Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a valve device that is installed in a portion of a piping structure and selectively closes a drainage path or a running water path. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, wastewater generated from equipment is discharged to a drainage facility through a piping structure arranged to form a specified drainage path. Odors and wastewater may flow back from the drainage facility along the drainage path and leak into the equipment. To prevent such backflow of odors and wastewater, a valve is installed in the drainage path. In other words, the drainage path is constantly closed by the valve except when the wastewater flows into the drainage facility.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a valve device that is installed in a portion of a piping structure and selectively closes a drainage path or a running water path. In the following paragraph, the reference numerals of Patent Document 1 are shown in parentheses. The valve device (100) comprises a device body (110) that is made up of a cylindrical peripheral wall (111) and includes an upstream opening end (112) formed at one end of the peripheral wall (111), a downstream opening end (113) formed at the other end of the peripheral wall (111), a fluid flow path formed between the upstream opening end (112) and the downstream opening end (113), a valve seat (114) disposed midway through the flow path inside the peripheral wall (111), and an opening (117) formed in the peripheral wall (111) so as to expose the flow path to the outside. The valve device includes a cover (150) that detachably closes the opening (117), a valve element (130) that is disposed on a flow path inside the peripheral wall (111) and displaces between a closed position and an open position, a biasing means that biases the valve element (130) against the valve seat (114), and a forced separation mechanism that acts on the valve element (130) or the biasing means from outside the device body (110) without exposing the valve element (130) to the outside through the opening (117) to forcibly separate the valve element (130) from the valve seat (114). The biasing means is composed of a first magnetic body (121) as a main body side acting part and a second magnetic body (133) as a valve element side acting part. The forced separation mechanism includes an operating member (123) that acts on the valve body (130) or the biasing means (121, 133) from outside the device body (110), and a forced separation magnet (122). The cover body (150) includes a blocking lid portion (151) that blocks the opening (117), and an insertion portion (152) that extends from the inner surface of the blocking lid portion (151). The insertion portion (152) is disposed inside the peripheral wall (111) with the blocking lid portion (117) blocking the opening (117), and includes a valve body receiving portion (153) that receives the valve body (130) from below, and is configured to cooperate with the device body (110) to form a part of the flow path when disposed inside the peripheral wall (111). When the valve device (100) is disassembled for maintenance, the forced separation mechanism (122, 123) is used to form a gap between the valve body (130) and the valve seat (114) without exposing the valve body (130) to the outside through the opening (117), thereby allowing the stagnant water (W) on the valve body (130) to flow downstream of the valve body (130).When the insertion portion (152) of the cover body (150) is pulled out of the opening (117) linearly along the movement path, the valve body (130) is held integrally by the cover body (150), and the valve body (130) can be pulled out together with the cover body (150) from the opening (117) to the outside. By pulling the valve body (130) away from the cover body (150), the valve device (100) can be disassembled into individual components. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2020-197268 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] The valve device of Patent Document 1 prevents the accumulated water from leaking directly from the opening when the lid is removed by operating the forced separation mechanism to drain the accumulated water on the top of the valve body when disassembling for maintenance. However, with conventional valve devices, it is necessary to operate an operating member (equipped with a forced separation magnet) from outside the device body to perform an additional operation to drain the water from the valve body, and this operation is troublesome for the worker, which is a problem. In addition, there are cases where the worker forgets to perform this operation and pulls the lid body out of the device body, and in such cases, there is also the problem that the wastewater is pulled out together with the lid body, causing the wastewater to be scattered outside.

[0006] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a valve device that makes it easier and more reliable to drain accumulated water when the valve device is disassembled for maintenance. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The valve device according to claim 1 is a valve device provided in a drainage path and selectively closes the drainage path, an apparatus main body including a cylindrical peripheral wall, the apparatus main body including an upstream opening end formed at one end of the peripheral wall, a downstream opening end formed at the other end of the peripheral wall, a fluid flow path formed between the upstream opening end and the downstream opening end, a valve seat disposed midway through the flow path inside the peripheral wall, and an opening formed in the peripheral wall to expose the flow path to the outside; a valve body that is disposed in the flow passage inside the peripheral wall and displaces between a closing position where the valve body is seated on the valve seat to close the flow passage and an opening position where the valve body is separated from the valve seat to open the flow passage; a cover including a closing lid portion that closes the opening, an attachment portion that is detachably attached to the device body in a state where the opening is closed by the closing lid portion, and a valve body support portion that supports the valve body inside the peripheral wall in a state where the opening is closed by the closing lid portion; and a biasing means for constantly biasing the valve body in a direction toward the valve seat, the valve body is movable through the opening into and out of the peripheral wall in accordance with the lid body in a state in which the lid body is removable from the device body, The present invention is characterized in that one of the valve body or the device main body is provided with a separation guide portion that abuts against an abutted portion of the other of the valve body or the device main body during the process of moving the valve body outside the peripheral wall, thereby forcibly moving the valve body away from the valve seat.

[0008] The valve device of claim 2 is the valve device of claim 1, wherein the valve body has an annular seating portion that seats on the valve seat from the downstream side, and a bulging portion that is formed inside the seating portion and bulges toward the upstream side, and the separation guide portion is provided on an outer surface of the bulging portion.

[0009] The valve device of claim 3 is the valve device of claim 1, wherein the separation guide portion is configured to extend from inside the valve seat, beyond the valve seat, to the upstream side when the valve body is seated on the annular valve seat, and to be inclined toward the upstream side as it moves away from the opening.

[0010] The valve device according to claim 4 is the valve device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the valve body support portion is disposed on the opening side of the flow path, The valve body is supported by the valve body support portion so as to be rotatable between the closed position and the open position.

[0011] The valve device according to claim 5 is the valve device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lid body is configured to be detachably attached to the opening by rotating the blocking lid portion, The lid body is A base portion configured to be rotatable relative to the closing lid portion; and an insertion part that is disposed in a space downstream of the valve seat inside the peripheral wall with the opening closed by the blocking lid part, and is movable between the inside and outside of the peripheral wall via the opening and is rotatable relative to the blocking lid part. The valve body support portion and the insertion portion are provided on the base, the biasing means is composed of a valve body side magnet provided on the valve body, and a biasing magnet arranged downstream of the valve body and applying a magnetic repulsive force to the valve body side magnet so as to bias the valve body toward the valve seat, The insertion portion is characterized in that a biasing magnet holding portion for holding the biasing magnet is provided. Effect of the Invention

[0012] According to the valve device of claim 1, the valve body is supported by the valve body support part of the lid body, and one of the valve body or the device body is provided with a separation guide part that abuts against the abutted part of the other of the valve body or the device body in the process of moving the valve body to the outside of the peripheral wall, and forcibly moves the valve body away from the valve seat. Then, in conjunction with the operation of moving the lid body supporting the valve body in the direction of removing it from the device body (the direction of pulling out), the valve body is forcibly separated from the valve seat by the separation guide part, and the operation of draining the accumulated water can be performed. Therefore, the valve device of the present invention makes it possible for an operator to forcibly open the valve body and perform the operation of draining the accumulated water simply by removing the lid body, and also reliably prevents the operator from forgetting to perform the draining operation and scattering wastewater outside.

[0013] According to the valve device of claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1, a separation guide part is provided on the outer surface of the bulging part of the valve body, which abuts against the abutted part of the device body and forcibly moves the valve body away from the valve seat during the process of moving the valve body to the outside of the peripheral wall. Then, in conjunction with the operation of moving the cover body supporting the valve body in the direction of removing it from the device body (the direction of pulling out), the separation guide part can forcibly move the valve body away from the valve seat.

[0014] According to the valve device of claim 3, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1, the separation guide portion extends from inside the valve seat to pass over the valve seat and enters the upstream side while the valve body is seated on the annular valve seat, thereby making it possible to make the internal structure of the valve body compact.

[0015] According to the valve device of claim 4, in addition to the effects of any one of claims 1 to 3, The valve body is supported by a valve body support part provided on the opening side and is configured to rotate and displace between a closed position and an open position. That is, when the valve body rotates to open the flow path, the side of the valve body remote from the opening moves significantly away from the valve seat, and the upper surface of the valve body is inclined so that the side remote from the opening faces the downstream side, so that the accumulated water preferentially flows down from the side of the valve body remote from the opening. This reduces the amount of wetting of the inside of the peripheral wall of the cover body attached through the opening or the part facing the flow path when the accumulated water is drained.

[0016] According to the valve device of claim 5, in addition to the effects of any one of claims 1 to 3, the cover is configured to be detachable from the opening by rotating the blocking cover part, and the base is configured to be rotatable relative to the blocking cover part. This prevents the valve body support part and the insertion part provided on the base from rotating together with the blocking cover part when the blocking cover part is rotated to attach or detach the cover body from the opening of the device body. In addition, the valve body side magnet provided on the valve body and the biasing magnet provided on the insertion part can effectively bias the valve body toward the valve seat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the shapes of the figures referred to in the following description are conceptual or schematic diagrams for explaining preferred shapes and dimensions, and the dimensional ratios do not necessarily match the actual dimensional ratios. In other words, the present invention is not limited to the dimensional ratios in the drawings. Furthermore, the up, down, left, and right directions in the present invention are merely concepts indicating relative positions, and it goes without saying that they can be applied by being interchanged.

[0019] The valve device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed in a part of a drainage path of a piping section of a piping structure (drainage system) and functions to temporarily close the drainage path in a water-sealing state or to eliminate negative pressure in the drainage path. The configuration of the valve device 100 according to the present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[0020] Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a valve device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the valve device 100 includes a device body 110 connected to a drainage path, a valve body 130 held inside the device body 110, a cover body 150 attached to the device body 110 to confine the valve body 130 inside the device body 110, and biasing means 171, 172 for constantly biasing the valve body 130 in a closing direction. Each component will be described in detail below, and then the overall configuration of the valve device 100 will be described.

[0021] First, the device body 110 will be described with reference to Figs. 2 to 4. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the device body 110 as viewed from above and below. Figs. 3(a) to 3(d) are a front view, a side view, a plan view, and a bottom view of the device body 110. Fig. 4 is an AA longitudinal sectional view of the device body 110. In this embodiment, the device body 110 is made of a hard synthetic resin, but the material is not limited to this. Also, in this embodiment, the device body 110 is made of a transparent material so that the inside can be seen, but the present invention is not limited to this.

[0022] The device body 110 has a peripheral wall 111 having a hollow cylindrical shape with both ends open and extending along a cylindrical axis direction (extending vertically from upstream to downstream). The cylindrical axis is arranged so as to coincide with the pipe axis direction of the piping to which the valve body 130 is connected. An upstream side opening end 112 is formed at one end (or upper end) of the peripheral wall 111, and a downstream side opening end 113 is formed at the other end (or lower end). A fluid flow path is defined between the upstream side opening end 112 and the downstream side opening end 113 inside the peripheral wall 111. A space is formed inside the peripheral wall 111 to allow the valve body 130 to operate. Furthermore, the peripheral wall 111 is provided with a cylindrical wall 116 extending in a second cylindrical axis direction perpendicular to the cylindrical axis direction extending up and down. A circular opening 117 is formed in the cylindrical wall 116 so as to expose the flow path to the outside.

[0023] The opening 117 opens toward one side in the radial direction of the peripheral wall 111. That is, the opening 117 is formed at one location of the peripheral wall 111. The opening 117 is configured to be closed by the closing lid portion 151 of the lid body 150 by attaching the lid body 150. The opening 117 has a shape and dimensions that allow the valve body 130 and a part of the lid body 150 to pass through, and for maintenance, the lid body 150 can be removed from the opening 117 to clean or replace each part. In particular, a rectangular through hole 117a that communicates with the inside of the peripheral wall 111 is formed on the inside of the opening 117, and a base portion 153 of the lid body 150 is inserted into the through hole 117a. A step portion 118 that extends horizontally from the lower edge of the through hole 117a is provided as a part of the peripheral wall 111. An attachment portion 116a for attaching the attachment portion 152 of the lid 150 is formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical wall 116. Here, the attachment portion 116a is formed of a plurality of (four in this embodiment) L-shaped grooves recessed into the inner surface of the cylindrical wall 116. In other words, the opening 117 is configured to be closed by the lid 150 attached to the open end of the cylindrical wall 116 in a locking manner.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 4, a valve seat 114 is provided in the middle of the flow path inside the peripheral wall 111. The device body 110 is divided into an upstream section and a downstream section by the valve seat 114 (i.e., the valve body 130). The valve seat 114 has a through hole 115 in the center, and the surface facing the downstream side serves as a seating surface for seating the valve body 130. In other words, the valve seat 114 is made of an annular seating surface arranged around the flow path. This seating surface may be provided with an annular rubber packing. The seating surface of the valve seat 114 on which the valve body 130 sits forms an inclined surface that inclines toward the downstream side as it moves away from the opening 117. The inclination of the valve seat 114 determines the seating posture of the valve body 130 so that the upper surface of the valve body 130 is inclined toward the downstream side as it moves away from the opening 117. In this embodiment, the inclination angle of the valve seat 114 (the angle between the seating surface and a horizontal plane perpendicular to the cylinder axis) is about 5 degrees, and although this does not limit the present invention, the inclination angle is preferably about 3 to 8 degrees in consideration of the opening and closing operation of the valve body 130. The upper surface of the seating portion 132 of the valve body 130 sits parallel to the seating surface of the valve seat 114, whereby the through hole 115 (flow path) is closed in a water-sealed state.

[0025] Next, the assembly of the valve body 130 and the lid body 150 will be described with reference to Figs. 5 to 10. Figs. 5(a) and 5(b) are schematic perspective views of the assembly of the valve body 130 and the lid body 150 as seen from above and below. Figs. 6(a) and 6(b) are plan and bottom views of the assembly. Figs. 7(a) to 7(c) are front, side, plan and rear views of the assembly. Fig. 8 is a BB longitudinal cross-sectional view of the assembly. Fig. 9 shows the rotational movement of the valve body 130 in the assembly of Fig. 8. Fig. 10 is an exploded perspective view of the assembly. In this embodiment, the valve body 130 and the lid body 150 are mainly made of hard synthetic resin, but the material is not limited to this.

[0026] 5, the valve body 130 and the cover body 150 are assembled together to form a single assembly. In addition, a valve body side magnet 171 and a biasing magnet 172 are assembled to the assembly as biasing means. Then, in a state in which a repulsive force (a repulsive force) is generated between the valve body side magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172, the valve body 130 is rotatably supported by the cover body 150.

[0027] The valve body 130 is disposed on the flow path inside the peripheral wall 111, has a shape and dimensions that allow it to pass through the opening 117, and is configured to be displaced between a closed position where it seats on the valve seat 114 to close the flow path, and an open position where it moves away from the valve seat 114 to open the flow path. The valve body 130 has a disk shape. The valve body 130 includes a closing portion 131 that closes the passage hole in the center of the valve seat 114, and a seating portion 132 that abuts with the seating surface of the valve seat 114 on the outer periphery side of the passage hole with its upper surface. The closing portion 131 is defined in the central region of the valve body 130. The seating portion 132 forms a surface that seats on the valve seat 114, is connected to the outer periphery region of the closing portion 131, and has a planar shape that can come into close contact with the valve seat 114. In this embodiment, (instead of providing a packing on the valve seat 114) the seat portion 132 forming the upper surface of the valve body 130 is constituted by an annular rubber packing.

[0028] A bulging portion 133 is provided at the approximate center of the closing portion 131 of the valve body 130, bulging toward the upstream side inside the seating portion 132. In this embodiment, the bulging portion 133 is a cup-shaped protuberance. An inclined surface is formed on the outer surface of the bulging portion 133 on the side close to the cover body 150 (rotating shaft 135), inclining toward the upstream side as it moves away from the cover body 150 (or the opening 117). A separation guide portion 133a is formed on the inclined surface. In other words, the separation guide portion 133a is composed of an inclined surface that is inclined in the direction in which the cover body 150 is pulled out. This separation guide portion 133a abuts against the abutted portion 110a of the device main body 110 in the process of moving the valve body 130 to the outside of the peripheral wall 111, and guides or forcibly drives the valve body 130 to forcibly move away from the valve seat 114. Here, the contact portion 110a is an intersection between the inner surface of the peripheral wall 111 that constitutes the flow passage and the surface on which the valve seat 114 is formed.

[0029] Furthermore, a valve body magnet holding portion 134 that holds a valve body magnet 171 is provided at the center portion of the valve body 130 (inside the bulging portion 133). Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 10, a rotation shaft 135 that extends approximately parallel to the upper surface of the valve body 130 is integrally formed at the end portion of the valve body 130 on the cover body 150 side. This rotation shaft 135 is journaled by a valve body support portion 154 provided at the base portion 153 of the cover body 150.

[0030] The lid body 150 is attached to the cylindrical wall 116 of the device body 110 and configured to detachably close the opening 117. The lid body 150 includes a blocking lid portion 151 that blocks the opening 117, an attachment portion 152 provided on the outer surface of the blocking lid portion 151, and a base portion 153 that is disposed on the inner surface side of the blocking lid portion 151 and configured to be rotatable relative to the blocking lid portion 151. Here, when the lid body 150 is attached to the device body 110, the portion of the lid body 150 that faces the inside of the peripheral wall 111 (or the flow path) includes the inner surface of the blocking lid portion 151 and portions (the base portion 153, the valve body support portion 154, the insert portion 155, the biasing magnet holding portion 156, and the restricting portion 157) provided on the inner surface side of the blocking lid portion 151.

[0031] The blocking lid 151 is a short circular cylinder having an outer surface facing outward and an inner surface facing inward with respect to the device body 110, and is configured to be inserted into the cylindrical wall 116 to block the opening 117. The blocking lid 151 has an outer surface that extends to face the inner surface of the cylindrical wall 116. A connecting recess 151a for rotatably connecting the base 153 is formed at the center of the inner surface of the blocking lid 151. Furthermore, a grip piece 151b for rotating the blocking lid 151 is provided on the outer surface of the blocking lid 151. A rubber annular packing 158 for attaching the lid body 150 to the cylindrical wall 116 in a watertight manner is provided on the outer surface of the short cylindrical blocking lid 151. That is, when the lid body 150 is attached to the device body 110, a packing 158 that closes the lid body 150 and the opening 117 in a watertight manner is interposed between the inner surface of the cylindrical wall 116 and the outer surface of the blocking lid part 151. As described later, the packing 158 is disposed on the outer surface of the blocking lid part 151 so that watertightness can be maintained even when the valve body 130 starts to separate from the valve seat 114 during the process of removing the lid body 150 from the device body 110. In particular, it is preferable that the packing 158 is disposed in a position close to the inner surface of the outer surface of the blocking lid part 151 so that watertightness is sufficiently maintained during the removal process.

[0032] The attachment portion 152 is made up of a plurality of protruding pieces (four in this embodiment) formed on the outer surface of the closing lid portion 151. The attachment portion 152 engages with a groove-shaped attachment receiving portion 116a of the cylindrical wall 116 in accordance with a relative rotation operation of the closing lid portion 151 and the cylindrical wall 116, and functions to detachably lock the lid body 150 to the cylindrical wall 116. That is, the attachment portion 152 is configured to be switchable between an engaged state in which the lid body 150 is attached to the device body 110 and a non-engaged state in which the lid body 150 can be removed from the device body 110, by rotating the lid body 150 about the central axis of the opening portion 117, in cooperation with the attachment receiving portion 116a.

[0033] The base 153 is formed in a rectangular plate shape corresponding to the rectangular through-hole 117a of the opening 117. The base 153 has an outer surface facing outward and an inner surface facing inward with respect to the device body 110. Here, when the lid body 150 is assembled to the device body 110, the direction of the base 153 arranged along the tube axis is defined as the vertical width direction, and the direction perpendicular thereto is defined as the horizontal width direction.

[0034] A cylindrical connecting shaft 153a is formed protrudingly at approximately the center of the outer surface of the base 153 for pivotal connection to the connecting recess 151a of the closing lid 151. By fitting this connecting shaft 153a into the connecting recess 151a, the base 153 is assembled to be freely rotatable relative to the closing lid 151 with the connecting shaft 153a as the rotation axis.

[0035] A valve body support part 154 is provided at approximately the center in the width direction of the inner surface of the base part 153, which supports the valve body 130 rotatably between a closed position and an open position via a rotation shaft 135 of the valve body 130. That is, the valve body 130 is rotatably supported by the rotation shaft 135 provided on the opening part 117 (blocking lid part 151) side, and is displaced by rotating around the rotation shaft 135 between the closed position and the open position (see FIG. 9).

[0036] An inner insertion portion 155 extending toward the downstream of the valve body 130 is provided at a substantially central position in the width direction of the inner surface of the base portion 153. The inner insertion portion 155 is located below (downstream side) the valve body support portion 154 in the vertical width direction, and extends to the central position of the valve body 130 in the closed position. The inner insertion portion 155 extends in a cantilever state from the inner surface of the blocking lid portion 151 (the inner surface of the base portion 153), and its tip is disposed radially inside the valve body 130 (at least in the open position) in a plan view. At the tip of the inner insertion portion 155, an energizing magnet holding portion 156 is formed to hold an energizing magnet 172 as an energizing means. The biasing magnet 172 held at the tip of the insertion portion 155 constantly biases the valve body 130 to rotate in the direction away from the valve body 130 (i.e., the direction in which the valve body 130 seats on the valve seat 114) by the repulsive force (repulsive force) between the valve body magnet 171 held by the valve body 130. Here, the valve body magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 are made of permanent magnets such as neodymium magnets having a relatively strong magnetic force, and are cylindrical bodies having a through hole in the center. The biasing means generates a magnetic field most efficiently in a direction perpendicular to the lower surface of the valve body magnet 171 and the upper surface of the biasing magnet 172, so that the lower surface of the valve body magnet 171 and the upper surface of the biasing magnet 172 are in a position in which they face each other in parallel to generate a magnetic repulsive force most efficiently. In this embodiment, the lower surface of the valve body magnet 171 and the upper surface of the biasing magnet 172 are arranged so that they are parallel to each other when the valve body 130 is seated on the valve seat 114. That is, when the valve body 130 is in the closed position, the arrangement direction of the valve body side magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 is configured to be perpendicular to the inclined surface of the valve seat 114. In this embodiment, the biasing means 171, 172 are determined to have a biasing force capable of maintaining the amount of accumulated water W (e.g., see FIG. 16) on the valve body 130 in the closed position, at least to submerge the valve seat 114 and the entire valve body 130.

[0037] Furthermore, a pair of restricting portions 157 are provided near both ends of the inner surface of the base 153 in the width direction, which abut against the step portion 118 of the peripheral wall 111 from the upstream side to restrict the tilting of the base 153 toward the inside of the peripheral wall 111 (inward in the radial direction). The restricting portions 157 restrict the tilting of the base 153 toward the inside of the peripheral wall 111, thereby preventing the increase in water pressure in the device main body 110 and the operation of the valve body 130 from applying a load to each part of the lid body 150. In particular, the restricting portions 157 are supported from below by the step portion 118, thereby preventing the load from concentrating on the connection portion (connecting shaft portion 153a) between the blocking lid portion 151 and the base 153. Specifically, each restricting portion 157 is made of a flat plate-shaped protruding piece extending approximately vertically from the inner surface of the base 153. The pair of restricting portions 157 are disposed on both sides of the insertion portion 155 in the width direction, and are formed so that their flat surfaces face each other in the width direction. In addition, the pair of restricting portions 157 abut against the step portion 118, so that when the cover body 150 is rotated with respect to the device body 110, only the closing cover portion 151 can be rotated relative to the base portion 153.

[0038] As shown in Fig. 8, when the assembly of the valve body 130 and the cover body 150 is outside the device main body 110, the valve body 130 takes an initial position in which the valve body 130 has rotated away from the inner insertion part 155 due to the magnetic repulsive force of the valve body side magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172. On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 9, by applying a force in a rotation direction toward the downstream side to the valve body 130 from the initial position (upper virtual line in Fig. 9) against the magnetic repulsive force, the valve body 130 can be rotated and displaced so as to approach the inner insertion part 155. That is, in a state in which the valve body 130 is constantly biased toward the upstream side by the valve body side magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172, the valve body 130 can be displaced to a closed position (lower virtual line in Fig. 9) in which the upper surface of the valve body 130 is parallel to the seating surface of the valve seat 114, and an open position (solid line in Fig. 9) rotated further downstream from the closed position.

[0039] As shown in Fig. 9, when the valve body 130 rotates from the upstream side (closed position) to the downstream side (open position) and the valve body magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 approach each other, the distance between the valve body magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 on the distal side, which is relatively far from the rotation shaft 135 (opening 117), is smaller than the distance between the valve body magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 on the proximal side, which is relatively close to the rotation shaft 135 (opening 117). In other words, the angle of the opposing faces of the valve body magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 changes as the valve body 130 rotates downstream, and the distance between them is smallest at the tip edge far from the rotation shaft 135. At this time, the magnetic repulsion between the valve body magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 increases locally, so that the valve body 130 can quickly return from the open position to the closed position.

[0040] Based on the above, the valve device 100 with the various parts assembled will be described with reference to Fig. 11 to Fig. 13. Fig. 11(a) and (b) are perspective views of the valve device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention as viewed from above and below. Fig. 12(a) to (c) are a front view, a plan view, and a bottom view of the valve device 100. Fig. 13 is a CC vertical cross-sectional view of the valve device 100.

[0041] In the valve device 100 of this embodiment, as shown in Figures 11 to 13, the lid body 150 is assembled to the device body 110 so that the closing lid portion 151 of the lid body 150 seals the opening 117 of the device body 110. At this time, the convex piece-shaped attachment portion 152 of the lid body 150 enters and engages with the back of the L-shaped groove-shaped attachment portion 116a of the device body 110, so that the lid body 150 is assembled to the cylindrical wall 116 of the device body 110 in a locked state. In this locked state, the packing 158 is crushed between the short cylindrical outer surface of the closing lid portion 151 of the lid body 150 and the inner surface of the cylindrical wall 116, so that the watertightness is maintained at the opening 117. It is possible to unlock the blocking lid 151 from the cylindrical wall 116 by grasping the gripping piece 151b of the blocking lid 151 and rotating the blocking lid 151 relative to the cylindrical wall 116 and the inserted portion 155 according to the arrow (see FIG. 12(a)) displayed on the outer surface of the blocking lid 151 indicating the opening / closing direction. Note that watertightness is maintained while the lid body 150 is inserted into the cylindrical wall 116, regardless of whether it is in a locked or unlocked state. In other words, it can be said that the lid body 150 closes the opening 117 while watertightness is maintained, even if it is unlocked.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 13, the base 153 provided on the inner side of the blocking lid 151 is disposed inside the device body 110 through the through hole 117a of the opening 117. The valve body 130 supported in a cantilevered state by the valve body support part 154 of the base 153 is seated on the valve seat 114 and disposed in a closed position that closes the flow path. Similarly, the inserting part 155 extends in a cantilevered state from the inner surface of the blocking lid 151 to a downstream position of the through hole 115. The valve body side magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 are disposed downstream of the approximate radial center of the through hole 115. The pair of restricting parts 157 abut against the step part 118 from the upstream side, so that the base 153 is supported by the step part 118 and its posture is stably maintained.

[0043] In the closed state shown in Fig. 13, the seating portion 132 of the valve body 130 is seated on the annular valve seat 114 to close the flow path. In this manner, when the valve body 130 is seated on the annular valve seat 114, the bulging portion 133 (separation guide portion 133a) of the valve body 130 passes over the valve seat 114 from the inside of the valve seat 114 and enters the upstream side of the through hole 115, and forms an inclined surface that is inclined toward the upstream side as the separation guide portion 133a separates from the opening 117. The attitude of the valve body 130 is maintained in the closed position by being constantly urged by the urging means 171, 172. When a force exceeding the urging means 171, 172 is applied to the valve body 130 from the upstream side, the valve body 130 can be displaced to an open position where the valve body 130 separates from the valve seat 114 to open the flow path. That is, the valve body 130 is rotatably supported by a rotation shaft 135 provided on the opening 117 side, and is configured to rotate and displace between a closed position and an open position around the rotation shaft 135. Since the valve body 130 rotates around the rotation shaft 135 on the opening 117 side, when displacing from the closed position to the open position, the portion of the valve body 130 relatively distant from the opening 117 moves farther away from the valve seat 114 first than the portion of the valve body relatively close to the opening 117.

[0044] More specifically, the seating portion 132 on the upper surface of the valve body 130 abuts in parallel against the valve seat 114, which forms an inclined seating surface, to close the through hole 115 in a water-sealed state without any gap. At this time, a bulging portion 133 that bulges toward the upstream side on the radially inner side of the seating portion 132 enters the inside of the through hole 115. In addition, both the upper surface of the valve body 130 (upper surface of the seating portion 132) and the seating surface of the valve seat 114 form an inclined surface that inclines toward the downstream side as it moves away from the opening 117 with respect to a plane perpendicular to the pipe axis direction. Then, when the valve body 130 is in the closed position, the lower surface of the valve body side magnet 171 and the upper surface of the biasing magnet 172 of the biasing means face each other in parallel, and the arrangement direction of the valve body side magnet 171 and the biasing magnet 172 is perpendicular to the inclined surface formed by the upper surface of the valve body 130 and the seating surface of the valve seat 114. In other words, by the biasing means 171, 172 biasing the valve body 130 perpendicularly to the valve seat 114, the biasing force biasing the valve body 130 toward the valve seat 114 becomes uniform within the seating surface, making it possible to form a more stable sealed state.

[0045] To assemble the valve device 100 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, an operator deforms the valve body 130 so as to approach the insertion portion 155, and then inserts the valve body 130, the insertion portion 155, and the restriction portion 157 into the peripheral wall 111 through the through hole 117a of the opening 117. At this time, the valve body 130 can be guided to a position where it can pass through the through hole 117a by abutting the inclined surface distal to the rotation axis 135 of the bulging portion 133 of the valve body 130 against the periphery of the through hole 117a. When the valve body 130 and the like are inserted into the peripheral wall 111 until the blocking lid portion 151 completely blocks the opening 117, the valve body 130 is biased by the biasing means 171 and 172 to rotate upstream, and finally sits on the seating surface of the valve seat 114. In this state, by operating the grip piece 151b to rotate the blocking lid portion 151 in the closing direction, the lid body 150 can be attached in a locked state to the device body 110. In this way, the worker can easily assemble the valve device 100.

[0046] Next, a piping structure 10 incorporating the valve device 100 of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0047] FIG. 15 is an overall view showing a piping structure 10 of the present embodiment. The piping structure 10 is disposed downstream of an equipment such as an air conditioning system to process drainage discharged from the equipment in a drain section. As shown in FIG. 15, the piping structure 10 includes a drain pan 11 for storing drainage water from the equipment, a piping section 12 that forms a drainage path from the drain pan 11 to the drain section 18, is piped upward from the drain pan 11, and then is piped downward through a horizontal section or a curved section, a pump 13 for pumping the drainage water stored in the drain pan 11 to the drain section 18, and a valve device 100 installed in the middle of the drainage path. A vertically piped drain pipe 14 is disposed downstream of the piping section 12. The valve device 100 is disposed in a part of the drain pipe 14 that extends vertically downward from the piping section 12. It goes without saying that the valve device 100 of the present invention may be disposed anywhere in the middle of the piping section.

[0048] FIG. 16 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the valve device 100 and its vicinity in the steady state of the piping structure 10. As shown in FIG. 16, the upstream opening end 112 of the valve device 100 is watertightly connected to the upstream piping 15 of the drain pipe 14, and the downstream opening end 113 is watertightly connected to the downstream piping 16 of the drain pipe 14. In the steady state shown in FIG. 16, drain water does not flow, and there is no excessive positive or negative pressure in the piping. In this steady state of the piping structure 10, the valve body 130 is seated on the valve seat 114 to block the flow path. The valve body 130 and the valve seat 114 are completely submerged by the drainage water retained inside the valve device 100. At this time, the boundary between the valve seat 114 and the valve body 130 is completely submerged, so that the gap between the valve seat 114 and the valve body 130 is water-sealed. In other words, since the valve body 130 and the valve seat 114 are water-sealed by the retained water W, bad odors and harmful insects are effectively prevented from moving upstream beyond the valve body 130.

[0049] Also, the predetermined amount of retained water W exerts a vertical downward force (gravity) on the valve body 130 due to its own weight. However, when the biasing force by the biasing means 171, 172 exceeds the force exerted by the weight of the predetermined amount of retained water W, the valve body 130 can retain a predetermined amount of drainage water above. In the valve device 100 of this embodiment, the upper surface of the seating portion 132 of the valve body 130 is inclined so as to be located downstream as it moves away from the rotation shaft 135. As a result, the amount of retained water W on the upper side of the valve body 130 as a whole is relatively larger on the tip side away from the opening 117 than on the base end side, and an uneven load distribution due to the retained water W is formed on the upper surface of the valve body 130. In other words, since a larger load is applied to the part of the valve body 130 away from the rotation shaft 135, the valve body 130 can be more reliably rotated from the closed position to the open position during operation.

[0050] Next, a mode in which the valve device 100 performs an opening operation to drain the accumulated water W in the piping structure 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 17 and Fig. 18. Fig. 17 is a partially enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of the piping structure 10 in a state in which the valve body 130 opens the flow path. Fig. 18 is a partially enlarged horizontal cross-sectional view of the inserted portion 155 and the valve body 130 as viewed from the downstream side in Fig. 17.

[0051] When drainage water is pumped from the drain pan 11 by the pump 13, the drainage water flows into the valve device 100 from the upstream. When the amount of accumulated water W on the valve body 130 exceeds a predetermined amount or pressure is applied by the pump 13, the force of gravity of the accumulated water W and the pressure of the pump 13 exceed the magnetic repulsive force of the biasing means 171, 172, and the valve body 130 rotates downstream. Then, the valve body 130 moves to an open position away from the valve seat 114. As shown in FIG. 17, the valve body 130 separates from the valve seat 114 at a portion relatively far from the opening 117 of the valve body 130 before a portion relatively close to the opening 117 of the valve body 130. Then, since the upper surface of the valve body 130 is inclined so that the side far from the opening 117 faces the downstream side, the accumulated water W flows down preferentially from the side far from the opening 117 of the valve body 130. The accumulated water W flows along the inner surface of the peripheral wall 111 on the side remote from the opening 117 and the inner surface of the downstream pipe 16 and is drained downstream.

[0052] In particular, the tilting motion of the valve body 130 prevents the accumulated water W from flowing down along the inclined surface and remaining on the upper surface of the valve body 130. Also, as shown in Fig. 18, the inserted portion 155 is disposed inside the valve body 130 below the valve body 130 in the open position, so that the inserted portion 155 and the biasing magnet 172 are prevented from getting wet with the drainage water by the accumulated water W flowing down from the side of the valve body 130 away from the opening 117. In other words, in a plane perpendicular to the tube axis, the portion of the cover body 150 facing the inside of the peripheral wall 111 does not overlap with the flow path of the accumulated water W drained from the side away from the opening 117, so that each portion of the cover body 150 is prevented from getting wet with the drainage water as much as possible. This reduces the amount of wetting of the lid body 150 (i.e., the portion on the blocking lid portion 151 side) attached through the opening 117 when the stagnant water W is drained, and also prevents the stagnant water W from remaining on the upper surface of the valve body 130.

[0053] Then, when the stagnant water W is drained and / or the pressure difference between the upstream piping 15 and the downstream piping 16 is eliminated, the valve body 130 rotates upstream from the open position to the closed position due to the biasing force of the biasing means 171, 172, returning to seat on the valve seat 114, and again closing the flow path in a water-sealed state.

[0054] Next, with reference to FIGS. 19 to 21, a process of removing the assembly of the valve body 130 and the cover body 150 from the device body 110 for maintenance of the valve device 100 installed in the piping structure 10 will be described.

[0055] 19, gripping piece 151b is gripped to rotate lid 150, disengage mounting portion 152 from attached portion 116a, and lid 150 is moved in the direction of being pulled out from opening 117. At this time, valve body 130 slides the seating surface of valve seat 114 toward opening 117, but the water-sealing state is still maintained.

[0056] Furthermore, when the cover body 150 is pulled out from the opening 117, as shown in Fig. 20, the bulging portion 133 of the valve body 130 moves further toward the opening 117 in the pulling direction, and the seating surface of the valve seat 114 facing downstream rides up onto the separation guide portion 133a forming the inclined surface of the bulging portion 133, forcing the valve body 130 to rotate downstream. In other words, the separation guide portion 133a provided on the valve body 130 abuts against the abutted portion 110a of the device body 110 in the process of moving the valve body 130 to the outside of the peripheral wall 111, and guides the valve body 130 to be forced to move away from the valve seat 114. In conjunction with this pulling operation of the cover body 150, the valve body 130 is forced to move away from the valve seat 114. 20, the side of valve body 130 away from opening 117 separates from valve seat 114 first, and accumulated water W is forcibly drained from the open portion. At this time, the amount of wetting of each part of cover body 150 located on the opening 117 side is reduced, and accumulated water W is prevented from remaining on the upper surface of valve body 130.

[0057] 20, in the process of moving the valve body 130 to the outside of the peripheral wall 111, the separation guide portion 133a separates the valve body 130 from the valve seat 114 while the packing 158 maintains the watertightness between the cover body 150 and the device body 110. As a result, the retained water W is drained while the watertightness is maintained by the packing 158, and the drainage water is effectively prevented from leaking to the outside.

[0058] 21, after the accumulated water W has been completely and forcibly drained, the assembly of the valve body 130 and the cover body 150 can be completely removed from the device body 110 by further drawing out the cover body 150 so as to move the valve body 130 and the like from inside the peripheral wall 111 to the outside through the opening 117. As described above, during the drainage operation or forcible drainage of the valve body 130, the portion of the cover body 150 facing the inside of the peripheral wall 111 is prevented from getting wet with the drainage water, and the accumulated water W is prevented from remaining on the upper surface of the valve body 130, so that the amount of drainage water drawn to the outside can be effectively reduced and the drainage water can be prevented from being scattered to the outside.

[0059] The following describes the operation and effect of the valve device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0060] According to the valve device 100 of this embodiment, the valve disc 130 is supported by the valve disc support portion 154 of the cover body 150, and the bulging portion 133 of the valve disc 130 is provided with a separation guide portion 133a that abuts against abutted portion 110a that is a part of the device body 110 and forcibly moves the valve disc 130 away from the valve seat 114 during the process of moving the valve disc 130 to the outside of the peripheral wall 111. Then, in conjunction with the operation of moving the cover body 150 that supports the valve disc 130 in a direction to remove it from the device body 110, the valve disc 130 is forcibly separated from the valve seat 114 by the separation guide portion 133a, and the accumulated water W can be drained. Therefore, the valve device 100 of this embodiment enables an operator to forcibly open the valve body 130 and easily and efficiently drain the stagnant water W simply by removing the lid body 150, and also reliably prevents an operator from forgetting to perform the drainage operation and spilling wastewater outside.

[0061] Further, according to the valve device 100 of this embodiment, the valve body 130 is pivotally supported via a pivot shaft 135 provided on the opening 117 side, and is configured to pivot and displace between a closed position and an open position around the pivot shaft 135. That is, when the valve body 130 pivots around the pivot shaft 135 to open the flow path, the side of the valve body 130 away from the opening 117 is first largely separated from the valve seat 114, and the upper surface of the valve body 130 is inclined so that the side away from the opening 117 faces the downstream side, so that the accumulated water W flows down and is drained preferentially from the side of the valve body 130 away from the opening 117. As a result, when the accumulated water W is drained, the amount of wetting of the part of the cover body 150 attached through the opening 117 facing the inside of the peripheral wall 111 is reduced, and the remaining of the accumulated water W on the upper surface of the valve body 130 is also suppressed. Therefore, the valve device 100 of this embodiment can effectively reduce the amount of wastewater drawn out to the outside when the cover body 150 and the valve body 130 are removed from the device main body 110 for maintenance, thereby preventing the wastewater from being scattered to the outside.

[0062] The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. Modifications of the present invention will be described below. In each modification, components indicated by three digits that have the same last two digits have the same or similar characteristics unless otherwise specified, and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0063] (1) The valve device of the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. Fig. 22 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a valve device 200 of another embodiment. The valve device 200 is different from the above embodiment in that the biasing magnet 272 is held by a biasing magnet holding portion 219 extending from the inner surface of the peripheral wall 211 of the device body 210. Similarly, in the valve device 200 of this embodiment, the valve body 230 is supported by a valve body support portion 254 of the cover body 250, and the bulging portion 233 of the valve body 230 is provided with a separation guide portion 233a that abuts against the abutted portion 210a of the device body 210 in the process of moving the valve body 230 to the outside of the peripheral wall 211, and forcibly moves the valve body 230 away from the valve seat 214. Therefore, the valve device 200 of this embodiment enables an operator to forcibly open the valve body 230 and easily and efficiently drain the stagnant water W simply by removing the cover body 250, and also reliably prevents an operator from forgetting to perform the drainage operation and spilling wastewater outside.

[0064] (2) The valve device of the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the separation guide portion is formed on the inclined surface of the bulging portion of the valve body, but the present invention is not limited to this. FIG. 23 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a valve device 300 of another embodiment. Unlike the above embodiment, the valve device 300 is provided with a bulging portion 319 that bulges downstream at a location adjacent to the valve seat 314 on the device body 310 side, and a separation guide portion 319a is formed on the inclined surface. In addition, an accommodation recess 339 that accommodates the bulging portion 319 when the valve body 330 is in the closed position is provided on the upper surface of the valve body 330. That is, the device body 310 is provided with a separation guide portion 319a that abuts against the valve body 330 and forcibly moves the valve body 330 away from the valve seat 314 during the process of moving the valve body 330 to the outside of the peripheral wall 311. In the piping structure 30 shown in Fig. 24, when the cover body 350 is pulled out from the opening 317, the valve body 330 moves relative to the bulging portion 319 of the device main body 310 toward the opening 317 along the pulling direction, and the upper surface (seat portion 332) of the valve body 330 climbs up onto the separation guide portion 319a forming the inclined surface of the bulging portion 319, and the valve body 330 is forcibly rotated downstream. In other words, the separation guide portion 319a provided on the valve body 330 abuts against the abutted portion 330a of the valve body 330 in the process of moving the valve body 330 to the outside of the peripheral wall 311, and guides the valve body 330 to be forcibly moved away from the valve seat 314. In conjunction with this pulling operation of the cover body 350, the valve body 330 is forcibly separated from the valve seat 314. 24, the side of valve body 330 away from opening 317 moves away from valve seat 314 first, and the accumulated water W is forcibly drained from the open location. Therefore, the valve device 300 of this embodiment makes it possible for an operator to forcibly open valve body 330 and easily and efficiently drain the accumulated water W simply by removing cover body 350, and also reliably prevents an operator from forgetting to drain the water and scattering the drained water outside.

[0065] (3) In the valve device of the above embodiment, the biasing means is a magnetic force generated between the valve body magnet and the biasing magnet, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the biasing means may be a torsion spring provided on the rotating shaft or an elastic body provided between the valve body and the inserted portion, as long as it can constantly bias the valve body toward the valve seat. In addition, the biasing means may be an arrangement of three or more magnets to generate a magnetic repulsive force.

[0066] (4) The valve device of the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the pivot shaft is integrally provided with the valve body, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the pivot shaft may be separate from the valve body, or may be provided at the base of the lid body.

[0067] (5) The valve device of the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, a bowl-shaped bulge and a separation guide portion are provided on the inclined surface of the bulge at approximately the center of the valve body, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the bulge may be any cone shape, and its position does not have to be at the center of the valve body. In other words, as long as the separation guide portion is configured to forcibly separate the valve body from the valve seat, the bulge portion and the separation guide portion may be formed in any shape or at any position.

[0068] (6) The valve device of the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment. In the above embodiment, the biasing magnet is fixed to the tip of the internally inserted portion, but the biasing magnet may be accommodated in a state in which its posture can be freely changed within the accommodation space at the tip of the internally inserted portion. By displacing the posture of the biasing magnet with the rotation of the valve body, even if the valve body is displaced, the opposing surfaces of the biasing magnet and the valve body magnet can be maintained parallel, and the biasing direction with respect to the valve body magnet can be kept constant.

[0069] (7) Some of the components may be omitted from the valve device of the above embodiment. In other words, the valve device of the present invention may have simplified components as long as it can at least solve the problem of the present invention.

[0070] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and modifications, and may be embodied in various forms within the technical scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
