Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an uninterruptible tool for replacing a meter, such as a watt-hour meter, that can prevent short circuits between electric wires during replacement work. [Background technology]

[0002] Japanese Patent No. 6081777 (Patent Document 1) discloses an example of a conventional uninterruptible tool for replacing meters that electrically connects the core wires of three power-side electric wires connected to a meter to the core wires of three load-side electric wires connected to a load when replacing the meter without power interruption, thereby enabling the meter to be removed. This uninterruptible tool for replacing meters has a tool body that is attached to three power-side electric wires and three load-side electric wires when removing the meter. The tool body is provided with three push-cut electrodes that break through the coating of the three power-side electric wires to come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wires, three push-cut electrodes that break through the coating of the three load-side electric wires to come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wires, and a push-cut electrode holding part that holds the six push-cut electrodes so that they can be advanced and retreated. A pin-shaped electric wire receiving member designated by the reference numeral 13 is attached to the tool body in order to prevent the electric wires from moving.

[0003] A photograph of a commercialized instrument replacement uninterruptible power tool described in this publication is published in Non-Patent Document 1 together with the number of Patent No. 6081777. Figures 14(A) and (B) of the present application are photographs of the instrument replacement uninterruptible power tool shown in Non-Patent Document 1. As clearly shown in these figures, a rotating cover member C is provided in the actual product. This rotating cover member C is formed of a nearly transparent plastic material. The rotating cover member C is configured such that one end is rotatably attached to the tool body A, and when the instrument M is present, the other end is pressed by a part of the instrument to be in a closed position close to the tool body A [Figure 14(A)], and when the instrument M is removed, the other end is displaced to an open position away from the tool body A [Figure 14(B)]. The other end of the rotating cover member C is provided with seven insulating partition parts D located on both sides of two adjacent electric wires of the three power-side electric wires and the three load-side electric wires. [0006] The seven partitions D have a shape and dimensions that allow them to partially face the exposed tips of the core wires of two adjacent electric wires when the rotating cover member C is in the open position [Fig. 14(B)]. However, depending on the way an operator works, the core wires of the electric wires are likely to become loose and come apart, and in the worst case scenario, there is a risk of a short circuit occurring between the core wires of adjacent electric wires that crosses the partitions D. Furthermore, in the conventional structure, a pin-shaped electric wire receiving member (see reference numeral 13 in Patent Document 1) is pushed in to receive the electric wire, and therefore, if the electric wire becomes thicker than expected, a problem occurs in which the pin-shaped electric wire receiving member cannot be inserted.

[0007] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide an uninterruptible power supply tool for replacing an instrument, which is capable of preventing the occurrence of a short circuit between electric wires during the replacement of an instrument. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] In order to facilitate understanding of the uninterruptible power tool for replacing meters of the present invention, the symbols used in the embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings are also used in the following description, but these symbols do not limit the present invention to the embodiments.

[0009] The present invention aims to improve an uninterruptible power tool for replacing meters that electrically connects the core wires 8A of n (n is an integer of 2 or more) power-side electric wires 7A on the power source side connected to the meter M with the core wires 8B of n load-side electric wires 7B on the load side when replacing the meter, thereby enabling removal of the meter M. The uninterruptible power tool for replacing meters 1 of the present invention has a tool body 1A that is attached to the n power-side electric wires 7A and the n load-side electric wires 7B when removing the meter M. The tool body 1A has n first push-cutting electrodes 4A that break through the coating of the n power-side electric wires 7A and come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wires 8A, n second push-cutting electrodes 4B that break through the coating of the n load-side electric wires 7B and come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wires 8B, and 2n push-cutting electrode holding parts 5 that hold the n first push-cutting electrodes 4A and the n second push-cutting electrodes 4B in a retractable manner. Further, the tool body 1A is equipped with an electric wire pressing member 2 and a rotating cover member 3. The electric wire pressing member 2 is configured to be in a standby state [Fig. 7(A)] in which the tool body 1A is allowed to abut against n power-side electric wires 7A and n load-side electric wires 7B, and in a pressing state [Figs. 1(A) and 1(B)] in which the n power-side electric wires 7A are pressed against n push-cut electrode holders 5 and the n load-side electric wires 7B are pressed against the remaining n push-cut electrode holders 5 after the tool body 1A abuts. The rotating cover member 3 is configured such that one end 3A is rotatably attached to the tool body 1A, and when the instrument M is present, the other end 3B is pressed by a part of the instrument M to be in a closed position [Fig. 8(B)] close to the tool body 1A, and when the instrument M is removed, the other end 3B is displaced to an open position [Fig. 1(A)] away from the tool body 1A. The other end 3B of the rotating cover member 3 is provided with 2×(n-1) insulating partition walls 6 located between two adjacent electric wires of the n power-side electric wires 7A and the n load-side electric wires 7B. The 2×(n-1) insulating partition walls 6 have a shape and size that completely separates the exposed tip ends of the core wires of the two adjacent electric wires when the rotating cover member 3 is in the open position [Fig. 1(A)]. The wire pressing member 2 also has 2×(n-1) slits 9 formed therein through which the 2×(n-1) insulating partition walls 6 pass when the rotating cover member 3 is displaced from the closed position to the open position when in the pressing state.

[0010] According to the present invention, the 2×(n-1) insulating partition walls 6 have a shape and size that completely separates the exposed tip portions of the core wires of two adjacent electric wires when the rotating cover member 3 is in the open position [FIG. 1(A)], so that even if the core wire of the electric wire is loosened and spreads, a short circuit accident will not occur. In addition, in the present invention, the electric wire is clamped between the contact portion 5A of the push-off electrode holding portion 5 and the electric wire pressing member 2, so that the electric wire can be securely clamped according to the thickness of the electric wire. Furthermore, even if the size of the insulating partition walls 6 becomes large, the electric wire pressing member 2 has 2×(n-1) slits 9 formed therein through which the insulating partition walls 6 pass when the rotating cover member 3 is displaced from the closed position to the open position when the rotating cover member 3 is in the closed position, so that the electric wire pressing member 2 does not become an obstacle to the rotation of the rotating cover member 3.

[0011] The 2n push-off electrode holding parts 5 preferably include contact parts 5A with which the coverings of the n power-side electric wires 7A and the n load-side electric wires 7B come into contact, and a push-off electrode insertion hole 5B provided in the center of the contact parts. The wire pressing member 2 is formed with 2n recesses 2A into which parts of the coverings of the n power-side electric wires 7A and the n load-side electric wires 7B fit when in the pressed state [Fig. 1(A)], and it is preferable that the coverings are sandwiched between the contact parts 5A and the recesses 2A when the wire pressing member 2 is in the pressed state.

[0012] With this structure, the electric wire is placed inside the recess 2A, so that the electric wire can be prevented from moving during the installation work of the electric wire pressing member 2.

[0013] The electric wire pressing member 2 may be configured to be separated from the tool body 1A when in the standby state, and fixed to the tool body 1A when in the pressing state. With such a structure, the electric wire is clamped between the contact portion 5A of the pushing-off electrode holding portion 5 and the electric wire pressing member 2, so that the electric wire can be securely clamped by adjusting the distance between the contact portion 5A and the electric wire pressing member 2 according to the thickness of the electric wire.

[0014] The electric wire pressing member 2' may be configured such that one end 2'Ca is rotatably attached to the tool body 1A, goes from a standby state to a pressing state, and the other end is fixed to the tool body 1A when in the pressing state. Such a structure makes it easy to attach the electric wire pressing member 2' and prevents the electric wire pressing member 2' from being lost.

[0015] The electric wire pressing member 2 may be formed with one or more guide holes into which one or more guide pins 13 attached to the tool body 1A are inserted. In this case, the guide pin 13 is preferably provided with a large diameter portion 13b having a diameter larger than that of the pin portion 13a at the tip of the pin portion 13a, and the guide hole has a shape in which the large diameter portion 13b passes through a large hole 2Ca and the small hole 2Cb through which the pin portion 13a passes are connected. With the large diameter portion 13b of the guide pin 13 passing through the large hole 2Ca, the pin portion 13a is moved within the small hole 2Cb, whereby the electric wire pressing member 2 is guided to a proper position range. As a result, even when the back surface of the electric wire pressing member 2 is not visible, the electric wire pressing member 2 can be placed at a proper position.

[0016] The one or more guide holes may be provided in the central region of the electric wire pressing member, and one guide pin may be attached to the tool body 1A. With this structure, the number of guide pins can be minimized.

[0017] The mounting structure of the electric wire pressing member 2 may be configured by forming a plurality of through holes 10 in the tool body 1A, through which a plurality of mounting screws 12 pass, and forming a plurality of screw holes 2B in the electric wire pressing member 2, into which a plurality of mounting screws 12 passing through the plurality of through holes 10 are screwed. With this mounting configuration, the electric wire pressing member can be easily fixed by operating the plurality of mounting screws from the front side of the tool body 1A. [Figure 14] Photographs of the uninterruptible power tool for replacing meters shown in Non-Patent Document 1 are shown in (A) and (B). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0019] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the uninterruptible power tool for meter replacement of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figs. 1(A) and (B) are perspective views showing the uninterruptible power tool for meter replacement 1 for a three-wire watt-hour meter according to the present embodiment at different angles. In these figures, the uninterruptible power tool for meter replacement 1 for a three-wire watt-hour meter includes a tool body 1A, an electric wire pressing member 2, and a rotating cover member 3. The uninterruptible power tool for meter replacement 1 is used when replacing a three-wire watt-hour meter M [Fig. 7(A)], which is a three-wire watt-hour meter, by electrically connecting the core wires 8A of the three power-side electric wires 7A on the power source side connected to the meter M with the core wires 8B of the three load-side electric wires 7B on the load side, and removing the meter M. The uninterruptible power tool for meter replacement 1 has a tool body 1A that is attached to the three power-side electric wires 7A and the three load-side electric wires 7B when removing the meter M.

[0020] As shown in Fig. 2, the tool body 1A includes three first push-cutting electrodes 4A that break through the coating of the three power-side electric wires 7A and come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wire 8A, three second push-cutting electrodes 4B that break through the coating of the three load-side electric wires 7B and come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wire 8B, and six push-cutting electrode holders 5 that hold the three first push-cutting electrodes 4A and the three second push-cutting electrodes 4B so that they can be advanced and retreated. The six push-cutting electrode holders 5 include a contact portion 5A that contacts the coating of the corresponding electric wires of the three power-side electric wires 7A and the three load-side electric wires 7B, and a push-cutting electrode insertion hole 5B provided in the center of the contact portion 5A. In Fig. 2, the three first push-cutting electrodes 4A and the three second push-cutting electrodes 4B are shown in a state of being advanced to the maximum. The first push-off electrode 4A and the second push-off electrode 4B have a pointed electrode portion at the tip and a cross-shaped driver slot at the rear end (not shown). As shown in Fig. 4, six driver insertion holes 11 are provided on the operation surface of the tool body 1A. Drivers are inserted into these driver insertion holes 11 to move the first push-off electrode 4A and the second push-off electrode 4B forward and backward.

[0021] As shown in Figures 1(A) and (B), the tool body 1A is equipped with an electric wire pressing member 2 made of a resin material into which a number of female thread fittings are insert-molded to provide screw holes 2B, and a rotating cover member 3 molded from a resin material.

[0022] The wire pressing member 2 is configured to be in a standby state [Fig. 7(A)] in which the tool body 1A is allowed to contact the three power-side wires 7A and the three load-side wires 7B, and in a pressing state [Fig. 1(A)] in which the three power-side wires 7A are pressed against the three push-cut electrode holding parts 5 and the three load-side wires 7B are pressed against the remaining three push-cut electrode holding parts 5 after the tool body 1A contacts. The wire pressing member 2 is formed with six recesses 2A in which a part of the covering of the three power-side wires 7A and a part of the covering of the three load-side wires 7B are fitted when in the pressing state [Fig. 1(A)]. Each recess 2A has a triangular cross-sectional shape that opens toward the top and bottom of the push-cut electrode holding part 5. When the wire pressing member 2 is in the pressing state, the covering of the wire is sandwiched between the contact part 5A of the push-cut electrode holding part 5 and the inner surface of the recess 2A. With this structure, the electric wire is placed inside the recess 2A, and it is possible to prevent the electric wire from moving during the installation of the electric wire pressing member 2. In this embodiment, the tip of the contact portion 5A of the pushing-off electrode holding portion 5 is formed flat, but the tip of the contact portion 5A of the pushing-off electrode holding portion 5 may also be formed with a recess [see symbol 5C in FIG. 13(B)] that opens in the vertical direction and toward the electric wire pressing member 2, similar to the recess 2A, and has a triangular cross section.

[0023] When the electric wire pressing member 2 is in the standby state [FIG. 7(A)], it is separated from the tool body 1A, and when it is in the pressing state [FIG. 1(A)], both ends are fixed to the tool body 1A. Specifically, two points at both ends and two points at the center of the electric wire pressing member 2 are fixed to the tool body 1A using four mounting screws 12 and four screw holes 2B. To attach the electric wire pressing member 2, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5, four mounting screws 12 and two guide pins 13 inserted from the operation surface side of the tool body 1A are used. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the electric wire pressing member 2 as seen from the surface side facing the tool body 1A. As shown in FIG. 6, the electric wire pressing member 2 has four screw holes 2B through which the four mounting screws 12 pass, and two guide holes 2C into which the two guide pins 13 are inserted. 2 and 3, the guide pin 13 has a rod-shaped pin portion 13a and a large diameter portion 13b at the tip thereof, the large diameter portion 13b being larger than the pin portion 13a. As shown in Fig. 6, the guide hole 2C has a shape in which a large hole 2Ca through which the large diameter portion 13b of the guide pin 13 passes and a small hole 2Cb through which the pin portion 13a passes are connected. After the large diameter portion 13b is inserted into the large hole 2Ca, the pin portion 13a is moved into the small hole 2Cb, whereby the wire pressing member 2 is guided into the appropriate position range.

[0024] With guide pin 13 inserted into guide hole 2C and temporarily fixed, electric wire pressing member 2 is positioned at a position where it can clamp six electric wires, and then four mounting screws 12 are screwed into the female threads in screw hole 2B to fix electric wire pressing member 2. By adjusting the amount of tightening of four mounting screws 12, electric wires can be securely clamped according to the thickness of the electric wires.

[0025] The rotating cover member 3 slides and rotates by utilizing a pair of rotation central shafts 1a and a pair of auxiliary shafts 1b provided on both side walls of the tool body 1A, and a pair of dogleg grooves 3C and a pair of linear grooves 3D provided on both side walls of the rotating cover member 3. The auxiliary shafts 1b are fitted into the dogleg groove 3C, and the rotation central shaft 1a is fitted into the linear groove 3D. The rotating cover member 3 moves between a closed position (position shown in FIG. 3) where it slides backward (toward the user) and is closed, and an open position (position shown in FIG. 1) where it slides forward (toward the back) and is open. The sliding and rotating mechanism of the rotating cover member 3 is the same as the mechanism provided in the conventional tool shown in Patent Document 1 and Non-Patent Document 1.

[0026] When the operator slides the rotating cover member 3 toward the front and the auxiliary shaft 1b is located at the tip of the dog-legged groove 3C, the rotating cover member 3 is held in the closed position (FIG. 3). When the operator slides the rotating cover member 3 toward the rear and the auxiliary shaft 1b is located at the center of the dog-legged groove 3C [FIG. 8(B)] while the instrument is attached, the rotating cover member 3 is held in the closed position by the instrument M. However, when the instrument M is removed, the releasing force of a spring (not shown) allows the rotating cover member 3 to rotate upward about the rotation central axis 1a, and the other end 3B is displaced to the open position (FIG. 1) where it is separated from the tool body 1A. This displacement operation is the same as that of the conventional tools shown in Patent Document 1 and Non-Patent Document 1.

[0027] Although not shown in Patent Document 1 and Non-Patent Document 1, the actual product of Non-Patent Document 1 has an automatic opening mechanism using a spring between the rotating cover member 3 and the tool body 1A. When the automatic opening mechanism moves the rotating cover member 3 toward the tool body 1A by hand and slides the rotating cover member 3 toward the user (when the rotating cover member 3 reaches the closed position) [Figs. 3 and 8(A)], a spring (not shown) is charged. When the rotating cover member 3 is then slid toward the rear side and released from the hand [Fig. 8(B)], the spring (not shown) is released, and the released force of the spring displaces the rotating cover member 3 to the open position (Fig. 1). After the work, the worker manually moves the rotating cover member 3 to the closed position and then slides it toward the user to a non-rotating state (Fig. 3).

[0028] As shown in Figs. 1(A) and (B), 2, 3 and 5, the other end 3B of the rotating cover member 3 is provided with 2 x (n-1) = 4 insulating partition walls 6 located between two adjacent electric wires of the 3(n) power-side electric wires 7A and the 3(n) load-side electric wires 7B. The four insulating partition walls 6 have a shape and size that completely separates the exposed tip portions of the core wires of the two adjacent electric wires when the rotating cover member 3 is in the open position [Fig. 1(A)]. The electric wire pressing member 2 also has four slits 9 through which the four insulating partition walls 6 pass when the rotating cover member 3 is displaced from the closed position to the open position in the pressing state. The four insulating partition walls 6 have a shape and size that completely separates the exposed tip portions of the core wires (8A, 8B) of the two adjacent electric wires (7A, 7B) when the rotating cover member 3 is in the open position [Fig. 1(A)]. As a result, according to this embodiment, even if the core of the electric wire becomes loose and spreads, a short circuit accident will not occur. Furthermore, even if the dimension of the insulating partition wall 6 becomes large, the wire pressing member 2 does not become an obstacle to the rotation of the rotating cover member 3 because the four slits 9 are formed in the wire pressing member 2, through which the insulating partition wall parts 6 pass when the rotating cover member 3 is displaced from the closed position to the open position.

[0029] 7(A) and 7(B) show each process of replacing the meter M, which is a three-wire watt-hour meter, without power interruption using the uninterruptible power tool for replacing the meter 1 of this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 7(A) and FIG. 7(B), when starting the replacement work, the tool body 1A and the electric wire pressing member 2 of the uninterruptible power tool for replacing the meter 1 are arranged so as to sandwich the three power-side electric wires 7A on the power source side connected to the meter M and the three load-side electric wires 7B on the load side. Next, the contact portion 5A of the pushing electrode holding portion 5 of the tool body 1A is pressed against the electric wires 7A and 7B. Then, the electric wire pressing member 2 is positioned so as to sandwich the coverings of the electric wires 7A and 7B between the contact portion 5A of the pushing electrode holding portion 5 of the tool body 1A and the inner surface of the recess 2A provided on the electric wire pressing member 2 side. To attach the electric wire pressing member 2, four mounting screws 12 and two guide pins 13 inserted from the operation surface side of the tool body 1A are used. First, the guide pin 13 is inserted into the guide hole 2C and temporarily fixed in place, and then the wire pressing member 2 is positioned so that it can clamp the six wires. Then, the four mounting screws 12 are inserted into the screw holes 2B to fix the wire pressing member 2 [Figure 8(A)].

[0030] Next, a screwdriver is inserted into the screwdriver insertion hole 11 of the tool body 1A shown in FIG. 8(B) to screw the push-off electrodes 4A and 4B into the wire pressing member 2. This screwing causes the three first push-off electrodes 4A to break through the coating of the power-side wire 7A and come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wire 8A. The three second push-off electrodes 4B break through the coating of the three load-side wires 7B and come into mechanical and electrical contact with the core wire 8B. This contact causes the three power-side wires 7A and the three load-side wires 7B to be electrically connected to each other via a connection circuit arranged inside the tool body 1A. This connection circuit is publicly known, as shown in Patent Document 1, and therefore will not be described here.

[0031] Next, when the connection between the meter M and the three power-side electric wires 7A and the three load-side electric wires 7B is released from the state shown in Fig. 8(B), the meter M is moved upward, and the meter M is removed, the other end 3B of the rotating cover member 3 moves upward by the release force of a spring (not shown) and displaces to the open position [Fig. 1(A)] away from the tool body 1A. As shown in Figs. 1(A) and (B), the other end 3B of the rotating cover member 3 is provided with four insulating partition parts 6 located between two adjacent electric wires of the three power-side electric wires 7A and the three load-side electric wires 7B, and the four insulating partition parts 6 have a shape and size that completely separates the exposed tip parts of the core wires of the two adjacent electric wires, so that a short circuit accident can be prevented even if the core wires of the electric wires are loosened and spread out. Furthermore, even if the shape and dimensions of the insulating partition portion 6 become larger, the wire pressing member 2 has four slits 9 through which each insulating partition portion 6 passes, so that the wire pressing member 2 does not hinder the rotation of the rotating cover member 3.

[0032] When a new gauge M is to be attached, the new gauge M is moved downward as shown by the broken line in FIG. 8(B). This movement causes the rotating cover member 3 to rotate downward from the open position to the closed position. In this state, the new gauge M is connected to the three power-side electric wires 7A and the three load-side electric wires 7B, and then the rotating cover is slid forward, a screwdriver is inserted into the screwdriver insertion hole 11 of the tool body 1A, and the push-off electrodes 4A and 4B are turned in a direction away from the wire pressing member 2, thereby releasing the mechanical and electrical connections between the push-off electrodes 4A and 4B and the power-side electric wires 7A and the load-side electric wires 7B. Next, the four mounting screws 12 shown in FIG. 7(B) are turned in the release direction to release the connection between the four mounting screws 12 and the wire pressing member 2, and the tool body 1A can be separated from the electric wires 7A and 7B.

[0033] 9 to 11 show a second embodiment of the uninterruptible power tool for replacing meters of the present invention. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the electric wire pressing member 2' can be always attached to the tool body 1A. The electric wire pressing member 2' used in the second embodiment has a structure shown in FIG. 9. The electric wire pressing member 2' is rotatably attached to the tool body 1A at one end 2'a, and is changed from a standby state [FIGS. 10(A) and 10(B)] to a pressing state [FIGS. 11(A) and 11(B)], and the other end 2'b is fixed to the tool body 1A when in the pressing state. As shown in FIG. 9, the guide hole 2'Ca provided at one end 2'a of the electric wire pressing member 2' has a closed shape, and the guide hole 2'Cb provided at the other end 2'b has a shape that is open in the longitudinal direction. The guide hole 2'Ca has an elongated shape so that the guide pin 13 can move relatively in the longitudinal direction of the electric wire pressing member 2'. The guide hole 2'Cb has a partially cut-out shape so that the guide pin 13 can be inserted after the electric wire pressing member 2' rotates around the guide hole 2'Ca.

[0034] Since the large diameter portion 13b at the tip of the guide pin 13 inserted into the guide hole 2'Ca is removable, the large diameter portion 13b at the tip is removed when the guide pin 13 is inserted into the guide hole 2'Ca, and is fixed after insertion.

[0035] In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 10(A) and (B), with the guide pin 13 inserted into the guide hole 2'Ca, the tool body 1A is pressed against six electric wires with the electric wire pressing member 2' hanging down (standby state). Next, the electric wire pressing member 2' is rotated around the guide hole 2'Ca, and the electric wire pressing member 2' is positioned so that the insulation of the six electric wires is sandwiched (pressed state) between the six recesses 2A of the electric wire pressing member 2' and the contact parts 5A of the six pressing electrode holding parts 5 (not shown) on the tool body 1A side. After that, as shown in Fig. 10(B), four mounting screws 12 are inserted into the screw holes 2'B to fix the electric wire pressing member 2. With such a structure, the electric wire pressing member 2' can be easily attached, and the electric wire pressing member 2' can be prevented from being lost.

[0036] FIG. 12 shows the electric wire pressing member 20 used in the uninterruptible power tool for replacing meters according to the third embodiment. Also, FIGS. 13(A) and 13(B) show a perspective view of the tool body 1′A to which the electric wire pressing member 20 is attached, as seen from the oblique front side and as seen from the rear side. In the electric wire pressing member 20, a guide hole 2C into which the large diameter portion 13b of the guide pin 13 is inserted is provided in the center of the electric wire pressing member 20 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 12, the guide hole 2C is arranged in a state in which the small hole 2Cb is communicated with the large hole 2Ca. Also, the electric wire pressing member 20 is fixed to the tool body 1A at two points on both ends and one point in the center using three mounting screws 12 and three screw holes 2B. Also, one guide pin 13 to be inserted into the guide hole 2C is provided so as to protrude toward the rear side of the tool body 1′A. Furthermore, in this embodiment, a triangular recess 5C is formed at the tip of the contact portion 5A of the push-off electrode holding portion 5. Comparing this tool body 1'A with the tool body 1A of the first embodiment, the depth dimension of the tool body 1'A is shorter. This is because the first embodiment uses a voltage type current sensor, whereas the third embodiment uses a current type current sensor using a current transformer.

[0037] The above-described embodiment has been described as an example, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment without departing from the gist of the present invention. [Industrial Applicability]

[0038] According to the present invention, the insulating partition parts have a shape and size that completely separates the exposed tip parts of the core wires of two adjacent electric wires when the rotating cover member is in the open position, so that even if the core wire of the electric wires becomes loose and spreads, a short circuit does not occur. In addition, in the present invention, the electric wire is clamped between the contact part 5A of the push-off electrode holding part 5 and the electric wire pressing member, so that the electric wire can be securely clamped according to the thickness of the electric wire. In addition, the electric wire pressing member has a plurality of slits formed therein that allow the insulating partition parts to pass when the rotating cover member is displaced from the closed position to the open position, so that the electric wire pressing member does not hinder the rotation of the rotating cover member.
