Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a thermal insulation material. [Background technology]

[0002] Various insulating materials have been developed to enhance the high temperature resistance of important turbine parts. For example, a composite material of rock wool and ceramic fiber or a single material is widely used as such insulating material, and the outer periphery of the turbine is generally covered with the insulating material. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 2002-507688 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, when a worker performs work on the turbine, the worker must work on the insulation material. If such work is performed repeatedly over a long period of time, the insulation material will wear down, causing a problem that the insulation performance will decrease.

[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above, and has an object to provide an insulating material with a novel configuration that can suppress settling. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to an insulating material having an insulating member, a metal plate disposed on the insulating member, and a support member that penetrates the insulating member and supports the metal plate. Effect of the Invention

[0007] According to the present invention, a metal plate is disposed on the upper surface of an insulating member having a heat insulating function, and the metal plate is supported by a support member. Therefore, for example, even if a worker stands on the insulating member to perform work, the weight of the worker is supported by the support member via the metal plate. Therefore, the insulating member does not deteriorate, and the insulating member can perform the insulating function for a long period of time. As a result, it is possible to provide an insulating material with a novel configuration that can suppress deterioration. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0008] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of a heat insulating material of the present invention. [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the heat insulating material shown in FIG. [Diagram 3] FIG. 4 is a plan view showing another example of the heat insulating material of the present invention. [Figure 4] FIG. 4 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the heat insulating material shown in FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing an example of a thermal insulation material of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the thermal insulation material shown in Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a thermal insulation material 10 of this example is formed by laminating a first thermal insulation member 11 and a second thermal insulation member 12, and a punching metal 13 as a metal plate is disposed on these laminated thermal insulation members.

[0010] A solid bolt 14 is disposed so as to penetrate the first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12, and a nut 15 is screwed onto the bolt 14 via a washer 16 to fix the first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12. Furthermore, a nut 17 is screwed onto the bolt 14 to fix the punching metal 13 to the laminated first heat insulating member 11 and second heat insulating member 12.

[0011] The lower end of the bolt 14 is received and fixed in a bearing fitting 19 provided on the surface of an apparatus 18 such as a gas turbine.

[0012] According to the heat insulating material 10 of this example, a punched metal 13 serving as a metal plate is disposed on the upper surfaces of a first heat insulating member 11 and a second heat insulating member 12 having a heat insulating function, and the punched metal 13 is supported by bolts 14 serving as support members. Therefore, for example, even when a worker stands on the first heat insulating member 11 to perform work, the weight of the worker is supported by the bolts 14 via the punched metal 13.

[0013] Therefore, the first insulating member 11 and the second insulating member 12, i.e., the insulating material 10, do not wear out, and the insulating material 10 can perform its insulating function for a long period of time. As a result, it is possible to provide the insulating material 10 with a novel configuration that can suppress wear.

[0014] The first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12 may be made of a composite material of rock wool, ceramic fiber, or the like, but are not particularly limited thereto.

[0015] Furthermore, although the bolt 14 and the nuts 15 and 17 are used as solid metal members, this is not particularly limited.

[0016] Fig. 3 is a plan view showing another example of the heat insulating material of the present invention, and Fig. 4 is an exploded cross-sectional view of the heat insulating material shown in Fig. 3. Note that the same reference numerals are used for the same or similar components as those in Figs. 1 and 2.

[0017] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the insulation material 20 of this example is composed of a first insulation member 11 and a second insulation member 12 laminated together, and a punching metal 13 as a metal plate is arranged on top of these laminated insulation members.

[0018] A hollow metal pipe 23 is disposed so as to penetrate the first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12, and an additional heat insulating member 24 is disposed inside the pipe 23.

[0019] An engaging member 25 is provided on the lower surface of the punched metal 13, and the punched metal 13 is fixed onto the first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12 by the engaging member 25 engaging with the pipe 23.

[0020] The lower end of the pipe 23 is received and fixed by a pipe receiving metal fitting 29 provided on the surface of an apparatus 18 such as a gas turbine.

[0021] According to the heat insulating material 20 of this example, a punched metal 13 serving as a metal plate is disposed on the upper surfaces of the first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12 having a heat insulating function, and the punched metal 13 is supported by a pipe 23 serving as a support member. Therefore, for example, even when a worker stands on the first heat insulating member 11 to perform work, the weight of the worker is supported by the pipe 23 via the punched metal 13.

[0022] Therefore, the first heat insulating member 11 and the second heat insulating member 12, i.e., the heat insulating material 20, do not wear out, and the heat insulating material 20 can perform heat insulating function for a long period of time. As a result, it is possible to provide a heat insulating material 20 with a novel configuration that can suppress wear.

[0023] In addition, in this embodiment, since the pipe 23 is filled with additional heat insulating material 24, the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating material 20 is further improved.

[0024] Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and their modifications are included in the scope and spirit of the invention, and are included in the scope of the invention and its equivalents described in the claims.
