Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a joint structure. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, a joint structure that configures a flow path of a fluid flowing between a supply source and a supply receiving part is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). A hose joint 11 (supplied part) described in Patent Document 1 is inserted into a ring member 41 arranged in a cylindrical connector 9 shown in Figs. 1 to 3 of Patent Document 1, and is connected to a liquefied gas container as a supply source. One end side of the hose joint 11 protrudes from the ring member 41 to the liquefied gas container side, and a valve body 32 is formed at the protruding end. A through hole 35 that communicates the inside of the liquefied gas container with the inside of the hose joint 11 is opened in the wall surface of the hose joint 11, and liquefied gas flows from the high-pressure liquefied gas container side to the hose joint 11 side, which has a lower pressure than the liquefied gas container, through the through hole 35. When a force is applied to the hose joint 11 in a tensile direction, which is a direction away from the liquefied gas container, for some reason, the hose joint 11 is displaced in the tensile direction. At this time, the through hole 35 moves into the ring member 41 in accordance with the displacement of the hose fitting 11, and the valve body 32 abuts against the end face of the ring member 41, thereby blocking the flow path between the liquefied gas container and the hose fitting 11 and preventing fluid leakage from inside the liquefied gas container to the outside. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2008-95852 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the conventional joint structure as described above, for example, a plurality of supply sources may be provided, and the supplied part may be connected to the plurality of supply sources in a branched manner. In this case, if the pressures of the supply sources are different, a flow of fluid from one supply source to another supply source may occur due to the pressure difference, which may cause a backflow of fluid from the supplied part side to the supply source side, unlike the normal state. In response to this, it is conceivable to add a new valve body or the like to prevent the backflow of fluid, but this would increase the number of parts and complicate the joint structure.

[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure that is simple in structure and can suppress both fluid leakage caused by tensile force applied to the supply part and backflow of fluid caused by differential pressure. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, a joint structure is a joint structure that configures a flow path for a fluid that flows from a primary side where a supply source is located to a secondary side where a supplied part is located, and includes a cylindrical valve body, a first port that is provided in the valve body and communicates between the supply source and an inside of the valve body, a second port that is provided on the secondary side of the first port and communicates with the first port, a valve body that moves between the primary side and the secondary side between the first port and the second port, and a movable part that is provided displaceably between an insertion position on the primary side inside the valve body and an ejection position on the secondary side of the insertion position and is connected to the supplied part, and the valve body includes a movable part that restricts displacement of the valve body to the primary side and ejects the first port. The valve is provided with a first determining portion that determines a check position at which the valve is closed, and a second determining portion that determines a closed position at which the valve body regulates the displacement of the valve body toward the secondary side and closes the second port, and during normal times when the primary side is under higher pressure than the secondary side and the movable part is in the inserted position, the valve body is positioned between the check position and the closed position with its displacement toward the secondary side restricted by the movable part, during emergency times when the primary side is under higher pressure than the secondary side and the movable part is displaced from the inserted position to the ejection position, the valve body is released from the restriction by the movable part and moves to the closed position, and during backflow when the primary side is under lower pressure than the secondary side, the valve body moves to the check position. Effect of the Invention

[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a joint structure that has a simple structure and is capable of suppressing both fluid leakage caused by a tensile force applied to a supply portion and backflow of fluid caused by a pressure difference. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] The joint structure 1 will be described below. FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a normal state of the joint structure 1 according to one embodiment. The joint structure 1 is disposed between a fluid supply source and a supply destination to which the fluid is supplied, forming a fluid flow path. In this embodiment, the joint structure 1 is used as a structure for connecting a high-pressure tank 10 (supply source, container) of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) installed in a house or the like, and a high-pressure hose 20 (supply destination) that sends the LPG to a gas appliance (not shown). In the drawings, the direction in which the fluid flows is indicated as "flow direction X". The high-pressure tank 10 side in the flow direction X is indicated as "primary side X1", and the high-pressure hose 20 side is indicated as "secondary side X2". These definitions are merely for convenience of explanation, and do not necessarily coincide with the directions in the actual use state of the joint structure 1, and do not limit the directions in the actual use state of the joint structure 1.

[0010] The joint structure 1 includes a cylindrical valve body 30 extending in the flow direction X, a valve element 50 disposed inside the valve body 30, and a movable part 70 that can be inserted and removed from the valve body 30 in the flow direction X. The valve body 30 is fixed to the high-pressure tank 10 via a connector 31 that circumferentially covers the outer circumferential surface of the valve body 30 while being inserted into an insertion hole 12 that penetrates a wall surface 11 of the high-pressure tank 10 from the inside to the outside. In a state in which the valve body 30 is fixed to the high-pressure tank 10, an end of the primary side X1 of the valve body 30 is located inside the high-pressure tank 10, and an end of the secondary side X2 of the valve body 30 is located outside the high-pressure tank 10. An annular valve seat member 32 configured separately from the valve body 30 is inserted into the primary side X1 inside the valve body 30 and fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the valve body 30. An annular retaining ring 33 is provided on the primary side X1 of the valve seat member 32, and the displacement of the valve seat member 32 to the primary side X1 is restricted by an end face of the primary side X1 of the valve seat member 32 abutting against an end face of the secondary side X2 of the retaining ring 33. A C-ring 35 is fixed to the secondary side X2 of the valve seat member 32 and is fitted in an annular groove 34 formed on the inner circumferential surface of the valve body 30.

[0011] An outer peripheral portion of an end face of the secondary side X2 of the valve seat member 32 abuts against an end face of the primary side X1 of the C-ring 35, and this abutment restricts the displacement of the valve seat member 32 to the secondary side X2. An inner peripheral portion of the end face of the secondary side X2 of the valve seat member 32 constitutes a first valve seat 36 (first defining portion) against which an O-ring 54 of the valve body 50, which will be described later, abuts. In this embodiment, the first valve seat 36 is constituted by a tapered surface that decreases in diameter toward the primary side X1, but is not limited to this, and the first valve seat 36 may be constituted by a flat surface perpendicular to the axis L of the valve body 30. The inside of the valve seat member 32 constitutes a first port 37 that communicates between the inside of the high-pressure tank 10 and the inside of the valve body 30. A groove portion 38 that is recessed radially inward is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat member 32, and an O-ring 39 is fixed to the groove portion 38. The O-ring 39 is a member that seals between the outer circumferential surface of the valve seat member 32 and the inner circumferential surface of the valve body 30, and regulates the flow of fluid in the flow direction X at the fixed portion.

[0012] An inner cylindrical portion 40 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the valve body 30 at a position away from the valve seat member 32 toward the secondary side X2, protruding radially inward around the entire circumference around the axis L and extending in the flow direction X. An inner peripheral portion of an end face of the inner cylindrical portion 40 on the primary side X1 constitutes a second valve seat 41 (second defining portion) against which an O-ring 54 of the valve body 50, which will be described later, abuts. In this embodiment, the second valve seat 41 is constituted by a tapered surface that decreases in diameter toward the secondary side X2, but is not limited thereto, and the second valve seat 41 may be constituted by a flat surface perpendicular to the axis L of the valve body 30. The inside of the inner cylindrical portion 40 constitutes a second port 42 that communicates with the first port 37. A first enlarged diameter portion 43 continuing to an end of the inner cylindrical portion 40 on the secondary side X2, and a second enlarged diameter portion 44 continuing to an end of the first enlarged diameter portion 43 on the secondary side X2 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the valve body 30. The first enlarged diameter portion 43 has an inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the second port 42, and extends in the flow direction X. The second enlarged diameter portion 44 has an inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the first enlarged diameter portion 43, and extends in the flow direction X. A male thread portion 45 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second enlarged diameter portion 44.

[0013] A rear holder 46 is attached to the end of the secondary side X2 of the valve body 30. The rear holder 46 has a function of preventing the movable part 70 inserted into the valve body 30 from moving to the secondary side X2 and falling off. The rear holder 46 has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the secondary side X2 end of the valve body 30 and is formed in a bottomed tubular shape that opens to the primary side X1. A female threaded part 47 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rear holder 46, and the rear holder 46 is fixed to the valve body 30 by screwing the female threaded part 47 into the male threaded part 45. A through hole 48 is formed in the center of the bottom wall of the rear holder 46, penetrating in the flow direction X. A hose fixing part 73 of the movable part 70, which will be described later, is inserted into the through hole 48. The inner diameter of the through hole 48 is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the large diameter portion 72 of the movable part 70 described later, and by setting this dimension, when the movable part 70 moves to the secondary side X2, the end face of the secondary side X2 of the large diameter portion 72 abuts against the edge of the through hole 48.

[0014] The valve body 50 is configured with a columnar valve body portion 51 constituting the primary side X1 portion and a cylindrical main body portion 52 constituting the secondary side X2 portion, and is movable between the primary side X1 and the secondary side X2 between the first port 37 and the second port 42. The end of the primary side X1 of the valve body portion 51 approaches or moves away from the first valve seat 36 in the flow direction X. The outer diameter of the end of the primary side X1 of the valve body portion 51 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the first port 37, and this setting allows the outer peripheral surface of the primary side X1 of the valve body portion 51 to slide against the inner peripheral surface of the first port 37. On the other hand, the end of the secondary side X2 of the valve body portion 51 approaches or moves away from the second valve seat 41 in the flow direction X. The outer diameter dimension of the end of the secondary side X2 of the valve body 51 is set slightly smaller than the inner diameter dimension of the second port 42. Due to this setting, the outer peripheral surface of the secondary side X2 of the valve body 51 can slide against the inner peripheral surface of the second port 42 together with the outer peripheral surface of the main body 52 described later.

[0015] The valve body portion 51 has an outer peripheral surface formed with a mounting groove 53 recessed radially inward around the entire circumference around the axis L. Two mounting grooves 53 are formed side by side in the flow direction X. An O-ring 54 is attached to each mounting groove 53. The O-ring 54 on the primary side X1 has an outer diameter dimension set to be larger than the inner diameter dimension of the first port 37, and can be seated on the first valve seat 36. When the O-ring 54 is seated on the first valve seat 36, the displacement of the valve body 50 toward the primary side X1 is restricted. In addition, in this state, the first port 37 is closed by the O-ring 54 and the valve body portion 51. That is, the first valve seat 36 restricts the displacement of the valve body 50 toward the primary side X1, and defines the position where the valve body 50 closes the first port 37. In this embodiment, the position thus defined is called a check position.

[0016] On the other hand, the O-ring 54 on the secondary side X2 has an outer diameter dimension set larger than the inner diameter dimension of the second port 42, and can be seated on the second valve seat 41. When the O-ring 54 is seated on the second valve seat 41, the displacement of the valve body 50 toward the secondary side X2 is restricted. In this state, the second port 42 is closed by the O-ring 54 and the valve body portion 51. That is, the second valve seat 41 restricts the displacement of the valve body 50 toward the secondary side X2, and defines the position where the valve body 50 closes the second port 42. Note that the position thus defined is referred to as the closed position in this embodiment.

[0017] The main body 52 extends in the axial direction L from the end of the secondary side X2 of the valve body 51 toward the secondary side X2. The secondary side X2 portion of the main body 52 has an outer diameter dimension slightly smaller than the inner diameter dimension of the second port 42, and this portion is inserted into the second port 42 and can slide against the inner circumferential surface of the second port 42. A communication hole 55 communicating with the inside and outside of the main body 52 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the main body 52. A first flow passage 56 communicating with the communication hole 55 and opening toward the secondary side X2 is formed inside the main body 52. The communication hole 55 and the first flow passage 56 communicate with the first port 37 like the second port 42, so that the communication hole 55 and the first flow passage 56 also have substantially the same function as the second port 42. A compression spring 60 (biasing member) that biases the valve body 50 toward the secondary side X2 is disposed between an end face of the primary side X1 of the valve body portion 51 of the valve body 50 configured in this manner and an end face of the secondary side X2 of the above-mentioned retaining ring 33. The compression spring 60 is disposed such that its outer circumferential surface is aligned with the inner circumferential surface of the valve seat member 32. With this arrangement, the compression spring 60 that biases the valve body 50 toward the secondary side X2 is disposed between the first valve seat 36 and the valve body 50.

[0018] The movable part 70 is a cylindrical member that is provided so as to be insertable and removable in the flow direction X with respect to the valve body 30, and is a joint member that connects the high-pressure hose 20 and the valve body 30 to communicate between the second port 42 and the inside of the high-pressure hose 20. The movable part 70 includes a small diameter part 71 that constitutes an end of the primary side X1, a large diameter part 72 that is formed to have a larger diameter than the small diameter part 71 and extends to the secondary side X2 continuously with the small diameter part 71, and a hose fixing part 73 that extends to the secondary side X2 continuously with the large diameter part 72. The small diameter part 71 is located in the first enlarged diameter part 43 described above inside the valve body 30. The end face of the small diameter part 71 on the primary side X1 abuts against the end of the secondary side X2 of the inner cylindrical part 40 of the valve body 30, and displacement to the primary side X1 is restricted. In this embodiment, the position where the small diameter portion 71 abuts against the end of the secondary side X2 of the inner cylinder portion 40 is defined as the insertion position of the movable portion 70. The position where the movable portion 70 moves from the insertion position toward the secondary side X2 is defined as the withdrawal position. As defined above, the movable portion 70 is provided displaceable between the insertion position on the primary side X1 inside the valve body 30 and the withdrawal position on the secondary side X2 from the insertion position.

[0019] A groove 74 recessed radially inward is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion 71, and an O-ring 75 is fixed to the groove 74. The O-ring 75 is a member that seals between the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion 71 and the inner peripheral surface of the first enlarged diameter portion 43, and restricts the fluid from flowing in the flow direction X at the fixed portion. The inside of the small diameter portion 71 constitutes a second flow path 76 that communicates with the first flow path 56 of the valve body 50. The large diameter portion 72 is located in the above-mentioned second enlarged diameter portion 44 inside the valve body 30. A groove 77 recessed radially inward is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the large diameter portion 72, and a friction ring 78 is attached to the groove 77. The friction ring 78 is a C-ring, and its outer peripheral surface abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the second enlarged diameter portion 44. This contact creates frictional resistance when replacing the high-pressure tank 10 or when a large pressure is suddenly applied inside the joint structure 1, making it difficult for the movable part 70 to displace in the flow direction X. For this reason, the attachment of the friction ring 78 prevents the joint structure 1 from easily entering a state during tension operation, which will be described later. The end of the secondary side X2 of the large diameter part 72 can abut against the edge of the through hole 48 of the rear holder 46 when the movable part 70 moves to the secondary side X2, and this abutment restricts the displacement of the movable part 70 to the secondary side X2.

[0020] The hose fixing part 73 is a part for fixing the movable part 70 and the high pressure hose 20, and has an engagement groove 79 and a male threaded part 80 formed on its outer circumferential surface. The engagement groove 79 is an annular groove recessed radially inward over the entire circumference around the axis L. A part of an inner edge 82 of a cylindrical connecting member 81 installed at the end of the primary side X1 of the high pressure hose 20 is fitted and engaged in the engagement groove 79. The male threaded part 80 is screwed into the female threaded part 21 formed on the inner circumferential surface of the high pressure hose 20, and the movable part 70 and the high pressure hose 20 are fixed by this screwing. The inside of the hose fixing part 73 constitutes a second flow path 76 and a third flow path 22 that communicates with the inside of the high pressure hose 20.

[0021] Next, the operation of the joint structure 1 will be described. FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the joint structure 1 in an inoperative (normal) state. FIG. 2 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the joint structure 1 in tension operation (emergency). FIG. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the joint structure 1 in counter pressure operation (backflow). As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the joint structure 1 is in a different state when it is inoperative, when it is in tension operation, and when it is in counter pressure operation. In the inoperative state, as shown in FIG. 1, the O-ring 54 of the valve body 50 is not seated on either the first valve seat 36 or the second valve seat 41. That is, the valve body 50 is located between the check position and the closed position. Due to the arrangement of the valve body 50, the inside of the high-pressure tank 10, the inside of the valve body 30, and the inside of the high-pressure hose 20 are mutually communicated. When not in operation, the primary side X1 is at a higher pressure than the secondary side X2, and the LPG as a fluid flows in the following order from the high-pressure tank 10 to the first port 37, inside the valve body 30, the communication hole 55 and the first flow path 56 (the second port 42), the second flow path 76, and the third flow path 22. In this state, as shown by the arrow pointing to the secondary side X2 in Fig. 4(A) , the force tending to move the valve body 50 to the secondary side X2 is greater than the force tending to move the valve body 50 to the primary side X1 (shown by the arrow pointing to the primary side X1 in Fig. 4(A) ).

[0022] Specifically, the force that moves the valve body 50 to the secondary side X2 is determined by the sum of the area A of the end face of the primary side X1 of the valve body portion 51 of the valve body 50 multiplied by the pressure P1 of the fluid per unit area applied to the end face of the primary side X1, and the value of the biasing force B of the compression spring 60. The force that moves the valve body 50 to the primary side X1 is determined by the area C of the end face of the secondary side X2 of the valve body portion 51 multiplied by the pressure P2 of the fluid per unit area applied to the end face of the secondary side X2. That is, in the non-operating state, the relationship Area A x Pressure P1 + Biasing Force B > Area C x Pressure P2 holds. However, in this non-operating state, the end face of the primary side X1 of the small diameter portion 71 of the movable portion 70 abuts against the end of the secondary side X2 of the main body portion 52 of the valve body 50. This contact restricts the displacement of the valve body 50 that attempts to move to the secondary side X2, maintaining the valve body 50 in a state where it is not seated on either the first valve seat 36 or the second valve seat 41, and allows fluid to flow from the primary side X1 to the secondary side X2, as shown in Figure 4(B).

[0023] When a force is applied to the high-pressure hose 20 on the secondary side X2 (pulling direction) from a non-operating state due to some reason, and the force becomes larger than the frictional resistance by the friction ring 78 described above, the movable part 70 connected to the high-pressure hose 20 moves to the secondary side X2. When the movable part 70 moves to the secondary side X2 and displaces from the insertion position to the removal position, as shown in FIG. 2, the tension is activated. An example of the cause is an earthquake, etc., and specifically, the high-pressure tank 10 may fall over due to an earthquake, etc., and the high-pressure hose 20 may be pulled in a direction away from the high-pressure tank 10. As shown in FIG. 2, in the tension activated state, the small diameter part 71 of the movable part 70 is no longer in contact with the valve body 50 due to the displacement of the movable part 70 to the secondary side X2, and therefore the restriction of the movement of the valve body 50 by the movable part 70 is released.

[0024] At this time, as shown in FIG. 5(A), the force (indicated by an arrow pointing to the secondary side X2) that moves the valve body 50 to the secondary side X2 is greater than the force (indicated by an arrow pointing to the primary side X1) that moves the valve body 50 to the primary side X1. That is, as in the case of non-operation, the above-mentioned area A×pressure P1+biasing force B>area C×pressure P2 holds. Therefore, the valve body 50 moves to the secondary side X2, and the second port 42 is blocked at the closed position where the O-ring 54 of the secondary side X2 is seated on the second valve seat 41. Due to this blocking of the second port 42, as shown in FIG. 5(B), the fluid that has passed through the first port 37 cannot flow any further to the secondary side X2, and leakage of LPG to the outside is prevented. Furthermore, the state in which the valve body 50 prevents LPG leakage is maintained even if, for example, the high-pressure hose 20 is damaged due to a strong impact being applied to the high-pressure hose 20, or if the high-pressure hose 20 together with the movable part 70 falls off from the valve body 30.

[0025] On the other hand, when the primary side X1 becomes lower in pressure than the secondary side X2 due to some reason from the non-operating state, as shown in FIG. 3, the reverse pressure operation state occurs. When the reverse pressure operation occurs, the fluid that normally flows from the primary side X1 to the secondary side X2 flows back from the secondary side X2 to the primary side X1. The behavior when the reverse pressure operation occurs may occur, for example, in an apartment building or the like, when a plurality of high-pressure tanks 10 are connected with a branched high-pressure hose 20 or the like and used. In this case, the primary side X1 becomes lower in pressure than the secondary side X2 due to the pressure difference between one high-pressure tank 10 and the other high-pressure tank 10, and a flow of fluid occurs from the secondary side X2 to the primary side X1. Regarding the reverse flow of the fluid, in the above-mentioned conventional joint structure, it is possible to add a new valve body for checking, but this increases the number of parts and complicates the joint structure. In addition, if the newly added valve body is operated incorrectly or the valve body breaks down, the reverse flow of the fluid cannot be suppressed.

[0026] In addition, when the high-pressure hose 20 is removed from the high-pressure tank 10 for the purpose of replacing the high-pressure tank 10 or the like in a state where the newly added valve body does not function in this way, it is considered that a fluid will be ejected from the high-pressure hose 20. In addition, it is considered that after the ejection of the fluid, external air will flow into the high-pressure hose 20. However, in this configuration, as shown in FIG. 6(A), the ejection of the fluid and the inflow of external air into the high-pressure hose 20 can be suppressed by moving the valve body 50 to the check position. Specifically, in the state shown in FIG. 6(A), as described above, the relationship between the area A, the pressure P1, the biasing force B, the area C, and the pressure P2 is expressed as Area A×Pressure P1+Biasing force B<Area C×Pressure P2. Therefore, the valve body 50 moves to the primary side X1, and the first port 37 is blocked at the check position where the O-ring 54 of the primary side X1 is seated on the first valve seat 36.

[0027] Due to the blocking of the first port 37, as shown in FIG. 6(B), the fluid that has passed through the second flow path 76, the second port 42, the first flow path 56, and the communication hole 55 cannot flow any further to the primary side X1, and leakage of LPG to the outside is suppressed. The state in which the valve body 50 suppresses leakage of LPG is maintained, for example, even when the joint structure 1 is removed from the high-pressure tank 10. This makes it possible to suppress the above-mentioned ejection of LPG and the inflow of external air into the high-pressure hose 20. In addition, in this configuration, the valve body 50 suppresses the backflow of the fluid in the primary side X1 portion rather than the end of the primary side X1 of the high-pressure hose 20. Therefore, for example, compared to a case in which a check structure is provided midway through the high-pressure hose 20, the above-mentioned ejection of LPG and the inflow of external air into the high-pressure hose 20 can be further suppressed.

[0028] According to the above-described embodiment, in the non-operating state (normal state), the valve body 50 is positioned between the closed position and the check position, and the first port 37 and the second port 42 are opened, so that the fluid can flow from the high-pressure tank 10 (supply source) to the high-pressure hose 20 (supplied part). For example, when the high-pressure hose 20 is displaced to the secondary side X2 by applying a force to the secondary side X2 (pulling direction) to the high-pressure hose 20, resulting in tension operation (emergency state), the valve body 50, which is released from the restriction by the movable part 70, can be moved to the closed position. This movement of the valve body 50 to the closed position can close the second port 42, and the fluid can be prevented from flowing to the outside of the valve body 30 through the second port 42.

[0029] On the other hand, when the back pressure is activated (backflow), the first port 37 can be closed by moving the valve element 50 to the check position, and the flow of the fluid through the first port 37 to the outside of the valve body 30 can be suppressed. In this way, the suppression of fluid leakage caused by the tensile force applied to the high-pressure hose 20 and the suppression of backflow caused by the differential pressure can be realized by a single valve element 50 arranged between the first port 37 and the second port 42. Therefore, the joint structure 1 can be simplified compared to a configuration requiring multiple valve elements, etc. Therefore, it is possible to provide a joint structure 1 that can suppress both the fluid leakage caused by the tensile force applied to the high-pressure hose 20 (supplied portion) and the backflow of the fluid caused by the differential pressure with a simple structure.

[0030] According to the present embodiment, the joint structure 1 can be used as a structure for forming a flow path between an LPG container installed in an apartment building or the like and a high-pressure hose 20 connected to a gas appliance. According to this configuration, the compression spring 60 is provided as a biasing member for biasing the valve body 50 toward the secondary side X2, so that, for example, the valve body 50 can be reliably moved to the closed position when the tension is applied as described above. This movement of the valve body 50 reliably closes the second port 42, and fluid leakage through the second port 42 can be prevented. In addition, when not in operation, the movement of the valve body 50 toward the secondary side X2 can be restricted by the movable part 70, and the movement of the valve body 50 toward the primary side X1 can be restricted by the biasing member. Therefore, the positional deviation of the valve body 50 toward the primary side X1 and the secondary side X2 can be suppressed, and the flow of the fluid can be stabilized.

[0031] Further, according to this embodiment, the first defining portion that defines the check position of the valve body 50 is configured as a valve seat member 32 separate from the valve body 30. That is, in this embodiment, at least one of the first defining portion and the second defining portion is configured as a separate portion from the valve body 30. In this regard, for example, in a configuration in which both the first defining portion and the second defining portion are integrally formed with the valve body 30, when installing the valve body 50, it is necessary to form a hole portion or the like in the wall of the valve body 30 to access between the first defining portion and the second defining portion from the outside of the valve body 30. However, according to this configuration, for example, first, the valve body 50 is installed in the valve body 30, and then the valve seat member 32 (at least one of the first defining portion and the second defining portion) is installed in the valve body 30 to configure the joint structure 1. For this reason, it is not necessary to form the above-mentioned hole portion or the like, and the assembly of the joint structure 1 can be made easier compared to a configuration in which the first defining portion and the second defining portion are integrally formed with the valve body 30.

[0032] Although the embodiment and the modified example of the joint structure 1 have been described in detail above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention includes design changes and the like within the scope of the present invention. For example, in this embodiment, the urging member of the valve body 50 is configured as a compression spring 60 arranged between the retaining ring 33 and the end face of the primary side X1 of the valve body 50. However, the urging member is not limited to the compression spring 60, and may be, for example, a tension spring interposed between the end of the secondary side X2 of the valve body 50 and the end of the primary side X1 of the movable part 70. In addition, as described above, in this embodiment, the first defining portion is configured as the valve seat member 32 separate from the valve body 30, but this is not limited thereto, and the second defining portion may be configured as a member separate from the valve body 30, or both the first defining portion and the second defining portion may be configured as members separate from the valve body 30.

[0033] In this embodiment, the valve body 50 is composed of the valve body portion 51 and the main body portion 52, but the main body portion 52 may be omitted. In this case, in order to restrict the displacement of the valve body 50 to the secondary side X2 when not in operation, the end of the primary side X of the movable portion 70 may be extended further toward the primary side X1 than in this embodiment, and the end may be directly abutted against the valve body portion 51. That is, the insertion position of the movable portion 70 may be set on the primary side X1 from the second port 42. In addition, the fluid contained in the high-pressure tank 10 may be LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) or the like other than LPG, or may be other gas or liquid. The high-pressure tank 10 and the high-pressure hose 20 are merely examples of a supply source and a supplied part, and the joint structure 1 may be used when flowing a fluid from a supply source other than the high-pressure tank 10 to a supplied part other than the high-pressure hose 20.
