Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a bag injury prevention device and a method for using the same, and in particular to a bag injury prevention device and a method for using the same in a delivery system that includes storing items in bags made of resin film, commonly known as poly bags, vinyl bags, plastic bags, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "plastic bags"), particularly poly bags made of polyethylene or polypropylene film, and processing information related to the items to be delivered to a destination. [Background technology]
[0002] Home delivery businesses are being developed in various industries, and there are methods of packaging goods according to the industry. For example, in the case of general miscellaneous goods, there is a method of directly storing goods in a cardboard box or paper bag, and a method of storing goods wrapped in a plastic bag or the like in a cardboard box or paper bag. In addition, in the case of precision instruments and fragile goods, a method of fixing goods wrapped in a shock absorbing material such as an air cap in a cardboard box or paper bag and storing them is often used. On the other hand, in the case of fresh foods and frozen foods such as milk, tofu, meat, and vegetables, a method of directly storing fresh foods sealed in a plastic bag or frozen foods sealed in a special packaging material having oxygen barrier properties to maintain freshness and prevent thawing in a polystyrene foam container with high thermal insulation, and a method of further packaging these in a thin plastic bag and storing them in a polystyrene foam container with high thermal insulation or a folding container, etc., are adopted.
[0003] The present invention relates to a distribution system for fresh foods, frozen foods, etc., the volume of which has been increasing in recent years. In particular, fresh foods, frozen foods, etc. are packaged, but in order to address hygiene issues resulting from contact with polystyrene foam containers, folding containers, etc. which are repeatedly used as storage and delivery containers, and delivery issues resulting from the efficient storage of a wide variety of fresh foods, frozen foods, etc., with different delivery destinations, into storage and delivery containers, the mainstream method is to further package fresh foods, frozen foods, etc. in plastic bags and then store them in polystyrene foam containers, folding containers, etc. for delivery.
[0004] For this reason, it is necessary to display various order information for the ordered products, such as the delivery destination, items contained, and the quantity of each item, on the plastic bags that consolidate these fresh foods and frozen foods. However, when automating this display, various problems arise due to the characteristics of the thin film of the plastic bags.
[0005] For example, to attach a label with order information printed on it to a plastic bag or to print order information on it, something like a base that can support the plastic bag flat is needed, so an easy way to do this is to use the side of an item storage or delivery container, such as a polystyrene foam container or folding container, into which the plastic bag will be loaded, as the base (Patent Document 1). However, since plastic bags are thin, feeble films that are easily charged with static electricity, they do not spread evenly on the side of the container without any unevenness, which creates the problem that it is difficult to attach the bag without peeling off or to print legibly on it. As a method for solving this problem, a method has been proposed in which the plastic bag is spread on the outer wall surface of the item storage or delivery container while blowing gas onto the bag (Patent Document 2).
[0006] Even if this method makes it possible to affix and print labels, if the item storage and delivery container is used as the base, the label will be affixed or printed on the inside of the plastic bag, meaning that the order information will be visible from the outside of the plastic bag in upside-down characters (reverse characters), which creates the problem that the order information cannot be easily and accurately read.In response to this problem, a solution has been proposed in which the order information is affixed or printed in reverse characters (Patent Document 3).
[0007] However, because such inverted characters can be read through the plastic bag, it is believed that a transparent plastic bag would be effective. However, its use is limited due to the reduced transparency caused by diffuse reflection of condensed water droplets when packaging low-temperature items, and the use of translucent plastic bags containing inorganic additives from the perspective of resource and energy conservation.
[0008] Therefore, a method for displaying order information on the outer surface of a plastic bag has been proposed, which has proved to be practically effective and is widely used (for example, Patent Document 4). In this method, a container with a window formed on its side is used as the goods storage and delivery container into which the plastic bag is loaded, and the order information is written on the outer surface of the plastic bag through the window while air is fed in from the opening of the plastic bag loaded in the goods storage and delivery container. According to this method, the plastic bag expanded from the window by the air flow is subjected to pressure acting as a base from the inside to the outside of the plastic bag, so that the label can be affixed with a stamper or printing can be performed stably.
[0009] In this way, the order information can be displayed on the outside of the plastic bag, but there is a problem that condensation caused by packaging low-temperature items can prevent the attachment or printing of the label. However, this problem can be solved by using a label with the order information that has a special adhesive layer (Patent Document 5).
[0010] In this way, it has become possible to display highly visible order information on the outside of the plastic bag, and it has become possible to deliver fresh food and frozen food packaged in the plastic bag to the wrong delivery destination without waste. Therefore, as this method has become more common, the types and quantities of fresh food and frozen food being ordered have increased, and currently, the diversification of the plastic bags used and the capacities of the storage and delivery containers into which they are loaded has raised new problems. [0011] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 07-052932 [Patent Document 2] JP 2002-179038 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2005-241818 A [Patent Document 4] Patent No. 6174767 [Patent Document 5] Patent No. 6974019 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0012] The process of sorting fresh foods, frozen foods, etc. into plastic bags using plastic bags for packaging fresh foods, frozen foods, etc. and goods storage and delivery containers such as folding containers or polystyrene foam containers into which the bags are loaded involves the work of loading ordered products 30, picked according to a display (not shown), from a goods storage shelf (not shown) into a container 10 in which plastic bags 20 transported by a roller conveyor 100 are loaded, as shown in Figure 1. There is no fundamental difference in this work, but depending on the ordered products, delivery destination, delivery method, and the method of confirming the ordered products and delivery, there are cases where order information display labels 41, 42 are affixed only to the plastic bag 20 packaging the ordered products (a) (b) and cases where they are affixed to both the plastic bag 20 and the container 10 for storing and delivering it (c). The order information display labels 41, 42 are attached to the plastic bag 20 either before (a) or after (b) or (c) the ordered products 30 are placed in the plastic bag 20.
[0013] In such a process, for example, as shown in Fig. 2, when a small plastic bag 20-1 that matches the capacity of a container 10-1 having a window used for sorting fresh foods, frozen foods, etc. on a picking conveyor line and the number of ordered items is loaded into the container, the opening periphery 22-1 of the small plastic bag 20-1 does not hang down far outside the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1 and does not cover the window 15-1 formed on the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1. As explained in paragraph 0008 of the Background Art, this window 15-1 is used to write order information on the outer surface of the plastic bag while blowing air into the opening of the plastic bag, and pressure acting as a base is applied from the inside to the outside of the plastic bag when the plastic bag expands from the window by the air flow, so that the label can be affixed with a stamper or printing with a printer can be performed stably.
[0014] An example of this state is shown in Fig. 3. When the container 10-1 in which the small plastic bag 20-1 is loaded is conveyed by the roller conveyor 50 to a predetermined position where the order information display label 41 is attached to the outer surface of the small plastic bag 20-1, the lifting actuator 74 of the bag expansion blower 70 descends, and the air leakage prevention plate 73 is pressed against the opening 23-1 of the small plastic bag 20-1. Then, air is sent into the small plastic bag 20-1 from the second air nozzle 71 of the bag expansion blower 70, and the small plastic bag 20-1 expands through the window 15-1. Since the air leakage prevention plate 73 reduces the leakage of the air flow 75 to the outside of the small plastic bag 20-1, the order information display label 41 is attached to the effectively expanded outer surface of the small plastic bag body 21-1 using the stamper 60.
[0015] In this way, when a small plastic bag 20-1 that matches the capacity of the container 10-1 with a window and the quantity of ordered items is loaded into the container, the opening peripheral portion 22-1 of the small plastic bag 20-1 does not hang down far outside the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1 and does not cover the window portion 15-1 formed in the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1, so that the opening peripheral portion 22-1 of the small plastic bag 20-1 does not interfere with the attachment operation of the order information display label 41 by the stamper 60.
[0016] This also applies when the order display label 42 is affixed to the outer surface of the side portion 11-2 of a container 10-2 which does not have a window, as the opening peripheral portion 22-1 of the small plastic bag 20-1 does not hang down far outside the side portion 11-2 of the container 10-2 and does not cover the side portion 11-2 of the container 10-2, so that the opening peripheral portion 22-1 of the small plastic bag 20-1 does not interfere with the affixing operation of the order information display label 42 by the stamper 60.
[0017] This can be seen in Figure 5, where a photograph was taken of the process of attaching the order information label to the outside of the plastic bag, as shown in Figure 3, and the photograph was then processed to show the process.
[0018] However, as described in paragraph 0010 of the Background Art, particularly as shown in Figure 3, has become commonplace with highly visible order information displayed on the outside of plastic bags, the types and quantities of fresh and frozen foods being ordered have increased, and now the plastic bags being used and the capacities of the storage and delivery containers into which they are loaded have become more diverse, giving rise to new problems.
[0019] For example, as is clear from Figure 6, which shows a state in which a large plastic bag 20-2 with a large capacity compared to the capacity of container 10-1 is loaded into container 10-1, the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 hangs down to the outside of the side portion 11-1 of container 10-1, covering the window portion 15-1 for affixing an order information label 41 to the outer surface of the plastic bag, as shown in Figures 2, 3, and 5. The problem of the opening periphery 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 hanging down outside the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1, as is also clear from Fig. 6, is that it also conceals the area for attaching the order information display label 42 on the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1 shown in Fig. 4, making it impossible for the order information display label 42 to be attached to the container 10-1 either. This is also clear from the image shown in Fig. 7, which is an image-processed version of a photograph taken of the side surface of the large plastic bag 20-2 in Fig. 6(b) being loaded into the container 10-1.
[0020] The problem caused by the opening edge of the plastic bag hanging down outside the side of the container is not limited to the case where order information is written by sticking a label, but also occurs in exactly the same way when order information is written by printing. Furthermore, the problem is not limited to the case where order information is stuck or printed on the outer surface of the plastic bag utilizing the window of the container. Furthermore, it is thought that the opening edge of the plastic bag hanging down outside the side of the container may cause problems other than the writing of order information.
[0021] Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to prevent the peripheral opening of a plastic bag loaded into an item storage and delivery container from being obstructed, since the peripheral opening of the plastic bag hangs down outside the side surface of the item storage and delivery container, and in particular to prevent obstructions that impede the operation of writing order information on the plastic bag and / or the item storage and delivery container during the sorting process in which ordered products are sorted into item storage and delivery containers loaded with plastic bags. [Means for solving the problem]
[0022] The inventor focused on wind force, which is used as a means of inflating thin, weak plastic bags for attaching or printing order information on the outside of the bags, by utilizing a window formed on the side of a container. After experimenting with a method of blowing up the opening edge of a plastic bag by blowing air into the gap between the outside of the side of a container and the opening edge of a plastic bag hanging down from it, the inventor found that this method can extremely effectively remove the obstacle caused by the opening edge of a plastic bag hanging down from the outside of the side of a container. After investigating a method that can achieve the same effect as wind force, the inventor completed the present invention.
[0023] In other words, the inventor has completed a technical idea for a device and method for using the same that prevents obstructions caused by plastic bags that interfere with the process of displaying delivery information on plastic bags and the containers that store the bags in a delivery system that involves storing items in resin film bag bodies (hereinafter referred to as "plastic bags") commonly known as polybags, vinyl bags, plastic bags, etc., particularly polybags made of polyethylene or polypropylene film, and processing information related to the items for delivery to a destination.More specifically, the inventor has completed a technical idea for a device and method for using the same that prevents obstructions caused by plastic bags that interfere with the process of displaying delivery information on plastic bags and / or the containers that store the bags when collection work is performed on a conveying line at a logistics center, etc., using item storage containers such as folding containers or polystyrene foam cases in which plastic bags are loaded.
[0024] Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, the bag injury prevention device of the first aspect of the present invention comprises a collection means for collecting items in an item storage container having a container opening at an upward position for transporting items packaged in a resin film bag having a bag opening, the resin film bag being loaded into the item storage container so that the bag opening faces upward and runs along the inner surface of the item storage container, and the bag opening peripheral portion forming the bag opening overcomes the container opening peripheral portion forming the container opening and hangs down to the outside of the side of the item storage container, a transport means for transporting the collection means, and a bag opening peripheral portion lifting means for automatically raising and lowering the bag opening peripheral portion to prevent injury caused by the bag opening peripheral portion.
[0025] As a bag body damage prevention device according to the second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, position information of the collection means may be transmitted to the bag body opening peripheral lifting / lowering means, and the bag body lifting / lowering instruction means may be further provided for operating the bag body opening peripheral lifting / lowering means.
[0026] As a bag damage prevention device according to the third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the collection means may further include an information processing means capable of displaying item information relating to the item storage container and / or the resin film bag.
[0027] As a bag body damage prevention device according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect, position information of the collection means may be transmitted to the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting / lowering means, and the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting / lowering means may be operated, and the device may further include an operation control means for operating the information processing means simultaneously with the operation of the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting / lowering means or after the operation of the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting / lowering means.
[0028] As a bag body damage prevention device according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the bag body opening peripheral portion automatically raised by the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting means may further include a bag body backflow prevention means for preventing the bag body opening peripheral portion from climbing over the container opening peripheral portion and flowing into the interior of the item storage container.
[0029] As a bag damage prevention device according to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in any of the first to fifth aspects, the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means may be a mechanical lifting mechanism that utilizes wind force or contact force.
[0030] As a bag damage prevention device according to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means may be an electric lifting mechanism that utilizes electric force.

[0032] As a bag damage prevention device according to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the sixth aspect, the mechanical lifting mechanism that utilizes wind force may be configured so that a first air nozzle that sprays air is at approximately the same height as the bottom surface of the item storage container of the collection means near the conveying means, and the air ejected from the orifice of the first air nozzle is blown upward along the side of the item storage container.
[0033] As a bag damage prevention device according to the tenth aspect of the present invention, in the sixth aspect, the mechanical lifting mechanism that utilizes the contact force may be configured such that a powered rotating body is rotatably installed on a plane parallel to the direction of travel of the conveying means near the conveying means capable of lifting the peripheral portion of the bag opening, and the tip of the rotating body rotates between a height approximately equal to the bottom surface of the item storage container of the collection means and a height approximately equal to the container opening.
[0034] As an eleventh aspect of the bag damage prevention device of the present invention, in the sixth aspect, the mechanical lifting mechanism that utilizes the contact force may be configured such that a slider equipped with an arm having a gripping function for the peripheral portion of the bag opening, which is raised and lowered by an actuator equipped with a motor and a drive mechanism, reciprocates between a height approximately equal to the bottom surface of the item storage container of the collection means and a height approximately equal to the container opening, near the conveying means capable of lifting the peripheral portion of the bag opening with the arm.
[0035] As a bag damage prevention device according to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, in the sixth aspect, the mechanical lifting mechanism that utilizes the contact force may be configured so that a pillar-shaped body extending from the bottom portion of the item storage container to the container opening is installed in the vicinity of the conveying means capable of lifting the peripheral portion of the bag opening, from the upstream direction to the downstream direction of the conveying means.
[0036] As a bag damage prevention device according to the thirteenth aspect of the present invention, in the seventh aspect, the electrical lifting mechanism may be configured such that a static electricity generating device is installed so as to charge the bag opening peripheral portion hanging down from the outside of the side of the item storage container near the conveying means, and a columnar insulator that attracts the charged bag opening peripheral portion is installed near the conveying means capable of lifting the bag opening peripheral portion.
[0037] As a bag damage prevention device according to the 14th aspect of the present invention, in the 8th aspect, the magnetic lifting mechanism may be configured so that a magnet is affixed to the peripheral portion of the bag opening, and a magnetic attraction body that attracts the peripheral portion of the bag opening to which the magnet is affixed is installed near the conveying means capable of lifting the peripheral portion of the bag opening, and parallel to the conveying means.
[0038] As the bag damage prevention device according to a fifteenth aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect, the information processing means may be a reader for reading item information written on the item storage container.
[0039] As a bag damage prevention device according to the 16th aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect, the information processing means may be a printer or labeler that displays item information related to the resin film bag loaded in the item storage container on the exterior side of the item storage container.
[0040] As a bag damage prevention device according to the 17th aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect, the information processing means may be a printer or labeler that writes item information related to the resin film bag loaded in the item storage container on the resin film bag.
[0041] As the bag damage prevention device of the 18th aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect, the information processing means may be composed of a windowed item storage container having a window formed on the side used as an item storage container for the collection means, a second air nozzle that sprays air to be sent to the top of the bag opening of the resin film bag body, and a printer or labeler that writes item information related to the resin film bag body on the outer surface of the resin film bag body that is inflated into the window by air blown from the second air nozzle.
[0042] A method of using the bag body injury prevention device of the 19th aspect of the present invention may include the steps of using the bag body injury prevention device of the first to fifth aspects to prevent injury to the resin film bag body by the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting / lowering means, and operating an information processing means in a state in which the injury to the resin film bag body has been eliminated by the bag body opening peripheral portion lifting / lowering means.
[0043] In each of the above embodiments (hereinafter the same), since the bag opening peripheral portion needs to be automatically raised and lowered at a predetermined time and position, it is preferable to further include a bag body lift instruction means that transmits position information of the collection means to the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means and operates the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means. The method of obtaining this position information is not particularly limited, but it is possible to use a conveying distance using an encoder or the like attached to the conveying means that conveys the collection means, or a sensor that detects the collection means installed on the conveying means.
[0044] The obstruction caused by the peripheral opening edge of a resin film bag hanging down outside the side of an item storage container is not particularly limited, but in particular interferes with the operation of displaying item information about the collected ordered items, such as the delivery destination, items stored, and quantity of each item, on the item storage container and / or resin film bag. Therefore, it is suitable for such a bag obstruction prevention device to be a bag obstruction prevention device further equipped with an information processing means that can display item information relating to the item storage container and / or resin film bag for the collection means.
[0045] In this way, by providing the bag injury prevention device with the information processing means, the bag opening periphery lifting means and the information processing means are linked, and it is necessary to operate the information processing means at a predetermined time when the bag opening periphery is raised. For this reason, it is preferable to further provide an operation control means that transmits position information of the collection means to the bag opening periphery lifting means, operates the bag opening periphery lifting means, and operates the information processing means simultaneously with or after the bag opening periphery lifting means. In order to accurately execute such bag opening periphery lifting means and information processing means, the conveying means is temporarily stopped. Therefore, it is sufficient to operate the bag opening periphery lifting means according to the position information already described, but since the control of the timing of operating the bag opening periphery lifting means and the information processing means depends on the capacity of the article storage container and / or the resin film bag, these operations may start simultaneously or with a predetermined time difference. It must be adjusted when implementing.
[0046] In addition, the bag opening periphery automatically raised by the bag opening periphery lifting means opens the side of the item storage container, but since it is anticipated that the bag opening periphery may overflow the container opening periphery and flow into the inside of the item storage container, interfering with the packaging of the ordered items and the operation of the information means, it is preferable to further provide a bag backflow prevention means for preventing this inflow. This bag backflow prevention means is not particularly limited and is installed in the vicinity of the container opening periphery of the item storage container in the form of a plate or rod-shaped plate, etc., and can be installed in the bag opening periphery lifting means or separately from the bag opening periphery lifting means. However, it is necessary to avoid interfering with the operation of the information means and overlapping with its installation position.
[0047] The bag opening peripheral portion lifting means is not particularly limited, but is preferably a method in which the bag opening peripheral portion hanging down outside the side surface of the item storage container is lifted effectively in a short time, and the side surface of the item storage container is opened. Examples of such a method include a mechanical lifting mechanism that uses wind force, a mechanical lifting mechanism that uses contact force, an electric lifting mechanism that uses electrical force, and a magnetic lifting mechanism that uses magnetic force. That is, as described as the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means, the mechanism for lifting the bag of the present invention includes all mechanisms that use physical force and is not particularly limited, but among them, mechanical, electrical, and magnetic lifting mechanisms are more suitable for lifting thin resin films.
[0048] The mechanical lifting mechanism using wind power is characterized in that the nitrogen and oxygen molecules that compose the air collide with the resin film bag, blowing up the periphery of the bag opening, and if the molecules are considered as mechanical elements, it can be considered as a mechanical lifting mechanism that utilizes contact force, and therefore is referred to as a mechanical lifting mechanism using wind power. More specifically, this mechanical lifting mechanism using wind power is characterized in that the first air nozzle that ejects air is at approximately the same height as the bottom of the item storage container of the collection means near the conveying means, and the air ejected from the orifice of the first air nozzle is blown upward along the side of the item storage container. The air injected from the orifice of the first air nozzle may be either compressed air supplied from a compressor or blower air supplied from a blower pump, but compressed air is generally characterized by a high pressure of up to about 0.7 MPa and a smaller air volume than blower air, whereas blower air is characterized by a low pressure of 0.7 MPa or less and a larger air volume, so air suitable for the container and the plastic film bag may be selected. It is also preferable that the air pressure and the air volume are controlled according to the size of the container and the plastic film bag. In particular, since air must be fed between the side of the container and the periphery of the opening of the bag, it is preferable to select the shape of the nozzle. Nozzle shapes include a straight type that sprays a narrow airflow with high straightness and impact force; a flat type that sprays from multiple nozzles lined up or that sprays a wide airflow by diffusing it in the width direction; and a curtain type that sprays a wide, uniform airflow from a wide slit. The flat and curtain types are preferred because the airflow rises along the side of the item storage container, making it easier for air to be sent between the side of the item storage container and the peripheral edge of the bag opening, effectively blowing up the peripheral edge of the bag opening.
[0049] The mechanical lifting mechanism preferably employs a method in which a moving body is used to lift the peripheral portion of the opening of the bag body, and a method in which a fixed arm utilizes the movement of the conveying means to lift the peripheral portion of the opening of the bag body.
[0050] The former is preferably a mechanical lifting mechanism characterized in that a powered rotating body is rotatably installed on a plane parallel to the traveling direction of the conveying means near the conveying means capable of lifting the peripheral portion of the opening of the bag body, and the tip of the rotating body rotates between approximately the same height as the bottom surface of the item storage container of the collection means and approximately the same height as the container opening. The rotating body is preferably arm-shaped, and the rotating shaft provided at one end of the rotating body is preferably controlled by the power of a motor or the like.
[0051] The former may be a mechanical lifting mechanism characterized in that a slider equipped with an arm having a gripping function for the periphery of the opening of the bag body, which is raised and lowered by an actuator equipped with a motor and a drive mechanism, reciprocates between approximately the same height as the bottom surface of the item storage container of the collection means and approximately the same height as the container opening of the item storage container, near a conveying means capable of lifting the periphery of the opening of the bag body with the arm. The actuator is not particularly limited, and a general actuator of an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic type can be applied, but it is preferable to use an electric motor that does not require a large force and has excellent mobility, and a general drive mechanism such as a crank mechanism, a Scotch yoke mechanism or a rack and pinion mechanism that converts rotary motion into linear motion.
[0052] On the other hand, the latter is a mechanical lifting mechanism characterized in that a columnar body is installed in the vicinity of a conveying means capable of lifting the peripheral portion of the opening of the bag body, from the upstream side of the conveying means to the downstream side of the conveying means, and extends from the bottom surface of the item storage container to the opening of the item storage container. The kinetic force of the collection means moving on the conveying means is used as the power for lifting the peripheral portion of the opening of the bag body, but it is difficult to insert the columnar body between the side surface of the item storage container and the peripheral portion of the opening of the bag body, and the shape of the columnar body needs to be devised. For example, it is preferable that the tip of the columnar body is streamlined, the side facing the item storage container is straight, and the opposite side is curved in a concave shape. It is also preferable that the columnar body having such a tip is arranged so that the tip of the columnar body is not parallel to the conveying means, but is slightly inclined toward the side facing the item storage container, and the tip is close to the side surface of the item storage container.
[0053] The electric lifting mechanism utilizing electrostatic force is preferably configured such that a static electricity generator is installed so that the bag opening peripheral portion hanging down outside the side surface of the item storage container near the conveying means is charged, and a columnar insulator that attracts the charged bag opening peripheral portion is installed near the conveying means capable of lifting the bag opening peripheral portion. The static electricity generator may be a simple device such as a corona charging gun, but the columnar insulator that attracts the bag opening peripheral portion is preferably an arch-shaped resin insulator that is curved upward to surround the side surface of the item storage container and is arranged near the container opening of the item storage container parallel to the conveying means so that the columnar insulator can easily attract the bag opening peripheral portion and easily open the side surface of the item storage container.
[0054] The magnetic lifting mechanism using magnetic force is preferably configured such that a magnet is attached to the periphery of the opening of the bag body, and a magnetic attractor that attracts the periphery of the opening of the bag body to which the magnet is attached is installed in the vicinity of a conveying means capable of lifting the periphery of the opening of the bag body so as to be parallel to the conveying means. The magnet attached to the periphery of the opening of the bag body can be a magnetic adhesive tape having an adhesive layer formed thereon, but is not limited thereto, and the magnetic force can be applied by folding the periphery of the opening of the bag body with a magnetic adhesive having a dispersed magnetic powder. In this case, too, it is preferable that the magnetic attractor is arranged in the vicinity of the container opening of the item storage container in parallel with the conveying means and is in the shape of an arch curved upward so as to surround the side of the item storage container, so that the magnetic force can be easily attracted to the periphery of the opening of the bag body to which the magnetic force is applied and the side of the item storage container can be easily opened. In addition, the magnetic force of the magnetic attractor is preferably an electromagnet so that the periphery of the opening of the bag body is quickly separated from the magnetic attractor once the prevention of obstacles by the periphery of the opening of the bag body is completed.
[0055] Next, in the bag obstacle prevention device of the present invention, the information processing means that particularly becomes an obstacle to the bag opening periphery can include the following devices: a device for reading the item information marked on the item storage container, and a printer or labeler that marks item information related to the resin film bag loaded into the item storage container on the exterior side of the item storage container. Also, there is a printer or labeler that marks item information related to the resin film bag loaded into the item storage container on the resin film bag, but in this case, it is the inner surface of the resin film bag that is marked. For this reason, it is desirable that the resin film bag be transparent and the display be inverted characters.
[0056] Among these, since the effectiveness of the bag injury prevention device can be maximized in terms of opening the window portion formed on the side portion of the item storage container in the information processing means capable of displaying item information on the outside of the resin film bag that packages the ordered items, it is preferable to incorporate such information processing means as the bag injury prevention device. That is, it is preferable to have a bag injury prevention device equipped with information processing means characterized by being composed of an item storage container with a window portion formed on the side portion used as the item storage container of the collection means, a second air nozzle that sprays air to be fed into the upper portion of the bag opening of the resin film bag, and a printer or labeler that displays item information related to the resin film bag on the outer surface of the resin film bag that is inflated into the window portion by air sent from the second air nozzle. Here, as with the first air nozzle, the air sprayed from the orifice of the second air nozzle may be either compressed air from a compressor or blower air from a blower pump, but it is preferable that the air pressure and the amount of air are controlled according to the size of the article storage container and the resin film bag so as not to interfere with the application of the label by the stamper and the printing by the printer. In particular, since the air must be fed so as to concentrate on the window portion formed on the side of the article storage container and to uniformly inflate the resin film bag, it is preferable to use a plurality of nozzles and to attach a cover to the nozzle to prevent the air from leaking from the article storage container. The nozzles are preferably of a straight type that sprays a narrow airflow with high linearity and impact force, or a flat type that sprays a wider airflow than the straight type by arranging a plurality of nozzles in a row. On the other hand, the cover is preferably attached so as to cover the opening of the article storage container by pressing it from the top and / or sides and to surround the nozzle. When such information processing means is incorporated into the bag damage prevention device, this cover also functions as a means for preventing the bag opening peripheral part automatically raised by the bag opening peripheral part raising and lowering means from climbing over the container opening peripheral part and flowing into the inside of the article storage container, and therefore also serves as a bag backflow prevention means. However, in order to more reliably prevent the peripheral edge of the bag opening from flowing into the item storage container, it is preferable to provide a separate bag prevention means.
[0057] The bag injury prevention device has been described above, but the present invention also provides a preferred method of using the bag injury prevention device. That is, regardless of whether the above-mentioned various information processing means are built into the bag injury prevention device, the method of using the bag injury prevention device of the present invention is characterized by including a step of preventing injury to the resin film bag by the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means, and a step of operating the information processing means in a state where the injury to the resin film bag is eliminated by the bag opening peripheral portion lifting means. In particular, these steps are performed simultaneously or successively, and are preferably performed in a state where the conveying means for the article storage container in which the resin film bag is loaded is stopped. Effect of the Invention
[0058] According to the present invention, the opening edge portion of a resin film bag body loaded into an item storage container, which hangs down outside the side of the item storage container, can be effectively raised, thereby preventing any obstruction to the opening edge portion of the resin film bag body, particularly any obstruction that would hinder the operation of writing order information on the resin film bag body and / or the item storage container during the sorting process in which ordered items are sorted into item storage containers loaded with resin film bags.
[0059] In particular, the effectiveness of the bag obstacle prevention device can be maximized in that the window formed on the side of the item storage container is opened for information processing means that is composed of an item storage container with a window formed on the side used as an item storage container for the collection means, a second air nozzle that sprays air to be sent into the upper part of the bag opening of the resin film bag, and a printer or labeler that displays item information related to the resin film bag on the outer surface of the resin film bag that is inflated into the window by air blown from the second air nozzle. [0061] The present invention will be described in more detail below using an embodiment shown in Figures 8 to 18. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and can be implemented in various modifications without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The present invention is limited only by the technical ideas described in the claims.
[0062] Figure 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a bag obstruction prevention device according to one embodiment of the present invention, which prevents obstruction by the opening peripheral portion 22-2 hanging down outside the container side portion 11-1 of a plastic bag (large) 20-2 loaded in a container 10-1, which obstructs the operation of attaching an order information label 41 to a plastic bag (large) 20-2 inflated by air flow 75 sent from a second air nozzle 71 of a bag expansion blower 70 through a window portion 15-1 formed in the container side portion 11-1 to the inside of the plastic bag (large) 20-2.
[0063] As is clear from the figure, the air flow 83 sprayed from the first air nozzle 81 attached to the frame 52 of the roller conveyor 50 rises from near the bottom portion 12-1 of the container 10-1 along its side portion 11-1 and, by being inserted between the air flow 83 and the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2, effectively blows up the opening peripheral portion 22-2, opening the opening peripheral portion 22-2 that was covering the window portion 15-1 formed in the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1 and enabling the order information label 41 to be affixed using the stamper 60.
[0064] 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view similar to that of FIG. 8, showing an embodiment of the present invention in which an air flow 83 jetted from a first air nozzle 81 attached to a frame 52 of a roller conveyor 50 that conveys the container 10-1 prevents an obstruction of an opening peripheral portion 22-2 of a plastic bag (large) 20-2 hanging down outside the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1, which obstructs an operation of attaching an order information label 42 to the outside of the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1 in which the plastic bag (large) 20-2 is loaded, by an air flow 83 jetted from a first air nozzle 81 attached to a frame 52 of the roller conveyor 50 that conveys the container 10-1. In this embodiment, a bag inflow prevention bar 140 is provided that prevents the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the plastic bag (large) 20-2 from flowing into the inside of the container 10-1 due to the air flow 83 jetted from the first air nozzle 81. Here, the bag inflow prevention bar 140 is L-shaped and is attached to the frame 52 of the roller conveyor 50 so that the bag can be held down at the portion parallel to the conveying direction of the roller conveyor 50, but this is only an example and is not limited to this. Also, in FIG. 8, the bag inflating and blowing device 70 is lowered by the lifting actuator 74, and the air leakage prevention plate 73 fixes a part of the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the plastic bag (large) 20-2, so that it plays the role of the bag inflow prevention bar 140, and an example is given in which the bag inflow prevention bar 140 is not provided. However, even in the bag body obstacle prevention device of FIG. 8, it is preferable to provide it in order to more reliably prevent the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the plastic bag (large) 20-2 from inflowing into the inside of the container 10-1. 9, the bag inflow prevention bar 140 may be one that holds down the (large) plastic bag 20-2 hanging on the opening periphery 14-1 of the container 10-1 from above, one that holds down the (large) plastic bag 20-2 from both the side surface 11-1 and the opening periphery 14-1 of the container 10-1, or one that holds down the (large) plastic bag 20-2 from the front, rear, left and right of the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1. However, it is necessary that the bar does not interfere with the operation of attaching the order information label 42 and is not installed in a place that overlaps with information processing means such as the stamper 60.Furthermore, as described above, the air leakage prevention plate 73 fixes a portion of the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 and plays the role of the bag inflow prevention bar 140, so the air leakage prevention plate 73 of the bag expansion and blowing device 70, which presses and covers the opening 13-2 of the container 10-1 from the opening peripheral portion 14-1 and / or side portion 11-2 of the container 10-1, may also serve as the bag inflow prevention bar.
[0065] In this way, the bag damage prevention device that uses wind power can effectively blow up the peripheral edge of the opening of a plastic bag, enabling the operation of attaching an order information label. To more specifically show this effect, Figs. 10 to 13 show an experiment using a prototype device based on the bag damage prevention device according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig. 8. These are images of processed photographs taken of the bag damage prevention device in operation. In the image processing, the photographed photograph was converted to black and white using dithering, and then sharpness adjustment was performed to reduce contrast and weaken the contours in order to improve visibility.
[0066] Fig. 10 shows a state where a container 10-1 containing a large plastic bag 20-2 has been transported to a position for attaching an order information label 41, with the opening periphery 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 in the container 10-1 hanging down outside the container side surface 11-1 and covering the window 15-1. Note that here, unlike Fig. 8, a bag inflow prevention bar 140 is provided.
[0067] Figure 11 shows a state in which a container 10-1 containing a large plastic bag 20-2 that has been transported to a position where the order information label 41 is to be affixed is blown up by an air flow 83 sprayed from a first air nozzle 81 attached to the frame 52 of a roller conveyor 50 that transports the container 10-1, causing the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 to be blown up, opening a window portion 15-1 formed in a side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1.
[0068] Figure 12 shows a state in which a container 10-1 containing a large plastic bag 20-2 that has been transported to a position where the order information label 41 is to be affixed is blown up at the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 by an air flow 83 sprayed from a first air nozzle 81 attached to the frame 52 of a roller conveyor 50 that transports the container 10-1, opening a window portion 15-1 formed in a side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1, and a bag expansion blower 70 that sends air into the interior of the large plastic bag 20-2 is placed above the container 10-1 containing the large plastic bag 20-2, and the order information label 41 is affixed to the outside of the large plastic bag 20-2 that has been inflated from the window portion 15-1 by an air flow 75 from a second air nozzle 71 of the bag expansion blower 70 using a stamper 60.
[0069] Figure 13 shows the state in which the opening edge 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 has been prevented from being obstructed and the order information label 41 has been attached to the outside of the large plastic bag 20-2 through the window 15-1 formed in the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1, as shown in Figure 12, has been completed.
[0070] Below, we will show a bag opening edge elevator that has a mechanism that can raise and lower the bag opening edge, similar to wind force, to effectively blow up the opening edge of a plastic bag and enable the operation of attaching an order information label.
[0071] FIG. 14 shows an outline of a bag obstacle prevention device in which a rotatable arm 91 attached to a frame 52 of a roller conveyor 50 prevents obstacles caused by an opening periphery 22-2 of a large plastic bag 20-2 that is hanging down outside a side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1. The arm 91 is rotated by a motor rotating shaft 92 to effectively lift the opening periphery 22-2, and these constitute a rotary bag lifting device. The shape of the arm 90 is not limited to that shown in this figure, as long as it does not lift the opening periphery 22-2 and does not interfere with the operation of information processing such as order information labels. The container in which the plastic bags are loaded is a schematic cross-sectional view cut in the conveying direction.
[0072] Fig. 15 shows an outline of a bag obstruction prevention device in which obstruction of an opening periphery 22-2 of a large plastic bag 20-2 loaded in a container 10-1, hanging down outside a side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1, is prevented by an arm 101 attached to a slider 102 that is raised and lowered by an actuator 103 attached to a frame 52 of a roller conveyor 50. Here, a lifting type bag lifting machine is configured by a ball screw type actuator 103 and slider 102 equipped with an arm 101, but the shape of the arm and the mechanism of the actuator are not limited to this. Note that the container loaded with plastic bags is a schematic cross-sectional view cut in the conveying direction.
[0073] Fig. 16 shows an outline of a bag obstruction prevention device in which a fixed arm 110 attached to a frame 52 of a roller conveyor 50 prevents obstruction of an opening peripheral portion 22-2 of a plastic bag (large) 20-2 loaded in a container 10-1, which hangs down outside a side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1, by utilizing the kinetic force of the container 10-1 moving on the roller conveyor 50. It is not easy to insert the tip of this fixed arm 110 between the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1 and the opening peripheral portion 22-2 of the plastic bag (large) 20-2, but it is preferable that a protrusion is provided at the tip of the fixed arm 110 as shown in Fig. 16(a), and that the fixed arm 110 is streamlined as shown in Fig. 16(b) when viewed from above, with the container side being straight and the opposite side being concavely curved. Also, as shown in the same figure, it is preferable that a columnar body having such a tip is not positioned parallel to the roller conveyor 50, but that the tip of the columnar body is slightly inclined toward the container side, and the tip is positioned close to the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1.
[0074] 17 shows an outline of a bag obstruction prevention device in which obstructions caused by the opening edge 22-2 of a plastic bag (large) 20-2 hanging down outside the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1 of the container 10-1 are prevented by the opening edge 22-2 of the plastic bag (large) 20-2 being charged by a corona charging gun 121 attached to the frame 52 of the roller conveyor 50 being attracted to an attracting insulating plate 123 installed near the opening of the container 10-1, and the corona charging gun 121 and the attracting insulating plate 123 constitute an electrostatic bag lifting machine. Note that the container in which the plastic bags are loaded is an outline schematic cross-sectional view cut perpendicular to the conveying direction.
[0075] 18 shows an outline of a bag obstruction prevention device in which obstructions caused by the opening periphery 22-2 of a large plastic bag 20-2 hanging down outside the side surface 11-1 of the container 10-1 of the container 10-1 are prevented by magnetic tape 132 affixed to the opening periphery 22-2 of the large plastic bag 20-2 being attracted to an electromagnet 131 installed near the opening of the container 10-1, and the electromagnet 131 and the magnetic tape 132 having an adhesive layer constitute a magnetic bag lifting machine. Note that the container in which the plastic bags are loaded is an outline schematic cross-sectional view cut perpendicular to the conveying direction.
[0076] As described above, Figures 14 to 18 have been used to explain an example of information processing means in which an order information label 42 is affixed to the outside of the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1, but this is merely one example that realizes the technical idea of the present invention. Information processing means described in the claims of the present invention can be applied, including information processing means that utilizes the window portion 15-1 of the side portion 11-1 of the container 10-1 in Figure 8 to affix an order information label 41 to the outside of a plastic bag (large) 20-2 inflated by a bag expansion blower 70. [Industrial Applicability]
[0077] The present invention is a device that prevents obstacles caused by the opening edge of the resin film bag hanging down to the outside of the side of the item storage and delivery container, particularly in the process of sorting fresh food and frozen food, when resin film bag bodies, such as plastic bags such as polyethylene bags and vinyl bags, are loaded into item storage and delivery containers such as containers and Styrofoam containers, and in particular prevents obstacles that interfere with the operation of writing order information on the item storage and delivery container and / or the resin film bag body, and is expected to be used in the logistics industry where home delivery of fresh food and frozen food businesses is on the rise.
