Description

[Technical field]

[0001] An embodiment of the present invention relates to a transformer. [Background technology]

[0002] Generally, a transformer needs a large coil to obtain a large output. Therefore, transformers with large output tend to be large overall, which makes it difficult to load them onto trucks for transportation, to secure transportation routes, and to secure installation space. In addition, transformers are required to have an earthquake-resistant housing so that they will not be damaged by vibrations or shaking caused by earthquakes, etc., but as the weight increases due to the larger coil, the earthquake-resistant structure also tends to become larger in order to withstand the weight. [0007] Hereinafter, a transformer according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings, taking a three-phase molded transformer as an example. The transformer 10 shown in FIG. 1 is a dry-type three-phase molded transformer. Dry-type refers to a method of dissipating heat by using air to cool the transformer 10. The transformer 10 may be, for example, an oil-immersed transformer in which the coil is immersed in oil for cooling. The transformer 10 may also be a single-phase transformer. The transformer 10 of this embodiment is suitable for transformers weighing 100 kg or more, more suitable for transformers weighing 500 kg or more, and even more suitable for transformers weighing 1 t or more.

[0008] The transformer 10 of the embodiment includes a coil unit 20 and a housing 30. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the coil unit 20 includes three sets of coils 21 for U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase, and an iron core 22. The transformer 10 of the embodiment is a so-called core-type transformer in which the coils 21 are disposed outside the iron core 22, that is, the iron core 22 is disposed inside each of the coils 21. The transformer 10 may be a so-called shell-type transformer in which the coils 21 are passed inside the iron core 22.

[0009] All three coils 21 are generally rectangular with rounded corners, and are formed into a cylindrical shape with a central axis facing the up-down direction. The three coils 21 are arranged in a straight line along one horizontal direction. In the description of this embodiment, the direction in which the three coils 21 are arranged is defined as a first direction, and a horizontal direction perpendicular to the first direction is defined as a second direction. Each of the three coils 21 includes a primary coil 211 and a secondary coil 212. The primary coil 211 and the secondary coil 212 are formed of, for example, molded coils molded with an electrically insulating resin.

[0010] In this embodiment, the primary coil 211 is disposed outside the secondary coil 212. In this case, the primary coil 211 is on the high voltage side, and the secondary coil 212 is on the low voltage side. In this embodiment, a gap 201 through which air can pass is formed between the primary coil 211 and the secondary coil 212. The primary coil 211 and the secondary coil 212 are cooled by air flowing through the gap 201. The coil unit 20 also has a primary side terminal 213 connected to the primary coil 211 of each coil 21, and a secondary side terminal 214 connected to the secondary coil 212.

[0011] The iron core 22 is made of a magnetic material such as an electromagnetic steel sheet. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the iron core 22 has, for example, an outer iron core 221 and two inner iron cores 222. The outer iron core 221 and the inner iron core 222 are both rectangular with rounded corners as a whole, and are formed into a cylindrical shape with a central axis facing horizontally, in this case, the second direction. That is, the axial direction of the central axis of the coil 21 and the axial direction of the central axis of the iron core 22 are perpendicular to each other. The outer iron core 221 is passed through the inside of two coils 21 arranged at both ends of the three-phase coils 21. The two inner iron cores 222 are placed inside the outer iron core 221, and are passed through the inside of two adjacent coils 21 of the three-phase coils 21.

[0012] The housing 30 holds the coil unit 20. As shown in Figs. 1 to 6, the housing 30 has an upper clamp 31, a lower clamp 32, a receiving member 33, a side clamp 34, a base frame 35, and a vibration-proof member 36. The upper clamp 31 presses the upper surface of the coil unit 20. The lower clamp 32 presses the lower surface of the coil unit 20, sandwiching the coil unit 20 between the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32. That is, the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32 sandwich and hold the upper and lower parts of the coil unit 20, respectively. The upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32 are formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate.

[0013] 5 and 6, the upper clamp 31 is formed in a rectangular shape that is long in the arrangement direction of the three coil units 20, i.e., long in the first direction, in a plan view, and both edges in the width direction, i.e., the second direction, are folded upward. In contrast, the lower clamp 32 has a shape that is inverted upside down as a whole compared to the upper clamp 31. In other words, the lower clamp 32 is formed in a rectangular shape that is long in the arrangement direction of the three coils 21, i.e., long in the first direction, in a plan view, and both edges in the width direction, i.e., the second direction, are folded downward.

[0014] In this embodiment, the upper clamp 31 is configured to have an upper clamp bottom surface portion 311, two upper clamp side surfaces 312, and four attachment portions 313. The upper clamp bottom surface portion 311 is a portion of the upper clamp 31 that is arranged horizontally, that is, a portion formed parallel to the upper surface of the coil unit 20. The upper clamp side surface portion 312 is a portion of the upper clamp 31 that is bent vertically downward relative to the upper clamp bottom surface portion 311. In other words, the upper clamp side surface portion 312 is a portion that extends downward from both edges of the upper clamp bottom surface portion 311 in the width direction, that is, the second direction. The attachment portions 313 are provided at both ends of the upper clamp 31 in the longitudinal direction, that is, the first direction, and at both ends in the width direction, that is, the second direction. The mounting portion 313 is formed by bending a portion of the upper clamp side portion 312 opposite the upper clamp bottom portion 311 horizontally at a right angle toward the outside of the width direction of the upper clamp 31, i.e., toward the second direction, relative to the upper clamp side portion 312.

[0015] In this embodiment, the lower clamp 32 is configured to have a lower clamp bottom surface portion 321, two lower clamp side surface portions 322, and four attachment portions 323. The lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 is a portion of the lower clamp 32 that is arranged horizontally, that is, formed parallel to the bottom surface of the coil unit 20. The lower clamp side surface portion 322 is a portion of the lower clamp 32 that is bent vertically upward relative to the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321. In other words, the lower clamp side surface portion 322 is a portion that extends upward from both edges of the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 in the width direction, that is, in the second direction. The attachment portions 323 are provided at both ends of the lower clamp 32 in the longitudinal direction, that is, in the first direction, and at both ends in the width direction, that is, in the second direction. The mounting portion 323 is formed by bending a portion of the lower clamp side portion 322 opposite the lower clamp bottom portion 321 horizontally at a right angle toward the outside in the width direction of the lower clamp 32, i.e., toward the second direction, relative to the lower clamp side portion 322.

[0016] The receiving members 33 are members that directly contact the upper and lower surfaces of the coil unit 20. The receiving members 33 are provided between the coil unit 20 and the upper clamp 31, and between the coil unit 20 and the lower clamp 32. The receiving members 33 are made of, for example, an electrically insulating resin material or rubber material. As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the receiving members 33 are formed in the shape of a small piece, for example, a cylinder, a prism, or a rectangular plate. For example, four receiving members 33 are attached to each of the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32.

[0017] The receiving members 33 are provided on both end portions of the upper clamp side surface portion 312 and both end portions of the lower clamp side surface portion 322. In this case, the receiving members 33 are attached to the mounting portion 313 of the upper clamp 31 and the mounting portion 323 of the lower clamp 32. The upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32 contact the upper and lower surfaces of the coil unit 20 via the receiving members 33, thereby sandwiching and holding the coil unit 20 in the vertical direction while being electrically insulated from the coil unit 20.

[0018] The side clamps 34 shown in Figs. 5 and 6 are formed by bending a metal plate such as a steel plate. The transformer 10 has two side clamps 34. The two side clamps 34 are provided near both ends of the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32 in the longitudinal direction, i.e., the first direction, and connect the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32. The two side clamps 34 are fixed to the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32, and are provided at positions to sandwich the iron core 22. That is, as shown in Fig. 3, the iron core 22 is disposed inside the two side clamps 34. The two side clamps 34 are disposed along the longitudinal direction, i.e., the first direction, of the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32.

[0019] 7, the side clamp 34 has a flat surface portion 341, a side clamp bottom surface portion 342, and two side clamp side surfaces 343. The flat surface portion 341 constitutes a flat portion extending in a direction perpendicular to the upper clamp bottom surface portion 311 and the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321. The two side clamps 34 are disposed such that the flat surfaces 341 face each other.

[0020] The side clamp bottom surface portion 342 faces the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 as shown in Fig. 7. In this case, the side clamp bottom surface portion 342 is a flat plate parallel to the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321, and is formed in a shape in which the lowest end portion of the side clamp 34 is bent at a right angle toward the center side in the longitudinal direction of the lower clamp 32 with respect to the flat surface portion 341. The side clamp bottom surface portion 342 is fixed to the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321. For example, as shown in Fig. 9, the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 and the side clamp bottom surface portion 342 are fixed to each other using fastening members such as bolts 41 and nuts 42.

[0021] The side clamp side portion 343 faces the lower clamp side portion 322. In this case, the side clamp side portion 343 is in the shape of a flat plate parallel to the lower clamp side portion 322, and is formed in a shape in which both end portions in the width direction of the flat portion 341 of the lower part of the side clamp 34 are bent at a right angle toward the center of the lower clamp 32 in the longitudinal direction with respect to the flat portion 341. The side clamp side portion 343 is fixed to the lower clamp side portion 322. For example, the lower clamp side portion 322 and the side clamp side portion 343 are fixed to each other using fastening members such as bolts 41 and nuts 42.

[0022] 7, a boundary portion A between the side clamp bottom portion 342 and the side clamp side portion 343 is joined by welding. That is, in the case of this embodiment, the boundary portion A constitutes a welded portion where the side clamp bottom portion 342 and the side clamp side portion 343 are welded together. On the other hand, a boundary portion B between the flat portion 341 and the side clamp bottom portion 342, and a boundary portion C between the flat portion 341 and the side clamp side portion 343 are both bent portions.

[0023] The base frame 35 is provided below the lower clamp 32, and supports the housing 30 including the lower clamp 32 and the coil unit 20. The transformer 10 has two base frames 35. The base frames 35 are provided near both ends of the lower clamp 32 in the longitudinal direction. The base frames 35 are formed by processing a metal plate such as a steel plate. The base frame 35 has a shape that extends horizontally and in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the upper clamp 31 and the lower clamp 32, i.e., the arrangement direction of the three coils 21.

[0024] In this embodiment, the longitudinal dimension Lb of the base frame 35, i.e., the second direction dimension, is smaller than the widthwise dimension Wc of the coil unit 20, i.e., the second direction dimension, as shown in Fig. 4. That is, the base frame 35 is covered by the coil unit 20 in a plan view, and does not protrude outward from the coil unit 20, particularly outward in the second direction. The base frame 35 is provided at a position overlapping with the side clamp 34 in a plan view. That is, the base frame 35 covers the entire lower portion of the side clamp 34.

[0025] The vibration-proof member 36 is made of an elastically deformable member such as hard rubber, and is provided between the lower clamp 32 and the base frame 35. When the coil unit 20 vibrates or sways, the vibration-proof member 36 is pressed by the coil unit 20 and elastically deforms, thereby absorbing the vibration or sway of the coil unit 20. The vibration-proof member 36 is configured as a rectangular plate that is long overall in the longitudinal direction of the base frame 35, i.e., long in the second direction, and covers the entire or most of the upper surface of the base frame 35.

[0026] In this embodiment, the longitudinal dimension of the vibration-proof member 36, i.e., the dimension La in the second direction, is shorter than the length dimension Lb of the base frame 35 and longer than the width dimension Wu of the lower clamp bottom surface part 321 of the lower clamp 32. That is, the vibration-proof member 36 does not extend outward from both longitudinal ends of the base frame 35, but extends outward from both widthwise edges of the lower clamp 32. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, in the lower clamp 32, the vibration-proof member 36 is disposed below the boundary part D, i.e., the corner part, between the lower clamp bottom surface part 321 and the lower clamp side surface part 322. Also, the thickness dimension Ta of the vibration-proof member 36 is thinner than the thickness dimension Tb of the base frame 35.

[0027] 6, 9, 10, and 11, the vibration-proof member 36 has a hole 361 and a through portion 362. In the present embodiment, the vibration-proof member 36 has two holes 361 and two through portions 362. The hole 361 is formed penetrating the vibration-proof member 36 in the thickness direction. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the hole 361 is a hole for passing a bolt 41 for fixing the base frame 35, the lower clamp 32, and the side clamp 34. In this case, the side clamp bottom portion 342, the lower clamp bottom portion 321, the vibration-proof member 36, and the base frame 35 are fixed by the bolt 41 and the nut 42.

[0028] The through portion 362 is formed to penetrate the vibration-proof member 36 in the thickness direction. In this embodiment, the through portion 362 is configured as a circular hole in the vibration-proof member 36, but may be, for example, a so-called notch shape with a part opened. The through portion 362 is provided on the outer side of the hole portion 361 in the longitudinal direction of the vibration-proof member 36, i.e., in the second direction. The through portion 362 is also provided on the outer side of the hole portion 361 in the longitudinal direction of the lower clamp 32, i.e., in the first direction.

[0029] 6, 10, and 11, the housing 30 is provided with a locking member 37. The locking member 37 is made of, for example, a highly rigid metal or resin. The locking member 37 can be made of, for example, a stopper bolt, and in this case, has a head 371 and a threaded portion 372. The threaded portion 372 of the locking member 37 is screwed into the base frame 35. In this way, the locking member 37 is fixed to the base frame 35.

[0030] The outer diameter of the head 371 is smaller than the inner diameter of the through-portion 362. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, the head 371 of the locking member 37 is located inside the through-portion 362. The head 371 of the locking member 37 is provided at a position where it does not protrude upward from the upper surface of the vibration-proof member 36. That is, in a state where the coil unit 20 is placed on the vibration-proof member 36, the height dimension from the upper surface of the base frame 35 to the upper surface of the locking member 37, i.e., the thickness dimension Tc of the head 371, is smaller than the height dimension from the upper surface of the base frame 35 to the upper surface of the vibration-proof member 36, i.e., the thickness dimension Ta of the vibration-proof member 36 in a state where the coil unit 20 is placed on the vibration-proof member 36. The head 371 of the locking member 37 is provided across the boundary portion D between the lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 and the lower clamp side surface portion 322 in the second direction.

[0031] In this configuration, when vibration or shaking occurs in the coil unit 20, the vibration or shaking is transmitted to the lower clamp 32. In this case, the head 371 of the locking member 37 does not contact the lower clamp 32, particularly the boundary portion D, during normal times when the coil unit 20 does not vibrate or shake. On the other hand, when the vibration or shaking occurring in the coil unit 20 cannot be absorbed by the vibration-proof member 36, the lower clamp 32 contacts the head 371 of the locking member 37. At this time, the head 371 of the locking member 37 contacts the lower clamp 32, particularly the boundary portion D. As a result, the locking member 37 restricts the vibration or shaking that cannot be absorbed by the vibration-proof member 36. In other words, the locking member 37 has a function of suppressing the inclination of the coil unit 20 and the lower clamp 32 with respect to the base frame 35 to a certain level or less when the coil unit 20 vibrates or shakes.

[0032] According to the embodiment described above, the transformer 10 includes the coil unit 20, the upper clamp 31, the lower clamp 32, two base frames 35, two vibration-proof members 36, and two side clamps 34. The coil unit 20 is configured to have a coil 21 and an iron core 22. The upper clamp 31 presses the upper surface of the coil unit 20. The lower clamp 32 presses the lower surface of the coil unit 20 to sandwich the coil unit 20 between the upper clamp 31 and the base frame 35. The base frame 35 is provided below the lower clamp 32 and supports the lower clamp 32. The vibration-proof member 36 is made of an elastically deformable member and is provided between the lower clamp 32 and the base frame 35. The side clamp 34 is fixed to the lower clamp 32 and is provided at a position to sandwich the iron core 22.

[0033] The lower clamp 32 has a lower clamp bottom portion 321 and two lower clamp side portions 322. The lower clamp bottom portion 321 is formed parallel to the bottom surface of the coil unit 20. The lower clamp side portions 322 extend upward from both ends of the lower clamp bottom portion 321 in the width direction.

[0034] The side clamp 34 has a flat portion 341, a side clamp bottom portion 342, and two side clamp side portions 343. The flat portion 341 extends perpendicular to the lower clamp bottom portion 321. The side clamp bottom portion 342 faces the lower clamp bottom portion 321 and is fixed to the lower clamp bottom portion 321. The side clamp side portion 343 faces the lower clamp side portion 322 and is fixed to the lower clamp side portion 322.

[0035] According to this, the side clamp 34 has a three-dimensional structure including a flat portion 341, a side clamp bottom portion 342, and a side clamp side portion 343, and thus the strength of the side clamp 34 can be increased compared to the case where the side clamp 34 is configured as a simple plate. The flat portion 341 of the side clamp 34 is fixed to the lower clamp bottom portion 321, and the side clamp side portion 343 is fixed to the lower clamp side portion 322, thereby reinforcing the lower clamp 32 with the side clamp 34. Therefore, the lower clamp 32 can obtain high strength without increasing the thickness of the lower clamp 32 or adding another member for reinforcing the lower clamp 32. In particular, it is not necessary to provide a reinforcing member for reinforcing the lower clamp 32 on the outer side in the width direction of the lower clamp 32, i.e., on the outer side in the second direction. This makes it possible to suppress an increase in size due to the addition of the lower clamp 32 or reinforcing member while ensuring the strength required for earthquake resistance, and as a result, it is possible to achieve both miniaturization and earthquake resistance of the transformer 10. In this embodiment, having earthquake resistance means that the amount of displacement of the primary terminal 213 and the secondary terminal 214 caused by vibration or shaking of the coil unit 20 is suppressed to a specified value or less.

[0036] Here, when vibration or shaking occurs in the transformer 10, the amplitude in the width direction of the transformer 10 is larger than the amplitude in the longitudinal direction of the transformer 10. In other words, the transformer 10 is likely to shake in the width direction of the transformer 10, that is, in the left-right direction of the paper surface of FIG. 4. Therefore, the vibration-proof member 36 extends outward from both edges in the width direction of the lower clamp 32, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4. With this, the vibration-proof member 36 contacts the lower clamp 32 across the width direction, so that the vibration or shaking transmitted from the coil unit 20 to the lower clamp 32 can be more efficiently suppressed. This makes it possible to suppress the size of the earthquake-resistant structure of the transformer 10, and as a result, it is possible to further achieve both miniaturization and earthquake resistance of the transformer 10.

[0037] The transformer 10 further includes a locking member 37. The locking member 37 has a function of suppressing the inclination of the coil unit 20 and the lower clamp 32 relative to the base frame 35 to a certain level or less by coming into contact with the lower clamp 32 when vibration or shaking occurs in the coil unit 20. However, when the lower clamp 32 comes into contact with the locking member 37, a large force acts on the portion of the lower clamp 32 that comes into contact with the locking member 37, so that high rigidity is provided to the contact portion.

[0038] Therefore, the vibration-proof member 36 has a through portion 362 formed through the vibration-proof member 36. The locking member 37 is provided inside the through portion 362 at a position where it does not protrude upward from the upper surface of the vibration-proof member 36, and across a boundary portion D between the lower clamp bottom portion 321 and the lower clamp side portion 322. In this case, the locking member 37 does not come into contact with the boundary portion D under normal circumstances when no vibration or shaking occurs in the coil unit 20. On the other hand, when vibration or shaking occurs in the coil unit 20, the locking member 37 comes into contact with the boundary portion D, thereby suppressing the vibration or shaking of the coil unit 20 and the lower clamp 32.

[0039] According to this, boundary portion D of lower clamp 32 with which locking member 37 comes into contact has a three-dimensional structure in which lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 and lower clamp side surface portion 322 butt at a right angle, and is therefore stronger than lower clamp bottom surface portion 321 alone. Therefore, according to this, it is possible to ensure the strength to withstand contact with locking member 37 without adding reinforcing members or the like to lower clamp 32. As a result, it is possible to miniaturize lower clamp 32 while ensuring earthquake resistance.

[0040] The base frame 35 is provided at a position overlapping with the side clamps 34 in a plan view. This allows the force acting on the side clamps 34 due to vibration and shaking of the coil unit 20 to be received by the base frame 35 directly below the side clamps 34. This makes it possible to efficiently suppress not only the vibration and shaking of the coil unit 20 in the width direction, but also the vibration and shaking in the longitudinal direction.

A coil unit including a coil and an iron core; an upper clamp that holds down an upper surface of the coil unit; a lower clamp that presses a lower surface of the coil unit to sandwich the coil unit between the lower clamp and the upper clamp; A base frame provided below the lower clamp and supporting the lower clamp; a vibration isolating member configured of an elastically deformable member and provided between the lower clamp and the base frame; two side clamps fixed to the lower clamp and disposed at positions to sandwich the iron core; The lower clamp has a lower clamp bottom surface portion formed parallel to a bottom surface of the coil unit, and two lower clamp side surfaces extending upward from both edges of the lower clamp bottom surface portion, The side clamp has a flat portion extending perpendicularly to the lower clamp bottom surface portion, a side clamp bottom surface portion facing the lower clamp bottom surface portion and fixed to the lower clamp bottom surface portion, and two side clamp side surfaces facing the lower clamp side surface portions and fixed to the lower clamp side surface portions. Transformer.

2. The vibration-isolating members extend outward from both edges of the lower clamp.

2. The transformer of claim 1.

3. The vibration-isolating member has a through-portion formed through the vibration-isolating member, The coil unit further includes a locking member that is disposed inside the through-hole at a position that does not protrude upward from the upper surface of the vibration-proof member and that straddles the boundary between the bottom surface of the lower clamp and the side surface of the lower clamp, the locking member not contacting the boundary under normal circumstances when no vibration or swing occurs in the coil unit, and contacting the boundary when vibration or swing occurs in the coil unit.

3. The transformer according to claim 2.

4. The base frame is provided at a position overlapping with the side clamp in a plan view.

2. The transformer of claim 1.
