Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a spout body, a spout combination, and a container with a spout. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, containers with a spout have been known in which a spout is attached to a bag-shaped container (pouch) of various shapes, such as a self-supporting bag, a cassette bag, or other shape made of flexible packaging material mainly made of plastic (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a packaging bag comprising a front film and a rear film joined together to form a storage space for storing contents, a protective film between the front and rear films which, when broken by an opening adapter, forms a hole connecting the storage space with the outside, and a stopper joined to the protective film and into which the opening adapter is inserted. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2020-128219 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] On the other hand, in such a container with a spout, the portion of the protective film that is joined to the plug is generally made of the same type of material as the material that constitutes the plug. Also, after the protective film is joined to the plug, the protective film may be fused to the front film and the rear film. In this case, the portion of the protective film that is fused to the front film, etc. is generally made of the same type of material as the material that constitutes the front film, etc.
[0006] In such a case, when the protective film is heat-sealed to the plug, the portion of the protective film that is fused to the front film or the like may be damaged. In addition, when joining the protective film to the plug, it takes time to melt the plug by heat, and the heat-sealing process may become complicated. For this reason, further improvements are required to make the heat-sealing process easier.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0019] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 11 are diagrams showing an embodiment. Each of the following diagrams is a schematic diagram. Therefore, the size and shape of each part are appropriately exaggerated to facilitate understanding. In addition, the present invention can be modified appropriately within the scope of the technical concept. In each of the following diagrams, the same parts are given the same reference numerals, and some detailed explanations may be omitted. In addition, the numerical values such as the dimensions of each member and the material names described in this specification are examples of embodiments, and are not limited to these, and can be appropriately selected and used. In this specification, terms that specify shapes and geometric conditions, such as parallel, orthogonal, and vertical, are interpreted to include substantially the same state in addition to their strict meanings. In addition, in this specification, "upper" and "lower" refer to the upper and lower sides of the spout combination 10 in an upright state (FIG. 1), respectively.
[0020] (Pour spout assembly) First, with reference to FIG. 1, a spout combination 10 according to the present embodiment will be outlined.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, a spout combination 10 according to the present embodiment includes a main body portion (spout body) 20 and a sealing member 40.
[0022] Of these, main body 20 has spout 21 and joint 22 located below spout 21. Of these, spout 21 is formed with a first through hole 24 that is generally circular in plan view. Also, joint 22 is formed with a second through hole 27 that communicates with first through hole 24.
[0023] Furthermore, the sealing member 40 is sealed to the main body portion 20 and closes the second through hole 27 of the joint portion 22 .
[0024] (Main body) Next, the main body 20 will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 7. The main body 20 pours out the contents in a pouch 51 (see Figure 8) which will be described later.
[0025] As described above, the main body 20 has the spout 21 and the joint 22 located below the spout 21. The spout 21 and the joint 22 are integrally molded by, for example, injection molding using a thermoplastic resin. The resin used for the main body 20 may be a resin that is heat-sealed to the inner layer 63 (see FIG. 9) of the laminate 60 constituting the pouch 51 described later. Examples of the resin used for the main body 20 include low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, and ethylene-propylene copolymer. When a retort sterilization process is performed on the container 50 with a spout described later, the resin used for the main body 20 is preferably polypropylene or an ethylene-propylene copolymer.
[0026] As shown in Figs. 2 to 4, the spout 21 has a hollow cylindrical shape. As described above, the spout 21 has a first through hole 24 that is substantially circular in plan view. This first through hole 24 extends vertically along the axial direction of the spout 21. The first through hole 24 communicates with the inside of a pouch 51 described later, and the contents contained in the pouch 51 are poured out to the outside through this first through hole 24. In addition, the spout 21 has a screw portion 23a to which a cap (not shown) is screwed. Furthermore, the spout 21 has a flange portion 23b that is held during transportation, etc.
[0027] Next, the joint portion 22 of the main body portion 20 will be described. The joint portion 22 is a portion that is joined to a pouch 51 described later. As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the joint portion 22 is formed in a boat shape. The joint portion 22 includes a central portion 25 and tip portions 26 that are formed on both sides of the central portion 25 and have a generally triangular shape in plan view. The planar shape of the central portion 25 is a shape in which a pair of opposing sides among the four sides of a square include an arc shape. In addition, the above-mentioned second through hole 27 is formed in the central portion 25. This second through hole 27 has a generally circular shape in plan view and extends up and down along the axial direction of the spout 21. The second through hole 27 communicates the first through hole 24 of the spout 21 with the inside of the pouch 51 described later.
[0028] As described above, the tip portion 26 is formed on both sides of the central portion 25. The planar shape of the tip portion 26 is substantially triangular. This improves the adhesion between the joint portion 22 and the sealing member 40 when the sealing member 40 is joined to the joint portion 22. This prevents a gap from being generated between the joint portion 22 and the sealing member 40, and improves the gas barrier properties of the container with a spout 50. Furthermore, when the pouch 51 is joined to the portion corresponding to the joint portion 22, the adhesion between the portion corresponding to the joint portion 22 and the pouch 51 can be improved. This prevents a gap from being generated between the portion corresponding to the joint portion 22 and the pouch 51, and prevents the container with a spout 50 from leaking out of the contents.
[0029] As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the tip 26 protrudes downward from the central portion 25. The lower surface 26a of the tip 26 is inclined downward as it moves away from the central portion 25. This makes it easier to fold the sealing member 40 in half along the joint 22 when the sealing member 40 is made of a single film as described below. This makes it possible to prevent wrinkles from forming on the sealing member 40 when the sealing member 40 is sealed to the main body 20. As a result, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the design of the spout-equipped container 50 (see Fig. 8) described below. In addition, since wrinkles can be prevented from forming on the sealing member 40, it is possible to effectively prevent unexpected gaps and poor sealing (i.e., it is possible to improve the welding suitability). Even if wrinkles form on the sealing member 40, complete sealing is possible by squashing the wrinkles and sealing.
[0030] Such a tip portion 26 may have a hollowed-out portion 26b (see FIG. 3). This allows the amount of resin used to be reduced. Also, the hollowed-out portion 26b can prevent sink marks (dents) caused by resin shrinkage. This prevents deterioration of welding suitability.
[0031] In such a joint 22, as shown in Figs. 3 to 7, a protrusion 30 is formed around the second through hole 27, protruding downward from the bottom surface 22b of the joint 22. The protrusion 30 is formed around the entire circumference of the second through hole 27. By forming such a protrusion 30, when the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint 22, heat and pressure are applied preferentially to the protrusion 30. Therefore, the protrusion 30 is reliably melted, and the sealing member 40 is easily heat-sealed to the joint 22. In addition, when the sealing member 40 is ultrasonically sealed to the joint 22, the protrusion 30 serves as a director for efficiently applying energy during ultrasonic sealing.
[0032] 7, in this embodiment, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 30 is a triangle. However, this is not limited thereto, and the vertical cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 30 may be any shape, such as a trapezoid.
[0033] The distance d (radial distance, see FIG. 7) from the second through hole 27 to the protruding portion 30 is preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less. Here, after the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint portion 22, the protruding portion 30 may melt, causing burrs. In contrast, by making the distance d 0.5 mm or more, even if burrs are generated by melting the protruding portion 30 after the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint portion 22, the burrs can be prevented from entering the second through hole 27. Therefore, after the spout-equipped container 50 is opened, the burrs can be prevented from coming into contact with the contents. In addition, by making the distance d 1.5 mm or less, the protruding portion 30 can be formed without affecting the design of other parts of the main body portion 20. In other words, the protruding portion 30 can be formed without making any changes to the tip portion 26, such as enlarging the shape.
[0034] Moreover, the height H1 (see FIG. 7) of the protrusion 30 is preferably 0.2 mm or more and 0.5 mm or less. By making the height H1 0.2 mm or more, heat and pressure can be effectively applied to the protrusion 30 when the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint portion 22. Furthermore, by making the height H1 0.5 mm or less, the sealing suitability between the main body 20 and the sealing member 40 can be maintained good.
[0035] As described above, the sealing member 40 is sealed to the main body 20 (see FIG. 1). In this case, the sealing member 40 is sealed to the side surface 22a (see FIG. 3) and the bottom surface 22b (see FIG. 3) of the joint portion 22. (Sealing member) Next, a description will be given of the sealing member 40. The sealing member 40 is a member that is sealed to the main body 20 to hermetically seal the container 50 with a spout, which will be described later, and improves the gas barrier properties of the container 50 with a spout.
[0036] This sealing member 40 completely covers the side surface 22a and bottom surface 22b of the joint portion 22 of the main body 20 (see Figs. 1 and 8) in a container with a spout 50 (see Fig. 8) described below. This improves the sealing performance of the container with a spout 50, and also improves the gas barrier properties and sanitation of the container with a spout 50. Furthermore, since the container with a spout 50 can be sealed, the contents filled in the container with a spout 50 can be subjected to retort sterilization treatment.
[0037] The sealing member 40 is made of a single film. This makes it possible to reduce the area of the end face of the film exposed to the outside in a container 50 with a spout (see FIG. 8) described below. This makes it possible to further improve the sealing performance, gas barrier performance, and hygiene of the container 50 with a spout.
[0038] The sealing member 40 has gas barrier properties. The sealing member 40 has gas barrier properties, and therefore the gas barrier properties of the container with a spout 50 can be improved. This makes it possible to suppress, for example, oxidation of the contents due to oxygen permeation. Therefore, the container with a spout 50 can be suitably used for applications that require long-term storage, such as drinking water for emergencies, hydrogen water, or liquid preparations for medical use. Here, in the container with a spout 50, gas barrier properties can be imparted to the laminate 60 used in the pouch 51 described below. On the other hand, it may be difficult to impart gas barrier properties to the main body 20 of the spout combination 10, taking into consideration the molding method and the material used. Therefore, gas (water vapor, oxygen, etc.) may penetrate from the main body 20 into the container with a spout 50. In response to this, by covering the main body 20 with the sealing member 40 having gas barrier properties, it is possible to block the route through which gas (water vapor, oxygen, etc.) from the outside penetrates into the container with a spout 50. Therefore, the gas barrier properties of the container with a spout 50 can be improved.
[0039] Moreover, it is preferable that the sealing member 40 has heat resistance that allows it to be applied to a retort sterilization treatment. In order to satisfy such a property, it is preferable that the sealing member 40 is made of a film made of a laminate.
[0040] In the laminate constituting the sealing member 40, a resin of interlayer peeling type or cohesive peeling type having easy peelability from the main body portion 20, etc. (e.g., ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR)) may be used as the sealant layer sealed to the main body portion 20. When a resin of interlayer peeling type is used as the sealant layer, a film in which the sealant layer is co-extruded in two or three layers with other layers may be used. When a resin of cohesive peeling type is used as the sealant layer, a sealant layer in which random polypropylene, elastomer, etc. are mixed in a predetermined ratio may be used.
[0041] A specific layered structure of the laminate used in the sealing member 40 will be described below. (1) CPP (30 μm) or LLDPE (30 μm) / AL (7 μm to 15 μm) / CPP (30 μm), LLDPE (30 μm) or EPR (30 μm) (sealant layer side) (2) CPP (30 μm) or LLDPE (30 μm) / VMPET (12 μm) / CPP (30 μm), LLDPE (30 μm) or EPR (30 μm) (sealant layer side) (3) CPP (30 μm) or LLDPE (30 μm) / VMON (12 μm) / CPP (30 μm), LLDPE (30 μm) or EPR (30 μm) (sealant layer side) In addition, "CPP" means unoriented polypropylene film (as below). "LLDPE" means linear low density polyethylene. "AL" means aluminum foil (as below). "EPR" means ethylene propylene rubber (as below). "VMPET" means aluminum vapor-deposited polyethylene terephthalate (PET) (as below). "VMON" means aluminum vapor-deposited nylon (ON).
[0042] (Container with spout) Next, a container 50 with a spout according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 8. As shown in Fig. 8, the container 50 with a spout includes a pouch (container body) 51 and a spout combination 10 attached to the pouch 51.
[0043] Among these, the pouch 51 is a so-called four-sided bag. The pouch 51 includes a pair of main sheets 52a, 52b arranged opposite each other, and the pair of overlapping main sheets 52a, 52b are heat-sealed to each other near side edges 53, near upper edges 54, and near lower edges 55. A storage space 50a for storing contents is defined within the space surrounded by the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b.
[0044] In addition, a spout combination 10 is attached to the center of the upper part of the pouch 51. The spout combination 10 is disposed between a pair of overlapping main surface sheets 52a, 52b. In this manner, the upper part of the pouch 51 is closed by the pair of main surface sheets 52a, 52b and the spout combination 10. In addition, the pair of main surface sheets 52a, 52b cover the end faces of the film constituting the sealing member 40. In this case, the lower end of the sealing member 40 is disposed within the heat-sealed region.
[0045] 8 shows an example in which the pouch 51 is a four-sided pouch, but is not limited thereto. For example, although not shown, the pouch 51 may be a standing pouch, a gusseted pouch, or a flat bag such as a three-sided pouch.
[0046] As the main sheets 52a and 52b used in the pouch 51, a laminate 60 as shown in FIG.
[0047] 9, the laminate 60 includes an outer layer 61, an intermediate layer 62, and an inner layer 63. The outer layer 61, the intermediate layer 62, and the inner layer 63 can be laminated together by, for example, a dry lamination method in which a urethane-based or other dry lamination adhesive is used for lamination, or an extrusion lamination method in which a polyolefin-based resin or the like is hot-melt extruded for lamination. When the pouch 51 is subjected to retort sterilization treatment, it is preferable to use the dry lamination method as a method for laminating the outer layer 61, the intermediate layer 62, and the inner layer 63 together.
[0048] The outer layer 61 is a basic material constituting the pouch 51. As the outer layer 61, a synthetic resin film having excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties may be used. As the outer layer 61, for example, a biaxially oriented film such as polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, etc. may be used. Alternatively, as the outer layer 61, a film obtained by evaporating an inorganic material such as aluminum, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, indium oxide, tin oxide, zirconium oxide, etc. onto the above-mentioned film to provide a vapor deposition layer may be used. Usually, the outer layer 61 is often printed, and printability is required. For this reason, the film constituting the outer layer 61 is preferably a biaxially oriented film. The thickness of the film constituting the outer layer 61 may be a thickness that provides the minimum necessary characteristics such as strength and rigidity as a basic material. The thickness of the outer layer 61 may be, for example, about 9 μm to 50 μm.
[0049] The intermediate layer 62 is a layer provided when the pouch 51 is required to have rigidity, light-shielding properties, gas barrier properties, or the like due to packaging conditions, transportation conditions, or protective function conditions for the contents. The intermediate layer 62 may be the film used for the outer layer 61, a film provided with the vapor deposition layer, or a metal foil such as aluminum or iron. Alternatively, the intermediate layer 62 may be a laminate of one or more of these films. Depending on the required properties, the laminate 60 may not include the intermediate layer 62.
[0050] The inner layer 63 is a layer for bonding the laminates 60 together. A heat-sealable resin may be used as the inner layer 63. When the pouch 51 is subjected to a retort sterilization treatment, the inner layer 63 may be made of unstretched polypropylene or unstretched polypropylene (CPP) in which an elastomer component is blended with polypropylene, or high density polyethylene (HDPE). When the pouch 51 is subjected to a boiling treatment, the inner layer 63 may be made of an unstretched film such as low density polyethylene (LDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ionomer, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, or ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer.
[0051] Specific examples of the laminate 60 constituting the pouch 51 will be shown below. PET / DL / AL / DL / ON / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) PET / DL / ON / DL / AL / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) Vapor-deposited PET / DL / ON / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) PET / DL / Vapor deposition ON / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) Vapor-deposited PET / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) Coated PET / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) Vapor deposition ON / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) PET / DL / Vapor-deposited PET / DL / ON / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) PBT / DL / AL / DL / CPP or LLDPE (inner layer) In addition, "vapor-deposited PET" means PET with silicon oxide or aluminum oxide vapor-deposited. "Vapor-deposited ON" means ON with silicon oxide or aluminum oxide vapor-deposited. "DL" means an adhesive layer formed by the dry lamination method. "Coated PET" means PET coated with a barrier substrate such as PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) or PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride).
[0052] Next, the operation of the present embodiment having the above-mentioned configuration will be described. First, a method for manufacturing the container 50 with a spout will be described.
[0053] First, the main body 20 is produced by, for example, injection molding.
[0054] Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the sealing member 40 is sealed to the joint 22 of the main body 20. The sealing member 40 may be composed of a single film. In this case, for example, the film is arranged so that the sealant layer of the film faces the joint 22. Then, the film (sealing member 40) covers the joint 22 from below. At this time, the film (sealing member 40) is adhered to the joint 22 by folding the film. After that, the sealing member 40 is sealed to the side surface 22a and bottom surface 22b of the joint 22 by heat sealing. In this manner, the spout assembly 10 is obtained. After that, a cap (not shown) is screwed onto the threaded portion 23a of the spout 21.
[0055] Also, a pouch 51 as shown in FIG. 8 is produced. At this time, a pair of main sheets 52a, 52b made of the laminate 60 described above are prepared. Next, for example, the inner layers 63 of each sheet are heat-sealed to each other, and the vicinity of the side edges 53 of the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b are heat-sealed. Next, the main body 20 (pouring outlet combination 10) with the sealing member 40 sealed therein is inserted between the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b from the upper edges of the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b. Thereafter, the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b are joined to the portion of the main body 20 corresponding to the joining portion 22. At this time, the end faces of the film constituting the sealing member 40 are covered by the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b.
[0056] Next, the contents are filled into the pouch 51 to which the main body 20 is attached. At this time, the contents are filled from the lower edges 55 of the main sheets 52a and 52b that are not heat sealed.
[0057] Thereafter, the pair of main sheets 52a, 52b are heat-sealed near their lower edges 55.
[0058] In this manner, a container 50 with a spout is produced.
[0059] Next, a method of using the container 50 with a spout will be described.
[0060] When using the product, the user first removes the cap (not shown) from the spout 21 (see FIG. 11(a)).
[0061] Next, the container 50 with a spout is opened using an opening jig 80. At this time, as shown in Fig. 11(b), the jig 80 is inserted into the first through hole 24 of the spout 21 and into the second through hole 27 of the joint portion 22. As a result, the sealing member 40 that had been blocking the second through hole 27 is broken by the jig 80. In this manner, the container 50 with a spout is opened.
[0062] Then, the user removes the contents from the spout 21.
[0063] As described above, according to this embodiment, the main body (pouring outlet main body) 20 includes the pouring outlet 21 in which the first through hole 24 is formed, and the joint portion 22 in which the second through hole 27 is formed, which is located below the pouring outlet 21 and communicates with the first through hole 24. A protruding portion 30 is formed around the second through hole 27, protruding downward from the bottom surface 22b of the joint portion 22. This allows heat and pressure to act preferentially on the protruding portion 30 when the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint portion 22. This ensures that the protruding portion 30 melts, making it easier to heat-seal the sealing member 40 to the joint portion 22. This allows the pouring outlet combination 10 and the container with a pouring outlet 50 to be easily produced. In addition, since the sealing member 40 can be easily heat-sealed to the joint portion 22, it is possible to prevent the outer layer of the sealing member 40 (the layer bonded to the pair of main surface sheets 52a, 52b) from being damaged by excess heat. Furthermore, since the sealing member 40 can be easily heat-sealed to the joint portion 22, the heat-sealing process can be prevented from becoming complicated.
[0064] Moreover, according to this embodiment, the joint 22 is formed in a boat shape. This can improve the adhesion between the joint 22 and the sealing member 40 when the sealing member 40 is joined to the joint 22. This can prevent a gap from being generated between the joint 22 and the sealing member 40, and can improve the gas barrier properties of the container with a spout 50. Furthermore, when the pouch 51 is joined to the portion corresponding to the joint 22, the adhesion between the portion corresponding to the joint 22 and the pouch 51 can be improved. This can prevent a gap from being generated between the portion corresponding to the joint 22 and the pouch 51, and can prevent the container with a spout 50 from having a problem in which the contents leak out.
[0065] According to this embodiment, the joint 22 includes a central portion 25 and a tip portion 26 formed on both sides of the central portion 25 and triangular in plan view. The tip portion 26 protrudes downward from the central portion 25. The lower surface 26a of the tip portion 26 is inclined downward as it moves away from the central portion 25. This makes it easier to fold the sealing member 40 in half along the joint 22 when the sealing member 40 is made of a single film. This makes it possible to prevent the sealing member 40 from being wrinkled when it is sealed to the main body portion 20. As a result, it is possible to more effectively prevent the design of the spout-equipped container 50 from being deteriorated.
[0066] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the spout combination 10 includes the main body 20 and a sealing member 40 that is sealed to the side surface 22a and bottom surface 22b of the joint 22 and blocks the second through hole 27 of the joint 22. This allows the container with a spout 50 including the spout combination 10 to be easily opened by breaking the sealing member 40. In addition, because the sealing member 40 blocks the second through hole 27, the hermeticity of the container with a spout 50 can be maintained.
[0067] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the sealing member 40 is made of a single film. This makes it possible to reduce the area of the end face of the film exposed to the outside in the container 50 with a spout. This makes it possible to further improve the sealing performance, gas barrier performance, and hygiene of the container 50 with a spout.
[0068] [Variations] Next, modified examples of the spout combination will be described with reference to Figures 12 to 14. In Figures 12 to 14, the same parts as those shown in Figures 1 to 11 are given the same reference numerals and detailed description will be omitted.
[0069] In the above-described embodiment, an example has been described in which the protruding portion 30 protruding downward from the bottom surface 22b of the joint portion 22 is formed around the second through hole 27. In this case, a barrier portion 31 protruding downward from the bottom surface 22b of the joint portion 22 may be formed between the second through hole 27 and the protruding portion 30. This barrier portion 31 plays a role in preventing burrs from entering the second through hole 27 when burrs are generated due to melting of the protruding portion 30. In other words, the barrier portion 31 plays a role in preventing burrs from progressing when burrs are generated. This barrier portion 31 is formed around the entire circumference of the second through hole 27.
[0070] The height H2 of the barrier portion 31 (see FIG. 14) is lower than the height H1 of the protrusion 30 (see FIG. 7). This allows heat and pressure to be applied effectively to the protrusion 30 when the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint 22. The height H2 of the barrier portion 31 is preferably 0.1 mm or more and 0.4 mm or less, and may be 0.1 mm, for example. When burrs are generated due to melting of the protrusion 30, the height H2 of 0.1 mm or more allows the progression of the burrs to be effectively suppressed. In addition, when the height H2 is 0.4 mm or less, heat and pressure can be applied more effectively to the protrusion 30 when the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint 22.
[0071] In this modification as well, since the protruding portion 30 that protrudes downward from the bottom surface 22b is formed around the second through hole 27, heat and pressure are preferentially applied to the protruding portion 30 when the sealing member 40 is heat-sealed to the joint portion 22. This ensures that the protruding portion 30 melts, making it easier to heat-seal the sealing member 40 to the joint portion 22. This allows the spout combination 10 and the container with spout 50 to be easily produced.
[0072] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiment as it is, and in the implementation stage, the components can be modified and embodied without departing from the gist of the disclosure. In addition, various inventions can be formed by appropriate combinations of the multiple components disclosed in the above-described embodiment. Some components may be deleted from all the components shown in the embodiment. [Explanation of symbols]
