Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vibration isolation device. [Background technology]

[0002] In recent years, buildings have tended to become taller due to redevelopment. High disaster prevention capabilities are required for super-high rise buildings, and high grades are required for both earthquake-resistant and wind-resistant designs of the structures. The adoption of a seismic isolation structure is considered as a means of increasing the earthquake resistance grade, but the axial force of the columns of super-high rise buildings is very large, and often exceeds the maximum bearing capacity (approximately 3,800 tons) of existing seismic isolation devices consisting of a single laminated rubber bearing. For this reason, super-high rise buildings with high column axial forces adopt a seismic isolation device in which a single column (superstructure) is supported by multiple laminated rubber bearings arranged horizontally (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 6). [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-196816 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2014-196815 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2014-196814 A [Patent Document 4] JP 2014-196812 A [Patent Document 5] JP 2003-343649 A [Patent Document 6] JP 2018-062984 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The vibration isolation devices of Patent Documents 1 to 6 are all placed between a base (foundation structure) and a column (superstructure), and the upper and lower ends of the multiple laminated rubber bearings that make up the vibration isolation device are fixed to the base and the column individually. In this case, the upper and lower edges of each laminated rubber bearing must be fixed to the base and the column with anchor bolts. For this reason, the interval between adjacent laminated rubber bearings becomes large. However, dividing and transmitting the axial force flowing through one column to multiple laminated rubber bearings placed at large intervals is not preferable in terms of designing a building that includes a vibration isolation device, since complex stresses are generated locally. For example, it is necessary to design after examining the stresses of each part in detail using detailed finite element method (FEM) analysis, which is troublesome.

[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a vibration isolation device that reduces the spacing between adjacent laminated rubber bearings, making it easier to design buildings that include vibration isolation devices. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] One aspect of the present invention is a vibration isolation device comprising: a plurality of laminated rubber bearings, each having a pair of fixing plates stacked on both ends of the thickness direction of the laminated rubber and the laminated rubber, and arranged in an orthogonal direction perpendicular to the thickness direction; a pair of flange plates formed in a plate shape with the thickness direction as the plate thickness direction and arranged on both sides of the plurality of laminated rubber bearings in the thickness direction, each fixed to the fixing plates of the plurality of laminated rubber bearings; and a fitting structure that prevents movement of the fixing plate relative to the flange plate in the orthogonal direction by fitting the fixing plate and the flange plate together in the thickness direction. Effect of the Invention

[0007] According to the present invention, the distance between adjacent laminated rubber bearings can be reduced, making it easy to design buildings that include vibration isolation devices. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0009] First Embodiment Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, the vibration isolation device 1 according to the first embodiment is provided between a foundation structure 101A and an upper structure 101B such as a pillar located above the foundation structure 101A. The vibration isolation device 1 includes a plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2, a pair of flange plates 3, and a fitting structure 4.

[0010] Each of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 has a laminated rubber 21 and a pair of fixing plates 22 . The laminated rubber 21 has a known structure in which multiple rubber layers and steel plates are alternately laminated. In the following description, the lamination direction of the rubber layers and the steel plates will be described as the thickness direction of the laminated rubber 21. The thickness direction of the laminated rubber 21 corresponds to the Z-axis direction in Figures 1 to 3.

[0011] As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, a pair of fixing plates 22 are arranged overlapping on both ends of the laminated rubber 21 in the thickness direction. The rigidity of each fixing plate 22 is sufficiently high with respect to the laminated rubber 21. Each fixing plate 22 is formed with a plurality of female threads 24 for screwing the flange plate 3 to the fixing plate 22. The plurality of female threads 24 are opened on an opposing surface 221 of the fixing plate 22 opposing the flange plate 3, and are arranged at intervals in a direction along the opposing surface 221. The plurality of female threads 24 are formed in an area of the fixing plate 22 that overlaps with the laminated rubber 21. In Figs. 1 and 3, the fixing plate 22 protrudes to the side of the laminated rubber 21, but it is not necessary for the fixing plate 22 to protrude to the side of the laminated rubber 21, for example. In the following description, the fixing plate 22 located at the lower end of the laminated rubber 21 may be referred to as the lower fixing plate 22A, and the fixing plate 22 located at the upper end of the laminated rubber 21 may be referred to as the upper fixing plate 22B.

[0012] 2 and 3, the laminated rubber bearing 2 is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from above in the thickness direction of the laminated rubber 21. Specifically, the laminated rubber 21 and the pair of fixing plates 22 are formed in similar rectangular shapes when viewed from above, and the sides of the laminated rubber 21 and the sides of the pair of fixing plates 22 are parallel to each other. The laminated rubber bearing 2 in the illustrated example is formed in a square shape when viewed from above.

[0013] The multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 are aligned in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the laminated rubber 21. In the first embodiment, the number of laminated rubber bearings 2 is two. These two laminated rubber bearings 2 are aligned such that the sides of the two laminated rubber bearings 2 are parallel to each other when viewed from the thickness direction of the laminated rubber 21.

[0014] 1 and 3, the pair of flange plates 3 are formed in a plate shape with the plate thickness direction being the thickness direction (Z-axis direction) of the laminated rubber 21. The rigidity of each flange plate 3 is sufficiently high with respect to the laminated rubber 21, similar to the fixing plate 22. In the following description, the thickness direction of the laminated rubber 21 and the plate thickness direction of the flange plate 3 will simply be referred to as the "thickness direction".

[0015] The pair of flange plates 3 are arranged on both sides of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 in the thickness direction. Each flange plate 3 is overlapped and fixed to the fixing plates 22 of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2. That is, of the pair of flange plates 3, the lower flange plate 3A located on the lower side of the laminated rubber bearing 2 is overlapped and fixed to the lower fixing plates 22A of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2. In addition, the upper flange plate 3B located on the upper side of the laminated rubber bearing 2 is overlapped and fixed to the upper fixing plates 22B of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2.

[0016] Specifically, the fixing plates 22 of the laminated rubber bearings 2 are fixed to each flange plate 3 by a plurality of bolts 5. For this reason, a plurality of fixing holes 34 through which the plurality of bolts 5 pass are formed in the arrangement portion 31 of each flange plate 3 where the fixing plates 22 of the laminated rubber bearings 2 are arranged. The plurality of bolts 5 pass through the plurality of fixing holes 34 of the flange plates 3, respectively, and are then screwed into the plurality of female threads 24 of the fixing plates 22.

[0017] 1 to 3, the lower flange plate 3A is placed on top of the foundation structure 101A and fixed to the foundation structure 101A by a plurality of anchor bolts 6. Similarly, the upper flange plate 3B is placed on top of the upper structure 101B and fixed to the upper structure 101B by a plurality of anchor bolts 6. For this reason, each flange plate 3 is formed with a plurality of mounting holes 36 through which the plurality of anchor bolts 6 pass, respectively. When viewed from the thickness direction, the multiple mounting holes 36 are located in a peripheral portion 32 that is located outside an arrangement portion 31 of the flange plate 3 where the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 are arranged. The multiple mounting holes 36 are also aligned along the peripheral portion of the flange plate 3 so as to surround the arrangement portion 31.

[0018] As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the fitting structure 4 is a structure that prevents movement of the fixing plate 22 in the perpendicular direction relative to the flange plate 3 by fitting each fixing plate 22 of the laminated rubber bearing 2 with the flange plate 3 corresponding to that fixing plate 22 in the thickness direction.

[0019] The fitting structure 4 of the first embodiment has a fitting recess 41 that opens into the opposing surface 35 of the flange plate 3 facing the fixing plate 22. The fixing plate 22 fits into the fitting recess 41. Therefore, the shape of the fitting recess 41 in a plan view corresponds to the shape of the fixing plate 22 in a plan view. That is, the shape of the fitting recess 41 in a plan view is the same rectangle as the shape of the fixing plate 22 in a plan view. The depth dimension of the fitting recess 41 is not particularly limited, but is preferably equal to or smaller than the thickness dimension of the fixing plate 22, for example. In this case, it is possible to prevent the fitting recess 41 from hindering the displacement of the laminated rubber 21 in the orthogonal direction.

[0020] A plurality of fitting recesses 41 are formed on the facing surface 35 of each flange plate 3, into which the plurality of fixing plates 22 fixed to the flange plate 3 fit. Specifically, a plurality of fitting recesses 41 are formed on the facing surface 35 of the lower flange plate 3A facing upward, into which the plurality of lower fixing plates 22A fit respectively. Similarly, a plurality of fitting recesses 41 are formed on the facing surface 35 of the upper flange plate 3B facing downward, into which the plurality of upper fixing plates 22B fit respectively.

[0021] The multiple fitting recesses 41 formed in each flange plate 3 are positioned at intervals from one another in the orthogonal direction (the direction along the opposing surface 35). The interval between adjacent fitting recesses 41 is preferably made small within a range that ensures the strength of the portions (wall portions) of the flange plate 3 located between the adjacent fitting recesses 41. In this embodiment, two fitting recesses 41 having a rectangular shape in plan view are formed in each flange plate 3, and these two fitting recesses 41 are aligned such that the sides of these two fitting recesses 41 are parallel to each other when viewed in the thickness direction.

[0022] The fixing plate 22 is entirely fitted into the fitting recess 41. Therefore, the fixing holes 34 formed in the arrangement portion 31 open into the bottom surface of the fitting recess 41.

[0023] When manufacturing the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, first, a plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 are individually manufactured, and then the plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 are fixed between a pair of flange plates 3. When fixing each laminated rubber bearing 2 to the flange plates 3, the fixing plate 22 of each laminated rubber bearing 2 is fitted into the fitting recess 41 of the flange plate 3 from the thickness direction, and then the plurality of bolts 5 are passed through the plurality of fixing holes 34 of the flange plate 3, respectively, and then screwed into the female threads 24 of the fixing plate 22.

[0024] The fixing plate 22 fits into the fitting recess 41 of the flange plate 3, thereby preventing the fixing plate 22 from moving in a direction perpendicular to the flange plate 3. Furthermore, the fixing plate 22 is attached to the flange plate 3 with the bolts 5, thereby preventing the fixing plate 22 from moving away from the flange plate 3 in the thickness direction. In other words, the fitted state between the fixing plate 22 and the flange plate 3 can be prevented from being released. As described above, the laminated rubber bearing 2 and the flange plate 3 are fixed together by fitting and screwing. Therefore, after the vibration isolation device 1 is assembled as described above, it is possible to disassemble the laminated rubber bearing 2 and the flange plate 3.

[0025] When the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment is provided between the foundation structure 101A and the upper structure 101B, first, the vibration isolation device 1 is placed between the foundation structure 101A and the upper structure 101B. Thereafter, the anchor bolts 6 are passed through the mounting holes 36 formed in the peripheral portion 32 of each flange plate 3, and then screwed into each structure 101A, 101B (foundation structure 101A, upper structure 101B).

[0026] As described above, in the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, the flange plates 3 are fixed to both ends in the thickness direction (vertical direction) of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 arranged in the orthogonal direction (horizontal direction), thereby fixing the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 together. This allows the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 to be collectively provided between the foundation structure 101A and the superstructure 101B. Moreover, in the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, the fixing plate 22 of each laminated rubber bearing 2 is fitted into the flange plate 3 by the fitting structure 4. This makes it easy to align the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 with the pair of flange plates 3.

[0027] Furthermore, in the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, the fixing plate 22 of each laminated rubber bearing 2 is fitted into the flange plate 3 by the fitting structure 4, thereby preventing the fixing plate 22 from moving in a direction perpendicular to the flange plate 3. Therefore, even if the peripheral portion 32 of the fixing plate 22 of each laminated rubber bearing 2 is not fixed to the flange plate 3 by the bolts 5, it is possible to prevent the fixing plate 22 from shifting in a direction perpendicular to the flange plate 3, that is, the fixing plate 22 and the flange plate 3 can be firmly fixed together. This makes it possible to reduce the interval between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2. Therefore, it is easy to design a building that includes the vibration isolation device 1.

[0028] Furthermore, in the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, the peripheral portion 32 of the flange plate 3 located outside the arrangement portion 31 is fixed to the structures 101A, 101B (foundation structure 101A, superstructure 101B) by the anchor bolts 6. For this reason, it is not necessary to arrange the anchor bolts 6 between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2 on the flange plate 3 (i.e., in the arrangement portion 31). This makes it possible to reduce the distance between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2 compared to when the anchor bolts 6 are located between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2. Therefore, it is easy to design a building that includes the vibration isolation device 1.

[0029] Moreover, in the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, the fitting structure 4 has a fitting recess 41 that opens into the opposing surface 35 of the flange plate 3 that faces the fixing plate 22. The entire fixing plate 22 fits into the fitting recess 41. This reliably prevents the fixing plate 22 from moving in the perpendicular direction relative to the flange plate 3.

[0030] Moreover, in the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, the laminated rubber bearings 2 are formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from the thickness direction. Therefore, by arranging a plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 so that the sides of adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2 are parallel to each other when viewed from the thickness direction, the interval between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2 can be further reduced. This makes it possible to design buildings that include the vibration isolation device 1 even easier.

[0031] Moreover, with the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment, it is possible to ensure the quality of the vibration isolation device 1 having an extremely large supporting force. This point will be described below. In order to ensure the quality of vibration isolation devices, it is legally required that a performance test be conducted before the device is shipped to measure the bearing capacity of the device by applying an axial force at the reference surface pressure. However, the testing machine used to test the performance of vibration isolation devices has an upper limit (approximately 3,800 tons) for the bearing capacity that can be measured.

[0032] In contrast, the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment is configured by fixing a plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 together with a pair of flange plates 3. Therefore, before the plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 are integrated, the bearing capacity of each laminated rubber bearing 2 can be measured by individually conducting a performance test of the plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 with a testing machine. The sum of the bearing capacity of the plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2 can then be regarded as the bearing capacity of the vibration isolation device 1. In other words, by individually conducting a performance test of the plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2, the performance of the entire vibration isolation device 1 can be confirmed. Therefore, it is possible to ensure the quality of the vibration isolation device 1, which has a bearing capacity exceeding the upper limit value measurable by the testing machine.

[0033] Second Embodiment Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Fig. 4. In the following description, configurations common to those already described will be given the same reference numerals and duplicated description will be omitted.

[0034] As shown in Fig. 4, the vibration isolation device 1D according to the second embodiment includes a plurality of laminated rubber bearings 2, a pair of flange plates 3, and a fitting structure 4D, similar to the first embodiment. Also, in the vibration isolation device 1D of the second embodiment, a plurality of female threads 24 are formed in each fixing plate 22, and a plurality of fixing holes 34 and a plurality of mounting holes 36 are formed in each flange plate 3, similar to the first embodiment (see Fig. 1, etc.). Note that Fig. 4 omits illustration of the above-mentioned female threads 24, fixing holes 34, mounting holes 36, and the associated bolts 5 and anchor bolts 6.

[0035] The vibration isolation device 1D of the second embodiment is different from the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment in the configuration of a fitting structure 4D. The fitting structure 4D in the vibration isolation device 1D of the second embodiment has a first fitting recess 43, a second fitting recess 44, and a fitting member 45.

[0036] The first fitting recess 43 opens to the opposing surface 35 of each flange plate 3. The size of the first fitting recess 43 as viewed from the thickness direction is smaller than the size of the fixing plate 22 as viewed from the thickness direction and the size of the arrangement portion 31 of the flange plate 3 on which the fixing plate 22 is arranged. In addition, the first fitting recess 43 is located inside the fixing plate 22 and the arrangement portion 31 as viewed from the thickness direction. The second fitting recess 44 opens to the opposing surface 221 of each fixing plate 22 facing the flange plate 3. The size of the second fitting recess 44 seen from the thickness direction is smaller than the size of the fixing plate 22 seen from the thickness direction. In addition, the second fitting recess 44 is located inside the fixing plate 22 seen from the thickness direction. The first fitting recess 43 and the second fitting recess 44 overlap in the thickness direction when the fixing plate 22 is disposed on the opposing surface 35 of the flange plate 3 .

[0037] The rigidity of the fitting member 45 is sufficiently high with respect to the laminated rubber 21, similar to that of the fixing plate 22 and the flange plate 3. The fitting member 45 fits into both the first fitting recess 43 and the second fitting recess 44 in a state in which the fixing plate 22 is arranged so as to overlap with the opposing surface 35 of the flange plate 3. Therefore, the dimension (thickness dimension) of the fitting member 45 in the thickness direction is larger than the depth dimensions of each of the first fitting recess 43 and the second fitting recess 44. The thickness dimension of the fitting member 45 may correspond to the total depth dimension of the first fitting recess 43 and the second fitting recess 44 as shown in FIG. 4, but may be slightly smaller than the total depth dimension. The shape and size of the fitting member 45 viewed from the thickness direction correspond to the shapes and sizes of the first fitting recess 43 and the second fitting recess 44. The first fitting recess 43, the second fitting recess 44, and the fitting member 45 may have any shape in a plan view, such as a circle or a polygon.

[0038] The vibration isolation device 1D of the second embodiment has the same effects as the first embodiment. Moreover, in the vibration isolation device 1D of the second embodiment, the fitting structure 4D has a first fitting recess 43 opening on the opposing surface 35 of the flange plate 3, a second fitting recess 44 opening on the opposing surface 221 of the fixing plate 22, and a fitting member 45 that fits into the first fitting recess 43 and the second fitting recess 44 in a state in which the fixing plate 22 is placed on the opposing surface 35 of the flange plate 3. This makes it possible to make the distance between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2 (fixing plates 22) in the orthogonal direction even smaller than that of the vibration isolation device 1 of the first embodiment. This makes it possible to design a building that includes the vibration isolation device 1D even easier.

[0039] In the second embodiment, for example, the fitting member 45 may be formed integrally with one of the flange plate 3 and the fixing plate 22. In other words, the fitting structure 4D may have, for example, a fitting recess that opens into one of the opposing surfaces of the flange plate 3 and the fixing plate 22, and a fitting protrusion that protrudes from the other opposing surface of the flange plate 3 and the fixing plate 22 and fits into the fitting recess.

[0040] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0041] In the present invention, the number of laminated rubber bearings 2 may be three or more (see FIG. 5). In this case, the arrangement of the multiple laminated rubber bearings 2 in the orthogonal direction perpendicular to the thickness direction (Z-axis direction) may be arbitrary. For example, as shown in FIG. 5A, three laminated rubber bearings 2 may be lined up in a row in the orthogonal direction. Also, as shown in FIG. 5B, three laminated rubber bearings 2 may be arranged in a triangular shape in the orthogonal direction. Also, as shown in FIG. 5C, four laminated rubber bearings 2 may be arranged in a lattice pattern (vertical and horizontal) in the orthogonal direction.

[0042] In the present invention, the planar shape of the laminated rubber bearing 2 as viewed from the thickness direction is not limited to a rectangular shape and may be any shape. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the planar shape of the laminated rubber bearing 2 may be a circle. The arrangement of the laminated rubber bearings 2 having any shape, such as a circle, in plan is not limited to the example shown in FIG. 6. For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, three laminated rubber bearings 2 having a circular shape in plan may be lined up in a row in the orthogonal direction. Also, as shown in FIG. 7B, three laminated rubber bearings 2 having a circular shape in plan may be lined up in a triangular shape in the orthogonal direction. Also, as shown in FIG. 7C, four laminated rubber bearings 2 having a circular shape in plan may be lined up in a lattice shape (vertical and horizontal) in the orthogonal direction. 6 and 7, when the shape of the laminated rubber bearing 2 in plan view is circular, the gap area between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2 becomes large. For this reason, it is more preferable that the shape of the laminated rubber bearing 2 in plan view is a polygon, which makes it possible to reduce the gap area between adjacent laminated rubber bearings 2.
