 104 (1004), and 105 (1005) are provided as outflow portions. At the end of the flow path 102 (104), a connection part 102 (1002) is provided as an inflow part, and a connection part 106 (1006), a connection part 107 (1007), a connection part 108 (1008), and an outflow part of a connection part 109 (1009) are provided as outflow parts. At the flow path end of the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102), a connection groove 101 (1001a) to a connection groove 109 (1009a) are provided in the flow path plate 101 (101), and a connection groove 101 (1001b) to a connection groove 109 (1009b) are provided in the flow path plate 102 (102) symmetrically to the connection groove. A connection part is formed at each flow path end by overlapping the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102). The inner diameter of each connection part is determined by taking into consideration the outer diameter of the connection pipe to be brazed and the brazing clearance. A semicircular connection groove that is 1 / 2 the inner diameter of each connection part is provided on flow path plate 101 (101) and flow path plate 102 (102). The connection parts are formed as described above, and the flow is divided into three flow paths from connection part 101 (1001) to connection part 103 (1003), connection part 104 (1004), and connection part 105 (1005). The flow is divided into four flow paths from the connection portion 102 (1002) to the connection portion 106 (1006), the connection portion 107 (1007), the connection portion 108 (1008), and the connection portion 109 (1009). A connecting pipe (not shown) is brazed to each connection. The connection becomes the inlet or outlet. If the diameter of the connecting pipe is smaller than the flow path diameter, the connection is reduced, and if it is larger, the connection is expanded. If the flow path diameter and the outer diameter of the connecting pipe are approximately the same and there is no need to reduce or expand the pipe, the flow path diameter will suffice. (c) As shown in Figure 15, When the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102) are formed by press processing, the mold for zone 1 (Z1) from the connection part 101 (1001) on the inlet side of the flow path 101 (103) to the branch point, and the mold for zone 2 (Z2) from the connection part 102 (1002) on the inlet side of the flow path 102 (104) to the branch point, the mold for molding the branch part of zone 1 (Z1), and the mold for molding the branch part of zone 2 (Z2) are each made into removable partial molds, which can be replaced with other flow path forming molds to form a wide variety of flow paths. (D) As shown in Figure 15 The outflow speed can be increased by reducing the inner diameter of the flow path between ya and yb in the flow path 106 (108) of the flow path body 101 (B). In other words, the flow path body 101 (B) can flexibly respond to various design and construction needs by freely changing the flow path diameter to adjust the flow speed and flow rate. Such a flow path can be easily formed by making the press processing die for the flow path part into a known die structure that can be freely replaced. (e) The ends of the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102) excluding the connection portion are stepped, a mounting groove 101 (114a) is provided in the flow path plate 101 (101), a mounting groove 102 (114b) is provided in the flow path plate 102 (102), and the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102) are overlapped to form the mounting portion 101 (114). In other words, the mounting portion 101 (114) is provided around the entire circumference of the ends excluding the connection portion. The mounting portion 101 (114) is provided so as to communicate with the brazing clearance (α) described later. The mounting portion 101 (114) is sized to accommodate a solid brazing material (r) in an amount for brazing the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102). After the brazing material (r) is attached, the mounting portion 101 (114) may be pressed to crimp the brazing material (r) to prevent it from falling off. (F) As shown in detail in Figures 22 and 23, A convex portion (113) is provided on at least one of the flow path surfaces of the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102), and is arranged so as to form a brazing clearance (α) when the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102) are overlapped. The convex portions (113) provided on the flow path plate 101 (101) and the flow path plate 102 (102) are arranged so as not to interfere with each other and not to hinder the flow of the molten brazing material. In place of the convex portion (113), a known rib or the like may be used as long as it forms a brazing clearance and does not hinder the penetration of the molten brazing material. There are no restrictions on the position or number of the convex portions (113) as long as the brazing clearance (α) can be maintained. The brazing clearance (α) communicates with the mounting portion 101 (114) to guide the molten brazing material between the flow path plates and expand the brazing area. The structure of the mounting portion 101 (114) allows the capacity to be changed, so that the brazing material (r) that matches the brazing area corresponding to the pressure resistance can be attached. In other words, the amount of brazing material (r) can be changed to match the required brazing area. However, as explained in Example 1, care must be taken to prevent a decrease in the brazing strength of the flow path body 101 (B) or brazing leaks. (G) As shown in detail in Figure 22, A liquid-proof portion (115) is provided at both ends of each flow path (including the connection portion) so that the molten brazing material does not enter the flow path. An upright edge (116) is provided symmetrically at both ends of the flow path grooves of the flow paths (including the connection grooves) of the flow path plates 101 (101) and 102 (102) or the flow path grooves excluding the connection portions. The flow path plates 101 (101) and 102 (102) are overlapped, and the edges (116) of the flow path plates 101 (101) and 102 (102) are in close contact with each other to form a liquid-proof portion (115) at the same height as the convex portion (113). The liquid-proof portion (115) may be formed by providing an edge (116) on one of the flow path plates. If the outflow of the molten brazing material can be prevented in the flow path by controlling the flow of the brazing material, the liquid-proof portion (115) may not be provided. In addition, both ends of the flow path may be formed with a known crimping or crimping structure so that the molten brazing material does not enter the flow path. (H) As shown in Figure 23 The mounting part 101 (114) is provided with a taper (p) so that the molten brazing material can quickly penetrate between the flow path plates, thereby preventing the molten brazing material from leaking out of the flow path body 101 (B). It is clear that the height (h) of the mounting part 101 (114) can be freely changed structurally. (i) As shown in Figure 24, To further facilitate the penetration of the molten brazing material, the brazing clearance may be gradually changed from the mounting portion 101 (114) to the flow path within the range of the brazing clearance (α), i.e., the brazing clearance decreases from the brazing clearance start point (z) in the figure to the brazing clearance (α). (K) As shown in Figure 25 A connection brazing clearance (αs) is provided on both sides of the connection. As shown in the figure, by providing a connection brazing clearance (αs) on both sides of the connection 104 (1004), the mounting part 101 (104), the connection brazing clearance (αs), and the connection 104 (1004) are connected, and the flow path plate 101 (101), the flow path plate 102 (102), and the connection pipe 104 (n104) can be brazed all at once. Generally, when brazing a connection pipe, a connection pipe equipped with a ring brazing material is used, but in this embodiment, the molten brazing material of the mounting part 101 (114) penetrates into the connection part 104 (1004) from the connection part brazing clearance (αs) and brazes the connection pipe 104 (n104) at the same time. Therefore, the ring brazing material of the connection pipe 104 (n104) is not necessary. The above brazing structure increases the brazing strength of the flow path body 101(B), and the pressure resistance is significantly improved by expanding the brazing area. (k) As shown in Figures 26 and 27, A closed circuit portion (118) is provided at the connection portion 107 (1007) of the flow path 105 (107) of the flow path body 101 (B) to close the flow path 105 (107). That is, the connection portion 107 (1007) is flattened by pressing, and the connection portion 107 (1007) is closed and brazed to maintain airtightness. That is, the flow channel body 101(B) can easily increase or decrease the number of flow channels according to design needs. Also, by removing the molding die for the flow channels 105(107), it is possible not to mold the flow channels 105(107) themselves. Conventionally, when closing a circuit, a connecting pipe is brazed to a connection part, the end of the connecting pipe is flattened, and the flat part is brazed. In this embodiment, the flow path of the flow path body itself is flattened and brazed, or the flow path type is changed, so that the circuit can be freely closed. In the case of the first embodiment, the closed circuit and the increase or decrease of the number of channels can be achieved by selecting and exchanging a channel plate having a connecting portion or a channel hole or the like, but in the present embodiment, this is easier. As described above, the number of flow paths can be easily increased or decreased in an integrated flow path body by replacing the flow path mold or by additional processing. Also, as is clear from the structure, the inlet and outlet parts can be provided in all directions of the flow path body.

[0017] The flow path body, which is made up of overlapping metal plates, is integrated by brazing in a high-temperature furnace. Generally, thin paper-like brazing material called sheet brazing material is laid between the flow path plates and brazed. In this case, the punching of the non-brazed parts such as the flow passages in the sheet brazing material and the setting of the sheet brazing material are time-consuming, which significantly impairs productivity. In particular, in the case of a flow passage body that forms a wide variety of flow passages, it is extremely difficult to form the sheet brazing material, and it is clear that the work efficiency will decrease. In the flow path body of the present invention, rod-shaped or plate-shaped solder is attached to the end of the flow path body, and by making maximum use of capillary action with various soldering clearances, the soldering area can be easily expanded and the pressure resistance of the flow path body can be increased.Furthermore, by optimizing the soldering structure, high strength can be achieved, and the pressure resistance of the flow path body can be significantly increased.

[0018] As shown in Figure 28, By combining and connecting the flow passage bodies of Example 1 and Example 2 to form a flow passage body device (C), multiple inflows and outflows can be achieved in all directions. This is useful in terms of installation of air conditioners, water heaters, etc. In addition, since each flow passage body is thin, it can be used in a narrow installation space.
