Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a thermocouple shield. [Background technology]
[0002] Power plants are equipped with many thermocouples to measure the internal temperatures of turbines and high-temperature equipment. The cords of these thermocouples are housed in a container called a thermocouple terminal head (Patent Document 1). However, although the cords of the thermocouples are housed in the thermocouple terminal heads, they can be burned by heat radiation from the turbines and high-temperature equipment. To avoid such problems, the thermocouple terminal heads are basically arranged away from the turbines and high-temperature equipment. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2022-12799 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, among the many thermocouple terminal heads, some are disposed close to the surfaces of the turbine and high-temperature equipment, and it is sometimes unavoidable that the thermocouple cords are burned.
[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above, and has an object to provide a shielding plate that prevents built-in cords from burning even when a thermocouple terminal head is disposed close to a turbine and high-temperature equipment. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a thermocouple shield made of a composite material of a thin steel plate and a heat-resistant cloth. Effect of the Invention
[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a shielding plate that prevents built-in cords from burning even when a thermocouple terminal head is disposed close to a turbine and high-temperature equipment. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0008] [Figure 1] FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing an example of a thermocouple shield of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment. FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an example of a thermocouple shield of the present invention. 1, the thermocouple shield 10 has an inverted cone shape, and the thermocouple protection tube 11 is attached to the turbine and high-temperature equipment 17. The thermocouple shield 10 has an inverted cone shape, and is disposed between the heat-insulating member 16 and the thermocouple terminal head 15. In addition, the thermocouple, i.e., the tip 11A of the thermocouple protection tube 11, penetrates the apex of the thermocouple shield 10.
[0010] The other end of the thermocouple protection tube 11 is connected to a thermocouple terminal head 15, and the cords of the thermocouple protection tube 11 are built into the thermocouple terminal head 15. As shown in Fig. 1, the thermocouple shielding plate 10 is a double-layered composite material in which the exterior is made of a thin steel plate 10A such as a colored iron plate, and heat-resistant cloth 10B such as a glass cloth is laid on the inner surface.
[0011] In the present invention, the thermocouple shield plate 10 is disposed between the thermocouple terminal head 15 and the turbine and high-temperature equipment 17. Therefore, the heat radiation from the turbine and high-temperature equipment 17 is once insulated by the heat-insulating member 16, and then is further shielded by the thermocouple shield plate 10. Therefore, even if the thermocouple terminal head 15 is disposed close to the turbine and high-temperature equipment 17, the action mechanism of the thermocouple shield plate 10 disposed between them can prevent the built-in cords from burning.
[0012] The thickness of the thin steel plate 10A is preferably 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, more preferably 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. The thickness of the heat-resistant cloth 10B is preferably 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm, more preferably 0.5 mm to 1.6 mm. This makes it possible to more effectively achieve the above-mentioned mechanism of action, and even when the thermocouple terminal head 15 is disposed close to the turbine and high-temperature equipment 17, it is possible to more effectively prevent the built-in cords from being burned.
[0013] In this embodiment, the thermocouple shield 10 is a double-layered composite material in which the exterior is made of thin steel plate 10A and heat-resistant cloth 10B is laid on the inner surface, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0014] In view of the above embodiments, the present application also includes the following inventions. [1] A thermocouple shield made of a composite of thin steel plate and heat-resistant cloth. [2] A thermocouple shield according to [1], wherein the thermocouple shield has an inverted cone shape or an inverted pyramid shape, and the tip of the thermocouple penetrates the apex of the shield. [3] A thermocouple shielding plate according to [1] or [2], wherein the composite material is formed by laying the heat-resistant cloth on the inner surface of the thin steel plate having an inverted cone shape or an inverted pyramid shape. [4] A thermocouple shield according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the thickness of the thin steel plate is 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, and the thickness of the heat-resistant cloth is 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm.
[0015] Although several embodiments of the present invention have been described above, these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and their modifications are included in the scope and spirit of the invention, and are included in the scope of the invention and its equivalents described in the claims.
