Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a dehumidifier for removing moisture from the air. [Background technology]
[0002] As a dehumidifier, for example, a device has been proposed in which "an evaporator 10, a condensation radiator 11, a condenser 12, and a heat absorption radiator 13 are sequentially arranged in an air passage connecting an intake 2 provided on the back of a main body 1 and an exhaust 4 provided on the front of the top surface, while a moisture absorption rotor 8 that absorbs moisture in the air is rotatably provided opposite the intake 3 provided on the lower front surface of the main body 1, and the moisture absorption rotor 8 is connected to the condensation radiator 11 and the heat absorption radiator 13 by piping" (for example, Patent Document 1). In the above dehumidifier, an air passage extending from the evaporator 10 through the condenser 12 to the air outlet 4 joins with an air passage extending from the moisture absorption rotor 8 to the air outlet 4. In other words, condensation of air by the evaporator and condenser and adsorption by the dehumidification rotor are carried out separately. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0008] <Summary> A first dehumidifier according to one aspect of the embodiment includes a housing having an inlet and an outlet, a dehumidifying unit having a dehumidifying rotor that dehumidifies the moisture in the air sucked in from the inlet, and a cooling unit that cools the air flowing from the inlet to the dehumidifying unit. This allows the temperature of the dehumidifying rotor to be lowered compared to a structure not having a cooling unit, and also increases the moisture absorption efficiency of the dehumidifying rotor. A second dehumidifier according to another aspect of the embodiment is the first dehumidifier, wherein the dehumidifier section includes a heater for heating the dehumidifier rotor, a drive motor for rotating the dehumidifier rotor, and a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with air heated by the heater and passing through the dehumidifier rotor, the heat exchanger being provided between the dehumidifier rotor and the cooling section. As a result, low-temperature air cooled by the cooling section is supplied to (hits) the heat exchanger, facilitating heat exchange and improving dehumidification efficiency. A third dehumidifier according to another embodiment is the second dehumidifier, in which the dehumidifier rotor is rotationally driven from a first region facing the heater, through a second region not facing the heater or the heat exchanger, toward a third region facing the heat exchanger. This allows low-temperature air cooled by a cooling unit to pass through a high-temperature portion of the dehumidifier rotor heated by the heater, thereby lowering the temperature to a level at which the dehumidifier rotor can absorb moisture quickly, thereby improving adsorption efficiency.
[0009] A fourth dehumidifier according to another aspect of the embodiment is the second or third dehumidifier, in which the cooling unit is provided facing and adjacent to the heat exchanger, whereby the heat exchanger is cooled by low-temperature air, the circulation path of the dehumidifier is cooled, and condensation is more likely to occur in the heat exchanger, thereby improving the dehumidification efficiency. A fifth dehumidifier according to another embodiment is the dehumidifier of any one of the second to fourth embodiments, in which the air heated by the heater and supplied from the dehumidifier rotor to the heat exchanger passes through a periphery of the cooling unit facing the dehumidifier rotor, thereby cooling the circulation path of the dehumidifier and making it easier for condensation to occur in the heat exchanger, thereby improving the dehumidification efficiency. A sixth dehumidifier according to another aspect of the embodiment is any of the first to fifth dehumidifiers, further comprising a second dehumidifier of a refrigeration cycle type including a compressor, an evaporator, and a radiator within the housing, and the cooling unit is the evaporator of the second dehumidifier. This allows the second dehumidifier to increase the dehumidification efficiency and allows the device to be more compact than a device in which a cooling unit that is not part of the second dehumidifier is separately provided. A seventh dehumidifier according to another aspect of the embodiment is the sixth dehumidifier, wherein the dehumidifier is disposed between the evaporator and the radiator, thereby making it possible to reduce the size of the device. An eighth dehumidifier according to another embodiment is the sixth or seventh dehumidifier, wherein the distance between the evaporator and the dehumidifier is shorter than the distance between the dehumidifier and the radiator, thereby enabling the device to be made compact while increasing the dehumidification efficiency.
[0010] <Embodiment> 1.Dehumidifier The following description will be mainly made with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. The dehumidifier X includes a housing 1 having an inlet 11b and an outlet 11c. For convenience, the first dehumidification unit 2 and the second dehumidification unit 4 are labeled "first" and "second" to distinguish them from each other. The first dehumidification unit 2 and the second dehumidification unit 4 are supported by a frame 7 within the housing 1. [0012] (2) 1st dehumidification section (2-1) Overview The following description will be mainly made with reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. The first dehumidification section 2 includes a dehumidification rotor 21 that dehumidifies moisture in the air sucked through at least the suction port 11b. In other words, the first dehumidification section 2 is a desiccant type dehumidification section. The circulation path 26 includes a first passage 261 connecting the blower 24 and the heater 22, a second passage 262 connecting the heater 22 and the heat exchanger 25, and a third passage 263 connecting the heat exchanger 25 and the blower 24, and is provided by utilizing the first frame 72. The first dehumidifying section 2 is provided on the air flow path from the air sucked in through the inlet 11b to the air exhausted through the outlet 11c.
[0013] Dehumidification in the first dehumidification section 2 is performed as follows. First, when air sucked in from the suction port 11b passes through the dehumidification rotor 21, moisture (humidity) in the air is adsorbed by the dehumidification rotor 21. When the portion of the dehumidification rotor 21 that has adsorbed moisture reaches the heater 22 due to the rotation of the dehumidification rotor 21, it is heated. The moisture evaporated by heating is sent to the heat exchanger 25 through the second passage 262 by the blower 24, where it is cooled and condensed into water by the heat exchanger 25, and is stored in the tank 81. Meanwhile, the portion of the dehumidification rotor 21 heated by the heater 22 releases moisture (dries), and adsorbs moisture from the air from the suction port 11b again due to rotation.
[0014] (2-2) Dehumidification rotor The dehumidifying rotor 21 is made of a water absorbing material (moisture absorbing material) such as zeolite, has a disk shape, and is supported by the first frame 72 so as to be rotatable. (2-3) Heater The heater 22 includes a heater in a heater case 221 disposed on the opposite side of the dehumidification rotor 21 from the suction port 11b, and includes a receiver 222 on the opposite side of the heater case 221 across the dehumidification rotor 21. The heater case 221 is connected to the first passage 261, and the receiver 222 is connected to the second passage 262. 8(a), the heater 22 is disposed concentrically with the disk-shaped dehumidification rotor 21 and has a sector shape with the same radius as the dehumidification rotor 21. When viewed from the suction port 11b side, the heater 22 is disposed above and on one side in the left-right direction with respect to an imaginary line that passes through the center of the dehumidification rotor 21 and extends in the up-down direction.
[0015] (2-4) Air blower As shown in Fig. 4, the blower 24 is disposed on the opposite side of the first frame 72 from the intake port 11b, at the substantially center lower part in the left-right direction, and includes a fan 241 (see Fig. 2) and a motor 242 (see Fig. 4). The blower 24 is provided in a first passage cover 264 that constitutes the first passage 261.
[0016] (2-5) Heat exchanger The heat exchanger 25 is disposed on the suction port 11b side of the dehumidification rotor 21, and utilizes the low-temperature air sucked in from the suction port 11b to exchange heat with the air heated by the heater 22. As shown in Fig. 5, the heat exchanger 25 is disposed between the evaporator 42 of the second dehumidification section 4 and the dehumidification rotor 21. As shown in Fig. 8(a), when viewed from the suction port 11b side, the heat exchanger 25 is disposed on the other left-right side of an imaginary line that passes through the center of the dehumidification rotor 21 and extends in the up-down direction. The heat exchanger 25 here includes a heat exchange section 252 consisting of a number of resin pipes 251 as shown in Figures 2, 5 and 6, an upper support section 253 that supports the upper end section of the heat exchange section 252 as shown in Figures 2 and 6, and a lower support section 254 that supports the lower end section of the heat exchange section 252 as shown in Figure 2. The resin pipe 251 has a rectangular or square cross section and is supported so that its cylindrical axis is parallel to the vertical direction. The resin pipe 251 is arranged so that its cylindrical axis is parallel to the vertical direction. 6, the upper support part 253 is disposed at the downstream end of the second passage 262, has a communication hole 253a in the left-right direction that communicates with the inside of the resin pipe 251, and has a rib part 253b that extends downward from the peripheral part of the communication hole 253a. Note that in FIG. 6, the lead line of the second passage 262 is indicated by an arrow to distinguish it from the first frame 72 that constitutes the passage. The lower support part 254 is disposed at the upstream end of the third passage 263, and has a communication hole and a rib portion similar to the upper support part 253. The multiple resin pipes 251 arranged side by side at the front and rear are supported in the front-rear and left-right directions by the rib portions of the upper support part 253 and the lower support part 254.
[0017] (2-6) Circulation path The first passage 261 is defined by the front surface of the first frame 72 and a first passage cover 264. The second passage 262 is defined by the rear surface of the first frame 72 and a second passage cover 265. The third passage 263 is defined by the rear surface of the first frame 72 and a third passage cover 266. As shown in Fig. 6, the second passage cover 265 has a U-shape in a cross section perpendicular to the left-right direction, and is attached so that its opening side faces the first frame 72. As shown in Fig. 8(a), the second passage cover 265 is disposed across the outer periphery side of the receiver 222 and the upper side of the heat exchanger 25. Air moving inside the second passage 262 is diagrammatically indicated by arrow A in Fig. 8(a). 6, the second passage 262 is disposed in the peripheral portion of the evaporator 42. That is, the air supplied from the dehumidification rotor 21 to the heat exchanger 25 passes through the peripheral portion of the evaporator 42 facing the dehumidification rotor 21 and the heat exchanger 25. As a result, the air supplied to the heat exchanger 25 is cooled by the evaporator 42. 6(a), the second passage 262 has a first space 262a located above the heat exchanger 25 and a second space 262b located above the evaporator 42. In other words, the second passage 262 is configured to protrude from above the heat exchanger 25 to above the evaporator 42. The protruding portion protrudes close to the upper part of the evaporator 42.
[0018] (3) Blower section As shown in Fig. 2, the blower unit 3 is disposed upstream of the exhaust port 11c. Here, it is provided below the exhaust port 11c. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the blower unit 3 includes a blower cover 31 attached to a blower frame 73 facing the dehumidification rotor 21, a fan 32 provided on the inlet port 11b side of the blower cover 31, and a motor 33 provided on the opposite side of the inlet port 11b of the blower cover 31 and for rotating the fan 32. The blower cover 31 is attached to the opposite side of the inlet port 11b of the blower frame 73, and the blower frame 73 has a through hole 732 for communicating the air from the inlet port 11b to the blower unit 3 side.
[0019] (4)Second dehumidification section (4-1) Overview The second dehumidification section 4 includes at least a compressor 41, an evaporator 42, and a radiator 43. That is, the second dehumidification section 4 is a compressor type (refrigeration cycle type) dehumidification section that utilizes a refrigeration cycle. The dehumidification device X of this embodiment is a so-called hybrid type that includes a first dehumidification section 2 of a desiccant type and a second dehumidification section 4 of a compressor type. The second dehumidification section 4 includes a pressure reducer 44 in addition to a compressor 41, an evaporator 42, and a radiator 43, which are connected by a pipe 45 through which the heat medium flows. As a result, the heat medium flows out of the compressor 41, passes through the radiator 43, the pressure reducer 44, and the evaporator 42, and flows into the compressor 41, and circulates. Note that, for example, a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant can be used as the heat medium.
[0020] Dehumidification in the second dehumidification section 4 is performed as follows. First, moisture in the air sucked in from the suction port 11b is condensed into water by the heat medium removing heat (cooling) as it passes through the evaporator 42, and the water is stored in the tank 81. The heat medium in the evaporator 42 is vaporized by the passing air and sent to the compressor 41, where it is compressed to a high pressure and temperature, and then sent to the radiator 43. The low-temperature air that has passed through the evaporator 42 removes heat from the heat medium in the radiator 43 (is heated), and is discharged from the outlet 11c. The heat medium in the radiator 43 is liquefied by the air passing through and sent to the pressure reducer 44, where it is decompressed to a low-pressure, low-temperature state, and then sent to the evaporator 42.
[0021] (4-2) Compressor The compressor 41 is composed of a compressor. The compressor 41 compresses the heat medium flowing from the evaporator 42 through a pipe 411 (see FIG. 3), and the heat medium flows out to the radiator 43 through a pipe 412 (see FIG. 3). The compressor 41 is a heavy structure, and is disposed in the lower part of the housing 1.
[0022] (4-3) The evaporator 42 is disposed on the air inlet 11b side of the housing 1, and performs heat exchange (cooling) with (by) a low-temperature heat medium for air passing through the evaporator 42. The evaporator 42 includes a pipe material 421 made of a material with good thermal conductivity (e.g., copper, aluminum), and the heat medium flows inside the pipe material 421. The pipe material 421 is configured in a zigzag shape to increase the efficiency of heat exchange with the air passing through the evaporator 42. Here, the pipe material 421 extends in the left-right direction, and reverses direction multiple times to the opposite side at the left-right end. The evaporator 42 has a holding member 422 that holds a zigzag-shaped pipe material 421. The holding member 422 is made of a thin plate material (e.g., metal, resin, etc.) that connects in the up-down direction at multiple points extending in the left-right direction of the pipe material 421. Note that the holding member 422 is shown as a single plate in Figs. 3 to 5. The evaporator 42 is disposed upstream of the heat exchanger 25 of the first dehumidification section 2, that is, on the side of the inlet 11b. As a result, air cooled by the evaporator 42 is supplied to the heat exchanger 25, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 25 can be improved. In particular, since the evaporator 42 is disposed close to the heat exchanger 25, the air cooled by the evaporator 42 is supplied directly to the heat exchanger 25, and the heat exchange efficiency can be further improved. Note that, here, "closely disposed" refers to a distance (gap) between the evaporator 42 and the heat exchanger 25 being in the range of 0 mm or more and 10 mm or less.
[0023] (4-4) Heat sink The heat radiator 43 is disposed on the exhaust port 11c side of the housing 1. In other words, the heat radiator 43 is disposed downstream of the first dehumidification section 2. That is, the heat radiator 43 is provided so as to sandwich the first dehumidification section 2 between the evaporator 42 and the heat radiator 43. The radiator 43 exchanges heat (heats) with the air passing through the radiator 43 using a high-temperature heat medium. Like the evaporator 42, the radiator 43 includes a pipe material 431 made of a material with good thermal conductivity (e.g., copper, aluminum), and the heat medium flows inside the pipe material 431. The pipe material 431 is configured in a zigzag shape to improve the efficiency of heat exchange with the air passing through the radiator 43. Here, the pipe material 431 extends in the left-right direction and reverses multiple times to the opposite side at the left-right end. The radiator 43 includes two of the zigzag pipe materials 431 overlapping in the front-rear direction. Heat sink 43 has a holding member 432 that holds zigzag-shaped pipe material 431. Holding member 432 is made of thin plate material (e.g., metal, resin, etc.) that connects in the up-down direction at multiple points extending in the left-right direction of pipe material 431. Note that holding member 432 is shown as a single plate in Figs. 3 to 5. The radiator 43 is disposed downstream of the dehumidification rotor 21 of the first dehumidification section 2, that is, on the opposite side to the suction port 11b.
[0024] (4-5) Pressure reducer The pressure reducer 44 is composed of, for example, an expansion valve, a capillary tube, etc., and an expansion valve is used here. The pressure reducer 44 reduces the pressure of the heat medium flowing from the radiator 43 through a pipe 441 (see FIG. 3), and causes the heat medium to flow out to the evaporator 42 through a pipe 442 (see FIG. 3).
[0025] (5)Operation section 4 and 5, the operation unit 5 includes a plurality of operation means 51 for the user to operate the device, and a plurality of display means 52 for displaying the operating status of the device and the contents of the user's operation, which are mounted on an operation board 54 on the rear surface of a base 53. The operation means 51 is supported by the base 53, and the operation means 51 and the display means 52 are exposed on the top surface of the housing 1, as shown in FIG.
[0026] (6) Circuit unit The circuit unit 6 has a power supply section that generates drive power for driving the first dehumidification section 2, the air blower section 3, the second dehumidification section 4, the display means 52 of the operation section 5, etc. from a commercial power source received from an electric cord 62, and a control section that controls the first dehumidification section 2, the air blower section 3, the second dehumidification section 4, the display means 52 of the operation section 5, etc. in accordance with the operation of the user. The power supply section and the control section are implemented on a circuit board on which a plurality of electronic components are circuitized, and are housed in a circuit case 61 as shown in Figures 4 and 5.
[0027] (7) Frame The following description will be mainly given with reference to FIG. The frame 7 is made up of, for example, a base frame 71, a first frame 72, and an air blower frame 73. (7-1) Base frame The base frame 71 is disposed at the lower side within the housing 1, and has a vertical plate portion 711 and a horizontal plate portion 712. The vertical plate portion 711 extends in the vertical direction, and within the housing 1, the tank 81 is disposed in front of the vertical plate portion 711, and the compressor 41 is disposed at the rear side (see FIG. 3). The vertical plate portion 711 is curved in a "W" shape in a cross section perpendicular to the vertical direction, which can improve stability. The horizontal plate portion 712 extends in the front-rear and left-right directions, and the first frame 72 and the air-blowing frame 73 are attached in an upright state to the upper surface. The horizontal plate portion 712 has a first frame fixing portion 713 for fixing the first frame 72, an evaporation lower support portion 714 for supporting the evaporator 42 of the second dehumidification portion 4 from below, an air-blowing frame fixing portion 715 for fixing the air-blowing frame 73, and a heat-dissipation lower support portion 716 for supporting the radiator 43 of the second dehumidification portion 4 from below. The horizontal plate portion 712 has an inclined surface 717 at a portion located below the evaporator 42 and the first dehumidification portion 2, and guides moisture cooled and condensed by the evaporator 42 and the heat exchanger 25 to the tank 81.
[0028] (7-2) First frame The first frame 72 is mainly used for the first dehumidification section 2 (it is also a component part of the first dehumidification section 2). The dehumidification rotor 21, the heater 22, the drive motor 23, the blower 24, and the heat exchanger 25 are attached to the first frame 72, and the first passage cover 264, the second passage cover 265, and the third passage cover 266 form the circulation path 26. A second passage cover 265 is attached to the first frame 72, and the second passage cover 265 has an evaporation upper support portion 265a that supports the inside of the left-right direction of the inverted portion of the pipe material 421 of the evaporator 42 from above. As a result, the evaporator 42 can be supported in a positioned state using the first frame 72 that supports the first dehumidification section 2, the horizontal plate section 712 to which the first frame 72 is attached, and the first passage cover 264, and the evaporator 42 can be attached with a simple structure.
[0029] (7-3) Blower frame The air blower frame 73 is mainly used for the air blower unit 3 (it is also a component part of the air blower unit 3). The air blower cover 31, to which the fan 32 and the motor 33 are attached, is attached to the air blower frame 73, and together with the air blower cover 31, constitutes the exhaust path 35 (see FIG. 2) that connects to the exhaust port 11c. A heat dissipation position restricting portion 731 that restricts the position of the heat dissipator 43 in the left-right direction and a heat dissipation upper support 75 that supports the heat dissipator 43 from above are attached to the rear surface of the air blower frame 73. The heat dissipation upper support 75 has a heat dissipation upper support portion 751 that supports the inside in the left-right direction of the inverted portion of the pipe material 431 of the heat dissipator 43. The heat dissipation upper support portion 751 faces the outside of the holding member 432 in the left-right direction. As a result, the radiator 43 can be supported in a positioned state by the air blower frame 73 that supports the air blower section 3, the horizontal plate section 712 to which the air blower frame 73 is attached, and the heat dissipation support 75, and the radiator 43 can be attached to the conventional structure that supports the air blower section 3 with a simple structure that provides the heat dissipation support 75.
[0030] 3. Location of the evaporator This will be explained using Figure 8. 8(a), the first dehumidification section 2 includes a heat exchanger 25 and a heater 22 (receiver 222) facing the dehumidification rotor 21. That is, the dehumidification rotor 21 has a first region facing the heater 22, a second region not facing the heater 22 and the heat exchanger 25, and a third region facing the heat exchanger 25, in this order in the circumferential direction. The dehumidification rotor 21 is rotationally driven so as to move from the first area through the second area to the third area. In this case, the dehumidification rotor 21 is heated in the first area, naturally cooled in the second area, and cooled by air that has been heat exchanged (cooled) by the heat exchanger 25 in the third area. This lowers the temperature of the air passing through the third area, making it easier for moisture in the air to condense and be adsorbed by the dehumidification rotor 21.
[0031] 8(b), the evaporator 42 of the second dehumidification section 4 is larger than the heat exchanger 25 and is disposed so as to cover the heat exchanger 25. This allows the cooled air that has passed through the evaporator 42 to be supplied to the heat exchanger 25, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency. In addition, although the temperature of the air that has undergone heat exchange increases, the temperature is lower than that of air that has undergone heat exchange in the absence of the evaporator 42, and the moisture adsorption rate of the dehumidification rotor 21 can be increased. The evaporator 42 is disposed in parallel to and in close proximity to the heat exchanger 25. This makes it possible to prevent the air flowing from the evaporator 42 toward the heat exchanger 25 from absorbing heat. When viewed from the suction port 11b side, the evaporator 42 of the second dehumidification section 4 is disposed on the other left-right side of an imaginary line that passes through a position approximately 1 / 4 of the diameter from one left-right side end of the dehumidification rotor 21 and extends in the up-down direction, as shown in (b) of Fig. 8. In other words, approximately half of the second region of the dehumidification rotor 21 in the left-right direction faces the evaporator 42. As a result, the second region of the dehumidification rotor 21 is cooled by air from the evaporator 42, and the moisture adsorption rate can be improved compared to a case where the evaporator 42 is not provided. In the embodiment, the heat exchanger 25 is disposed between the evaporator (cooling section) 42 and the dehumidification rotor 21, but it is sufficient that the air that has passed through the evaporator (cooling section) 42 is supplied to the heat exchanger 25, and from this viewpoint, the heat exchanger 25 may be disposed between the evaporator (cooling section) 42 and the dehumidification rotor 21 in the air flow path from the air sucked in through the intake port 11b to the air exhausted through the exhaust port 11c. All of the air cooled by the evaporator (cooling section) 42 may be supplied to the heat exchanger, or only a part of the cooled air may be supplied.
[0032] Although the embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and may be modified as follows, for example. In addition, the embodiment and the modified examples, or each modified example may be combined. Furthermore, the present invention also includes examples that are not described in the embodiments and modified examples, and design changes that do not deviate from the gist of the invention.
[0033] <Modification> 1. Housing The housing 1 only needs to have the inlet 11b and the outlet 11c, and the positions thereof are not particularly limited. However, the dehumidifying section (first dehumidifying section 2) and the cooling section (evaporator 42) need to be located on a flow path in which the air sucked in from the inlet 11b is discharged from the outlet 11c.
[0034] 2. Cooling section (1)Position The cooling section (evaporator 42 of the second dehumidification section 4) is larger than heat exchanger 25 when viewed from the inlet 11b and is arranged to cover heat exchanger 25, but may be smaller than heat exchanger 25. Even in this case, the air supplied to heat exchanger 25 is cooled, and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved. In other words, as long as it is possible to cool the air supplied to heat exchanger 25, the size and position of the cooling section are not particularly limited. However, high heat exchange efficiency can be obtained by making the cooling portion (42) larger than the heat exchanger 25 and covering the heat exchanger 25 as in the embodiment. In addition, the heat exchange efficiency can be improved by arranging the cooling portion (42) on the suction port 11b side of the heat exchanger 25. The suction port 11b, the cooling section (42), the heat exchanger 25, and the dehumidification rotor 21 are arranged in a line in the front-to-rear direction. However, for example, if the suction port is provided on the side surface of the housing, it is sufficient that there is a cooling section on the air flow path from the suction port to the heat exchanger, and the arrangement is not limited to the front-to-rear direction.
[0035] (2) Composition The cooling section (42) may be anything other than the evaporator 42 of the second dehumidification section 4 as long as it can cool the air supplied to the heat exchanger 25. For example, the cooling section (42) may use a Peltier element. Although an HFC refrigerant is used as the heat medium flowing inside the evaporator 42, for example, a cooling section (not including a radiator, etc.) in which water or air is circulated inside the pipe material 421 may be used. The evaporator 42 as a cooling section is configured in a zigzag shape extending in a direction perpendicular to the cylindrical axis direction of the resin pipe 251 of the heat exchanger 25 and spaced apart in the cylindrical axis direction, but may also be configured in a zigzag shape extending in the cylindrical axis direction and spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the cylindrical axis direction, for example. The evaporator 42 as the cooling section is made of one pipe material 421 in a zigzag shape and is provided in a single layer on the inlet 11b side of the heat exchanger 25, but it may be provided in multiple layers on the heat exchanger 25 using multiple pipe materials. When multiple pipe materials are provided, the extension directions of the pipe materials may be the same or different.
[0036] 3.Dehumidification section (1st dehumidification section) (1) Structure Although there are no particular limitations on the structure of the first dehumidification section 2, it is preferable that the heat exchanger 25 be located on the suction port 11b side of the dehumidification rotor 21 and between the cooling section (42) and the dehumidification rotor 21. This can enhance the dehumidification effect of the first dehumidification section 2. (2) Dehumidification rotor The dehumidifying rotor 21 of the first dehumidifying unit 2 is rotationally driven from a first region facing the heater 22 toward a second region not facing the heater 22 and the heat exchanger 25, but may be rotationally driven from the second region toward the first region. However, the dehumidifying function is higher when the rotor is rotated from the first region toward the second region. (3) Second aisle (second aisle cover) The second passage 262 (second passage cover 265) is provided above the heat exchanger 25 so as to protrude in the direction in which the heater 22 and the dehumidification rotor 21 are arranged (front-rear direction), but the position of the second passage (second passage cover) is not particularly limited as long as the air from the heater 22 toward the heat exchanger 25 is cooled by the cooling section (42) (by the air passing around the cooling section). In other words, the position cooled by the cooling section may be any of the above, below, left, right, front, and rear with respect to the cooling section. For example, the second passage may be provided so as to pass through at least one of both sides in the left-right direction of the heat exchanger (the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the air from the suction port 11b toward the dehumidification rotor 21 and the cylindrical axis of the resin pipe).
