Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a mechanism for determining the resistance to pull-out force generated in an anchor bolt that connects concrete and steel material by providing an anchor at the tip side of the anchor bolt and determining the resistance by the bearing pressure. [Background technology]
[0002] The main anchoring mechanisms of anchor bolts include a type that uses a deformed steel bar to improve adhesion, a type with a hook attached to the end of the above type, and a type with a head attached to the end of the steel bar to improve bearing force. Also, depending on the time of installation of the anchor bolt, there are two types: buried anchors (at the time of installation) and post-installed anchors.
[0003] The post-installed anchor described in Patent Document 1 proposes forming a circumferential groove in the anchor hole wall, pre-placing the anchor bar with a fixing part at the end of the rebar, and then filling and hardening the filler to exert adhesion and bearing pressure, thereby ensuring long-term strength. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2016-79720 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In a mechanism where an anchor is provided at the tip of the anchor bolt, the bearing capacity of the anchor is proportional to the bearing area when the bearing strength of the concrete is constant. Therefore, if you try to increase the bearing capacity, the diameter of the anchor needs to be large, which may result in the structure in which the anchor is embedded becoming larger or may cause interference with the reinforcement inside the structure.
[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and has an object to provide a fixing body for an anchor bolt that prevents the diameter of the fixing body provided on the anchor bolt from becoming large, thereby suppressing interference with reinforcing bars. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] Means 1 is a fixing body provided on an anchor bolt, comprising: a first protruding fixing surface portion that protrudes outward from an outer circumferential surface of the anchor bolt body, faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt and resists pull-out; and a second protruding fixing surface portion that protrudes outward from the outer circumferential surface of the anchor bolt body, is located adjacent to the opposite side of the first protruding fixing surface portion in the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt, and faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt and resists pull-out, wherein the second protruding fixing surface portion is located within a region surrounded by a locus of the outermost circumference obtained by rotating the first protruding fixing surface portion around the axis of the anchor bolt body when viewed from the pull-out direction.
[0008] Means 2 is the fixing body described in Means 1, characterized in that it comprises a first protruding portion that protrudes outward from the outer circumferential surface of the anchor bolt body and is provided with the first protruding fixing surface portion, and a second protruding portion that protrudes outward from the outer circumferential surface of the anchor bolt body and is provided with the second protruding fixing surface portion, and the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion are spaced apart.
[0009] Means 3 is a fixing body described in Means 2, characterized in that the surface of the first protruding portion on the side of the second protruding fixing surface portion is formed so as to move away from the second protruding fixing surface portion toward the outside.
[0010] Means 4 is a fixing body described in any one of means 1 to 3, characterized in that the second protruding fixing surface portion has a portion that is visible from a portion where the first protruding fixing surface portion is not present when viewed from the pulling-out direction. Effect of the Invention
[0011] According to the present invention, by suppressing the increase in diameter of the fixing body attached to the anchor bolt, the size of the concrete frame can be suppressed, and economic efficiency can be achieved. Also, by suppressing the increase in diameter of the fixing body, interference with the reinforcing bar can be suppressed, and workability can be improved. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0013] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
[0014] [First embodiment] 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1(a) is a front view of the anchor bolt, FIG. 1(b) is a plan view, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a main portion.
[0015] The first embodiment is applied to a fixing body 4 of an anchor bolt 2 that is installed vertically as an embedded anchor embedded in concrete 1 that forms the skeleton of a structure having a horizontal exposed surface, such as a foundation.
[0016] In the drawings, the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis are shown as coordinate axes. The pull-out direction is the Z-axis direction, and the horizontal plane is shown as the plane XY formed by the X-axis and Y-axis. In other words, a surface of the fixing body 4 of the anchor bolt 2 that is approximately parallel to the plane XY (for example, a horizontal surface) is a surface that generates a bearing strength. The bearing strength is against the pull-out force of the anchor bolt 2 based on the compressive strength of the concrete 1.
[0017] The anchor bolt 2 is provided with an anchor body 4. That is, the anchor bolt 2 which is embedded in and joined to the concrete 1 includes an anchor bolt main body 3 and an anchor body 4.
[0018] The anchor bolt body 3 is formed, for example, from a general round steel material, and has a linear shaft core 31 (installed in the Z-axis direction). In the drawings, the upper part of the anchor bolt body 3 is omitted. The anchor bolt body 3 has a male thread 32 formed at the end on the lower end side.
[0019] The fixing body 4 is attached to the anchor bolt body 3. The fixing body 4 is made of, for example, steel, and is integrally molded into a substantially cylindrical shape.
[0020] The anchor body 4 has an anchor body main body 41 that functions mainly as an attachment portion to the anchor bolt main body 3, and a protrusion 42 that functions mainly as a resistance portion against the pull-out of the anchor bolt 2.
[0021] The fixing body main body 41 is formed as a cylindrical body, and has a body hole 41d penetrating the center and having a female screw formed therein.
[0022] The axis of the main body hole 41d is formed to coincide with the axis 31 of the anchor bolt main body. The female thread formed in the body hole 41d is screwed into the male thread 32 of the anchor bolt body 3, whereby the fixing body 4 is attached to the anchor bolt body 3 (FIG. 2).
[0023] The fixing body main body 41 has a main body top surface 41a, a main body side surface 41b, and a main body bottom surface 41c outside the main body hole 41d. When the fixing body 4 is attached and embedded, the main body upper surface 41a is positioned so as to protrude outward from the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt main body 3 (the portion where the male thread 32 is formed), and faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2, thereby functioning to resist pull-out.
[0024] The protruding portion 42 is formed to protrude outward from the main body side surface 41b. That is, the protruding portion 42 is formed to protrude outward from the outer circumferential surface of the anchor bolt main body 3 (the portion where the male thread 32 is formed). The protrusion 42 protrudes outward from the main body side surface 41b in an annular shape (FIG. 1(b)), and is formed in three stages (upper stage, middle stage, lower stage) in the Z-axis direction (FIG. 1(a)).
[0025] The protrusion 42 has a protrusion top surface 42a, a protrusion side surface 42b, and a protrusion bottom surface 42c.
[0026] When the fixing body 4 is attached and embedded, the protruding portion upper surface 42a faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out. That is, the protruding portion upper surface 42a corresponds to the protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention.
[0027] The protrusion side surface 42b is provided with a sufficient thickness so that the protrusion upper surface 42a can exhibit a sufficient function of resisting pulling out.
[0028] The bottom surface 42c of the lower protrusion is formed flush with the main body bottom surface 41c.
[0029] The three stages of protruding parts 42 are spaced apart so that the concrete 1 can be sufficiently filled in. Between the protruding parts 42 formed in each stage, there is a main body side surface 41b.
[0030] The protrusions 42 are formed in three tiers, with the protrusions 42 in the middle tier being adjacent to (spaced apart from) the ones in the upper tier on the opposite side in the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2, and the protrusions 42 in the lower tier being adjacent to (spaced apart from) the ones in the middle tier.
[0031] The upper surface 42a of the protrusion in the middle row is positioned adjacent to the one in the upper row on the opposite side of the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 (negative Z-axis direction), and the upper surface 42a of the protrusion in the lower row is positioned adjacent to the one in the middle row on the opposite side of the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2.
[0032] When the upper protrusion 42 and the middle protrusion 42 are viewed, the upper protrusion 42 corresponds to the first protrusion of the present invention, the middle protrusion 42 corresponds to the second protrusion of the present invention, the upper protrusion upper surface 42a corresponds to the first protrusion fixing surface of the present invention, and the middle protrusion upper surface 42a corresponds to the second protrusion fixing surface of the present invention. Also, the main body upper surface 41a corresponds to the first protrusion fixing surface of the present invention.
[0033] Furthermore, when looking at the middle protrusion 42 and the lower protrusion 42, the middle protrusion 42 corresponds to the first protrusion of the present invention, the lower protrusion 42 corresponds to the second protrusion of the present invention, the upper surface 42a of the middle protrusion corresponds to the first protrusion fixing surface of the present invention, and the upper surface 42a of the lower protrusion corresponds to the second protrusion fixing surface of the present invention.
[0034] The width of the protruding portion 42 of each step that protrudes outward in an annular shape from the main body side surface 41b is the same, and the outer shape in a plan view is also the same. That is, when focusing on the two protrusions 42 arranged adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, as viewed from the pull-out direction (Z-axis direction), the outermost periphery trajectory (the same as protrusion side surface 42b), which is the trajectory of the outermost periphery obtained by rotating the upper protrusion top surface 42a around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body 3, is a circle on a plane parallel to the plane XY, and the lower protrusion top surface 42a is located within the area surrounded by this trajectory. In other words, as viewed from the pull-out direction, the lower protrusion top surface 42a is located within the range projected by the upper protrusion top surface 42a, and is in a state where it cannot be seen.
[0035] The fixing body 4 has a plurality of surfaces that resist pull-out and face the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2. In other words, by providing surfaces that resist pull-out and face the pull-out direction in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction, sufficient pull-out resistance is ensured. In addition, since the second protruding fixing surface portion (upper surface 42a of the lower protruding portion) is located within an area surrounded by the trajectory of the outermost circumference obtained by rotating the first protruding fixing surface portion (upper surface 42a of the upper protruding portion) around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body 3 when viewed from the pull-out direction, sufficient pull-out resistance can be ensured and the diameter of the fixing body 4 is prevented from becoming large, preventing the concrete body from becoming large, and improving economy. Also, by preventing the diameter of the fixing body 4 from becoming large, interference with reinforcing bars arranged in the concrete 1 can be suppressed, improving workability.
[0036] Since round steel is used for the anchor bolt body 3, it can be used even if the adhesion is low, so cracks on the surface of the structure are suppressed and durability is improved.
[0037] The bottom surface 42c of the lower protrusion is formed flush with the bottom surface 41c of the main body, so that the fixing body 4 can be stably placed on the ground or the like during construction.
[0038] Regarding attachment of the fixing body 4 to the anchor bolt body 3, the female thread of the body hole 41d is screwed into the male thread 32 of the anchor bolt body 3, so that the attachment position of the fixing body 4 to the anchor bolt body 3 can be freely adjusted in the vertical direction, thereby avoiding interference with reinforcing bars at the construction site. In this embodiment, a female thread is provided in the main body hole 41d, but it is also possible to provide an insertion hole through which the anchor bolt main body 3 can be inserted without providing a female thread, and to use nuts at the upper and lower ends so that the nuts are screwed onto the anchor bolt main body 3.
[0039] In this embodiment, the protrusion 42 on which the protrusion upper surface 42a, which is the protrusion fixing surface portion, is formed is a continuous ring-shaped portion, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be provided intermittently. In this embodiment, the main body upper surface 41a of the fixing body main body 41 is provided with a step between the protruding portion upper surface 42a of the protruding portion 42 and the main body side surface 41b, but this is not limited thereto, and the main body may be formed flush with the protruding portion bottom surface 42c of the lower step and the main body bottom surface 41c. In this case, the fixing body 4 before being attached to the anchor bolt main body 3 can be stably placed with the main body upper surface 41a facing down.
[0040] Second Embodiment A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first embodiment will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a main portion of the anchor bolt of the second embodiment.
[0041] The difference from the first embodiment is that a main body hole 41d of the fixing body main body 41 is formed with a female screw that does not penetrate all the way to the bottom.
[0042] Since the main body hole 41d does not penetrate all the way to the bottom, the position of the fixing body 4 relative to the anchor bolt main body 3 can be determined by bringing the lower end of the anchor bolt main body 3 into contact with the bottom of the main body hole 41d.
[0043] Since the lower end of the anchor bolt body 3 does not protrude from the bottom surface 41c of the fixing body 4 attached to the anchor bolt body 3, the fixing body 4 functions as a stand when erecting the anchor bolt 2 and the anchor bolt 2 with the fixing body 4 attached can be easily placed on a spacer (not shown) or the like, improving workability.
[0044] Third embodiment A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first and second embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a main part of an anchor bolt according to the third embodiment.
[0045] In the third embodiment, the mounting structure between the anchor bolt body 3 and the fixing body 4 is different. Specifically, a female thread is formed on the anchor bolt body 3, and a male thread is formed on the fixing body 4 for screwing therewith.
[0046] The fixing body 4 is provided with a main body upper surface protrusion 41e formed to protrude upward from the main body upper surface 41a of the fixing body main body 41. A male screw is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the main body upper surface protrusion 41e.
[0047] A bottom hole 33 having a ceiling surface is provided on the bottom surface of the lower end of the anchor bolt body 3, and a female thread is formed on the inner peripheral surface. The fixing body 4 is attached to the anchor bolt body 3 by screwing the male thread of the fixing body 4 into the female thread of the bottom hole 33 of the anchor bolt body 3.
[0048] The outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt body 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the body side surface 41b of the fixing body 4 are formed to be flush with each other. In other words, when the fixing body 4 is attached to the anchor bolt body 3, the body upper surface 41a comes into contact with the bottom surface of the lower end of the anchor bolt body 3, the outer peripheral surface of the body side surface 41b of the fixing body 4 is not positioned outside the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt body 3, and the protruding portion 42 of the fixing body 4 is positioned outside the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt body 3, so that the body upper surface 41a does not exert a function of resisting pull-out facing the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2, but rather the protruding portion 42 exerts that function.
[0049] In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt body 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the body side surface 41b of the fixing body 4 are formed to be flush with each other, but this is not limited thereto, and the outer peripheral surface of the body side surface 41b of the fixing body 4 may be configured to be located outside the outer peripheral surface of the anchor bolt body 3. In this case, the body upper surface 41a exerts a function of resisting pull-out in the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2.
[0050] The position of the fixing body 4 relative to the anchor bolt body 3 can be determined by abutting the tip of the main body upper surface protrusion 41e against the ceiling portion of the bottom hole 33 or by abutting the main body upper surface 41a against the bottom surface of the lower end of the anchor bolt body 3.
[0051] [Fourth embodiment] A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to third embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 5(a) is a front view of the anchor bolt, and FIG. 5(b) is a plan view.
[0052] This embodiment is different in that the anchor bolt body 3 and the fixing body 4 are integrally formed. By integrally molding the anchor bolt body 3 and the fixing body 4, the work of attaching the fixing body 4 to the anchor bolt body 3 is omitted, improving workability.
[0053] Fifth embodiment A fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 6. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to fourth embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 6(a) is a front view and a partially enlarged view of the anchor bolt, and FIG. 6(b) is a plan view.
[0054] This embodiment differs from the fourth embodiment in that the protrusion bottom surface 42c of the protrusion 42 has a tapered shape.
[0055] The bottom surface 42c of the protruding portion 42 of each step is formed as a tapered portion 42c1.
[0056] The tapered portion 42c1 is formed so as to incline obliquely upward from the shaft core 31 side toward the outside. That is, the protruding portion bottom surface 42c on the protruding portion 42 located below the protruding portion 42 located on the upper side is formed so as to have a haunch shape that is spaced apart from the protruding portion top surface 42a located below toward the outside.
[0057] In this way, the bottom surfaces 42c of the protrusions 42 are each formed as tapered portions 42c1, making it easier for concrete to be filled between the spaced-apart protrusions 42, and therefore the upper surfaces 42a of the lower (middle and lower) protrusions 42 can be provided with sufficient pull-out resistance.
[0058] Sixth embodiment A sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 7. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to fifth embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 7(a) is a front view of the anchor bolt, and FIG. 7(b) is a plan view.
[0059] This embodiment differs in that the fixing body 4 is a fixing body 4 in which a plate 44 and a sleeve 45 are overlapped and nuts 43 are provided on both ends in the vertical direction.
[0060] The fixing body 4 includes three identical circular plates 44, two cylindrical sleeves 45 disposed between the plates 44, and two nuts 43 at both ends in the upper and lower direction. A through hole (not shown) is provided in the center of the plate 44 and the sleeve 45, through which the anchor bolt body 3 can pass.
[0061] The nut 43 has a nut top surface 43a, a nut side surface 43b, and a nut bottom surface 43c.
[0062] Three plates 44 (upper, middle, and lower) are provided in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction). The plate 44 has a plate top surface 44a, a plate side surface 44b, and a plate bottom surface 44c.
[0063] The plate side surface 44b is located outside the hexagonal nut side surface 43b and outside the outer shape of the sleeve 45.
[0064] The sleeve 45 functions as a spacer to space the upper plate 44 from the lower plate 44 so that the concrete 1 can be sufficiently filled.
[0065] To attach the fixing body 4 to the anchor bolt body 3, one nut 43 is screwed onto the male thread 32 of the anchor bolt body 3, and the anchor bolt body 3 is inserted into the through holes of the plate 44 and the sleeve 45 and brought into contact with the nut bottom surface 43c of the screwed nut 43, and then the other nut 43 is screwed onto the male thread 32 of the anchor bolt body 3, and brought into contact with the plate bottom surface 44c of the lower plate 44 through which the nut top surface 43a has been inserted, and then tightened to fix it in place.
[0066] In this embodiment, the plate 44 and the sleeve 45 are previously joined together to be integrally configured, but they do not have to be joined together.
[0067] The nut upper surface 43a of the nut 43 provided on the upper side faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out when the fixing body 4 is attached and buried.
[0068] The portion of the plate upper surface 44a of the upper plate 44 located outside the nut 43 faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out, and corresponds to the protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention.
[0069] The portions of the plate upper surfaces 44a of the middle and lower plates 44 that are positioned outside the sleeve 45 face the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and function to resist pull-out, and correspond to the protruding fixing surface portions of the present invention.
[0070] When the upper plate 44 and the middle plate 44 are viewed, the upper plate 44 corresponds to the first protruding portion of the present invention, the middle plate 44 corresponds to the second protruding portion of the present invention, the portion of the upper plate upper surface 44a positioned outside the nut 43 corresponds to the first protruding fixing surface of the present invention, and the portion of the middle plate upper surface 44a positioned outside the sleeve 45 corresponds to the second protruding fixing surface of the present invention. Also, the nut upper surface 43a at the upper end corresponds to the first protruding fixing surface of the present invention.
[0071] Furthermore, when looking at the middle plate 44 and the lower plate 44, the middle plate 44 corresponds to the first protruding portion of the present invention, the lower plate 44 corresponds to the second protruding portion of the present invention, the portion of the upper surface 44a of the middle plate that is positioned outside the sleeve 45 corresponds to the first protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention, and the portion of the upper surface 44a of the lower plate that is positioned outside the sleeve 45 corresponds to the second protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention.
[0072] In this embodiment, nuts 43 are provided on both vertical ends of the stacked plates 44 and sleeves 45, but they may not be provided. In this case, a female thread is formed in the through hole of at least the lower plate 44 of the plates 44 and sleeves 45, and the through hole is configured to be screwed into the male thread 32 of the anchor bolt body 3 for attachment. Also, of the two vertical ends, the nut 43 may not be provided at the upper end, but may be provided at the lower end. In this case, the upper surface 44a of the upper plate corresponds to the first protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention.
[0073] Seventh embodiment A seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 8. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to sixth embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 8(a) is a front view of the anchor bolt, and FIG. 8(b) is a plan view.
[0074] The seventh embodiment is different from the sixth embodiment in that the fixing body 4 is replaced with two plates 44 stacked together, omitting the sleeve 45.
[0075] The plates 44 are different in that they each have a through hole not shown and are the same square shape (Figure 8(b)), and the anchor bolt body 3 is inserted through them and they are stacked in two layers in the vertical direction (Z-axis direction) (Figure 8(a)).
[0076] As shown in FIG. 8(b), the lower plate 44 is overlapped with the upper plate 44 by rotating it, for example, 45 degrees clockwise around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body when viewed from the Z-axis direction.
[0077] In other words, when focusing on the upper and lower plates 44 which are arranged adjacent to each other in the vertical direction and stacked on top of each other, when viewed from the pull-out direction (Z-axis direction), the outermost trajectory 44d (the trajectory of the vertices of the square of the upper plate 44), which is the trajectory of the outermost circumference when the upper plate 44 is rotated around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body 3, is a circle on a plane parallel to the plane XY, and the plate top surface 44a of the lower plate 44 is located within the area surrounded by this trajectory.
[0078] The four vertices of the square of the lower plate 44 are located outside the centers of the four sides of the upper plate 44, and when viewed from the Z-axis direction, the plate top surface 44a of the lower plate 44 is viewed as a triangular portion. This visible triangular portion of the upper surface 44a of the lower plate faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out, and corresponds to the protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention.
[0079] The portion of the plate upper surface 44a of the upper plate 44 located outside the nut 43 faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out, and corresponds to the protruding fixing surface portion of the present invention.
[0080] When the upper plate 44 and the lower plate 44 are viewed, the upper plate 44 corresponds to the first protruding portion of the present invention, the lower plate 44 corresponds to the second protruding portion of the present invention, the portion of the upper plate upper surface 44a located outside the nut 43 corresponds to the first protruding fixing surface of the present invention, and the triangular portion of the lower plate upper surface 44a located outside the upper plate 44 and visible corresponds to the second protruding fixing surface of the present invention. Also, the nut upper surface 43a at the upper end corresponds to the first protruding fixing surface of the present invention.
[0081] Since the upper plate 44 is not present above the triangular portion corresponding to the second protruding fixing surface portion of the upper surface 44a of the lower plate, there is sufficient concrete 1 present, which reliably faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out.
[0082] In this embodiment, the upper plate 44 and the lower plate 44 are separate bodies before being attached to the anchor bolt body 3 and are not joined in advance, but they may be joined in advance to form an integrated structure.
[0083] Eighth embodiment An eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 9. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to seventh embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 9(a) is a front view of the anchor bolt, and FIG. 9(b) is a plan view.
[0084] In the eighth embodiment, the fixing body 4 of the sixth embodiment is changed, and the shapes of the three plates 44 are different. The plates 44 are arranged in three vertical stages (upper stage, middle stage, and lower stage) spaced apart by sleeves 45.
[0085] The plate 44 is square in shape, similar to that of the seventh embodiment.
[0086] As shown in FIG. 9(b), the middle plate 44 is overlapped with the upper plate 44 by rotating it, for example, 45 degrees clockwise around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body when viewed from the Z-axis direction.
[0087] The lower plate 44 is arranged to overlap the middle plate 44, for example, rotated 45 degrees clockwise around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body when viewed from the Z-axis direction.
[0088] In other words, when focusing on the upper and lower plates 44 which are arranged adjacent to each other and spaced apart in the vertical direction, when viewed from the pull-out direction (Z-axis direction), the outermost trajectory 44d (the trajectory of the vertices of the square of the upper plate 44), which is the trajectory of the outermost circumference when the upper plate 44 is rotated around the axis 31 of the anchor bolt body 3, is a circle on a plane parallel to the plane XY, and the plate top surface 44a of the lower plate 44 is located within the area surrounded by this trajectory.
[0089] Above the triangular portion corresponding to the second protruding fixing surface portion of the upper surface 44a of the lower plate, the middle plate is not present, but the upper plate 44 is present. However, since there is sufficient space between them, there is sufficient concrete 1 which reliably faces the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt 2 and functions to resist pull-out.
[0090] Ninth embodiment A ninth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 10. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to eighth embodiments will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. FIG. 10(a) is a front view of the anchor bolt, and FIG. 10(b) is a plan view.
[0091] In the ninth embodiment, instead of the fixing body 4 of the seventh embodiment, a nut 43 is provided between two adjacent plates 44.
[0092] The nut 43 provided between the two plates 44 not only serves to attach the fixing body 4 to the anchor bolt body 3, but also serves as a spacer to ensure a separation distance between the two plates 44.
[0093] In this embodiment, the upper plate 44, the lower plate 44, and the three nuts 43 are separate entities before being attached to the anchor bolt body 3 and are not joined in advance, but the upper plate 44 and the lower plate 44 may be joined in advance to any of the adjacent nuts 43 to form an integrated structure.
[0094] Tenth embodiment A tenth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 11. Note that a description of the same parts as in the first to ninth embodiments will be omitted, and the following mainly describes the different parts. FIG. 11 is a front view of the anchor bolt.
[0095] This embodiment is applied to a fixing body 4 of an anchor bolt 2 provided horizontally as an embedded anchor embedded in concrete 1 of a structural part having a vertically exposed surface such as a wall surface. The anchor bolt 2 is similar to that according to the fourth embodiment.
[0096] The fixing body 4 of the anchor bolt 2 according to this embodiment has a protruding fixing surface portion that faces the pull-out direction (X direction) of the anchor bolt 2 and has a function of resisting pull-out.
[0097] Other embodiments The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and may also include the following, for example.
[0098] In this embodiment, the anchor is embedded at the same time as concrete is poured, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be applied to a post-installed anchor in which an anchor bolt is inserted into a drilled hole in existing concrete and a filler is injected. Even in this case, the same effect can be obtained and the diameter of the drilled hole in the existing concrete can be reduced.
[0099] In this embodiment, the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt is perpendicular to the exposed surface of the concrete, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the pull-out direction of the anchor bolt may be at a different angle from the exposed surface of the concrete. For example, the present invention may be applied to an anchor bolt that is embedded at an angle to the concrete of a horizontal exposed surface such as a foundation.
[0100] In this embodiment, round steel is used for the anchor bolt body 3, but this is not limited thereto, and a deformed steel bar may be used to expect adhesion.
[0101] Each technical matter in any of the embodiments including the modified examples may be applied to other embodiments to serve as examples. [Explanation of symbols]
