Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing a geopolymer composition for producing geopolymer concrete used in on-site construction such as civil engineering and construction. [Background technology]

[0002] Traditionally, structures in civil engineering, architecture, and the like have generally been made from concrete and mortar. In recent years, however, geopolymer compositions have been attracting attention as alternative materials to concrete and mortar, and their application to various concrete structures as geopolymer concrete has been considered (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] A geopolymer composition is a hardened body obtained by mixing and reacting an alkali-active amorphous powder (active filler) such as fly ash (coal ash), metakaolin, or blast furnace slag with an alkaline solution that activates it. Geopolymer concrete is a composition that exhibits strength equivalent to that of cement concrete, for example, by adding fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, etc. to an alkali-active amorphous powder and an alkaline solution. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 5091519 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] When the geopolymer concrete is applied on-site, there is a method in which an active filler and aggregates (fine aggregate, coarse aggregate) are mixed in a mixer or the like, and then an alkaline solution is added to the mixture, mixed in a mixer, and cast at the construction site. However, the alkaline solution added to the mixed active filler has a very high viscosity, and the mixed geopolymer concrete itself also has a high viscosity, so that the fluidity is inferior to that of ordinary concrete. For this reason, when the geopolymer concrete is put into a pump truck and pumped to the construction position, and then discharged from the pump truck and cast, or when the pumped geopolymer concrete is sprayed from a nozzle by an air compressor to perform spraying, the load on the pump is larger than that of ordinary concrete, and there is a risk of clogging of the pumping flow path, etc., so that the current situation is that geopolymer concrete is not applied on-site by pumping it long distances.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and its object is to provide a method and an apparatus for producing a geopolymer composition that can perform on-site construction of geopolymer concrete without causing a high pumping load due to the viscosity of the material. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for producing a geopolymer composition containing an active filler, an alkali powder and water as a material, which uses a first material transport path for transporting a first material containing at least an active filler and a second material transport path for transporting a second material containing at least water, and generates a geopolymer composition by adding the second material transported from the second material transport path to the first material transported from the first material transport path.

[0008] In addition, in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the geopolymer composition manufacturing apparatus of the present invention is a geopolymer composition manufacturing apparatus that produces a geopolymer composition by ejecting and spraying a material containing an active filler, an alkali powder and water from an ejection nozzle onto a material, and is equipped with a first material conveying path that conveys at least a first material containing an active filler by compressed air, a second material conveying path that conveys a second material containing at least water by a pump, and an ejection nozzle that mixes the first material conveyed from the first material conveying path with the second material conveyed from the second material conveying path and ejects the mixture.

[0009] As a result, a first material containing at least an active filler is transported by a first material transport path, and a second material containing at least water is transported by a second material transport path, and a geopolymer composition is generated by adding the second material transported from the second material transport path to the first material transported from the first material transport path. Therefore, the powder material (first material) and the liquid material (second material) are transported separately, and no high pressure transport load due to viscosity is generated compared to when the materials for the geopolymer composition are mixed and transported from the beginning. Effect of the Invention

[0010] According to the present invention, the powder material and the liquid material can be transported separately, so that the geopolymer composition material is mixed and transported from the beginning. This does not cause a high pressure load due to viscosity, and geopolymer concrete can be pumped over long distances to achieve on-site construction. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Diagram 34] Side cross-sectional view of the main part of the powder pump DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0012] 1 to 11 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and illustrate a method for producing a geopolymer composition used in concrete construction in civil engineering, architecture, and the like.

[0013] The geopolymer composition of this embodiment contains active filler, alkali powder, water and aggregate as materials, and is applied on-site by mixing them.

[0014] The active filler is a powder that is activated and solidified by mixing with an alkaline activator, and is made of an alkaline-active amorphous powder such as fly ash (coal ash), metakaolin, or blast furnace slag.

[0015] As the alkaline powder, one or more powders of sodium silicate, potassium silicate, sodium metasilicate, sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide are used.

[0016] Aggregates consist of sand, gravel, artificial aggregates, etc., and are classified into fine aggregates and coarse aggregates depending on the particle size.

[0017] In this embodiment, a geopolymer composition manufacturing device is used that includes a first material conveying path 1 that conveys a first material A (mainly powder) containing at least an active filler, and a second material conveying path 2 that conveys a second material B (mainly liquid) containing at least water, and the geopolymer composition is produced by adding and mixing the first material A conveyed from the first material conveying path 1 with the second material B conveyed from the second material conveying path 2. In addition, a discharge nozzle 10 is used to mix and discharge the first material A and the second material B.

[0018] The first material conveying path 1 consists of a powder flow passage (e.g., a hose, tube, etc.) connected to the discharge nozzle 10, and the first material A supplied to the powder pump 3 from a silo or the like (not shown) is pressurized to the discharge nozzle 10 by compressed air supplied to the powder pump 3 from an air compressor 4.

[0019] The second material transport path 2 is made up of a fluid flow passage (for example, a hose, a tube, etc.) connected to the discharge nozzle 10, and the second material B is pressure-fed to the discharge nozzle 10 by the pump 5.

[0020] The discharge nozzle 10 consists of a primary nozzle 11 connected to the first material transport path and a secondary nozzle 12 connected to the discharge side of the primary nozzle 11, and the secondary nozzle 12 is adapted to be removably attached to the primary nozzle 11.

[0021] A discharge port 11a for discharging the material is provided at the tip of the primary nozzle 11, and a first material conveying path 1 is connected to the base end of the primary nozzle 11 via a connection pipe 11b. A second material conveying path 2 is connected to the side surface of the base end side of the primary nozzle 11, so that the first material A supplied to the primary nozzle 11 and the second material B supplied from the second material conveying path 2 are mixed inside the primary nozzle 11.

[0022] The secondary nozzle 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape with an inner diameter larger than the outlet 11a of the primary nozzle 11, and has an outlet 12a at its tip for discharging the material. The outlet 11a of the primary nozzle 11 is connected to the base end of the secondary nozzle 12, so that the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11 passes through the secondary nozzle 12 and is discharged from the outlet 12a of the secondary nozzle 12 to the outside.

[0023] Further, a buffer member is provided in the secondary nozzle 12 to reduce the discharge pressure of the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11. As the buffer member, for example, one shown in Figs. 4 to 9 is used.

[0024] The buffer member shown in Fig. 4 is made of a disk-shaped reflector 13 with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the secondary nozzle 12, and the reflector 13 is supported by a plurality of supports 13a so as to have a gap between it and the inner circumferential surface of the secondary nozzle 12. As a result, the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11 collides with the reflector 13 and is attenuated, and flows through the gap between the reflector 13 and the inner circumferential surface of the secondary nozzle 12 before being discharged from the discharge port 12a of the secondary nozzle 12, so that a flow resistance is applied to the material and the discharge pressure is reduced.

[0025] 5 is made of a disk-shaped punched metal 14 having an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the secondary nozzle 12, and a large number of holes 14a are provided in the punched metal 14. As a result, the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11 passes through each of the holes 14a in the punched metal 14, which applies flow resistance to the material and reduces the discharge pressure.

[0026] 6 has multiple perforated metals 14 spaced apart from one another in the material flow direction, which increases the flow resistance applied to the material. In this case, the holes 14a of the perforated metals 14 are offset from one another to increase the flow resistance of the material.

[0027] The buffer member shown in FIG. 7 consists of a disk-shaped wire mesh 15 having an outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the secondary nozzle 12. When the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11 passes through the meshes of the wire mesh 15, a flow resistance is applied to the material, thereby reducing the discharge pressure.

[0028] The buffer member shown in FIG. 8 consists of a number of round bars 16 arranged in the radial direction of the secondary nozzle 12. When the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11 passes through the gaps between the round bars 16, a flow resistance is applied to the material, thereby reducing the discharge pressure.

[0029] The buffer member shown in Fig. 9 is composed of a spiral plate 17 that extends in a spiral shape in the direction of material flow along the inner circumferential surface of the secondary nozzle 12, and the secondary nozzle 12 has a smaller inner diameter and is formed longer in the direction of material flow than those shown in Fig. 4 to Fig. 8. As a result, the material discharged from the primary nozzle 11 flows while circulating along the spiral plate 17, which imparts flow resistance to the material and reduces the discharge pressure.

[0030] In addition, the secondary nozzle 12 may be provided with an air hole (not shown) for releasing pressure in order to make the material discharge gentler. In this case, it is preferable to provide a member that allows only air to pass through, such as a punched metal, in front of the air hole.

[0031] When the geopolymer composition of this embodiment is applied on-site, as shown in FIG. 10, first, the stirred first material A is charged from the silo to the powder compressor 3 of the first material conveying path 1 (S1). Next, the first material A is pressure-fed from the powder compressor 3 to the discharge nozzle 10 via the first material conveying path 1 by compressed air from the air compressor 4 (S2), and the second material B is pressure-fed to the discharge nozzle 10 via the second material conveying path 2 by the pump 5 (S3). As a result, the mixture C of the first and second materials A and B mixed in the discharge nozzle 10 is discharged from the discharge nozzle 10 to the construction site (S4). In the discharged mixture C, the first material A reacts with the second material B and hardens, producing geopolymer concrete.

[0032] Here, for example, when applying geopolymer concrete by spraying, as shown in Figure 3, a discharge nozzle 10 without a secondary nozzle 12 is used, and the material is directly discharged from the primary nozzle 11 for spraying. In this case, the discharge pressure of the material is not reduced by the secondary nozzle 12, so the discharge pressure required for spraying can be secured, and the material can be vigorously discharged from the discharge nozzle 10 for spraying work.

[0033] In addition, when applying the geopolymer concrete by the material extrusion method, such as when casting the geopolymer concrete into a formwork on-site, a discharge nozzle 10 equipped with a secondary nozzle 12 is used, and the material is discharged from the secondary nozzle 12 and poured into the formwork, as shown in Fig. 2. In this case, the discharge pressure of the material can be reduced by the secondary nozzle 12, so that the work can be performed without scattering the discharged material. In this case, if the tip side of the secondary nozzle 12 is bent to change the discharge direction of the material, the workability in the material extrusion method can be improved.

[0034] FIG. 11 shows an example of a combination of a first material A and a second material B.

[0035] In combination example 1, the first material A is made of an active filler, an alkali powder and an aggregate, and the second material B is made of water.

[0036] In combination example 2, the first material A is composed of an active filler, an alkaline powder and an aggregate, and the second material B is composed of water and an alkaline liquid.

[0037] In combination example 3, the first material A is composed of an active filler, an alkaline powder, and an aggregate, and the second material B is composed of water, an alkaline agent (alkaline powder or alkaline liquid), and an active filler. In this case, the amount of the active filler in the second material B is set so that the viscosity of the second material B is equal to or less than the viscosity at which the second material B can be pumped as a slurry. A water reducing agent may be added to the second material B.

[0038] In combination example 4, the first material A is composed of an active filler, a small amount of water, an alkali powder and an aggregate, and the second material is composed of water.

[0039] In combination example 5, the first material A is composed of an active filler, a small amount of water, an alkaline powder and an aggregate, and the second material is composed of water and an alkaline liquid.

[0040] In each of the combination examples 1 to 5, if fibers are added to the first material A, the occurrence of cracks can be effectively prevented. In particular, in the case of spraying, the fibers mixed in can improve adhesion to the object to be sprayed. In this case, the fibers to be mixed can be made of metal, organic, or inorganic fibers (including glass fibers), and short or long fibers can be used.

[0041] In the above combination examples 1 and 2, the powder material (first material A) and the liquid material (second material B) can be transported completely separately, so that the pumping load can be effectively reduced. In this case, in combination example 2, an alkaline liquid such as water glass is added to the second material B, which is advantageous when it is desired to increase the reaction speed when mixing the materials.

[0042] In the combination example 3, since the second material B contains an alkali agent and an active filler, the monomer can be eluted in the second material B, which is advantageous in achieving early curing of the mixed materials.

[0043] In combination examples 4 and 5, the first material A contains an alkaline powder and a small amount of water, so that the monomer can be eluted in the first material A, which is advantageous when attempting to quickly harden the mixed materials. In this case, in combination example 2, an alkaline liquid such as water glass is added to the second material B, which is advantageous when it is desired to speed up the reaction rate when the materials are mixed.

[0044] The above combination examples 1 to 5 are one embodiment of the present invention, and other combinations are possible within the scope of the present invention.

[0045] Thus, according to this embodiment, a first material conveying path 1 for conveying at least a first material A containing an active filler and a second material conveying path 2 for conveying a second material B containing at least water are used, and a geopolymer composition is generated by adding a second material B conveyed from the second material conveying path 2 to the first material A conveyed from the first material conveying path 1, so that the powder material (first material A) and the liquid material (second material B) can be conveyed separately. As a result, compared to the case where the materials of the geopolymer composition are mixed and conveyed from the beginning, it is possible to realize on-site construction of geopolymer concrete by long-distance pressure conveying without generating a high pressure conveying load due to viscosity.

[0046] In this case, the first material A is transported along the first material transport path 1 by compressed air, and the second material B is pressurized by a pump 5 along the second material transport path 2, so that the same transport equipment as in the dry spraying method can be used, which is extremely advantageous in terms of practical application.

[0047] In addition, since the discharge nozzle 10 is used to mix and discharge the first material A discharged from the first material conveying path 1 with the second material B discharged from the second material conveying path 2, the material C mixed just before can be discharged from a single discharge nozzle 10, making it easy to carry out construction on site.

[0048] In this case, the discharge nozzle 10 consists of a primary nozzle 11 connected to the first material transport path 1 and a secondary nozzle 12 connected to the discharge side of the primary nozzle 11, and a buffer member is provided inside the secondary nozzle 12 to reduce the discharge pressure by applying flow resistance to the material. Therefore, when constructing geopolymer concrete by a spraying method, a discharge nozzle 10 without a secondary nozzle 12 attached is used, and when constructing geopolymer concrete by a material extrusion method, a discharge nozzle 10 with a secondary nozzle 12 attached to the primary nozzle 11 is used, thereby making it possible to use different discharge nozzles 10 depending on the construction method.

[0049] Furthermore, if heaters (not shown) are provided in the first and second material transport paths 1, 2 and the discharge nozzle 10 and materials A and B are heated to, for example, 35°C or higher, the dissolution of the alkali is promoted, the hardening speed can be increased, and higher strength can be obtained. In this case, it is particularly effective to heat the liquid material (second material B). Furthermore, the use of a heat-insulating hose can reduce the temperature drop during transport.

[0050] In the above embodiment, the discharge nozzle 10 is composed of a primary nozzle 11 and a secondary nozzle 12, and a cushioning member is provided in the secondary nozzle 12. However, when the nozzle is used only in the material extrusion method, the nozzle may not be divided into a primary nozzle and a secondary nozzle, and a cushioning member may be provided in the discharge nozzle corresponding to the primary nozzle.

[0051] 12 and 13 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0052] In this embodiment, the discharge nozzle 10 is provided with a reverse jet nozzle 20 for discharging compressed air in the opposite direction to the discharge nozzle 10 .

[0053] The reverse jet nozzle 20 is attached to the primary nozzle 11 of the discharge nozzle 10 so that the discharge direction faces in the opposite direction, and is connected to the air compressor 6 .

[0054] Since the material is discharged from the discharge nozzle 10 at high pressure, a large reaction force is generated in the discharge nozzle 10, but by discharging compressed air from the air compressor 6 from the reverse jet nozzle 20 at the same time as the discharge of the material from the discharge nozzle 10, the discharge pressure of the reverse jet nozzle 20 acts in a direction that cancels the reaction force caused by the discharge of the material from the discharge nozzle 10. This reduces the reaction force when the discharge nozzle 10 discharges the material, and the material discharge work can be performed while always holding the discharge nozzle 10 stably. In this case, it is effective when the discharge work is performed manually, but for example, when spraying work is performed by a robot arm, the reaction force can be reduced by the reverse jet nozzle 20, so that the discharge pressure of the material does not exceed the payload of the robot arm, which is advantageous when automating spraying work by a robot arm.

[0055] In addition, the reverse injection nozzle 20 is particularly effective for the spraying method using only the primary nozzle 11 with high discharge pressure, but can also be used for the material extrusion method using the secondary nozzle 12.

[0056] 14 and 15 show a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the above-mentioned embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0057] In this embodiment, a first discharge nozzle 30 that discharges a first material A carried out from a first material transport path 1 and a second discharge nozzle 40 that discharges a second material B carried out from a second material transport path 2 are used, and the first and second materials A and B are discharged from the first and second discharge nozzles 30, 40 toward a discharge target 7, respectively. The first and second discharge nozzles 30, 40 are separate nozzles and are connected to the first and second material transport paths 1 and 2, respectively.

[0058] In this embodiment, when applying the geopolymer composition, the first and second materials A and B are simultaneously discharged from the first and second discharge nozzles 30 and 40, and the materials A and B discharged onto the object 7 are mixed to produce geopolymer concrete. At that time, as shown in FIG. 15, a predetermined area of the object 7 is covered with a cover 50, and the space between the cover 50 and the object 7 is sealed with a packing 51. The first and second materials A and B are discharged from the first and second discharge nozzles 30 and 40 into the cover 50, and the cover 50 prevents the materials A and B from scattering.

[0059] In this manner, according to this embodiment, the first and second materials A and B are discharged and mixed from the first and second discharge nozzles 30 and 40, so that the materials A and B can be discharged without being mixed in the nozzle. As a result, when using a material with a composition containing an extremely low amount of water, for example, there is a risk that the material will become clay-like and cause the nozzle to become clogged when mixed in the nozzle, but in this embodiment, the materials A and B can be discharged without being mixed in the nozzle, so there is an advantage that the nozzle will not become clogged.

[0060] Furthermore, when the first and second materials A and B are discharged simultaneously, there is a possibility that the scattered materials A and B may scatter at the same time and harden while adhering to the inner surface of the cover 50. Therefore, by alternately discharging the first and second materials A and B from the first and second discharge nozzles 30 and 40 to form a layer of the first material A and a layer of the first material B stacked on top of each other, there is an advantage that even if one of the first and second materials A and B scatters on the inner surface of the cover 50, the materials A and B will not mix and harden on the inner surface of the cover 50.

[0061] 16 to 19 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0062] In this embodiment, the first discharge nozzle 30 and the second discharge nozzle 60 integrally formed with the first discharge nozzle 30 are used, and while a first material A is discharged from the first discharge nozzle 30, a second material B is discharged from the second discharge nozzle 60 along the periphery of the first material A.

[0063] The second discharge nozzle 60 is made of a hollow annular member provided on the outer peripheral surface near the tip of the first discharge nozzle 30, and the second material transport path 2 is connected to the second discharge nozzle 60. One end face of the second discharge nozzle 60 is provided with a discharge port 61, which is formed by an annular opening extending in the circumferential direction of the second discharge nozzle 60, or a plurality of holes arranged in the circumferential direction of the second discharge nozzle 60.

[0064] In this embodiment, when applying the geopolymer composition, the first and second materials A and B are simultaneously discharged from the first and second discharge nozzles 30 and 60, and the materials A and B discharged onto the discharge target 7 are mixed to produce geopolymer concrete. At that time, as shown in FIG. 18, the second material B is discharged from the second discharge nozzle 60 so as to surround the first material A discharged from the first discharge nozzle 30, so that the second material B prevents the first material A from scattering around.

[0065] In this manner, according to this embodiment, as in the third embodiment, the first and second materials A and B are discharged and mixed from the first and second discharge nozzles 30 and 60, so that the materials A and B can be discharged without being mixed in the nozzle. At that time, the scattering of the first material A can be prevented by the second material B, so that the scattering of the materials can be prevented without covering the discharge target with a cover.

[0066] In this case, the discharge direction of the second discharge nozzle 60 may be parallel to the discharge direction of the first discharge nozzle 30 as shown in Fig. 17, but may be tilted at a predetermined angle (e.g., 0° or more and 45° or less) toward the inside in the nozzle radial direction as shown in Fig. 19. This allows the discharge pressure of the second material B to be applied to the first material A, facilitating the mixing of the materials A and B.

[0067] FIG. 20 shows a fifth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0068] In this embodiment, the second material B is generated by mixing multiple materials B1, B2 (e.g., alkaline powder and water) of the second material B using a mixer 6 at the source of the second material transport path 2, and then the second material B is transported by the second material transport path 2.

[0069] This eliminates the need to transport the second material B, which has been prepared in advance at a factory or the like, to the construction site, eliminating the need for the labor and management of transporting the second material B, which is an alkaline solution that is difficult to handle, to the construction site, and allows the second material B to be used at the construction site without excess or shortage.

[0070] FIG. 21 shows a sixth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0071] In this embodiment, of the multiple materials B1 and B2 (e.g., alkaline powder and water) of the second material B, only the material B2 consisting of water is transported by the second material transport path 2, and the other material B1 is mixed with the material B1 by the mixer 6 at the destination of the second material transport path 2 and supplied to the discharge nozzle 10.

[0072] As a result, similar to the fifth embodiment, the effort and management of transporting the second material B consisting of an alkaline solution to the site is eliminated, and only the material B2 consisting of water needs to be transported to the destination on the second material transport path 2. Therefore, even if a liquid leak occurs due to deterioration or damage to the hose used on the second material transport path 2, for example, only water will leak out, and expensive alkaline solution will not leak out to the outside.

[0073] 22 to 25 show a seventh embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0074] In this embodiment, the discharge nozzle 10 is provided with an injection nozzle 70 that injects the second material B from the second material transport path 2 into the discharge nozzle 10, and the second material B injected from the injection nozzle 70 is mixed with the first material A in the discharge nozzle 10.

[0075] The injection nozzle 70 is formed so that a screw portion 70a provided on the tip side is screwed into a screw hole 10a provided on the circumferential surface of the discharge nozzle 10, and a hose (not shown) of the second material conveying path 2 is connected to the base end side. In addition, a hexagonal nut portion 70b for fastening to the discharge nozzle 10 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the injection nozzle 70.

[0076] The tip of the injection nozzle 70 is provided with a plurality of injection holes 71 for injecting the second material B, and each injection hole 71 is a round hole with one end opening on the tip surface of the injection nozzle 70. In this embodiment, nine injection holes 71 are provided, and the other eight injection holes 71 are arranged around the central injection hole 71 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the injection nozzle 70. In this case, the central injection hole 71 is formed so as to extend in the axial direction of the injection nozzle 70 (a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10) with the axis L of the injection nozzle 70 as the center, and the other injection holes 71 are formed so as to extend in directions inclined by an inclination angle θ with respect to the axis L of the injection nozzle 70. Also, as shown in FIG. 24, of the remaining eight injection holes 71, those arranged at positions circumferentially offset by 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° from the center of the central injection hole 71 on the tip face of the injection nozzle 70 are formed so that their inclination angle θ is 30°, and those arranged at positions 45°, 135°, 225°, and 315° offset from the center of the central injection hole 71 are formed so that their inclination angle θ is 15°.

[0077] In this embodiment, when the second material B is supplied into the injection nozzle 70, as shown in Figures 22 and 23, the second material B is injected from each injection hole 71 into the discharge nozzle 10, and the second material B is injected into the first material A flowing through the discharge nozzle 10. As a result, a mixture C of the first material A and the second material B is generated and discharged from the discharge nozzle 10. At that time, the second material B is injected so as to be dispersed radially from the multiple injection holes 72 inclined with respect to the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10, so that the second material B is evenly injected into the first material A passing through the injection portion.

[0078] In this manner, according to this embodiment, the second material B is mixed with the first material A by being injected into the discharge nozzle 10 from a plurality of injection holes 71 that are inclined in different directions relative to the axis L extending in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10. Therefore, the second material B injected from each injection hole 71 can be dispersed by the inclination of each injection hole 71, and the first material A and the second material B can be mixed reliably.

[0079] That is, since the first material A is made of fine powder raw materials such as active fillers, if the first material A is not mixed with the second material B sufficiently, the mixing ratio becomes unstable and the unmixed first material A scatters as dust. However, in this embodiment, the first material A and the second material B can be reliably mixed by the injection nozzle 70, so that poor mixing can be extremely reduced. As a result, it is possible to generate a geopolymer composition with a stable mixing ratio at all times and to greatly suppress the generation of dust.

[0080] Furthermore, because the injection nozzle 70 is fastened by screwing the screw portion 70a onto the peripheral surface of the discharge nozzle 10, it is not possible to always make the position at which the injection nozzle 70 is fastened and fixed the same in the circumferential direction. However, in this embodiment, the injection holes 71 are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction centered on the axis L, so that injection can always be performed uniformly in the circumferential direction regardless of the circumferential orientation of the injection nozzle 70.

[0081] 26 to 29 show an eighth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those of the first and seventh embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0082] In this embodiment, the discharge nozzle 10 is provided with an injection nozzle 80 that injects the second material B from the second material transport path 2 into the discharge nozzle 10, and the second material B injected from the injection nozzle 80 is mixed with the first material A in the discharge nozzle 10.

[0083] The injection nozzle 80 is formed so that a screw portion 80a provided on the tip side is screwed into a screw hole 10a provided on the circumferential surface of the discharge nozzle 10, and a hose (not shown) of the second material conveying path 2 is connected to the base end side. In addition, a hexagonal nut portion 80b for fastening to the discharge nozzle 10 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the injection nozzle 80. In this case, the injection nozzle 80 can be fixed at any position in the circumferential direction by screwing the screw portion 80a into the screw hole 10a of the discharge nozzle 10 and tightening a lock nut 80c screwed into the screw portion 80a to the discharge nozzle 10 side.

[0084] The tip of the injection nozzle 80 is provided with a plurality of injection holes 81 for injecting the second material B, and each injection hole 81 is a slit-shaped long hole with one end opening on the tip surface of the injection nozzle 80. In this embodiment, seven injection holes 81 are provided, and each opening is formed long in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10. The injection holes 81 are arranged at intervals from each other in the width direction and are formed to extend in a direction inclined by an inclination angle φ with respect to the axis L of the injection nozzle 80. In this case, as shown in FIG. 28, the injection holes 81 are formed so that the inclination angles φ are 33°, 22°, 11°, 0°, 11°, 22°, and 33° in the arrangement direction from one end side (lower side in FIG. 28) to the other end side (upper side in FIG. 28).

[0085] In this embodiment, when the second material B is supplied into the injection nozzle 80, as shown in Figures 26 and 27, the second material B is injected from each injection hole 81 into the discharge nozzle 10, and the second material B is injected into the first material A flowing through the discharge nozzle 10. As a result, a mixture C of the first material A and the second material B is generated and discharged from the discharge nozzle 10. At that time, each injection hole 81 has an opening formed in a long slit shape in a direction perpendicular to the axis L of the injection nozzle 80, and is provided so that the inclination directions are different from each other in the longitudinal direction of the opening, so that the second material B is injected from each injection hole 81 so as to spread in a curtain shape, and the second material B is evenly injected into the first material A passing through the injection part.

[0086] As a result, in this embodiment, similarly to the seventh embodiment, the first material A and the second material B can be reliably mixed by the injection nozzle 80, so that improper mixing can be extremely reduced.

[0087] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the screw portion 80a of the injection nozzle 80 is screwed into the screw hole 10a of the discharge nozzle 10, and the lock nut 80c screwed into the screw portion 80a is tightened on the discharge nozzle 10 side, thereby fixing the injection nozzle 80 to the discharge nozzle 10. Therefore, the injection nozzle 80 can be positioned circumferentially so that the longitudinal direction of the opening of each injection hole 81 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10.

[0088] The number, arrangement, and inclination angle θ of the injection holes 71, 81 shown in the seventh and eighth embodiments are merely examples, and are not limited to those described in the seventh and eighth embodiments.

[0089] Furthermore, if the second material transport path 2 is branched and connected to multiple locations in the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10, and the second material B is injected from multiple locations in the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10 by the injection nozzle 70 or the injection nozzle 80, the first material A and the second material B can be mixed more reliably. In this case, if each injection nozzle 70 or each injection nozzle 80 is connected to a different position in the circumferential direction of the discharge nozzle 10, the second material B can be injected from different directions onto the first material A, and the second material B can be injected more evenly onto the first material A.

[0090] FIG. 30 shows a ninth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0091] In this embodiment, the second material transport path 2 branches into a plurality of flow paths 2a which are connected to a plurality of locations in the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10, and each flow path 2a is provided with an on-off valve 2b.

[0092] This makes it possible to more reliably mix the first material A and the second material B by opening the on-off valve 2b of each flow path 2a and supplying the second material B to the first material A from each flow path 2a at multiple locations in the axial direction of the discharge nozzle 10.

[0093] Furthermore, the inside of the discharge nozzle 10 can be cleaned by closing the on-off valve 2b of the flow path 2a on the tip side of the discharge nozzle 10, opening the on-off valve 2b of the flow path 2a on the base end side of the discharge nozzle 10, and injecting a cleaning liquid such as water from the flow path 2a on the base end side into the discharge nozzle 10. This eliminates the need to disassemble the discharge nozzle 10 and clean it manually, making it possible to automate the cleaning of the discharge nozzle 10, which is extremely advantageous when performing spraying work by remote control in places where people cannot enter, for example.

[0094] 31 and 32 show a tenth embodiment of the present invention, in which the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0095] In this embodiment, in the method for producing the geopolymer composition, a calibration container 90 shown in the figure is used to measure the amount of the first material A discharged from the first material conveying path 1 and perform calibration.

[0096] The calibration container 90 includes a container body 91 through which the first material A discharged from the first material conveying path 1 by compressed air flows, and the upper surface of the container body 91 is provided with a material inlet 92 through which the first material A flows in, and an air outlet 93 through which air is discharged from the container body 91 to the outside. The material inlet 92 is provided at one end of the upper surface of the container body 91, and is a hole that can be sealed by inserting the discharge nozzle 10. The air outlet 93 is provided at the other end of the upper surface of the container body 91, and a filter 93a is provided at its opening. Furthermore, a hood 93b is provided above the air outlet 93 to guide the air discharged from the air outlet 93 to the side.

[0097] Furthermore, within the container body 91, there is provided a flow passage 94 for circulating the first material A and air in a serpentine manner between the material inlet 92 and the air outlet 93. The flow passage 94 is formed by a plurality of partition plates 95 provided within the container body 91, and the partition plates 95 are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction at the center of the container body 91. In this case, the partition plates 95 are provided so that there is an interval between the upper end or the other end of each partition plate 95 and the inner surface of the container body 91, and are arranged so that their positions are shifted alternately in the vertical direction. As a result, the flow passage 94 between each partition plate 95 is formed in a serpentine manner.

[0098] In the calibration container 90 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 32, when the first material A is discharged into the container body 91 by compressed air from the discharge nozzle 10 inserted into the material inlet 92, the first material A and the air flow through the flow passage 94 between the partition plates 95, and then the air separated from the first material A is discharged to the outside from the air outlet 93. In this case, since the first material A is made of fine powder raw material such as an active filler, it is likely to scatter together with the air, but since the flow passage 94 is formed in a serpentine shape, the flow distance of the first material A and the air flowing through the flow passage 94 is long, thereby accelerating the separation of the first material A and the air. Then, after a predetermined amount of the first material A and the air are circulated in the container body 91, the amount of the first material A remaining in the container body 91 is measured to perform calibration.

[0099] As described above, according to the present embodiment, by circulating the first material A and the air through the serpentine flow passage 94, separation of the first material A and the air can be promoted, so that the amount of the first material A discharged to the outside together with the air from the air exhaust port 93 can be significantly reduced, and calibration errors can be extremely reduced.

[0100] 33 and 34 show an eleventh embodiment of the present invention, in which the powder pump 3 of each of the above-mentioned embodiments is provided with an agitating member for agitating the first material A. Note that the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0101] The powder pump 3 of this embodiment includes a hopper 100 into which a first material A is fed, a pumping section 101 that pumps the first material A in the hopper 100 to the first material conveying path 1, a rotor 102 that supplies the first material A in the hopper 100 to the pumping section 101, and a stirring member 103 that stirs the first material A by rotating horizontally within the hopper 100.

[0102] The hopper 100 is made of a tapered member with openings on the top and bottom, and is disposed above the pressure-feeding section 102 .

[0103] The pressure-feeding section 101 is configured to receive the first material A from a hopper 100 via a rotor 102 and pressure-feed the first material A to the first material conveying path 1 by compressed air supplied from an air compressor 4.

[0104] The rotor 102 is disposed above the pressure-feeding section 101, and is rotated by a motor (not shown) to cause the first material A in the hopper 100 to drop into the pressure-feeding section 101. A ring-shaped member 102b made of a wire is attached to the rotating shaft 102a of the rotor 102, and the ring-shaped member 102b is formed so as to extend in a ring shape along a vertical plane and rotates together with the rotor 102 in the horizontal direction.

[0105] The stirring member 103 is formed of a first rod-shaped portion 103a extending vertically, a second rod-shaped portion 103b extending obliquely upward from the first rod-shaped portion 103a, and a third rod-shaped portion 103c extending obliquely downward from the first rod-shaped portion 103a. The stirring member 103 is attached to an annular member 102b of the rotor 102 and is rotated by the rotor 102.

[0106] The first rod-shaped portion 103a is fixed to the annular member 102b at a position horizontally offset from the rotating shaft 102a of the rotor 102, and one ends of the second rod-shaped portion 103b and the third rod-shaped portion 103c are fixed to approximately the center in the vertical direction of the first rod-shaped portion 103a. The second rod-shaped portion 103b and the third rod-shaped portion 103c each have the other end fixed to the annular member 102b, and together with the first rod-shaped portion 103a, form the overall shape of the stirring member 103 into a K shape.

[0107] In the powder pumping machine 3 configured as described above, the first material A is supplied into the hopper 100, and the rotor 102 rotates, thereby supplying the first material A from the hopper 100 to the pumping section 101. In this case, since the first material A contains a plurality of types of fine powder raw materials such as active fillers, the material itself does not flow smoothly. However, in this embodiment, the stirring member 103 in the hopper 100 rotates together with the rotor 102, and the first material A in the hopper 100 is stirred, so that the first material A is smoothly supplied from the hopper 100 to the pumping section 101. At that time, the first rod-shaped portion 103a rotates at a position horizontally offset from the rotation axis 102a of the rotor 102 at the center of the hopper 100, and the inclined second rod-shaped portion 103b and third rod-shaped portion 103c rotate at the upper and lower parts on the peripheral side of the hopper 100, so that the entire inside of the hopper 100 is evenly stirred by the stirring member 103.

[0108] Thus, according to this embodiment, by rotating the stirring member 103 provided in the hopper 100, the first material A in the hopper 100 can be stirred evenly, thereby preventing material clogging in the hopper 100 and allowing the first material A to be constantly and stably pressure-fed to the first material conveying path 1.

[0109] In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the first material A is shown to use powdered raw materials such as active filler and alkali powder, but a geopolymer raw material composition obtained by granulating some or all of the powdered raw materials into granules may also be used.

[0110] As a method for granulating the geopolymer raw material composition into granules, the so-called spray-dry granulation method can be used, in which the powder raw material is mixed with at least one of water, an alkaline solution, and a binder, the resulting slurry is sprayed into hot air, and then instantly dried to granulate. The binder is a substance that gives the powder raw material appropriate cohesiveness during the granulation operation, and is used as a binding medium between solid particles, taking into consideration strength (disintegrability), solubility, reactivity, etc. according to the application and purpose.

[0111] In addition, examples of granulation methods that can be used other than spray drying include an extrusion granulation method in which a slurry is extruded through a plurality of openings and cut into granules to form granules; a rolling granulation method in which a powdered raw material is rolled in a rotating drum or a rolling pan while a binder or water is sprayed onto it to form granules; an agitation granulation method in which a powdered raw material is granulated by adding a binder or water while being agitated with a rotating blade; and a fluidized bed granulation method in which the powder is fluidized and a binder or water is sprayed onto it to bond the particles.

[0112] In this way, by using a geopolymer raw material composition in which some or all of the powder raw materials are granulated as the first material A, the raw material can be easily measured, so that changes in the raw material mixing ratio can be suppressed and the performance stability of the geopolymer composition can be improved. In this case, since there is no need to measure multiple types of raw materials individually, the measuring process can be made more efficient and the risk of performance degradation due to measuring errors can be reduced.

[0113] In addition, since the transportability of the raw material can be improved, for example in dry spraying construction, it becomes possible to pump a large amount of the first material A through the first material transport path 1, thereby improving productivity.

[0114] Furthermore, since the viscosity of the slurry can be reduced, the strength and durability of the geopolymer composition can be increased (improved acid resistance and salt damage resistance), and the viscosity can be reduced without the use of additives such as water reducers.

[0115] In addition, by increasing the particle size through granulation, the specific surface area is reduced, thereby reducing the effects of humidity on the premix material. Furthermore, by integrating multiple powders with different densities through granulation, the raw materials in the premix material can be made uniform.

[0116] Furthermore, since the generation of dust can be significantly suppressed, it is possible to improve the decrease in visibility during dry spraying, for example, and to reduce the impact of dust on the surrounding environment. In addition, since it is possible to suppress changes in the blending ratio of the remaining raw materials due to scattering of the raw materials, it is possible to always produce dry sprayed products with the appropriate blending.

[0117] In addition, if the particle size of the geopolymer raw material composition is too small, the effect of increasing the particle size will be reduced, so the average particle size of the granulated geopolymer raw material composition is preferably 10 μm or more.

[0118] In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the geopolymer composition is produced at a construction site of a civil engineering or building, but the present invention can be used for other purposes, such as the production of buildings using a 3D printer that uses geopolymer as a material.
